On our tickets it said the show started at half 7. We got there n were told that it actually started at 7. We were not the only ones with this problem. We missed half an hour of a show we have been looking forward to for such a long time.

I demand this is looked at and something is done as we can't get that experience back.

I wish I could give you NO stars. I sold my tickets to Rent for August 7th in Houston Texas on July 1, 2019. Because I had never resold tickets I called to have some questions answered. I spoke with a young man who explained my fund would be deposited in my account within 7 days and I had to have a credit card on file in case the event was cancelled or postponed so Ticketmaster could refund the buyer.

After 7 days I contacted ticket master again to inquire about my funds. I was told at that time that my tickets were posted for sale by the bar code and the money would not be placed in my account until after the event.

I purchased tickets on the Ticketmaster website, later found out I was unable to attend. I sold my tickets on Ticketmaster’s website, but have yet to be compensated. There seems to be a massive confusion between Ticketmaster and PayPal. I Have submitted a complaint in the past and have called in twice to check the Status off my reimbursement.

I purchased 2 tickets for the Cher Show on broadway. I had a death in my family and I couldn't attend the show. I called ticketmaster and asked them if they can reschedule the show for another day. They said my request has to be in pending to see if it can be approved. They will email me.

One week went by and I never heard from them. I called and the customer service rep said my file is on hold and then said it was denied and they can't do nothing about because of their policy. 00 and they couldn't even show any sympathy for me?

I have been a customer for Tickemaster for years and they are so unfair to me. Poor customer service.

I have been online trying to purchase $20 tickets during National Concert Week for two days. It's IMPOSSIBLE!!! You advertise Cardi B at SPAC and ZZ Top at the Bank of NH Pavilion in Gilford NH HOWEVER - Neither of those shows come up!! 00!

I called customer service and was on hold for 33 minutes. That is OUTRAGEOUS!!!! Hire more people! I am beyond frustrated. I just called the 310 area code number for corporate only to have the live human that answered the phone, not be able to hear me and hang up after saying hello ONCE!

I have used Ticketmaster for years and never in my life had been belittle they way they treated me very rude. I mess up my order on some boxing tickets and quickly call to exchange for the location cause the mixup was 7hrs away no refund just exchange the tickets ran $240 they refused to exchange the tickets to the location near me and

basically told me I was shit out of luck $240 down the drain. Not me I will email everyone one on Ticketmaster till I now want my money back.

There is a lot of talk about dissuading scalpers from flooding the ticket market with overpriced tickets. As a member of a fan club of my favorite band who will be touring this summer, I requested tickets to one concert.

My request was granted but the seats were moved back to a "lesser" level. When tickets went on sale to the public, I went online to see if I could get better seats but there were none. The same day, there were great seats available on TM and LN for hundreds of dollars above face value.

" LN and TM, you have become the scalper. In no rational world should the average joe have to pay 800, 900, 1000+ dollars for a ticket that has a face value of $115. Do the right thing, do not let people resell tickets on your sites! "

I am trying to book tickets for a client of mine who would like to go to a pop concert.

first we tried boyzone obviously cos your disabled you cant book online don't understand this reason really. to then be given a number to ring for each different event is very costly and time consuming. then to try and book Robbie Williams tickets I have been given another special number just for disabled people which makes the process really hard.

I think you need to make an online booking system for disabled people as this is discrimination. you would think the system would be easier as there is enough challenges in life for them just being in a wheelchair.

I sent an email yesterday (6th of September) to receive a loyalty discount code for Electric Picnic tickets. I got an email back saying I would receive an email with my code after 6pm. I did not receive a code until 11:30am the following day to which the tickets had already been sold out by that time!

I have a question. New York Broadway week started on August 15, 2018, tickets 2 for 1 sales. This is the third year I have stayed up to get tickets for the Lion King and 12:01AM the tickets are sold out.

I called Ticketmaster and founded that your Agents are very nasty and hangs up the phone when you question them direct. I would like to know how you can sell out in one minute. Don't tell me that one person buys all the tickets in one minutes as your agents suggested.

I purchased two tickets in April of this year for my husband and son aged six to go to see Liverpool v Napoli in the avivia. Unaware I started to get charged 15 euro for a following two months, this I did not want and was not allowed a refund.

My husband finds out after the match that childrens tickets were 10 euro, this was not clear or at all online when purchasing tickets. I paid the same price for both tickets. So I am greatly disappointed over this. Colette

Attended the Keke Wyatt event on 7/31/2018. The start time for the event specifically stated 7:00pm. I arrived at the Howard Theater at 6:37pm. I took my place in line at approximately 6:41pm. Security did not allow consumers entry into the building until 7:35pm.

My daughter was buying a ticket for an event and the web site timed-out before the transaction was complete. She repeated the procedure and this time completed the transaction.

However, she was then sent two tickets and our bank account was charged twice. Trying to get to talk to someone is an extrmeley long process due to lack of people manning the phones and once I sent the ticket was sent back we were told it would take at least 15 days for the reimbursement to be agreed!

My daughters planned to buy BTS tickets and they waited on the website for hours to be told that all the tickets were sold. How can this happened? Your organization should keep better tabs on who is purchasing tickets. How can tickets get sold in literally seconds to maybe a handful of people.

I attended the Migos concert on December 2nd in Youngstown, Ohio. 05. On the day of the concert, the doors were set to open at 6:30 pm, so I arrived at that time in order to get the best possible spots in general admission after paying almost $100 for this concert.

The concert was set to start at 8 pm, with no advertisement of an opener, but at around 8:15 pm an opener who was a local from Youngstown came onto the stage. They performed until around 8:45 pm and then the lights came back on.

I purchased tickets for the Lady Gaga concert that was on 8/15, but unfortunately our view of the stage was COMPLETELY obstructed by large props being used in the concert. Since I had visited Golden 1 center SEVERAL times, I knew when I purchased my presale tickets that I would be getting a pretty good view of the stage head on.

Much to our surprise when we found our seats, we noticed we couldn’t view the stage! We arrived at 7:30 pm (the time the tickets said the concert started) but the actual show didn’t start until nearly 9:15 pm…. We waited the extra 1 hour and 45 minutes in hopes that the obstructions would move out of our view once the show started, but sadly they didn’t.

I have already made a complaint over receiving a Ticketmaster gift voucher from my son for Xmas last year when I went to use this in November I was told it expired. My son ordered through Crisco and never received this until November so we had no date of issue on the card so its very unfair that we have lost out. I have not received any feedback from my original complaint.

Ticketmaster is a deceptive sales organization. I bought tickets online for a local performance, and they added33% service fees to an already inflated seat price. When I received the full bill before the performance, I contacted them and asked that they resell my seats and give me a full refund.

They refused, and kept asking me to speak to different managers on the phone. I contacted them 3 days before the performance and they still haven't acted. If they don't refund my money, I intend to dispute the transaction with my credit card company and advertise their unfair business practices widely.

The service representatives were polite, but clearly weren't authorized to do right by their customers. I will never use their services again and encourage others to avoid dealing with this…

What is going on with Green Day's Revolution Radio 2017 tickets? They were completely sold out within five minutes because of resale sites buying bundles upon bundles to sell for quadruple the initial price of the tickets. Many fans are disappointed because of the quick sales to reselling sites and have been left devoid of the tickets they wanted. Whose responsibility is it to prevent these resale sites from getting their disgusting mitts on these ticket bundles?

Even the Ticketmaster website contains a window to test if the buyer isn't a robot before the shopping cart page shows up and it still doesn't prevent mass sales to these resellers which I think is ridiculous, because if you're clamping down on bots, you should be able to clamp down on these websites mass buying Ticketmaster…

I have been very excited for my friends and I to see Britney Spears this coming August. I have been watching and waiting for 5 tickets for us to purchase. I saw some on the resale that were normally $69 plus fees and I had to pay $111 per ticket on the resale site(that is $22 more per ticket then they are worth). I was SO excited because the row was "AA" and even though it was the second section, I knew that it would be okay because it was in the As. Well come to find that the row is after Z. I was upset to say the least because its my 30th birthday and I do not want to be that far back. My friends were anxious to buy the seats by me but now they know that its that far back, they are not excited to purchase that row, which gives me another problem.

I spent over 3 hours yesterday trying to redeem one of eleven vouchers to attend a concert in California-live in Arizona, but no venues are listed. I tried every voucher-11 got kicked out each time at the submission-because there was a message that said sorry-temporarily not working-go back to last page. I did that, got no where and tried over and over to get it to accept. Finally after two hours it didn't give me the not working message, but needed my cin-for credit card on line. Paid £440 for two premium tickets for Rod Stewart Concert on 17th June, I have received them but then noticed that the tickets were priced at £95;00 each, so basically the have maid a £ 200 pound prifit from me. I contacted ticketmaster via the phone and was told that they were good tickets and that they were printed by a third party, surely they should not be able to charge extortionate prices in the first place was not happy with my reply from customer service, I have also emailed them but have received no reply from them.

Their mobile site is absolutely abysmal. Impossible to use, insists my password is incorrect yet it allows me to log on on desktop browsers. The reset password page never works and essentially renders it nearly impossible to use the website on my phone.

On march 22, 2016, my husband and i purchase three gate passes for all three copa america games in seattle online via ticketmaster. As i have had difficult experiences in the past with this company i took screenshots through the process; i have evidence of every step of the purchase process.

Our transaction was completed, we received confirmation and an email with a link to our order. I purchased tickets for the Garth Brooks concert in Louisville Ky for April 9th @7. When I purchased my tickets the day, hour they went on sale there was only one show advertised. Later it was advertised that they added 3 more shows. When I got to the concert on my date and time I was surprised to find that my tickets were for the night before. 12/17/15 late evening: I accidentally ordered tickets for Dec 18 rather than Jan 18 For 7PM, Blue Man Group, Las Vegas. I requested an exchange of dates from Ticketmaster. Natalia with Ticketmaster Fan Support responded via email that she would help with the request. She asked what time I wanted the tickets for. I responded to Ticketmaster with the requested time (no change in time requested). I contacted Ticketmaster letting them know I had seen no movement in the exchange of my tickets. BTW, The Blue Man Group had TONS of seats available for the Dec 18 show I accidentally booked. Ticketmaster sends me a reply stating that my tickets were cancelled bk I did not call or reply on time.

I was in-line via website for Adele tickets for her Oakland concert. I got my seats, section 118 for 3 and hit okay to purchase. I was then kicked out and put back in-line only to wait another additional 20 mins to find that no more tickets were available.

I don't understand why I was kicked out during the option to enter my CC information? Why wait in line for 20 mins only to have your system kick me out? I contacted Ticketmaster customer service by phone and email and nobody can correct this issue for me so far.

I purchased three tickets for Walk the Moon at Manchester Ritz on 25/11/15 back on 26/06/15. The gig was cancelled by the band via press release on 21/11/15, and brought to my attention the same day, however I awaiting confirmation from Ticketmaster. I heard nothing so emailed the Ticketmaster complaint department on the 23rd November and received nothing back. On their website they have advised they will be reaching out to all customer to discuss this. I attempted to contact via the customer service phone number and was greeted with an automated message that the advisors were all busy and could not take me call, but instead of giving me hold music, simply redirected me to the website and terminated the call.

I went on ticketmaster on Thursday November 12 to purchase 3 raptors tickets for $897. Since I am buying 3 tickets, I used my friend's business credit card. He was beside me while I do this. The order went through and I received the confirmation order number 11-32922/TOR.

I went on the side and print off the tickets on the next morning November 13 which is also the game day. When I got there, the tickets didn't work and the guy said the tickets are refund. I was so embarrassed and left.

I went home and checked online and it indicates that the order has been cancelled. Why I never received a notification for the cancellation? I called the customer service call center and they are saying that the phone information that I used is incorrect.

I got a horrible experience, I purchase 4 tickets to an event on saturday. after driving for 2 hours I got to the event and my seats were behind the lights and I could not see anything. I should have a refund. The experience was horrible.

Ticketmaster doesn't even have a place on their site to submit a claim or anywhere to contact customer support. I guess they don't want to know when people are upset!

I purchased tickets for my daughter and her partner to see Monford and sons at the Riverside theatre Brisbane. She called today to tell me they couldn't hear the event and left early. They complained at the event with many others but were told they could do nothing about it!

I have purchased many tickets for events at the Riverside, in fact last nights event the Hooziers were purchased by me with no problems. Ticketmaster should give some sort of a refund don't you think?

Ticketmaster customer service didn't even care that their name was used in a fraudulent ticket sale. It was a total scam that someone sent me with Ticketmasters name. I contacted Ticketmaster by email several times and they were rude and didn't care that I got scammed.

They said We Told You Several Times That This ISN'T our issue!!! It is your god damn issue if someone is using your name to commit fraud!!!

I have been trying for an hour to contact customer servicer. I don't mind being on hold I understand there are only so many people that can help and I am quite patient , but to be disconnected 3 times after 15 minute of holding I find to be terribly disrespectful and horrible customer service.

Not only that but it is now 9:54 on a Wednesday morning and I am told that customer service is closed and my call will be disconnected. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have had in a very long time!

I recently purchased some tickets via the Ticketmaster phone line for a client of mine within The Disability Trust. The woman on the phone was very rude & hung up on me before I could confirm that the appropriate delivery address had been recorded.

I was also unable to inquire about a receipt due to the attendant repeatedly talking over the top of me & then hanging up on me. I have not yet received the tickets & have no way of knowing where they are as no reference was provided.

86 was taken by Ticketmaster from our company credit card in the name of Denise Yalda on 2/7/15. Is there any way to advise me of the location of this clients ticket? Help section of the website is ironically no help!

Every time I purchase tickets, before the event I have to call ticketmaster because I am unable to print my tickets. The order number always changes and I have to call them and be on hold for a hour to resolve my problem.

If the order number changes, why doesn't ticketmaster update the customers account? This isn't the first time this has happened, its intentional! They cannot correct the problem so they always have to email me the tickets. This is unacceptable for a large company, I believe they do this so to try to make customers buy another ticket to the event they already paid for.

If I paid for the ticket and cannot access it, what's the point of ordering online?

Bought tickets to see threasa caputo In section floor 4 row j seats 7 and 8. When we arrived at show they changed our seats to floor4 row jj seats 15 and 16. When we went to find our seats other people were seated there, they were giving the same seats as ours.

We were then moved to the balcony in row ee seats 12 and 13. We paid to be on the floor for this show, we were very unhappy with the out come of the sitting arrangement. We feel the free drink or hotdog didn't make up for not being seated for where we paid for.

I purchased tickets for the NBA Clippers Vs Spurs PLAYOFFS ROUND 1 GAME 1 Date is WRONG on the ticket. Ispent $70 on UBER transportation to get to the Staple Centre, and when I get there, got told the game is actually tomorrow (SUN 19th April), the ticket displayed as SAT 19th April.

I am a visitor from Sydney. I never know the service here is that poor. I called them. All they did was apologies, no refund on my transportation or other beneficial complement. This is not how you treat your customers!!!!

They advertise "pre-sale" for Rolling Stones in Milwaukee, but of course, no matter how hard you try, no tickets are available.

However, ticket brokers list tons of tickets with seat location. How do they get them before the tickets go on sale to anyone???? Average person has absolutely no chance. Ticketmaster needs to find a way for internet users to get tickets easily and efficiently.
