Why is the store located in Clinton Township, MI on Garfield Rd and 17 mile always overly crowded, and the line is hanging out of the parking lot of a all strip mall that contains a liquor store and a T-Mobile service center? Preventing other customers from coming in to either visit this location to buy coffee. Or have use of the other businesses that are there.

Tim Hortons has the is the busiest it has ever been with the pandemic. The service and quality and quality of food at 4 I have been to is beyond acceptable. Example: My husband and I USED to have a Date Night so on Sunday 25 April 2021 we went for a drive to Bancroft Ont and decided to have Tim Hortons for lunch and eat it in a local park on a picnic blanket covid style.

Here is a list of the problems we incountered yesterday. 1. Food looked absolutely nothing like your advertisement on television or on your menue board. 2. It was tossed together so everything fell out all over our laps. Chicken Wrap and some sort of deep fried chicken sandwich on a bun. 2.

I have been to 2 different tim hortons and was unable to sign in to get points as your server was down also I ordered 2 blueberry muffins, confirmed at speaker and at window when I received my bag I said there is 2 muffins right, employee said yes so i did not check the bag as the employee had assured me there was.

I went to my local Tim Hortons and ask for a senior discount. And I was denied my senior discount when in the past all Tim Hortons honor my senior discount. The kid that was working said to me we do not honor it a senior discount at this location. I was a palled.

It has been several times now that I have attended for a breakfast only to come away dissapounted on 2 occasions I have waited in drive thru for 20 mins and then leff as going very very slow but todqy there was only 2 cars in front of me so I ordered only then to be asked to park up which I did under protest I started my order at 8 45 and I eventually got my order at 09 05 I think this is a terrible time to wait without even an apology shocking service

The steeped tea at the Tim Hortons Front St Quesnel BC tastes absolutely terrible. It tastes like weak tea with watered down really bad flavour. It’s like they aren’t brewing it strong enough but cutting down on the tea leaves.

I’m sick of tasting this crap they call steeped tea. It’s just the most terrible tea I’ve ever had at TH in the last 10 years. It’s like drinking pee water out of a toilet and it’s been this way for 3 weeks now.

4/17/2021- Adrian Michigan location-went to Tim Hortons to order at drive through speaker. On the speaker was a notice "closed due to not enough staff". This was 6:30 pm and they are supposed to be open until 7:00pm. There were 3 cars in the parking lot and I saw an employee inside. This is not the first time they have been closed for the exact same reason of not enough staff. I was in earlier in the week and there was a sign on the speaker that they had no ice Capps (cappuccino). I assume it was broke but don't know for sure. This also happens frequently. Also I asked for a chocolate chip cookie and was told the baker didn't make cookies today.

The bacon in the Club a la Tim sandwich was not cooked at all.

After waiting in drive thru line for over 20 mins only 8 cars ahead of me. I pulled up to the window paid for my large coffee and 2 english muffin sandwiches I was told to pull over and wait for my food.

I told them no I waited for 20 mins and I will not pull up. The girl shuts the window and is talking about me to several workers. I first was not told why I needed to wait when the car in front of me got 6 drinks no food.

So the food person had that amount of time to do my sandwiches mind you noone at counter inside. After 2 mins the window open and the food was given to me rudley. I will now drive past that store which is 3 blocks away and gladly go somewhere else.

I buy coffee and steep tea , by using Tim app , last visit through drive Tru, they hold me and refuse to give my order , their point is I didn’t pay , I told them if I order through app , without paying I can’t place order , they didn’t agree and ask evidence of payment and take my phone and check , if they don’t know about Tim app much better stop accepting order through app , if Tim don’t train their employees well and

I asked if the vegan wrap was soya free as I'm allergic and was told it was I asked her to double check she rolled her eyes walked to the back and said yes again so I ate it not long later I had allergic reaction I couldn't understand why when she said it was safe so I spent some time looking and managed to find a allergen guide and it says there is soya in the wrap I am very disappointed as I'm Ill and I'm scared to use your service again

I have been a regular customer of Tim hortons near my house (3600 Shepard ave east) but I have been very disappointed with that store lately. 25pm and the young girl who was working the evening shift had a very serious attitude every time.

She was very rude to one of the customer who was in front of me who eventually left the store without getting anything because of her behaviour. So when I asked for a coffee, croissant and some chocolate cookie. no I don’t have cookie.

They had a note inside the shelf saying that the fresh batch of cooking is making so I said I don’t mind waiting outside if the fresh batch is coming. and I will make it when I have time. I was stunned by the way she said it.

I have been to Tim Hortons @ 11005 Yonge St, Richmond Hill and 6 out of 7 times that I have been just in this week they never had any decaf coffee. I would have to wait 6-7 mins for them to brew it.

And this has been going on for the past two months. And I go to Tim’s on a daily basis but I am very disappointed. You need to do something about this !! It’s ridiculous that’s this is a coffe place and you can’t get and darn decaf coffee!!

Tim Hortons at Bank and Heron in Ottawa. Been there a few times to order breakfast sandwiches and every time I order from there something is wrong on my order. I ordered a Baconbelt this morning, got home and looked at what was in the sandwich, there was no tomato no lettuce. It’s not rocket science.

London southdale & white oaks This is your only location in London that so many times I go , they never have what I ask for and then I'm stuck in the drive through line. They said they don't sell bags of tTm Hortons coffee anymore or srrawberry or raspberry timbits but your other locations do.

I have been for ice coffees many times and they are out of mix so you can't get one . Very irritating & disappointing. Only this location . Other locations are good.

Hi actually the manager and the staff was so arrogant and gave a expired and wrong coffee but when I talk to them they told me that they are right and they do not follow proper covid instructions and they food person touch the garbage while preparing the food.i don think so is it a joke or what and the manger has no information about the order and he told me that I was wrong g though he know that his team was mistake and the name of manager of Mohammad. I ordered two for $5 farmers wrap and repeated twice. They charge me for regular wrap. I came home and when saw it i went to their lobby within 10 minutes of purchase to discuss with manager. Manager said he cannot do anything about it and did nothing.

Not happy at all with the kind of service and lack the basic customer relations ethics.

Also, wraps were simple handed without any bag to me. Camera can be checked to see that.

I walked into my local Tim Hortons Located on French/Borden Rds. Depew Ny on 4/5/2021 at approx. 8:40 am. I order a med coffee. 13. I placed a TEN DOLLAR BILL and fifteen cents ontop of the coffee maker for the cashier to take.

He took my money ,put it in the drawer and slammed it shut. I IMMEDIATELY asked him where my change was and he was like "oh man sorry, I have to get someone to open the drawer". The lovely manager comes over who tells me that the drawer needs to be counted and that I will have to wait.

I’v ordered two cups of coffee over the window . as soon as I received them at the window I tasted and felt coffee was old. I asked cashier to change it and she did change it but in return I received a fresh coffee with lots of coffee flakes in it .

I am I die hard Tim hortons customer and never complain but recently at the summerside pei Granville street location and my order has been screwed up more times than I can count in the last year to much sugar in the coffee ect , for the amount of money I spend yearly at this location I expect better and when I complain about it they whisper and talk about ya in the background like the customer isn’t always right!!

You need to have CEO go undercover at this location as the service is awful, I get the wrong order at least twice weekly if not more with tea and coffee. Go to other Tim Hortons outlets and they run so much quicker and professional on the south shore of NS.

Why is this village the worst when sailing resort and very busy in summer especially? Young folks working all hungover etc. working and not paying attention to doing the job is what I know for a fact. Most of them should have to do drug tests like sailors.

Pretty bad when you can know what days you're going to get bad service due to that.

Also, the parking area is awful and confusing for people when leaving they cut across and can cause accidents, you found the money to paint so why not structure it better or buy land next to it and…

Very poor service at the 551 Torbay Road, St. John's location this morning. I ordered through the mobile app, went to pick up the order and they couldn't find it. My spouse was basically ignored and after a couple of calls home to me to confirm the it was the correct location, our order was located in the mobile order pickup location where they should have looked at first! By the time we got the order everything was cold and the two donuts that I had ordered with it weren't there! Totally disgusted with the service and missing donuts! Not a good way to start your morning! Please give these employees some advice on customer service! We didn't even receive an apology!

I have tried for a year and I’m done with the awful service! 1. At 7:15 am no donuts yet. 2. I order a sausage and cheese biscuit and once in awhile I get the cheese. 2. Biscuit is hard and cold.

They have no clue what customer service is. You ask for a napkins please and they give you a wad of napkins. When this store first opened the lines were long! No longer and I see why. Trash, Tim hortons has fallen apart. Every location I go to my order is messed up or not what I'm expecting. On atleast 10 occasions I've gotten a bagel with extra cream cheese, paid the extra 1$ and got barely ANY!

today I paid 6$ for a steak wrap and got barely any steak!!! Im sick and tired of paying all this money on a weekly basis here and nit getting what I asked for.

I went inside the Speedway gas station Sunday 08/16/20 at around 0715. They have a Tim Horton's inside and I was set to order but when this young manager turned around she had no mask on. I gestured to put her mask on, then left.

is horrors. You have 3 stores in this town all are the same. I don't like the drive through a and prefer to walk in. When l enter it is like l don't exist. There is 4 or 5 people at the drive through but nobody at the counter.

When they finally get to me it is like l have inconvenience them.

Also l get the same thing every morning. A coffee and a plain bagel toasted with butter. It is never the same. It is ether burnt or just warm and never cut fully through. Very annoying. Service is terrible.

Having waited 25 minutes in a drive through - as could not get out the queue, I was told the machines were not working so hence the delay.

On Sunday the 12 /07/2020 around 130pm I went to the Tim Hortons 6140 Boul Henri-Bourassa E Montréal QC H1G 5X3 Canada I was greated by an employee and gave my order at the drive tru. Small coffee 2 milk and a Lemon Ice Tea.

I was made to repeat myself 4times and told that what I wanted did not exist nor had they ever had it. I was upset and finally they seemed to understand my order. When I got to the window the young man cashier barely acknowledged my presence and just gave me the machine to pay my purchase.

Where do i begin? I am and have been a loyal customer to Tim Hortons for years and have had more complaints of service than good. I've had it, my routine order is: pretzel bagel triple toasted half butter, and med coffee double double, not brain surgery.

I can't even begin to tell you the number of bagels i have thrown away because it is not what I ordered in the drive in. The amount of gas to return it is not worth the effort, well 2 issues happened today that is why I am writing.

First went through drive in, gave my order and the young man said "no" with triple toasted it will start the oven on fire. I couldn't make this up, I proceeded to think i was on tv waiting for my response and there was no joking.

This happned 5th time and its heights now thats why posting a compalaint in this pandemic time tim employes are not wearing masks on face they have mask on their chins which means uncoverd nose.

Secondly they are preparing food with uncoverd nose and employes are not following proper distancing. When they walk inside the food making area or order taking area they are bumping into each other. They are using the touch screen with gloves on and touch food with same gloves .

They are not making accurate orders it happend to me 3 times i got wrong food and when i went back their behaviour was rude and erogent. When i told one employee to cover face instead of chim she answerd me rudely that she doent need to cover and still did not cover.

I live on 38th street, Etobicoke, Ontario, and have a Tim Horton's Cafe across the street from me. (3719 Lakeshore) I was a regular (daily x3), until about 6 months ago, because the customer service just kept getting worse and worse.

I would order my coffees and consistantly get the wrong size and/or wrong order, and whenever I would ask a staff member to please correct my order, I was met with rudeness and hostility, when that became a regular pattern, I chose to stop going in the cafe at all.

The last several months I have been forced to contend with several new challenges, involving this Tim Horton's Cafe location. follow through! When the staff takes out the garbage, it makes it just outside the back entrance, and is left there for hours, when, had they of walked 30 more feet it…

I stopped at the Tim Hortons on Angus Ontario to get drinks and bagels for the ride home, went threw the drive threw and ordered coffee and tea and a bagel, the drinks were fine but the bagel was not, when I realized it was wrong I parked and went inside to fix it, the lady at the counter refused to replace it said that the sandwich bar was closed to walk in customers and

if I want it fixed to go back threw the drive threw, it was 20 or more cars in the line up, so no I was not doing that, so I asked for my money back and left. How do you screw up when everything is on a screen for them to read, this is not the first time this has happened at that Tim Hortons but I assure you it's the last time I will go to that one, star bucks is starting to look better everyday!! I would like to be refunded for a iced capp carmel supreme. It was one of the worst drinks I have purchased from Tim Hortons store #915687. The drink had 3/4 cream and 1/3 liquid. It was awful. I couldn't drink it. I would of returned it but I was already home by the time I started drinking it.

I use to enjoy going to Tim Hortons! But lately,it doesn’t matter,which one I go to,I never get what I ordered! I phoned in one evening to complain about my order,( I had picked up supper for my family),I was told I would get a gift card for their mistake!

But every time I went back(through drive Thur) no one knew what I was talking about! Someone would take my name and number,no one got back to me!!! I went back 4 times! Last experience was yesterday,I ordered for my family,they wouldn’t make the order I wanted(I wanted to add bacon on 2 kid melts) and when I got the order I could make,they only gave me 1/2 of it!!

Made me pay twice,no straws or napkins given!! VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!

I was on my way to work today and stopped in at a Tim Hortons drive-thru here in Kingston Ontario. I ordered a large coffee and after arriving at the drive-thru window and paying for my coffee I was handed my coffee.

After being handed my coffee and upon bringing it in through the window of my car the lid came off as the top of the coffee cup with crushed and hot coffee went everywhere in the inside my car all over me in which I ended up getting my wrist and my legs burnt as more than half of the coffee came out of the cup.

When I handed the girl back my coffee she was going to put the lid back on said coffee cup. I responded by saying I did not want the same cup. The top of the coffee cup was so crushed that the cup literally collapse in my hand.

Bought 4 large coffees on May 22,2020 just after 6am at the Selkirk Mb location on Main Street through the drivethru. I kept 2 and my husband took 2 to work. He then checked the other coffee to find it full of grinds as well.

He texted me at home and asked me to check mine and both mine had grinds also! My husband went after work to complain to the Tim Hortons manager who would not even come out ¹to speak to him. This is unacceptable and there is no excuse for it!

If you cant tell there are grinds in the coffee when you are stirring the cream in then maybe that employee should not be working there because they apparently don't care about their customers especially the ones like us that purchase 4 to 6 coffees a day. More often then not, they mess up the order.

Now I'm not hard to get along with and if the dam store was open I would go in but this is a bit ridiculous from anyone working in customer service let alone the manager herself.
