m. I went to Ticketmaster to purchase Celtic Thunder Tickets in The Atlanta Symphony, Atlanta, GA for March 2022. I purchased 2 Loge tickets, seat #1 & 2. I also purchased a valet ticket. The total came to $500 something.

I was paying with PayPal and before the transition could finish I got a message stating "Too slow, unable to purchase tickets" or words to that effect. I tried to purchase the same tickets again and they were unavailable. I am so disappointed, I was looking forward to going to the concert.

You guys truly messed up a 68 year old ladies hope to see Celtic Thunder.

I have been trying to exchange my tickets for a concert in January in New York to the a April date as live in scotland and can no longer attend and I keep getting different replies to my emails and it is obvious no one is actually reading my emails.

There is something wrong with my booking and it wont let me do anything and they wont help. I have to change my flight and hotel shortly and on a timescale to change the tickets. They take about 3 days to reply and when they do either send me a form to complete or tell me its not possible, can you help?

I bought 4 tickets for a boxing event for the sole purpose of the Main Event title fight. That main title fight was cancelled, I asked for a refund through the website prior to the event, Ticketmaster sent an email stating that the event was rescheduled, the event was NOT rescheduled and went on without that title fight.

I have been going back and forth with them through email too many times. No one is looking into the details nor getting any facts straight. See email trail below; The Main event was cancelled that day of the event.

I have downloaded tickets to my event but there isn't are barcode on the tickets. Without the bar code / qr code, I can't get into the event. I placed four requests through Ticketmaster's website (bc the phone number just hang up) and I get form responses back.

I am all for AI / ML, but missing human context is destroying this company. In the meantime, I am stuck with four concert tickets that I paid for and can't use.

Three days ago, I bought 4 tickets for the Rolling Stones concert in LA on October 17th. Total cost = $2100 which includes a $400 service charge for the 4 tickets, or $100 service charge per ticket—but that’s only my secondary complaint!

After purchase, tickets arrive via text and suddenly, there is a notice that we spent $2100 for an OBSTRUCTED VIEW! WTF? Are you kidding me??? Talk about bait & switch! Talk about fraud & misrepresentation!! I immediately started calling TicketMaster &, in a nutshell, here’s what they said was the ONLY solution: The TM agents want me to go to the Apple Store and buy a $2100 gift card; call them back; and the agents can the exchange our tickets using the Apple card! Attended Wonderhall, Lytham last evening for UB40 event. Paid extra for VIP upgrade. Whole VIP experience rediculously overpriced and would expect some kind of refund. It said :- Undercover area which consisted of some trees making the area PARTIALLY under cover, thank goodness it did not rain.

Seating which consisted of a few wooden picnic benches and chairs - nowhere near enough and unacceptable! priority access to dining which consisted of access to 1 food outlet only unless you went into the main general admission area The view to the stage gave only a PARTIAL side view to the artists.

This experience was definately NOT VIP, not worth the money we paid and cannot be called a VIP experienc We certainly would expect some kind of refund due to the very poor VIP experience we endured.…

I bought tickets to Alanis Morrisette concert for family members for Christmas before pandemic. The concert was rescheduled for August 26. I did not receive email to say tickets were mailed & did not receive tickets . I called / emailed for days and finally got through to a rude operator.

He said he could email me tickets and I’m thinking fantastic!! But I would have to go through a refund policy first. Fine, but he couldn’t use a card over the phone because of security concerns & told me to go buy a ticketmaster card at Target and then call him for instructions!!

I went to the Corcus on Sunday had accidentally bought the wrong time and purchased more tickets for the 12:30 than 3:30 and I’m told I’m not able to get a refund for the show time I was able to attend and have insurance and was told by Ari I couldn’t get a refund so my 100.

I’m not ok with that I spent over that for the show I attended so 200 was kept and is unfair. I would like my 100 back because what is the purpose of insurance that says it covers for if I can’t make a time.

#36655529 I ordered 2 tix for the Alanis Morissette concert on 8/18 in WPB, FL. I was directed to confirm the tickets, which I tried to do online, but got an "OOPS" error. On 8/17 around noon, I called Ticketmaster, and was told to try from a phone and not my laptop. Same "OOPS" error occurred.

We decided to transfer the tickets because it wasn't working on my account, thinking maybe a different account would work. This was the advice of Ticketmaster's rep once I told her we kept trying over and over, even using a friend's phone to log into my account. So, 2 phones and a laptop and only error messages.

Most horrible company and customer service I have ever dealt with. You can not speak with anyone and get automatic email responses. They have not handled this COVID issue very well when it comes to doing right by ticket holders and refunds.

We ordered a ticket. In the order there was a type-o on my wife's email so we have not received the ticket. We have made multiple attempts to reach customer service to no avail. All phone calls go to an automated message to visit the online support center and cuts off the call.

The online support center offers pages of information (none of which has anything to do with our problem) and then dumps you to an online request for help. We have completed this form multiple times with no response. The concert is now tomorrow and we still have no response.

It is abundantly frustrating that such a simple problem with a simple solution can't be managed!!!!

Dealing with them has been nightmarish. Spent over 4 hours trying to reach them on website, on several #800, and local numbers in Chicago. One number said they're dealing with employee shortages. Common sense would dictate, then lower your "convenience" fees because they are nothing as advertised.

Just another huge monopoly dictating terms to consumers. Bend over, they know where to stick it.

Today I was trying to purchase a ticket for the 55Anniversary Celebration Event with Prem Rawat on July 31 at the Fred kavli Theatre. I’ve tried for hours trough the Ticketmaster app and trough a link from WOPG which sponsors this event. to no avail

I’ve used a Mac, an iPad Pro and my iPhone and at all times I’ve got this f…..g “pardon the interruption” message that thinks I’m a bot.

And: I don’t have super speed at all. Javascript is abled and working on all 3 devices. I don’t have installed any third-party browser plugin in any of my 3 devices.

My experience has been extremely frustrated and annoying and need to ask a friend to use her device to get me one ticket for the event hours later. And then when somehow I got into the app I’ve received the second error 401 NOT ALLOWED.

If i could give any stars it would be ZERO. i purchased some tickets for 2 concerts last year. One was the Millennium Tour 2020 for April 2020 and Kevin Gates for May 2020. The concert was cancelled and postponed until the end of 2020 due to covid.

When the cases got worse they cancelled it again. During that time My Mental illness and health issue peak an all time high. I now have severe depression, Anxiety, High blood pressure and Impulsive disorder. I have been trying to cancel my tickets since October 2020.

I purchased tickets for an Aaron Lewis concert at the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom and paid over 400 because I thought I was getting better seats. the entire place was packed with people all general open and in one big room.

there were other tickets for $87 and $90 and I purchased tickets that were $170. that is ridiculous.

also first act played maybe 25 minutes and a 45 minute wait for Aaron Lexis to play for not even 90 minutes.

I wanted to express my concern my daughter and I signed in for the early pre sale for the harry styles tickets. My daughter received the pre sale code she was 400 in the que. when she logged in we could not buy any tickets every available ticket we tried to buy told us it was sold. I purchased tickets to some “dj party” literally a day before my ankle was badly fractured. I am now unable to attend or even receive my money back for the tickets. There is literally no way or option in Ticketmaster to report about this matter and I personally think that’s messed up.

I think it’s messed up for a large company like Ticketmaster to deny people refunds during a pandemic and I have to take all the fault. It’s my fault for finalizing the order, but this is really inconvenient for me now and I wish I never even bought the tickets at all.

Bought two tickets to attend Chris Tomlin's concert July 18, 2021. We were very concern with the spread of Delta Variant (COVID) in CA and wanted to cancel as we feel it is not safe to be in a large event with so many people.

We inquired for a refund but ticketmaster refused. m. T. 5 hours and my home is approximately 15 miles from concert location. The backlog of the parking issue stemmed from lack of coordination and parking.

Additionally, there was a fire/EMT on-site that delayed the entire process. We ended up turning back and never made it to the concert. ) a huge fire was spreading in the Concord area. We would like a refund for the lack of customer service, customer safety concerns, and very poor coordination on parking logistics.

Paid 1500 for two tickets for an NBA Finals game. Cannot login to TM to retrieve my tickets. Tried to call customer support but they are not taking calls. They suggest a live chat. In order to chat you must select the tickets you want to chat about but the problem is that the tickets I want to chat about are not showing up in my account so I cannot chat with them.

I tried to email them but got a response saying to wait 48-72 hrs for a response. It does no good because the game is today and I cannot reach them at all. They suggest to chat but as mentioned above I cannot do that either.
