I have to repost that this Tim Horton's subjecting themselves to a law suit in the near future if they do not get the parking lot stalls repaved, and made wider. 90% of the parking stalls are destroyed. The asphalt is all broken up and have big ruts in them and because of this has a lot of loose gravel which is a night mare for motorcyclists.

Someone is going to hit a rut or slip on some gravel drop their bike and break an ankle or leg and if they have a passenger they might also break bones as well. The second things is the parking lot is way to small to have parking stalls and a drive through.

You need to sen the area manager down to that location and investigate. When the drive though is busy people have to much of a hard time backing out of the parking stalls in fear of hitting…

I’m absolutely disgusted by the service! Incompetent, rude people you guys hire! My vehicles all need to be steam cleaned due to lids falling off, no bottoms in the cups..... they NEVER get even a simple coffee right! Just a disgusting place!!!!!

I'm furious! I've been grabbing coffee every day sometimes twice a day. I should have tons of points but when I tried checking my account some other account comes up. So I called this number gave the girl I've been speaking to all the info and she said she would get someone to contact me once They figure out what's happening to my points. That was like 2-3. Weeks ago.

I've emailed them also and no reply. Terrible service, plan on switching to McDonalds where I get much better customer service.

Your new lids are terrible. Impossible to drink without spilling. I wonder if any of you have tried drinking out of a new Tims Lid. I'm not buying a coffee from Tims until the lids are changed. They are the worst coffee drinking experience in my mind.

My complaint is about Tim Hortons in Michigan on 5 mile Rd and Merriman Rd. I go to this location atleast twice a week and order a large coffee. I go in usually approximately 12:30am. I always get the same guy. Very rude. Everytime i go there.

He definitely hates his job. Only reason i go there is because its the only Tim Horton's in the area thats opened late. I never complain because i dont want him doing anything to my order. On Thursday, October 3 i ordered my coffee and also a large caramel macchiato.

I first asked him how many ounces a medium was. His response was, " i dont know" with an attitude. I didn't say anything. I left with my order. I took a sip of the caramel macchiato only to discover that he a gave a cup of steamed milk.

No espresso or caramel in it. I will visit this…

Been going to Tim hortons on 21 and vandyke for years, now this employee Joslyn made me to go a different one. She is rude as ever, can't get orders right. She was kissing an employee named Troy. Isn't there a no dating policy?

Who wants to walk in and see that crap? I won't bring my kids back either. Troy has smelly breath, and smells like he doesn't shower much, he picks his nose. That business needs to be shut down! This is at 21 mile and vandyke Shelby charter township Michigan

I started on Sept 1. Purchased shoes thru the store that they took out my check. I was told i had to watch training videos and would not be paid by the hour but by a flat rate of 75.

These videos took me three days each day 3 hours. After that i trained for a week. The following week on the 17th the Manager was extremely stressed oyt we was super busy amd she flipped out on me on the floor in front of customers and fellow co workers bc of how i rang soemthing in. It was embarrassing.

A customer then approached the counter demanding corp infor bc she felt it was inappropriate and rude of the manager to speak to me that way. I was in tears fi ished my shift amd never returned. 00 fine. But my slcheck was only 40 bucks they never paid me for my training videos.

Where do I even begin. People are down right rude and nasty at the University ave location in Rochester NY. The "manager" with the "half pink,half shaved head" Brandi is rude, doesn't know how to talk to her crew let alone the employees.

I came to the establishment the crew were on there phones, talking to one another. One girl who called herself "Queen" was laughing and playing around with a young man named Richard joking about how drunk they were. I was absolutely disgusted.

To say the least I left without placing my order. " In addition this was the same location that had a young boy die due to negligence of employees and crew. Something really needs to be done about this place because no one cares about there job and its a free for all.

i have been a client at Tim Horton's for a very long time and have put up with all the problems and bad service only because it was Canadian, but now with the new coffee lids i have had it, the old coffee lids with their pull up tabs were just fine, if it tipped a little bit or if you wanted to shake up your coffee you could, drinking out of it was easy and fine,the new lids if you try to shake the cup to mix it up more it pours over your hand from the drinking portion of the lid burning your hand and

M-F I am a customer of the location on genesee street Lancaster. Everyday I order a medium triple cream and triple sugar, along with a grilled cheese panini with tomatoes added. 14 daily. On September 26th my order was wrong.

The grilled cheese did not have the tomato (although I was still charged) and the coffee was black. Fortunately I had cream at my job and just dealt with the panini the way it was. Friday September 27th I again ordered the same thing per usual, upon arriving to work, again the panini did not have the tomato although I was charged and specifically mentioned the tomatoes being added due to the previous day.

And the coffee was also terrible. It tasted more like a latte, I believe I was given the wrong drink. Upon calling the location I spoke to the manager angel, so…

I have been using my Tim's rewards card every day sometimes twice a day. I had thousands of points all of a sudden my points dissapeared and someone else numbers are showing up. So basically my points have been hacked.

I was traveling today thru Comber and Harrow Ont, and ordered my tea with 1 bag in and 1 out, and 1 milk. In both towns they put the milk in the cup and then the water and then put the tea bag (2 dunks) and then the lid..

To my knowledge the milk should be put in and then the tea bag and then the water so that the tea bag can start to steep. I don" t know if that is the way they were trained or if its the way they just do it.

By the time my tea steeps it is getting cold. Not impressed.

This afternoon I went to the Tim Horton's on the Danforth near Greenwood. I've been going to Tim Horton's for years and this was undoubtedly

the worst customer service and the premises were a mess. Garbage spewing out of the recycling bins - large number of boxes out in the

open. I ordered a small coffee - black no sugar - two creams on the side. I pick up the coffee with only one cream and told your staff I

asked for two creams. She starts telling me the order said one cream - not my problem if the order was inputted wrong - then I find

my coffee wasn't black but they had already put the cream in. I will not be going back - it's very competitive and you need to provide

a better customer experience.

Colwood BC Island highway store to start with employs minorities who go from cleaning toilets to food preparation without washing. Simply slipping on gloves with hands exposed to human waist isn’t hygiene and that’s how they spread infections in their own countries and now in Canada.

I purchased two ice Capps at the location on Spencerport road, Rochester, NY. As the young man who was serving me handed them through the drive up window they started to flow out of the container and I ended with the spill on my jeans and white blouse.

He then asked if I wanted a tray. I said yes. When I was heading to my destination I went to pick up one of the drinks and was surprised that the cap came off and I was doused in the ice cap and so was my car.

I then had to return home to clean myself and the car. Upon inspection of the containers I saw that both drinks were in double containers and the caps were not on correctly. To say the least I was very upset.

Rude people complaining to my husband about his cigarette smoke stinking...in our own car. Than rudly gives him change and no receipt. The branch on Saginaw st in Grand a Blanc , MI is terrible. It use to be great but who ever is running it now is terrible. I have ordered numerous times this summer strawberry yogurt - pointed to it in the case and always end up with vanilla- seriously- it’s marked on the bottom!!

Also the employees do not receive enough training before thrown to the wolves. They don’t know their products or how to use the rewards program. I’ve had at least 3 visits not recorded because they don’t know how to scan it. Very frustrating.

I understand the register takes practice finding things , but perhaps providing the employees a printed piece of paper with what is on the register would help them know the register and menu. They are literally driving customers away. I’m not waiting in the store ( only…

On Sunday 9/8/19 I was in the drive thru lane @ 1340 Ridge rd. Lackawanna NY- I waited 10 minutes until the girl got on the speaker and asked if I could come in to order & then laughed?? I had to get out of my car and explain to the people behind me what was happening then have all three cars back out and we all left without purchasing anything.

I will never go back to this location again and will make sure that other people know of the problems that I had that evening

I was with my sister and we pulled thru the drive thru today at 5390 Genesee St Lancaster NY. I ordered 2 donuts and a small cup of tea. The young man handed me the tea cup and the lid was not on properly.

The lip came off and the cup spilled onto my hand and burned me. My hand is injured and I have 3 blisters and 4 fingers swollen and thumb area is burned. He offered me a new cup of tea but I declined.

I asked for napkins and a cup of ice to put my hand in so I could make it home and hopefully keep the burn from getting worse. If it is not better I will go to the emergency room.

Thank you Judith McLaughlin Please please tell them to put the lids on tight.

On Aug 26, 2019 my husband and I had lunch at the Queenston and Nash location in Hamilton Ontario at about noon. I ordered a Turkey club on a everything bagel tosted with butter no tomato, wedges and a large tea one bag in one on the side with 2 sweetener.

I seen it was entered correctly and ate my wedges then went to eat my sandwich and bit into it and almost bit into a tomato. I took it right up to the counter and explained that when I asked for no tomato it is because I sm allergic and could this please be remade.

The older lade at the counter was very nice and very sorry this had happened and asked the sandwich person I later learned was named Georgina to remake my sandwich. Georgina brought out the sandwich laughing and but saying she remade it.

I opened it back up to see the bite…

If I could rate it with negative stars, I would.

I stopped at the Tim Hortons at Exit 97, on Route 71 in Ohio. I stood in line at the counter for about 15 minutes, where they proceeded to wait on two customers. I still had three customers before it was my turn. Then I decided to try the drive thru. Mistake. I waited in line for 30 minutes and only four cars had received their order in that time. I finally pulled out of line and left. Service horrible. All of the counter people were working very slowly with no sense of urgency. Not the way to work when serving the public.

I wish I could give Tim Hortons zero stars! ) or the certain meats for hoagies. As they are telling me they are out, it is listed in plain view on the menu! NOT ACCEPTABLE! Then, on the evening of August 28th 2019, at the Transit and Broadway location in Depew, NY, I voiced a complaint to the worker in the drive thru about them constantly being out of items on the menu.

On Saturday at 5:00 I went into Tim Hortons on broadway and dick in depew ny. Ask if they had potato wedges I was told not at this time. I then proceeded to ask for 4 steak and cheese Panini s and was told of sorry cant have that either because they didnt make it.

I was upset just leaving work and hungry. I then went to yoyr location on william and union. I walked in and asked for 4 panni sandwiches and Scott the cashier said he would check. Alysa working in back in said we dont have enough maybe we can make 1.

At this point I was frustrated asked for the corporate number Scott offered to make more at the same time Alysa was avoiding giving me the number. I also asked for potato wedges was told by Alysa they dont make them after 5:00.

Scott had exceptional customer service when offering…

I went into one of your stores this morning to purchase me and my wife our coffees like o do every morning. When we got to the drive through they scanned my rewards card, told me there was a problem with their scanner and asked me to wait a moment.

Once they “fixed” whatever it was they rescanned my card then told me that I could not use it since my card had been used in the last half hour. No I had only been awake for a half hour so I knew it had to be the first time they scanned it and told them so, they said no I was wrong so I ended up getting nothing from my visit.

The worst part is that it is so hard to get rewards (I bye TWO coffees every time and only get ONE reward) but when they scanned it the first tome and “it wasn’t working” they also took the reward that I had earned

I visit your location at 618 Delaware street in Tonawanda NY , every single day. I always order the same thing a cafe mocha , or French vanilla cappuccino. I have been told every day since Friday 8/16 that the machine that produces both is broken.

It is very disappointing that it hasn’t been fixed by now , and the store employee doesn’t know when it will be repaired.

I live in the metro Detroit Michigan area and I drive a lot. My complaint is with the company as a whole and the employees always blame the manager. You never get a napkin with your drive-through order and I never think to ask for one because it should be a given.

The last straw was yesterday at the Pontiac location on Walton Road when I had a coffee and a doughnut and the donuts came in the bag without a paper to grab it and of course without a napkin. After I broke off I threw the donut in the garbage because touching money and touching food is a nonstarter for me.

I think I will never go to one of your stores again

See the attached image. I went through the drive through this morning and ordered a veggie sandwich. There is always too much cream cheese for me so I opened up the sandwich to take some off. Inside the sandwich there was a mosquito stuck to the cream cheese.

Used the drive through had a coupon and my Tim's card. I paid in cash for my coffee. When I got home I checked my points on my card and I had 0 witch meant I should have gotten my coffee free.

This was the Akron ny store. I thought this happened one other time but I let it go thinking I was wrong. So I now have been keeping an eye on it. I work very close to this Tim Hortons and I am a 5 day a week customer. M.

My fiancé and I loved the Frozen Strawberry Lemonades. We loved them so much that we would get two larges at least twice a week. Now that the mix has changed we haven’t gotten one. The old lighter colored mix was so much better and now I am very disappointed.

I ordered a steak and cheese panini and it took like 20 minutes to get the sandwich because there was no steak done up. The store was not busy. Husband ordered 2 croissant sausage breakfast sandwiches and they could only give him one cause they didn’t have anymore croissants.

But the one they did give him was cold and the croissant was burnt. It was a HORRIBLE time there.

First bad service ever and I hope it doesn’t repeat its self! The restaurant was in Toledo Ohio on 1801 Laskey Rd.

Tim Horton's corporate guest service is extremely poor and disgusting. There is clearly lack of management and no accountability for providing good customer service. They truly do not believe in the concept of core values. Tim Horton's guest service has been outsourced to third party and most of the agents can not even speak English properly.

I have been dealing with an issue for over a weak and any time I call and I get the same useless answer" We do not what is going on". I used to think highly about this company but its guest service sucks.

I filed a formal complaint about a store in Thunder Bay Ontario on Canada Day about service I got from 2 counter persons were very discurtiuos to my friend and I. I have been coming to 615 Sibley Drive for 5 years.....

since 2,014 and the counter person said they didn't want me and my friend staying all night and told my friend that we never bought anything in the store.... the fact is I did.... I bought 2 Boston Crème donuts,2 coffees and 2 diet cokes and those counterpersons call that nothing....
