The store says closed at 10 pm. 9:45 the doors are locked . This has happened to me on more then one occasion. Ladysmith Vancouver Island BC. If this happens again I will not visit that location again.

It’s oct 2021. And we still have Covid issue. I went Thur drive thu to get teas.

First off the staff was wearing there masks half on. And then I noticed she wasn’t wearing gloves as she grabbing cups and made the tea. I figure if I wanted to possibly get sick I’d drink the tea. Instead I put into garbage.

This is very unclean way of providing service during Covid.

I wish bowmanvilles Tim Hortons would just evaporate. All 3 locations are a joke. 25 min waits a 2 coffees at 10 pm. Rude children throwing stuff out the window. Like why does it take ridiculous times for simple coffee.

Starbucks makes specialty drinks and takes 5 min per order and their products are prefect each time. I go to tims everyday. Everyday I wait 30 min for coffee and it's usually wrong. I hate tim hortons in bowmanville.

I tried another shitty breakfast sandwich from Tim Hortons and lo and behold it wasn’t fucking toasted them when you ask in the drive-through if it could be toasted you get a fucking attitude from a shitty Tim Hortons employee telling you it’s always toasted then when you get the shit they put in a bag it’s fucking cold.

Hi I am writing today to complain about the reasons I was unable to dine inside of Tim Horton's Canada. I take this very seriously and I was told they would call the cops on me had I not left the restaurant because of not having a vaccine passport.

8% survival rate without the vaccine. The vaccine is an experimental vaccine on humans and is not even finished trials . so it is in my right as a human to not succumb to putting something experimental into my body.

They CDC and FDA have yet to find the long term effects . I / my family as humans with rights should be able to sue the government if any complications happen including death. Was at the shop yesterday and they didn't have any breakfast biscuits at 9 am. Went today they had biscuits but don't ave scrambled eggs and then the host told me they never ad them at this store which is a blatant LIE.

So I ordered a coffee and told her I didn't want the worst dark roast of all the previous blends(HORRIBLE). Then the host who probably gets paid in donuts shoved the coffee out the window and slammed it in my face.

I am also in the service industry. I have to advise you about my experience i had today. I went inside the Harwood south location in Ajax (Just north of Bayly) I used the washroom and came out to order something.

While I waited I noticed approx 10 employees working away and 1 lady actually came close to the till.

However NOT 1 person acknowledged I was even there or to let me know someone would be with me shortly. I know the Drive Thru always takes priority, but what kind of manager does not teach their employees to greet people when they come inside the store.

Are they too busy to acknowledge customers. I will never come back to this location again. It’s a shame.

To whom it may concern,

I have recently applied to two different Tim Hortons locations near me, in Watertown NY. Neither of them will hire me even though I have years of experience. Recently, one of the employees at the Mills Street location, named Mandy told me I wasn't being hired because "it was due to my partner". All of this because my partner made a complaint to Corperate because his coffee wasnt made correctly, and asked that it be remade. According to New York State law, that is senseless bias/ discrimination. To not hire someone due to their partners actions is petty behavior on the management team.

If I am not given ample opportunity to apply for a job within the company. I will informa my Attorney and request that a lawsuit be started against Tim Hortons.

Since the pandemic it seems everything has gone down hill,what used 2 b my favorite coffee now is not good,and not one specific location,all of them in my area. most locations the doors are locked or their closed by 6: pm.

I personally am very disappointed by a company I HAD to go to everyday! NO MORE....

Visited Tim Horton's at 101-754 Fort St, Victoria, BC this morning and it was not a good experience. First of all When I went to scan my rewards app I was told the scanner wasn't working. Maybe they could have handed out a rain check for a future visit ? Isn't that the whole purpose of a rewards program. When I was handed my order of coffee & donut, I made the effort to get out of the line up and then when I was outside I realized the server never put a sleeve on my hot coffee. I'm sure they can do better than that.

Today August 19 at exactly 3:25pm i went to Tim hortons located at Ferry Avenue Prince George BC and i am disappointed with their service especially the girl at the window she was rude to me. I only ask for a small cup of ice and they couldn't give me one.

Drive thru orders (coffee drinks) are often wrong at this Tim Hortons location, 60 Tuxedo Ct, Scarborough, ON M1G 3S3. I'm a regular drive-thru customer at this location and orders 3-5 coffee drinks almost everyday. Its difficult to check every drink in detail before leaving the dispensing window.

I guess the drive-thru service must be fast and accurate. If anything to be compromised out of this two, it must be the 'fastness' of the service not the 'correctness' of the order. I'm writing this complain since there are lot many such mistakes recently happened to my orders.

Tim Hortons Manager at their location in Orillia near Webbers Burgers was very rude and does not know how to treat their customers properly. She talked to customers without respect. She scolded the ild giy who was waiting for his food for asking the staff if she’s already making the order.

A few weeks ago I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was really hard to chew. I took this as a one off experience as I had purchased many of them before and they are great. However again today I bought another crispy chicken sandwich at a different location and had grisly chicken I could not chew, hence my meal was spoiled again. I buy from Tims all the time and hope that they can improve on the quality of the chicken. I am very disappointed and look forward to hearing your comments.

16545 Yonge street location: I am a big fan of timHortons but is location is the worse location I have ever tried. Always make a mistake about my order on drive thru- i paid for xlarge coffee and received large or orderd tea and received coffee- my order always coffee one cream but received regular.

Yesterday morning I was in rush went inside and ordered frozen strawberry lemonade and strawberry creamy chill and coffee 1- my coffee was cold 2- strawberry lemonade , I received a cup of like water . A guy with long hair said mashin is not ready, i am busy.

This the same taste but unfortunately I was in rush and already waited for more than 5 minutes. I left and my son and husband couldn’t drink their order. I paid $11 for nothing. This one is my worse experience and I am not happy at all.…

The horrendous service at En Route sites on the 401. Yesterday it was on the 400 at a King City En Route. They keep you waiting so long, not enough staff always. Yesterday the young lady took our order and I paid! Then we waited and waited! She went and was filling other orders for the drive through or app service, we had to remind her that we were still waiting! Then my coffee order was incorrect and I had to go back inside after getting to the car. This is NOT the first time we have encountered this awful service! So often we just leave as there will be no one actually on the counter. I suggest they start to give customers in front of them some priority! We are fed up with trying to support Tim Hortons when traveling.

The manager, Destiny Kertai, of Tims in Kipling sask. Canada , is a terrible employee. She doesn't show up early mornings so doesn't open up on time.

I am a regular customer at this location, I have always ordered a steep black tea and since the tea is always boiling hot I have requested a extra cup as I have eczema in my fingers. Sleeves doesn't help because I cant get the affected fingers exactly on the sleeve and it's really difficult to try and fit my fingers on the sleeve when I am driving.

I try sometimes telling the staff I have a medical condition but if there are people near me I feel uncomfortable doing so. On July 1st, my family decided to order dinner from Tim Hortons (huge mistake). I placed the order through the Tim Hortons website, and they told me my order would be delivered to my home in 38 minutes. I paid online, including a generous tip to the driver.

After waiting an hour and ten minutes, I called the local store number provided on my receipt. We were handed a coffee out the window, it was not checked, the cover came off spilling all over my husband. The server stood there while my husband screamed it's scolding and then offered a napkin. She persisted to be very cold until I spoke.

I used to work there and while working there experienced what they are like. A young lady had a new machine break causing coffee to spit out at her and she was made to clean it up and continue her shift.

She returned with bubbling peeling burns the next day and was told not to see a doctor by a supervisor (which I witnessed). I didn't contact then but I am now! The Tim Hortons on beaverbank road lower Sackville NS needs new management.

On Wednesday July 7 2021 I took a friend for lunch to Tim Hortons. She ordered the chili combo. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I couldn't be more disappointed. After the 1st bite I lifted the top bun off, only to discover 3 of the smallest, dries chicken strips I have ever seen.

If I wanted chicken strips I would have ordered them. The picture you show of your Crispy chicken sandwich, indicates a piece of chicken which fills the bun. That couldn't be further from the truth. I will be sharing my disappointment.

You really need to rethink your Crispy Chicken sandwich.

Twice I have ordered a meal at the drive through and upon presenting my Tim's reward card they have given me an extra coffee. I explained that the price of the coffee should be removed from my bill and was told they couldn't as the next purchase had all ready been processed.

Please send me a credit for two coffees and also explain to your employees that a free coffee doesn't mean that a person wants two coffees at the same time. Thank you Keith Belknap
