Over all poor service slow, out of items, can not fill order properly, can not speak proper English, food and drink is not consistent in flavor and temperature, .To have customer satisfaction and relations, TIM HORTONS needs to do more on training there employees to perform better quality and customer relation service;

I attended the barrhead Albera walk in Tim Hortons. I ordered two teas. Neither of the two workers had masks or gloves on. The one worker sneezed and coughed didn’t wash her arm or hands. Preceded to open display case to retrieve donut.

I paid for year snd asked to speak to manger staff member she was assistant Managet. I mentioned she should wash her hands and arm after coughing and sneezing. ’ I said you should have washed your hands at least.

No face mask Messy and responded like I was at fault not good experience. Needless to say not happy

April 12, 2020 - Roughly 11:00 -11:15 AM Melissa Robillard and Terry Marcel walked from 76 Collins Cres to Tim Hortons at Main Street & Bovaird - Attached to Esso. Upon entry, we noticed there was a COVID-19 Shield was installed meaning that this Tim Hortons was open to serve the public.

We approached the counter, and asked for 2 large coffees, we were told "NO" and that only the drive-thru was open. There were 2 women working. When we were told "NO", we are closed only to drive thru, we stated we are handicapped individuals and if you were closed to the public then shy is there a COVID-19 shield in place to serve the public.

It must be noted that before we entered the store, there were individuals walking out of the store with coffees in their hands. This was a clear indication that…

I fully understand Tim Hortons taking protective measures for its staff during these turbulent times, but when did the city/province/federal mandate cards payments only policy ? 41 bill and frankly I don't even remember what amount I pinned for as I wasn't given a receipt ----- again , "preferring" card payments for hygiene reasons is one thing, but

mandating it in the most insulting way without any government level mandate is unacceptable---- I await your views on the aforementioned scenarios as my next step is to talk to the media as to where the official government line is----- thanks RAFFIC

I had a very bad experience today at 3:15 pm Wednesday, April 8, 2020, at your Tim Hortons located in the Royal Oak Plaza at 4440 West Saanich Road, Victoria, B.C. First of all, I love Tim Hortons. I have been going to Tim Hortons over the last four years with good experience, until now. I don't patronize Starbucks or McDonalds because I do not like their Lattes and they are more expensive.

Today, I went in to this Tim Hortons and ordered a medium Latte like I normally do. I don't want Tim Hortons to go out of business due to the current pandemic or lay off more young workers. Re: Tim Horton's, 3rd floor, Pearson's International Airport. Currently across from departure gate 37. Leaving to catch a flight, figured I'd grab quick bite to take on the plane as they do not serve meals at this time.

I'm a truck driver and I'm in Alma Mi every Tuesday morning. There is a Tim Hortons there, because of the coronavirus, its carry out only. I under stand that it's illegal to walk up to the drive through window, so I called the phone number to place a order, they don't answer the phone and I walked up to the front to try to get there attention, but they ignore me.

We drivers are having a hard time getting food on the road and your disrespectful people in your restaurant are not helping. Shame on you and your employees. All I wanted was an oatmeal and a cup of coffee. Their service wasn't much better before the coronavirus happened.

Hopefully, this company could help the truck drivers get food.

I won 2 free coffees. One I activated, the other I did not!! I was at the Tim Horton's at 1540 Maple Road, inside Millard Fillmore Sub Hospital and it would not give me my free coffee!!!! Then I had to purchase my coffee, and I didn't get a roll up the rim chance!!!

With the Corona virus going around & in store purchases closed, Tims stores should do more to protect people coming through the drive thru. I see the window attendant taking each persons Tims card & scanning it with the machine.

If a card had the virus on it, as plastic holds it longer, more people can get the virus unknowingly as she continues to touch all the Tims cards from everyone in the drive thru. For employee protection they should just hold the scanner & you keep your card & put it near the scanner.

I suggested that to the lady at the window who gave me a sarcastic reply. The window employee has plastic gloves on. Having to hand your Tims card to them is more dangerous for everyone & is not safe practise.

Hello, I have been a Tim Horton's customer for more than a year and from the beginning I have had this one complaint--the area where a small hole should be on the Dome Lids is only dented, it is very, very seldom a hole. Without a small hole in the lid (op- posite of the drinking spout) no vacumn occurs when drinking from the spout on the lid.

When that happens, half of what we try to drink is air. I hope I am describing this so you will under- stand what I'm trying to say. If you look at one of the Tim Hort- on's Dome Lids you will see a small indentation in the lid--That should be a small perforated hole to create a vacumn when drinking.

Very poor Customer service at the store on 892 Brant County Road 54. I was in there on 02/26/20 and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. They forgot to place the order so here I am waiting for 10 minutes for a bagel!

When I get it I take back to the car as I am in a hurry by then only to find out it is cold , barely toasted and no cream cheese. By now I am very frustrated and I go back in the store & hand it to an associate and tell them it's wrong and tell them to keep it.

I leave without my order and out of pocket for the cost. This is the third episode in this store in three months. What is going on?

I am writing at this time concerning the new lids on the coffee cups. They simply do not work. Coffee sloshes out of the lid. The lid slips off the cup which could cause scalding if the coffee was hot enough.

Also I don't know if the material used in the actual cups have been changed.

However, lately when there is hot liquid in the cup, the cups become very unstable because the material used seems to become weak and pliable. I have heard a number of people complain about the same issues. For the safety of your customers you really need to look at this new change because it does not work.

Frist when I drove up to the drive-through window the order taker was rude and didn't let me finished stating my order before telling me the total cost. I had responded that I haven't even finished. In a louder tone, she stated well what else do you want.

I gave her the rest of my order. When we pulled up to the window we received only half the order. Next, After checking the take out bag. There were only are two sandwiches. We had to wait another 5 minutes for them to get our hashbrowns.

She came back with one. She was reminded that we had ordered two combos. We had to wait another 3 minutes to get the second hashbrown. Afterwards, I then asked for the receipt and that took another few minutes. After driving off I went to get my breakfast sandwiched it was the wrong order.

I want to start off by saying I know the fast food industry is hectic and people make mistakes. Having said that I've been receiving my orders wrong for a while now and after today enough was enough. I am a teacher and with the strikes going on I was heading to our picket location with my girls and decided I needed a hot drink to get me through the cold.

I ordered a cafe mocha, nothing hard. I took a sip and I honestly don't know what it was. It tasted like old burnt watered down coffee... I was definitely not happy since now I would be without my drink for the next 3 hours.

On Sunday 02/16/2019, I went with my son at Tim Horton's location, on 16815 Middlebelt rd. Livonia, MI 48154 (ph# 734-425-4402) for some breakfast sandwiches and coffee. I ordered 4 Farmer's breakfast wraps, 2 donuts and 2 coffees. When I got to the window (we went through Drive-thru) the lady, gave us 1 bag that contained 2 of the wraps and 2 small backs with the donuts.

I have been complaining about the slow service/not enough staff at the Tim Hortons at the Civic Campus for along time. "You guys" always thank me for my comment but nothing has been done to fix the problem!!! My break is limited and if I have to stand in line to get a coffee which takes half my break,,I get angry!!

This Civic site is always busy and needs more staff to handle the customers I have also had to wait at 0300 for a coffee so the wait times are to long 24hours. I recently went to the Civic site 4 times in 3 days and noticed the same dried spillage on the counter.

I went through the drive through at the location on Ryan & 10 Miller in Warren, MI. I had the most horrible experience. I wanted to purchase 2 ice caps with mint. The person taking my order didn't seem to know what she was doing.

Everytime I go to 25000 Michigan Avenue, they are always out of something. I went February 2, 2020 @ 11:45 a.m for a sandwich, they were cleaning the grill. Lunch starts at 11, the grill should be clean on the early shift before the doors open.

I was into Tim Hortons at 88th and Scott Rd in Surrey ,January 31 and the wait was 15 minutes.

Also No gloves were used in making people’s meals and we have a very serious virus circulating right now. Upon speaking to the person behind the counter about it. Her rebuttal was, were busy. My complaint is about the choices made to deliver customer service. In flint mi. You always have awesome muffins like; red velvet, and coffee cake.

However most times 9 out of 10 visits, you cannot get these products. I am told they are seasonal. These products sell much better than your other muffins. Thats why they always ask if i would like to substitute a fruit explosion or choclate chip.

These products they always have for one reason- NO ONE LIKES THEM!!!!!!. I am tired of driving up to be disappointed. I will give my hard earned money to the local donut shop.

I was at the Tim Horton's on Speedvale and Stevenson today around noon and I was in the lineup and had witnessed one of the Supervisors being very disrespectful to an employee and had called her a bitch right in front of the entire store, many customers and I had a discussion about it when we had left the store, myself and another customer were so

It is unacceptable that three different Tim’s locations in close proximity have no Tim Bits for sale. I travelled to three locations in the Finch/Markham Road area and was unable to purchase a box of Tim Bits for my Mother and father. Tim Bits are our Friday afternoon ritual and this week we were unable to enjoy our weekly treat.

How can all locations be sold out at the same time? We were at the locations between 4 pm and 4:30 pm.

Can someone please explain to me as to why the staff at 5 of the Tim Hortons' in Waterloo do not know that oatmeal is a solid and not a liquid. At the following Hortons' no one knew how to make oatmeal: University Ave E, King St N (between Columbia St & Weber St N), At this store, I asked to see the oatmeal before ordering same.

My TimHorton’s in Jackson, MI 49203 has so many problems. The manager is doing a terrible job. I would say I frequent there for coffee 4-5 days a week. Almost any time I want something else either they ran out or don’t have it. I asked for the egg things ... ran out at 10:00 am ..???? Asked for the turkey club 11:40 ??? ..no bread it hasn’t arrived yet it is lunch time. I could see this happening g occasionally, but this is a frequent problem at this restaurant . Donuts... 11:00 am ran out??? Are you serious .. I love the coffee, but I’m not going back until they get a manager who can keep supplies there. Thought you should know. I went to the Tim Hortons at Niagara and Ontario in buffalo, NY. m. it wasn't busy, there were 2 girls working. I stood at the counter waiting for somebody to take my order. 5 minutes goes by, they both looked at me, nobody took my order or said anything to me.

I am a senior citizen. My friend and I frequent this Timmy's quite often. It is in our neighbourhood. I was born in Kitchener ON, my hometown. I am a white Anglo Saxon male. m. m. There was an East Indian male worker wearing a Turban who served us.

He gave me the dirtiest look when he served me. While sitting there he came by our booth and was making a lot of noise banging chairs dropping things. He was extremely RUDE!!!! Then he went behind the counter and was glaring at me in a very hateful manner and wouldn't stop glaring.

This Tim Horton's on the Highway 400 at Innisfil is the worst Tim's of all that I visit. I visit alot of tim's in Ontario! I went for lunch with my mom, and when she got her order of a chicken noodle soup with a bun, the bun was not fresh, it was hard .

Also, she had ordered a medium cup of tea with 2 creams on the side. The girl that got the tea just added the 2 creams to the hot water in the cup with a tea bag... of course the tea did not and will not ever steep.

AS a result I had to take that back to get a proper tea, the way it was ordered in the first p,ace. When I took the hard bun back the girl repeatedly argued with me that it was fresh, which it was not.

Hope this doesn't fall on deaf years. I was just at the Mccowan and Steeles location and there was no one inside the facility or drive thru and stood there while one of the employee was cleaning up the toast area and

the other was at the coffee station only when I asked if there was open she acknowledged me wait it doesn't end there she said something to the other employee and she then went to the back still had to wait to placed my order and the other employee gave me the worst service ..

My honest opinion they need retrain there employees.

Great Bend Tim Horton's does not stay open during the posted hours. Not once have they been open until the posted time. If the sign says they are open until 10:00 then someone should be there at 9:30 - 9:45.

Internet says they are open until 11:00.. That's not true. Very disappointed with Tim Horton's Great Bend. We use to stop there every Friday and Saturday nights. They must be losing revenue, because there were always people and buses there whenever we were there.

Something needs to be done. Even better the sign on the interstate says they are open 24 hours.

I had an awful experience at the Tim Horton's at 39305 Ecorse Road, Romulus, MI 48174. Not so much customer service, but what I witnessed as a customer. I drove up to the drive thru window and the man opened the window to hand me two coffees.

I told him I had ordered and unsweet iced tea. I totally understand that orders sometimes get mixed up and I was pleasant. But I didn't expect what happened next. The man made a snarky comment to the woman who took my order.

She must've said she would "walk out". That is when the man went ballistic. He started screaming at her, pounding his fist on the counter in a made rage. m. There was only one till open, although there were a total of 7 employees working behind the counter. Most of those were servicing the drive through window. I was 7th in line waiting for counter service. Then they opened a second till.

After about 10 minutes it was my turn at the till. The person servicing that till closed the till, I assume because it was the end of their shift. The person serving the other till was asked to close the till and move to the one I was waiting at.

We bought $200 worth of Tim's cards for our employees and vendors this holiday season. Each card was faulty, showing a 'Card Read Error'.

Calls to the help line confirmed that each card had the value e paid for, but it could not be accessed away the point of purchase.

We tried 4 different locations with the same result.

Calls to the help line came back with variations of 'Sorry ( or not) but you are stuck with these bogus cards unless you spend more money. There is no refund or replacement offered at all.

The moral seems to be " Don't give any more money to Tim Hortons for any good or services "

Their gift cards are a gift only to the Corp of Tim Hortons, and will make you look bad to anyone you try to give one to.

We were kicked out of tim hortons in orillia at 420 west st n for sitting there watching netflix on my mobile phone and purchashed a drink than a twat women staff told us to leave because we cant hangout here when we have rights to hang there like everybody else does tim hortons is now becoming shitty quality and shitty services

Earlier today I visited the Tim Horton's location at 3878 Southwestern Blvd. Orchard Park, NY - USA. The mgr. (Sean) kept interrupting the order I was trying to place with the cashier Re; Use of coupons, etc. He became loud, rude,nasty.

As and my husband were leaving I attempted to get his name by actuallyy looking at his name tag. When he realized that, he said "go ahead, call corporate ... He became louder and arrogant (infront of his employees and several customers.

I became angry and without realizing, made a gesture with my hand at which he said to me "and the same to you". I feel that his behavior, especially for someone in management was totally inexcusable. His reactions only made me more frustrated and stressed out.

I can only hope that some affiliated with Tim Hortons' will…

Was a big purchaser of the chocolate and vanilla frosted donuts at 99 cents which was a fair price. The they raised it to $1.19 which is a 20% increase and by far no longer a value. Now they raised it to $1.39 soon afterwards trying to dupe the public by calling it a "specialty item", LOL. Not only did they lose my donut business, but all the other items I bought there like soups, sandwiches, beverages, etc., my recommendations to others to go there, and now I sometimes will buy a good candy bar for half the price of one of their "specialty" (again, LOL) donuts that is just as satisfying if not more so.

Tim Hortons does not seem like a greedy place, but that's what it's become and the radical price increases strongly lead me to believe that the company is struggling financially and thus…
