Good evevning, i have this issue i bought tickets for Harry Styles om Ticketmaster Germany. This concert was rescheduled and than postponed for unknown date. I already contacted them many times since 2019 when i bought tickets ,they say it is up to organiser, but ,it was not the organiser who sold tickets but them ,so this is their responsibility.

When i bought tickets i knew exactly that i will be available on that date and time,also i live not in Germany so i have to plan the whole trip ,from airplane tickets to hotel. I do not know if i be able to go for a new date, this is outrages that website does not return money.

Please help to solve this problem.

Booking 2 Tickets for James Martin in Bath next year. Asked for best available seats got row S. Found out later they were not the best seats as rows E and M were available it to mention others nearer the front.

Contacted ticket master to complain as these were for a special birthday gift to a very special mum from her daughters who had saved up pocket money to pay. Had an apologetic email after 2 weeks saying I could have a refund or exchange but there were no seats available by then so had to stick with the ones I had or have them totally disappointed.

The best tickets available should mean just that on a first come first served basis. Anyone knows that row S is nowhere near row E and should have been cheaper if nothing else although the price was not an issue.

I will never order…

On June 25, 2021, tickets for Garth Brooks' Nashville concert went on sale. I logged on to my Ticketmaster account for the first time in quite a while, so I updated my credit card information, so I wouldn't have any trouble purchasing tickets. When the queue opened, I was 1,854th in line. I was able to get good seats for the concert, but when I went to checkout, Ticketmaster wouldn't allow my credit card to be processed and gave me no useful information about what the problem was. After I timed out, twice, I switched to StubHub and paid more for tickets, but had no problem checking out.

I would have given Ticketmaster 0/5 stars, but that was not an option. Kind of reminded me of trying to checkout with Ticketmaster.

I want to exchange my tickets for a concert in September because two family members would also like to attend the concert as well with us. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE at all that will allow you to do so.

There is no phone customer service and they tell you to go to your account and chat! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with chat as well. So, there is no way to exchange your ticket. I called the corporate number and also left a message but I never got any response.

It is unspeakable that there is no customer service at all!!!! We all have been through COVID and if that is their excuse then they need to work on it. Therefore-they will take your money and run!!!

Absolutely cannot unblock my account. Says I need to update my password, but when I try I never get the verification code (yes, I made sure it isn't getting treated as juk.... No one to contact. After spending $$$ and many hours trying to resolve this, I assume I will be screwed out of everything. How can an outfit like ticketmaster NOT have a 24x7 support line?

Note to Columbus Crew and other :only ticketmaster" ticket sales outfits.... I will NEVER again use ticketmaster... and that means you too.

I bought 2 tickets for a Josh Groban concert in Woodinville Wa. at over $600 a piece when I noticed after checkout that I purchased 2 seats that were separated by another seat. I tried going back on to correct my error, but everything was sold out.

I thought I could exchange one for the middle seat so I could have 2 together, since the middle was a solo, but they said it couldn't be done. The next day I saw a solo seat open next to one of my seats and again contacted customer service.

Long story short for 3 days that seat remained unsold while I tried everything to exchange one of mine for it. I was hung up on, gave conflicting reasons why they couldn't and one person said they could do it and hung up on me again.

Same exact seat and price. Of course you're communicating through chat…

GOD AWFUL customer service. The fact they do not provide phone support and the only way to communicate with them is by e-mail sends a clear message they don’t give a shit about their level of service. If you have any other option to avoid working with them I would strongly recommend it.

How is it ok that a company like Ticketmaster can operate without any customer support? I went to purchase a ticket today for an event. As I found my ticket I went to purchase it. The website directed me to PayPal as I chose to pay through PayPal.

When I signed into PayPal and went back to purchase I was told my time ran out and I lost my ticket and to try again to find another ticket. So I did, purchase went through got an immediate confirmation.

I find out that the first ticket I was originally trying to purchase went through and was charged for both tickets. I can’t get any support. There isn’t any support. Contacted them through Twitter as well. No reply back. Now I’m screwed with a ticket I don’t need and charged $140

I have been trying to reach someone at Ticketmaster for 6 months, I have called every number I can find, I have sent emails. Evidently, the only way you can reach them is if you log into your account; which is where my problem is.

My email provider that is associated with my Ticketmaster account is no longer in business, I had to get a new email address. When I try to log in under my old email address it gives me a message that it's time to update my password and it sends a link to my old email address that I'm supposed to click on but I can't access that email any longer.

I have spent countless hours trying to reach someone about this, I have left messages with no callbacks. I have tickets to a Chris Stapleton concert that was postponed due to Covid but I can not get my tickets because…

I purchased concert tickets for Darryl Hall & john Oats which was cancelled and Matchbox twenty which was rescheduled both purchased Jan 2020. I requested refunds for both. I have been trying to get refund for 9 months now. They have $500 of my money.

I keep being told it is being researched or escalated and someone will contact me and no one ever does. I have never been so frustrated with a company in all my life. You cannot tell me they have not been able to research this and why it takes 9 months and counting with no communication.

I have an email that has all the correspondence for that time period where i get the run around. I guess my next step is to get an attorney or call 10 on your side. Unbelievable!!!

The ordering of tickets is a complete hassle. On top. My concert was cancelled and i wasnt even notified. When i called customer service for info i was given incorrect information. Then the service rep was rude n condescending. When i stated to him that i be spoken to with respect he replied NO he doesnt have to talk to me wit respect.

I asked his name n he refused. I asked to speak with a manager n he refused. I asked to speak with someone else n he refused. I paid alot of money for a show to be cancelled TWICE. not notified and then treated with disrespect.

I want a corrective measure

So my tickets on Ticketmaster they were sold so somebody else gave Ticketmaster the money and yet they won't refund my money until after the concert what is the point of that I need it for medical issues and medications that's the only reason why I cancelled the concert and yet now I have to wait another month for my money which is $200 less so they're making more money this is a multi-billion-dollar company and they can't issue me my $240 immediately I will never go through them again ever never

The Maroon five concert I purchased tickets for was cancelled. I received an email on 4/5/21, stating I would receive my refund within 30 days. The refund has not come through yet. We drove three hours to come to Duluth MN to see Home Free and when we got to the place where it said on the tickets to go there was no one there and I have been waiting a whole year since May 23 2020 but with COVID it got pushed back to Oct 2020 and then push back to today June 10 2021 so

Purchased 2 tickets in 2019, event cancelled because of COVID, eventually rescheduled for 2022. I received an email on MAY 14, 2021 that I can receive a full refund since we cannot attend this concert. I have until June 13, 2021 to request the refund. I sent numerous emails, asking how to do this. I received another email yesterday with instructions (See below)

Disturbed: The Sickness 20th Anniversary Tour with Stain & Bad was canceled due to the Organizer and refunds where due in 30 days was announced in March. As of June never received refund. Contacted several times by text (Ticket Master) they just give a excuse and end the chat (text).

They will not respond back with an answer as given all information about the purchase of the tickets and also have the necessary papers to show it was purchased from Ticket Master. They will not have a representative actually speak to you or can never get though

I bought two tickets to an upcoming event next week from TM and after loading both seats to my wallet, I had to transfer one to my son who would be arriving separately. His transfer ticket went through OK but then the TM phone app shows the other seat image with a sent arrow and no seat location info.

TM Customer Service no longer answers the phone and cuts off chats before responding, forcing me to sent them an email. Its been 3 days and still no response from them. They are the worst service organization I have ever encountered, Their monopoly power needs to be regulated and removed.

I got tickets for a braves game for my boyfriend last Valentine’s Day. Of course, due to the pandemic, it was postponed. I regularly checked my email and Ticketmaster app to see what was going to happen with the tickets.

I was never emailed or gotten in touch with about my tickets so I assumed that the game would be rescheduled. Then when I looked at my tickets again not long ago, it said the event has passed. I can get tickets to another braves game but I was never refunded the money for that one or even given the option to go to a different game. It’s just disappointing.

I felt bad for my boyfriend because he was excited to go.

I have asked Ticketmaster on several occasions to provide proof of where my money went but they are unable/unwilling to provide the proof.

I was in the que waiting to get Garth Brooks tickets for 45 minutes. I joined the que early knowing it would be sold out and in high demand. It was finally my turn and your website kicked me out and sent me to the back of the line.

Now I will not be able to get tickets. Garth Brooks doesn't come around that often and never to a venue like Memorial Stadium. To say disappointed would be an understatement. Your website seems to have several flaws as friends of mine who did get tickets experienced issues and terrible services.

Honestly, we have come to expect it every time we have to purchase tickets through Tickeketmaster. For what services cost we'd at least expect a flawless experience. Instead Ticketmaster never seems to let us down.

On August 12th,2020 I received an email by ticketmaster stating that the Kiss concert on August 29th,2020 in Atlantic City was canceled.Its been just over 9 mths with no refund.Plenty of promises by staff saying that there are looking into it and that I should receive my refund soon.

I bought tickets for a concert in 2020. Santana/Earth wind and fire in Dallas Tx. Of course the concert was postponed until July 2021. I bought e-tickets and am unable to access them due to an email on my original account that i can no longer access.

Ticketmaster cannot be accessed by phone, only email or chat.. I cannot use the chat function because i can't log into my account. When I do it asks for me to update my password via a link I cannot access because of an invalid/outdated email i no longer use.

Repeated attempts to get this resolved have been ongoing since February 2021 and there is an email thread with customer support that is 10 emails long both automated and some signed by actual people with names. I am at my wits end because I can't get any solid help from these people.

I tried to purchase Andrea Bocelli concert tickets for 10/20/21 Dallas, TX American Airlines Center during the presale. The only delivery option I am given is through mobile phone. My phone isn't compatible with the ticketmaster app. Is there any way I can get the tickets emailed or mailed? This is absolutely frustrating.

While some people are able to purchase tickets for the original price listed by the band itself. Others have bo choice but to purchase ONLY resale tickets that are triple to 5 times the amount they are originally listed for.

This is ridiculous and something should be done about this. Do better.

I am now a cancer patient and was hoping I could attend the Elton John concert in Columbia, SC on 4/20/21.

However, due to my chemotherapy, I will not be able to attend due to (1) being subjected to crowds in a Covid-19 atmosphere and (2) I may regurgitate on fellow attendees due to the chemotherapy. I requested a refund due to these medical reasons an consistently received a negative reply via internet.

It would appear that Ticketmaster would have special circumstances such as mine. I am sure Elton John would not agree with your stance.

On 2/19/20 I purchased 2 tickets for a concert (order ##10-53326/NY5) On 2/17/21 I was notified that the concert had been canceled and and that I'd be refunded the full amount if I requested with I promptly did. Since the day I made the purchase on my debit card, I've replaced the debit card with a new number. I have yet to receive a refund or a consistent answer as to how to resolve the issue. I am unable to call, or live chat as their system is unavailable. I've sent several emails with inadequate responses. I could use the $221.56 right now. Please advise.

I purchased 6 tickets for Le Reve at Wynn Resort in February. I was notifird by Ticketmaster that I would be receiving a refund for the show in 14-21 days due to its cancelation. This was on March 16th. After 21 days I called and was told no worries it will pe processed within 30 days.

It is past 30 days and still no refund. Not the way to treat customers

I bought tickets to Aus Open in early October 2019 and then was told that tickets could not be printed for at least another week. I then rang a week later and went to collect the tickets and tickets to Adelaide International at Memorial Drive.

I was then told that no one could access the computer because the person with the "password" was off . I gave my phone number and someone was going to ring me when they could access the computer. No one rang so a week later I called to be told that the Australian Open tickets were available and some Memorial tickets are being printed.

I purchased tickets to the Hard Rock grand opening show with Def Leppard on November 1st. I have been to numerous shows at this amphitheater in Wheatland and the traffic management has been chaotic as expected, but it always flows well.

I was with a friend that was wheelchair bound and had purchased handicap seats for our group of 4. This where my complaint starts. It took over an hour to get into the venue due to traffic blocks that were backed up for 4 miles with no one directing traffic.

Officers were stationed but not actually directing so standard stop signs were the order to merge into traffic. By the time we got in, all handicap parking was full which required a drop off at the Uber drop off of the wheelchair and then parking out in standard parking. More time.

On our tickets it said the show started at half 7. We got there n were told that it actually started at 7. We were not the only ones with this problem. We missed half an hour of a show we have been looking forward to for such a long time.

I demand this is looked at and something is done as we can't get that experience back.

I wish I could give you NO stars. I sold my tickets to Rent for August 7th in Houston Texas on July 1, 2019. Because I had never resold tickets I called to have some questions answered. I spoke with a young man who explained my fund would be deposited in my account within 7 days and I had to have a credit card on file in case the event was cancelled or postponed so Ticketmaster could refund the buyer.

After 7 days I contacted ticket master again to inquire about my funds. I was told at that time that my tickets were posted for sale by the bar code and the money would not be placed in my account until after the event.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Cher Show on broadway. I had a death in my family and I couldn't attend the show. I called ticketmaster and asked them if they can reschedule the show for another day. They said my request has to be in pending to see if it can be approved. They will email me.

One week went by and I never heard from them. I called and the customer service rep said my file is on hold and then said it was denied and they can't do nothing about because of their policy. 00 and they couldn't even show any sympathy for me?

I have been a customer for Tickemaster for years and they are so unfair to me. Poor customer service.
