Ok!! I have been holding this up in my heart from so long, I never wanted to do this, every time I was like ‘it’s ok let it go’ ‘it’s ok apne bnde a’ but no this has to be said now: I have been coming here (Tim Hortons, 7895, Ch. De La, Chem.

de la Côte-de-Liesse, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4T 1G2) from so long but not from now. It’s too much now. It’s better to visit one at exit 2 (520 E). 1. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE TIM HORTONS for god sake. Their professionalism level is at zero.

Never listens to your order properly and when you ask for missing item ‘you never ordered’ straight up lying in the face. Hands you over just a wrap no tissue papers, wrap’s not in the Cary bag, tell me how you gonna carry 3 4 items with two hands. Have some decency people. 2.

I stopped at the Tim Hortons restaurant in Iroquois falls and stood in line for over ten minutes with no other customers in the store. Atleast 10 workers watched me stand in line waiting for service. The manager noticed me standing there as well and walked away and when I spoke up and asked for service all the workers stared at and no one preceded to help and all I heard the manager say was OH WELL.

This is the worse customer service Tim Hortons that I ever been into. This is not the first time that this happens to me. I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons in Iroquois falls. The complaints have been brought up to the attention of the owner and nothing is being done.

I’m sure I’m not the only with that has had a bad experience with this store I will not be returning

We went to get coffee tonight June 7 at 1230 am at Credit Valley Hospital but there was no attendant at the front .we have waited for 10 minutes but there was no one coming.we tried to knock on the counter and the attendant was so rude when she came out saying “what was that banging for?am i not human? And she was staring so badly at us..I will never set my foot to any Tim Horton’s anymore..

The last 2 days we bought a coffee mocha in Invermere B.C. and a hot chocolate at a 7/11 on highway 2 just north of Airdrie A.B both drinks to say the least were far below Tim Hortons standards , I am sure the mix was cut in half because of the lack of taste.

We were at Esso 7-Eleven 37797 today and ordered hot chocolate. We got back on the road before tasting and it was awful. This is the second time in two days that we have had problems. We ordered a mocha in Invermere, BC.

Tim’s used to be our favorite place to go.

My wife and I stopped in at the Tim Hortons in Tweed Ont to have a coffee and use the restrooms.The restroom were so dirty it was sad so we just got back in the car and went to the other restaurant.Never again will we stop there. Thank you

Not having garbages in your drive throughs is just plain POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! It makes me as well as many others I'm sure pissed off and wanting to just throw the trash on your lot. When people go through a 'drive through ' that's what they are wanting or needing to do and often in a rush, people aren't going to then stop and carry their garbage in or to the front of the store.

What are you guys thinking???? Put the trash cans back, just a normal garbage for garbage would be WAY BETTER than nothing!! Otherwise, enjoy the litter all over your lot that I'm sure you'll end up getting a TON of!!!

1st - it was extremely difficult to obtaining an email address to voice a complaint. 2nd - your customer service #1-888-601-1616 puts the customer going in circle when you want to speak to someone regarding a complaint other than one about mobile app, Tim reward card, gift cards etc.

All I wanted to do is speak to someone in regards to your paper coffee cups. For sometime now when I get a large coffee(Black) which is 5 out of 7 days a week the cup lids come off easily. I’ve had it while driving and lifting the cup out of my cupholder the cup is soft and thinner causing the lid to pop off. Also on numerous occasions the cups leak through the side seams. This is extremely dangerous as black coffee is hot and I have been burnt by the coffee many times. Theses cups are poorly made and not…

Restaurant #101405 13/05/2022, around 02:00 pm. I ordered large French vanilla, 1 plain dnt and 1 sour crn plain dnt, (order #391). When l noticed that of sour crm plain, l was handed a choc glazed. l had already opened the bag, l was unable to ask for exchange.

Before payment l scanned for rewards, after tap for payment, when the employee asked for a moment and tapped again, before l asked is l need to scan again? "She said no" When l finished, and checking my points l saw that the 10 points not computed on the balance.

I ask for special attention from the attendant for the keep the good service of Tim Hortons. This my experience on the day in question. Thankyou very much.

I am a constant Tim Hortons customer, as a Skip driver, 16 hours a day I go to many. One location, I used to frequent often, In Edmonton on gateway boulevard and 75 ave, has gone EXTREMLY downhill in the past 6 months.

I am always in that area so I used to go there the most, now I drove out of my way to go to a different location. Their coffee is constantly old, when I order ice coffee, I always ask for extra cream and sugar, they haven’t done that once, they never have proper ingredients in stock (chicken for the salads, pita bread for the wraps, and most often only have one of the soups.

The bathroom is disgusting all the time, not sure if there has been a minor staff change or what happened but I think head office needs to pay a visit, I was going to put a review on google, but they…

My boyfriend was at the clinton Tim Hortons Saturday April 30th between 730am and 8am. Went threw drive-thru and ordered 10 egg and sausage on an English muffin. Within an hour after eating one breakfast sandwich he was continuisly throwing up spiked a high fever and ever joint and muscle in his body ached that bad he couldn't even move and this continued threw the rest of the day and evening.

It is 410am on Sunday and he is still very very ill. We believe it is food poisoning from your clinton location and if he is no better by morning I'm taking him to the hospital. I am very upset about this and medically he does not need this as he already has a blood clot in his lung and also his leg that he's trying to heel from and this just adds more stress to his body. Visited your Falkirk store today looking forward to a late lunch and some donuts.

As first time customer's to Tim Hortons I wasn't sure about the menu on the touchscreen and approached the counter twice which all front serving staff including the manager swiftly walked away.

Ordered the items on the touchscreen on the attached receipt for my family 2 young girls and my wife.

When the food arrived the burgers were stone cold and lattice fries were cold and stale.

Went to the counter to complain and the female server went through the back to get the manager. Schwartz,l Happy Passover to you and yours, Our office has not visited any of your franchisees locations throughout the city and McDonalds' has picked up the slack since there had been no response to case #RSPWN - your franchisees are losing out on 44 office people who are not supporting your brand.

In an additional experience, since I have your ear, Burger King's order for a double burger added a condiment that was asked not to load up on this burger, did they listen, no!, when returned to the office, this was found out thereafter and lunch time was over. Why do they(order taker) not listen, our is the person preparing this item?

I want to complain about a very slow service at this time hortons.. there was such a big line up with one cashier. I asked if there was any other cashiers, she spoke so rude back saying we are not robots and kept talking back and then all the other staff was talking back from the back all being rude.

It looked like I was in high school again with a bunch of kids talking back with an attitude. There was a huge line up I was waiting for a long time seeing 1 cashier working all I asked if there was a second one working, I didn’t deserve for this talking back attitude and all the other staff joining in.

I will never come back to this location. at 1125 bloor street, Mississauga: apple wood plaza this incident happened at 1pm on Saturday.

I always order here and the service is good and I love it. I always order the same thing but today I was eating my bagel and I found something in my cream cheese. It appeared to be milk bag corner.

It was also possible that it was wax paper. I find it disgusting that someone could be so careless as to drop something in the cream cheese and that makes me wonder what else is in the food.

I ordered a 10 pack of timbits from the nearest Tim Hortons to me, which is a 30 minute drive. On the way home as I ate them, they tasted disgustingly of garlic cream cheese. Whoever is handling the food there, is not changing their gloves or washing their hands.

This is the worst Tim Hortons in Toronto Canada. The manager named Delusha lies to her new employees by making them sign a form saying they are paying a DEPOSIT of $100 & will be refunded when they uniform is returned . When you return the uniform , they keep the “deposit” of $100. Today a manager (don’t know her name) looked me in my face and said they LIED about it being a deposit and that they won’t accept back the uniform I brought in. Tim hortons in centenary emergency Scarborough needs more staffing and a separate line for hospital staff. Everytime hospital Staff goes there to get a sandwich at night they refuse to make it. Tonight when I asked a staff member to give me a sandwich, he told me that they don’t have any sandwich. I asked how come?

And he said,” Maam it is 9 pm”. It is usually dead at night time but they will not give anything to anybody coz they are closing at 11pm.

Earlier today a young female employee in her 20s early 30 told me that her back hurt and she needs to go to sleep while waiting for my food. She put her arm on her back pointing at the window as she acted out as if her back hurts.

The problem here is that I have a condition that affected the way I look and a lot of people know who I am. When they see me they do random gestures only I would know about. The fact is I had worked real hard in labor jobs and jobs that was overnight.

Now what happens when someone is at their workplace and is harassing individuals and that individual go on to complaint? Im starting to gather evidence for gangstalking individuals. This location is in shediac new brunswick

We ordered at the screen and paid. Got to the window, asked if the donut was in the bag. The lady at the window said we didn’t pay for it. I explained that we never get a receipt to know what we paid for..

I paid the second time for the donut. I explained every time I come here, I’m always missing something when I drive away… The lady working at the window went to get the donut. Another lady working in the back there kept turning to us staying I can’t hear you, I have my headset on..

but continued to look at us, and I kept complaining and the lady in the back kept saying I can’t hear you, I said I’m not talking to you.. she was very rude. I felt unwelcome there again.. Very disappointed with how this small issue, turned into something bigger.

I go to Tim Hortons almost every morning for coffee and after work for coffee I've been getting a sausage and cheese no egg croissant for quite a Time the past month it has been horrible the croissants are burnt today I sent back the croissant twice and said forget it the lady there cooking has tried and tried and everything's burnt or not right in that place I don't know what's going on there but I'm about to take my business elsewhere and

My friends of 6 we usually visit the Sheriden and Sweethome store. I bought the 2 for 5 sausage and egg on a English muffin. The worst. The egg was runny not cooked enough the sausage was not cooked all the way it looked liked it was Boiled.

The store was very busy we waited 25 minutes to just place our order. When we got our food we couldn’t eat it. When I spoke to the gentleman about the issue he said he couldn’t throw it out but I could.

When I asked to speak to the manager she couldn’t talk she was to busy. My friend ate 1 half and couldn’t eat any more she had to take something for her upset stomach. All of us visit that store at least 3 to 4 times a week.

Your store at 2889 E 12 ave Vancouver SUCKS!!! They never ever get my order right - it is a good 15 min wait for a coffee?? The service has gone downhill over the last year. I work in the same building as the Restaurant so I have seen how bad it is getting. My co-worker ordered 3 coffees... 20 minute wait this morning.

You are loosing a lot of business from our Company as people do not have time to wait - and this happens with online ordering as well!!!

My issue is that I was charged for 3 coffees which I was told I could not order. This happened yesterday and i still haven't gotten a response. As well .... my joint account with my wife was charged $10 when she tried to load her Tim card and her Tim card shows nothing!

This happened on Saturday and still no response with that issue Needless to say we are furious with the horrible customer service not to mention that we've been basically robbed of our money

Customer not wearing a mask and being served while indoors at the Tim Hortons in Winnipeg on St.May’s Road and Lennox Avenue on Sunday, November 28,2021 @ 10:15 a.m, When I addressed the issue to the employees they just shrugged their shoulders and said they had asked her to put a mask on but they still continued to serve her. We visited the Tim Hortons at 183 Exmouth Street in Sarnia On on Monday November 22, 2021. We were there to meet someone for coffee and while we were waiting for our guest to arrive, watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot.

Also sat and watched people backing out of the drive through and leave. Once inside the restaurant I wondered when the last time the windows were cleaned, you could not see through them, the floors were dirty, as were the chairs. The bathroom was DISCUSTING!!!!!!

Do you ever inspect your restaurants???? Does the person who owns this franchise ever visit the location??????? The entire time we were there, the restaurant was not busy. One man came in looked around and left not wanting to either order or sit at a table.

I went to the tim hortons on manning road and county road 46 in Windsor ontario.. I arrived at approximately 4:30 pm on Thursday November 18,2021 and was told after I tried to order a sausage farmers wrap that they don't serve breakfast after 4pm daily...

I thought you are able to get breakfast all day???? 1205 Falconbridge Highway location. 99 cents each since we bought the 5 drinks but she said it was too late. My son was very disappointed as he's been collecting those hockey cards since they came out and I didn't appreciate the way she treated us at all since I am a regular customer and

I am a veteran with the Canadian Armed Forces serving from 1989 to 1995.

I viewed a media release from Tim Hortons that their company would honour veterans on Remembrance Day entitling them to a hot drink free of charge on Remembrance Day.

I attended Tim Hortons located at 16141 24th avenue in Surrey , BC at 2:17 pm and presented my record of service veteran photo identification to the server/cashier and attempted to order a regular coffee. The server told me that veterans were not being given anything free of charge and I had to pay full price for my small coffee.

A box full of poppies was displayed at the front.

My experience was disheartening and disappointing and your receipt media release appears to be false.

First you guys change the breakfast egg from scrambled to rubber type regular egg I finally break down and go for breakfast anyway. Order my meal and get told there is no eggs available. It’s MORNING and no eggs? Over the years I used McDonalds a lot never ever have I’ve been told that they don’t have something when I order it.

No wonder your loosing customers cause you just lost another. I’m not a coffee drinker but I eat you food or used to. In closing all I can say is WOW!
