On my way to work today I stopped at TH to get a coffee and muffin. I could hear from the street that somebody was yelling through radio/ PA system at the drive through. Of course before I get to the board to put my order I was fully aware that interac service is not working.

When I got there I was told same thing again and I said OK I would like to get a large coffee. I was asked if I have cash and I said that I understand that interac is not working and I asked if she will take my order. She ignored me again.

I drove to the window and wait for several minutes and finally she came, open the window and told me that she will not take my order. I asked for store manager and she told me that she is store manager.

I told her that she has no right to refuse me and if she is store manager…

Tim Horton is cheating people with credit card charge . Today I use my credit card on the Tim Hortons they charge too much money I don’t even know . When I asked for my receipt . Then I see they charge me more than my cost.

I go to the same Tim Horton's every morning. This is the second time that this has happened to me. When the server at the drive thru handed me my coffee, the lid came off, The first time, luckily it was caught in time before it was brought into my car and the coffee spilled outside. Today however, I was not so lucky. The lid came off spilling all over my car and my clothes and burnt my hand. I am very concerned that if these lids come off that easily that this may happen to a young child one day and really hurt them.

twice this week the staff got my order wrong - in the drive thru we rarely stop to check. On Tuesday I ordered a DR-Black and got double cream and sugar. I am diabetic and do not take cream or sugar for that reason. Today I ordered a breakfast biscuit with sausage and egg and found bacon instead. Very disappointing. Staff is friendly but apparently incompetent. Note that I did review what was on the monitor when placing my order and it was correct.

On a side note, I hate the new lids - they do not fit snuggly and result in dripping.

Staff not trained properly! I've been going to Tim Hortons for a year now. Most of the time use the drive thru. I had enough points to get a free coffee a 3 months ago. I don't go ever day but maybe once a week or other week.

I went to Tim Horton's today decided to go in for the drive thru was long. Bought 2 muffins and a extra large coffee. I handed the cashier my Tim Hortons card. I ask her how many points I have she said 2 points.

I said to her know way I have been over 12 times in the last month and a half I should have over 10 points at least!!!. The manager over heard me. I told her that I usually go thru the drive thru hand the card the cashier then I pay her.

On October 30/19, my husband and I were on our way to Toronto. As our usual first stop is Tim's in Blind River. We call it our pit stop. The washrooms were horrid! They had not only not been cleaned for some time, the floor was a mess, papers all over the place. This particular Tim's is on Hwy 17 and it is very busy, but that is no excuse for not servicing the washrooms on a regular basis, because it is so busy it should be done every few hours.

Our second stop was the Espanola Turnoff Tims. It also was horrid. What is happening? We have travelled this route for several years and always stop at these 2 stops. There were times they were not good but this time was the worst. I suggest some Clean Water, Soap and disenfectent be on the order list for maintenance. Sorry to bother you with this…

I went to order my normal coffee adding vanilla sugar free unsweetened sweetener and I was told that corporate office made a decision to pull all unsweetened sweetener from all Tim Hortons. This is completely ridiculous to take away duck a value add for customers who have or want to choose sugar free alternatives due to diet restrictions.

In addition, corporate pulled the chicken salad wrap which was a healthy excellent choice. That was a disappointing move. I continued showing dedication as a customer even though I was very upset to see good choices removed from menu.

However, I've seen the chain declining and I will not be going back to a Tim Hortons again due to this insane move. Coffee is a number one menu item and to pull unsweetened sweetener is a bad move which will impact the…

EVERY TIME I go to Tim Hortons my order is ALWAYS WRONG!!! please tell me how you keep messing up a black coffee? Or instead of a bagel I get egg bites. Or like today I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on flat bread and I get sausage.

The has brown's are ALWAYS COLD!! I could go on with these horrible errors on my orders for months! Theres times I have went back and complained but I shouldn't have to on a regular basis. I'm on a quick lunch or break and my time is limited.

When I order I EXPECT it to be correct the FIRST TIME! The odd error I'm ok with but EVERY TIME I visit Tim Hortons its ALWAYS wrong. Come on now this is horrible. You people need to slow down and pay better attention to detail.

We went into Tim hortons on bell Blvd in Belleville and got 2 teas which they did not have the lids on properly and spilled all over my hands and floor because the tray was soaked from them leaking . Also we were there around 8:30 and they had only 6 donuts, which is pathetic because they are a donut shop. It is also not the first time which they have had no donuts .

c. quite often. It's on 27th Ave. Today the washrooms where worse than usual. Filthy, the floors filthy, service was so slow. I asked for honey. She mentioned the bottle was sticky. My response was , a little water would solve that problem.

We are also in the food industry, l know the fustrations of the business. Stopping for a coffee should be a relaxing experience . This place is getting worse. Head office needs to check it out.

I was at your Tim Horton's at Trethewey and Weston Road this morning around 6:50am. It's my first stop every morning before proceeding to go to work.

There's 2 issues: I waited this morning 20 minutes in the drive-through, the line-up was out to to the street. I was literally stuck because the Tim Horton's delivery truck was parked adjacent to the drive through and therefore I couldn't get out of the line up even if I wanted to. I asked the attendant what the problem was when I ordered my coffee and I was totally ignored; I continued to ask again at the window and was told "with attitude" that there was a shift change and there was no one there and the employee had just started.

If I could give 0 stars I would. There are a select few great staff but very few. its on our way home. Mistakes, sugar, cream, no milk, wrong bagel oh yes many. A smart person would have given up and gone to another Tims.

On Saturday, Oct. 19, at approximately 4:15, I stopped at Tim Horton's on Evans and Sheridan and ordered a grilled cheese panini at the drive-through. It was burnt. I had an appointment and couldn't return the sandwich, so I threw it out.

I called and talked to the worker. He apologized and said to bring it back and he'll make me another or give a refund. I returned after my appointment, and waited in the drive-through in a long line for almost 10 minutes. Frustrated, I left.

Obviously they were short of help that day. On Monday, at approximately 4:15, I went to the same Tim's and at the drive through ordered a grilled cheese panini. I told the girl about the burnt sandwich I received on Saturday and asked if she could please tell them not to burn it.

I went to Tim Hortons and ordered a French Vanilla Ice Capp with a shot of expresso and it was watery and very light in color. I buy these daily so I know what they should look like and this time I was not impressed with the product they were selling.

I simply asked the lady to remake it and she told me and my SO no. I was very upset because she was arguing with us that it was fine and she wasn't remaking it. The Tim Hortons on Rawsonville Rd in Belleville, Michigan sucks.

I have had MULTIPLE issues with you company in the past few months and have decided to not say anything.

However,today was the breaking point. I went through the drive thru at the King St, Moncton NB location. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on a biscuit with bacon. I pulled up, paid, took my bag passed to me and off to work I go.

Service was slow October 20th 2019 1 pm, Three behind the counter and 8 people in line. One was casually filling cups, one making coffee and the cashier had to come over to serve customers. Slow moving staff. Donut case low in product, all the tables in the dinning room was dirty.

we had to sit at a dirty table. All 5 garbage cans were over flowing of garbage. Really really poor visit to this site. I can not image that this store would pass your inspections. Tim Horton Store at Faye's Café Victoria Hospital London Ontario.

Me and my sister went to Tims for coffee on St James Winnipeg location. I was pissed off with this service personnel who doesn't even care and so rude. After I paid my purchase she scanned my Tim rewards app.

I realized that the point reward did not go through. She just asked me to wait until after serving the next customer. So I waited there for a few minutes and she did not get back to me. Clio store not open today at 430 am. Store ar 8 mile and mound wont accept a 50 dollar bill for any order of 20 dollars. Store in ohio last month next to my hotel, that I chose because it was next to the tim hortons lobby not open so I cant get served because I don't have a car to go through the drive thru.

Oct 18th drive through in Port Alberni BC on Johnson Road. Went through drive through, the staff who took the order for 2 extra large steeped tea was abrupt and did not ask for the details as to what was required in the steeped tea, I asked him if he wanted to know what was in the teas and

he said that would be helpful, he rushed the order. Went to the pick up window and the staff member was not friendly, he took the money and did not speak with us at all, I had to ask him a question for him to acknowledge us.

I’ve spent well over 100$ collecting these hockey cards. I bought the album for it to fall apart at the seam. I tried to return it for another one and they had none. I’m very disappointed I spend all this money for it to fall apart.

Today I bought Two Turkey & Bacon Sandwiches. Problem is there was no Bacon in it. I found over the years going to Tim Hortons is that you got better service from the stores that DO NOT have Drive throughs.

It seems that the drive through gets more of the attention than the people that actually go inside.

Have gone numerous times to my local Tim hortons store #7476 Roseville mich 30721 gratiot ave. I have been trying to get the limited time "red wings" doughnut. Every time I go there they never have it, say they are always sold-out.

Was so happy to see a Timmy's in Morgantown WV on interstate 79 , we stopped on our way South, coffee was not what we were used to, on our way back our experience was worse, I got a ice cap & coloring was dark & when I tasted it, it was horrible, I took it back in & apparently they were out of cream & used milk instead. Now they replaced it with a new one with a shot of vanilla, which made it even worse.

I live in Western NY where we love our Timmy's & can't get thru our day without our fix, this store in WV has extreme potential to succeed but not serving product like this, please help this store be a success

I have been a loyal customer since the opening of our Tim Horton's store in Franklin, PA.

However, I will not be purchasing my daily coffee at this store in the near future until things change. I usually get coffee each day before work from this store. The customer service is very slow. I have waited in line at times up to 15 minutes before even getting to the window.

I do not know if they are short of help or what is going on. The service used to be very quick and professional but not anymore. I am so disappointed!

Bay City, Mi. Jenny counter person horrible to customers. When frustrated, she acts out in front customers. We are regular customer. She sees us come in her face immediately gets angry, even leaves the room. Hates to deal with ice cream orders and It shows!!

We stopped at this restaurant while traveling. The entire store was extremely dirty. The floors were dirty, the bathrooms were disgusting. There was no toilet paper in some of the stalls, no paper towels, and the sinks were gross too. The gentleman at the counter barely spoke to us at all, and he seemed annoyed that we were even there.

Since I have never been to this Tim Hortons, I don’t know if this is normal. But based on my experience there, I would never stop there again.

The woman jelly on 1 Elbow Lane, Burlington, NJ, has treated me very disrespectful, and has even complained to my husband about me. She has even yelled at me because I asked for a little bit more of French vanilla shot.

She won’t give me a receipt, but gives my husband free coffees. She even told him if I don’t like it there is other Dunkin’ Donuts I can go to. She needs to be let go of her job, and I want to see her be let go.

Employee ripped bill out of hand was rude and pushy, had to ask for the hockey cards that I paid for and then had to tell her to actually hand the pack to me...ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter and it was not toasted. I've been drinking Tim Horton's coffee ever since I was a kid I was born in 1961 so when they opened in 1964 and I've drank a lot of hot chocolate and ate a lot of donuts love them chocolate eclairs when they were being sold when I reach 16 I started working and drinking Tim Horton's coffee and haven't stopped you've created a lid they work great for years now you have these lids that are hard to open most of the time getting pushed inside the lid I have arthritis and

The drive thru system sucks. Customers have to wait long periods of time.

First, placing the order and then waiting for the order. It is very unorganized inside at the counter also. I waited for my order to be placed. I asked for help, while several of them were at the drive-thru- approximately 4.

However, I received my large coffee and Yogurt cup. I asked for a bag and spoon, the female slammed the spoon down on the counter. I asked why did she do that. She said " I didn't slam it. I was going to put it in a bag for you!

" I had left before being late for work or an argument began. There needs to be some accountability some form of punishment for rude, disrespectful and uncustomary service like attitude and behavior. It is so annoying that such behavior has no repercussions.

I had traveled to the Tim Hortons on Central Ave in Sylvania, Ohio to purchase a cup of coffee with a few family members! As we were sitting in our vehicle in the parking lot drinking our coffee and smoking cigarettes minding our business, the Sylvania Twnshp Police rolled up on us!

Apparently, the staff inside that location called the police on us for no reason! Neither persons with me including myself, were doing anything wrong! Police even thought so because we were let go! This is very unprofessional on the employees of this location, and MY business will no longer be conducted at ANY location here out!

The managers and employees were playing. They could not hear my order and kept being loud and rude once I got to the window. I experience this often at this location. I go because it is close to my house.

They do not take their jobs seriously. It is very disappointing that I had to ask for a refund.
