Attitude was ridiculously rude, Asked for Double cups. Never received they have a bad and negative attitude at 1200 Hawker road in Thunder Bay

I go to the Tim Hortons located at : Jane Park Plaza, Address: 895 Jane St, North York, ON M6N 4C4 everyday. The morning is good, however the afternoon/night shift between 5pm and 12pm is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! The service is the slowest I have ever received anywhere.

This is not just once, but I go there multiple times throughtout the week and it's the same. Not to mention, they ALWAYS run out of food. It says all say breakfast, never available, pulled pork NEVER available, doughnut selection MINIMAL soup selection terrible.

What happens to the people who work a night shift? There are lots of people who work nights. There are not a lot of choices at that time of day, & Tim's being open 24 hours, the selections should be available.

For the third time I have received an order from the drive thru that is wrong . Ordered Plain grilled chicken wrap and get crispy chicken wrap, no way to check unless I open package and make mess until I am home to open.

Please can they not train the staff to know the difference. Crispy chicken makes me sick and I have discard and waste a 12 km round trip to complain. Sorry to complain Will just not order that item anymore, and buy coffee only.

Visited your location in Guelph, ON on Stone Road on Sunday June 7/21. Ordered placed in Drive thru, I had asked for a few sandwiches, as well as 8 Hashbrowns. The guy repeated "8 Hashbrowns" in a rude tone, and i said yes that's what i said.

It was a younger male. I picked up our order and when we got to the residence to eat it, I opened the bag to a very unpleasant mess. Someone had thrown all 8 Hashbrowns in the bottom of the bag, no sleeves on any of them ( and when ordered other times they always come in a sleeve) and were all mashed together and mucky..

I went through the drive through in Edmonton on 51ave and 110 st today. I ordered a BELT bagel and a coffee. When they handed me the bagel I wondered why it was cold. So I pulled over and the mayonnaise was just a huge blob in the bagel hole.

It was an impossible mess to try to eat. I might be remembering incorrectly, but isn’t the mayonnaise supposed to be spread on the bagel?

I have been to the Gateway location in Oromocto in the middle of the afternoon several times and the donut selection is poor. 1 boston cream and very little to choose from in the display case. Wanted 6 donuts and had to settle for 3 of one kind. Very disappointed.

I visited Tim Hortons French Road Depew NY 14043 to purchase a gift card as a Fathers Day gift, I was told they ONLY sold gift cards if another item was purchased!!!! I am a traveling nurse and visit many many Tim Hortons and have purchased numerous gift cards NEVER have I ever been told I must purchase a menu item in order to buy a gift card!!!

I was so upset all day, this really changed my view on Tim Hortons especially that one, I will never return to that location. I have been telling everyone that story. Please respond

This is the 4th time I have to go back to the Tim Hortons on Ridgeway Ave. in Rochester because they keep making my breakfast sandwich wrong! The bagel egg & cheese sandwich typically comes with two eggs & they keep putting one in, so I have to go back for them to fix it.

At first I didn’t get upset because mistakes happen & the manager was very nice… but whenever she is not there the assistant managers don’t seem to have a grasp on things & when you complain they get an attitude with you and make the excuse that they have new people training.

They don’t apologize or offer you anything except for to swap out the sandwich & give an excuse and an attitude! I beyond fed up with getting all the way home and about to feed my mother with dementia her breakfast only to find the Oder is wrong…

I asked in french to clean a very dirty table. This lady looked at me as if I was speaking martian. 10 minutes later I ask her again in french to clean the table she did not respond. She showed me to talk to another girl.

And only then she told me that she doesn’t understand french. Another client that witness this said that custumer are treated like shit since they replace the previous staff. I will COMPLAIN TO L’OFFICE DE LA LANGUE FRANCAISE.

I have been holding off on complaining but this morning really got me aggravated. The crew at this Tim Horton's are the rudest, and stores times are all over the place. Never know when it is opened or closed. I purchase iced tea faithfully on a daily basis, and noticed how often they run out of tea.

When asking if they will be brewing again, they say no. m. in the afternoon/evening, and they are no longer making tea. m. They were out and not brewing anymore. m. I refuse to purchase anything else so I have to sit in the drive thru until the customers ahead of me leave. m.

My Husband and I are VERY disappointed with the Tim Hortons at Oxford rd 4/Hwy 2 in Woodstock, Ontario (ESSO station). in the past 6 months we have experienced our drive through orders completely messed up, I have gone through 3 times asking for the grilled chicken cheddar Chipotle wrap, leave and am driving to work and start to eat and it's a chicken cesar wrap instead! Went to Tim Hortons in Plymouth, MI in downtown Plymouth with my bf and they messed up our order and of course my bf didn’t want to go back. We ordered a large and med iced mocha cap and medium iced mocha coffee with 3 cream and 3 sugar.

They gave us a hot iced mocha and no straws for the other 2 drinks. Horrible service and awful workers there

Complaint regarding above Tim Horton store on 38350 Ford Road, Westland, Michigan 48185- # 914853. Order # 837 and 838. I went to store and ordered around 6 bagles with cream cheese and 2 ice cap and 6 hashbrowns. Ice cap was not available and only 3 hashbrowns were available.

The lady who gave me my order was very unprofessional, rude and told me that I need to order online because I ordered too much. That is not the way to talk to a customer as I am giving business to this store and this lady need to be fired from that store.

Every single time I go to the tamarins any of them by my house at all in Michigan they are the worst places ever. No one around the corner from my house has cockroaches they found them in the food.

The one just the city over can’t even put sugar and a coffee. And then the other one in the same city as me puts way too much cream in it like more cream than anything. These places need to be trained these employees are horrible

Tim Hortons — Garbage around the store, all over the place - Renforth & Eringate, Etobicoke We went for a walk around the area and it wasn't a pleasant one! There was garbage from containers, plastics, paper, bins overflowing with garbage, everywhere in the vicinity of this establishment.

It is Sunday evening and it's probably been sitting there since last night, Sat evening. This is not what the rest of the neighborhood is like. It is clean with hardly any litter, everywhere except around Tim Hortons. And we are seeing more of this since the summer started.

Tim horton 18 mile and mound / mi / u.s.a using deffrent prices and soo high , coffe medum 2.20$ and sins 6 month was 2.00$ . All others are 1.84$ for medum and 1.64$ for small. Are you big company with the same prices or not?!!

I buy quite a bit of coffee from Tim's , going to the drive through and buying pods from the grocery store. I do not have any real complaints , but the last box of pods i got had one in it that was empty, I found this unusual so I thought I would let you know, I still have it if you wish me to send it to you. At the 2039 N Michigan Ave 48602 store this morning, I waited in the drive through line for 20-25 minutes (partly because they screwed up the order of the customer in front of me); only to be handed luke warm coffee! About 2 weeks ago, at the 4870 State St 48603 store, I waited 20 minutes in the drive through, then later realized my coffee was absolutely cold!

Also, there's NO reason at this juncture of the pandemic, that Tim Hortons can't open the lobbies, at least for customers to order take-out at the counter! 00 mark!!

There is a Tim Hortons located in Grove City, Ohio off of I-71 and SR 665. I stopped in the morning to order a breakfast sandwich and asked for no egg. It had egg and it was extremely COLD. This morning, the same thing happened again.

I pulled around and went inside to ask them to remove the egg and to heat it for me. The worker very rudely told me that they don't have any way to heat the sandwich. I'm sorry - so how did you cook the sausage?!?

And who wants a cold breakfast sandwich?!? I will not be ordering from Tim Horton's again any time soon. I'd rather wait in the long line at McDonalds - at least they have warm sandwiches and can follow directions.

Tim Hortons on the corner of William St and Union Rd in Cheektowaga NY. When we arrived we went to the door and it was locked, so we walked around to the other door. This store was so dirty, the floor looked like it had not been sweep, let alone washed in weeks.

There were hardly any donuts, muffins or bagels in the display case. There were crumbs everywhere. The grill looked like it had not been cleaned for quite a while. The counter person ignored us and through over his shoulder he's be with us shortly.

Finally another person came to the register and waited on us. She was pleasant enough. When we went to get a table ( we were the only ones in there) all the tables were dirty. I went to the ladies room and that hadn't been cleaned in a long time, I didn't even want to touch the water…

Its pretty sad when lindsay st lindsay tim hortons lets employees goba day before there benefits would kick in. The manager mel allows customers to thtow and yell at her employees. She will also yell at them infront of acustomer after the complain.. the bathrooms are nasty.

They only hire family and friends or there friends kids.. they allow there own kids to work andtell other employees off. The baked goods have fruit flys, they dont chevk boxdates of product's. Mel will tell racists remarks to customers.

Something needs to be done because the owner Shelby allows her to get away with it. They accuse employees of stealing meanwhile she will eat for free. Mel and Shelby.. they need to check under the sinks pull sandwich bar out.

Coming back home from airport. Ordered breakfast with my spouse. Tables were not clean. Had to go & get someone to clean. Then restroom was closed. Not good customer service. This was Staten Island location.

Location: 70 Biscayne Crescent, Brampton. I visited there this evening on 10-05-2021. A Girl on DT on cash name Muskan behaviour was very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk and behave with customers. I was treated like a shit and left the location unsatisfactory.

m. at your Hamilton store #100137 I placed an order at your drive through for five black coffees . When I drove up to the window to pick up the order it was wrong, five iced coffees had been made instead.

When After telling the employee that the order was wrong she was told that she would have to go back through the drive through again. I cant imagine any reason why this order could have been changed and completed at the pick-up window.

Good day I recently visited Tim Hortons corner Brook nl Murphy square store woman who took my order cut me off with total before having order completely given. So therefore was unable to get my complete order. So rude o will not visit this location anymore

We have been a regular customer at Tim Hortons Brooklyn Michigan. A new boy has been hired and he should not be at window. He served us 2 cold coffees and we turned around and asked for our money back.

This has been going on since he was hired! Rude and Im sure if you look at sales for past 2 months its down. Company is loosing good customers at this location.

The lady taking orders was extremely rude and felt pressured to hurry up with my order.

Also I got 2 Boston cream donuts and when I go to take them out the bag they are upside down so all the frosting is stuck to the bottom of the bag, and they never give a receipt and get irritated when you ask also irritated to get a sleeve for your hot drink.

Terrible service at the Division street branch in North Tonawanda NY 14120. As you can see I’m an excellent customer. I tried to have the girl scan my phone app and then gave her money to pay. She forgot to scam took my money then said it’s too late to scan.

I will never go back to that location again. They are also higher priced and don’t give the best senior discount as others do. Not the best hours either. Not one of your better locatons

I had an incident with a beverage purchased from Tim Hortons on March 23 with a result of an extreme burn. I have co ya yes TH head office 3 times and have been assured each time that someone will contact me and how sorry the representative was to hear of this incident.
