Lougheed Mall location.

Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I never write bad reviews, but feel I have to. The worker taking orders got every single thing wrong, was rude and appeared to not care one bit. My sister ordered a wrap and had to repeat it several times and they still got it wrong. Without asking me if I wanted flavour in my cold brew they defaulted to hazelnut, to which I’m allergic. This could have been tragic. I will think twice before ever visiting Tim Hortons again.this place is in desperate need of better management. When we arrived there were no customers, yet the place was filthy.

Today marks the 300th day that I have not spent any money in your stores after having at least one cup of coffee a day and various other foods and buying gift cards every Christmas for friends and family because one of your employees at the time either stole or switched a gift card accidentally and conveniently closed for remodeling two days after I reported what happened with no compensation.So thank you for the savings of at LEAST $1200 for $17.46 mistake or theft by your store.

I purchased a large potato soup and instead I received a small which is unacceptable also I purchased a medium black coffee and the lid was broken they are lucky I didn’t get burnt also when I ordered my 2 Boston cream doughnut they put them in the bags alright however all the chocolate on top stuck to the bag I shouldn’t have to pay for a specialty doughnut when it’s like getting a plain doughnut with cream inside what can you do about this I would appreciate it if I can get a coupon for large soup and

The way Tim Hortons prioritizes the drive thru and leave customers who walk in the door to wait for there order is disgusting. I and several others waited for 15 to 20 minute as the cars come and go got there orders but we have to wait.

when order finally arrived it was cold. you want to fix climate then start with getting rid of drivethru's all that emissions from idling great for business bad for environment.

I have a complaint about Tim Hortons in Bishop’s Falls NL. It’s a normal occurrence unfortunately with slow service and wrong coffee orders going to this location but today I’ve had enough, After waiting in the drive-thru for almost 2 hours which is ridiculous even tho it was busy.

I get up to the window with a screaming toddler by this point I felt like screaming myself. I used interact to pay for my order and asked where the grilled cheese was. The lady with absolutely no personality said you have to pay for that separately because it’s a second order.

I then asked why would that not be with my original order and no answer just handed me the debit machine again. Like why can’t they get it together at this location? Even when you go inside you see employees wondering around doing…

The Tim hortons in carbonear Newfoundland is the worst Tim hortons I ever been to. Waiting in line in store over 30min and forget the drive thru. Over 45 minutes on average. Needs better management or another Tim hortons in town.

Staff unfriendly, food very slow, order was missing items, food lukewarm, table dirty (hadn’t been wiped).

Drive Thru, the app and Skip the Dishes seem to take priority over actual customers in the store.

Having to ask for a key to use the bathroom is another way to treat your customers poorly. Not interested in going to this Tim’s or any other if this is the standard of customer service you provide.

I ordered a cup of Iced Capp. at the drive through at Tim Horton in 1815 Morse Road COlumbus 43229 (closed to Chipotle and Jimmy John). and I also said No topping, please. Usually they will ask if I want topping with my iced capp.

even I didn't order the supreme iced capp. The women seemed didn't catch what I said, so I repeated with a bit louder voice. The women than said, no need to yell. Immediately I said I didn't yell, but when I wanted to say further, the women replied very quickly that I didn't order the supreme so I won't get any topping and no extra charge.

When I went to the window, the cashier a young adult man was very polite taking the payment and knew what to do. In the background, I heard women voices chatting loudly. The iced capp I have ordered is already made and ready…

Went to Tim Hortons on the corner of Boul. Industriel and Rue Masson in Repentigny, Québec. Tim Hortons has a reputation of cleanliness but this one dirty and disgusting. Dust accumulation on the different appliances, kitchen floor has not been cleaned in quite some time and the washrooms a complete turn off. I have not made a complaint with the MAPAQ so you can have a chance to correct the situation before hand.

Sorry for this, it’s not my style to complain but I felt I needed to let you know!

Went to Tim Horton Sheppard west of Bathurst recently to try one of their new Loaded bowls. When I ordered it took the gentleman three attempts to ask me which type of chicken I would like because his English was so bad.

When I finally understood his question, I told him which type of chicken I would like, only to be told they did not have that chicken. Since there was only a choice of two types, why was he offering a choice?

I ordered only available chicken. I went to the side counter to wait for my order, where I noticed that the floor was just filthy & the counter was all greasy with finger prints smeared all over. My husband asked to see the Manager, we were told she was on a break but he could help us.

Last night around 9:58 pm I placed my order through the drive thru at Deleware Road/Sheridan Drive ... there was a car already at the window chatting with a blonde worker. As I'm waiting another car pulls up behind me.

This worker sat at the window even though there were 2 other cars waiting and kept right on talking with this other car. The car behind me left .. I yelled that it's been 5 minutes already that she's made me sit there ...

she looked back at me and started laughing!!!!! The car pulls away and I'm handed my coffee .. the other girl apologizes as she goes to give me my card back and throws it on the ground!! Then proceeds to tell me that she didn't charge me ..

We order a small French Vanilla Cappacino, a large French Vanilla Cappacino, 6 sausage egg & cheese English muffins and a dozen assorted donuts. Placing the order in the drive- thru was very confusing to the Tim Hortons employee which caused her to become very rude.

There was also 2 different employees speaking over the intercom which only confused them even more. My large Cappacino was only half full, our sausage egg & cheese muffins were very cold and 7 of the 12 donuts were the same donut.

We waited through a long confusing unpleasant line for the worst Tim Hortons experience I've experienced yet. This was the Garden City, Mi. 48135 location. 9:am Sunday 7/17/2022

Went for breakfast with a friend . At perth scotland . Made order . Watched girl behind counter make up the order . No gloves on putting sausage and bacon on rolls . Made a complaint to manager and was told the girl did have gloves on.

No she didn't we both watched her touch the food . Girl behind counter dancing. Manager totally lied to our faces . Making out we were lying. The person I was with suffers from mental health issues . Definitely will not be back

Today, July 9th, at the Mudd and Centennial location in Stoney Creek I ordered a coffee and a donut. They gave me the wrong donut and there was a hair in my coffee. I've put up with wrong orders at multiple locations and I'm tired of it.

First, I am really irritated that I am required to relive an unpleasant experience for the third time today. Tim Hortons 2631 Sheridan Drive. Rude cashier, no hello, no thank you. I asked for forks, her arm shot out and she pointed to her right.

I thanked her, why I don’t know. She barely choked out a your welcome. I went all the way down the counter and no forks. I asked another employee for forks. She gave me one, I need another. She gives me the OMG shoulders and the look.

” Okay, well that did it! She asked for napkins and was given 2, she said she needed more. The girl gave her a dirty look and slammed them on the counter. What has happened to this location? I was here in April and was there about 5 times, no issues.

2631 Sheridan Drive, Tonawanda, NY I come to NY every 4 months to visit my mom. I take her to Tim’s almost every morning. This morning we were treated very rudely by 3 different employees. Cashier barely spoke, no hello, no thank you.

I asked for forks and she pointed to a direction that there were none, asked and was greeted w/dirty looks. My 93 yr old mom was treated rudely for asking for napkins. She came back to the table saying the girl gave her 2 napkins and a dirty look when she asked for more. What happened here?

I was here numerous times in April and it was great! New manager??? We won’t come back here that’s for sure, I hope the other locations haven’t gone down. The food was great as always.

Garbage overflowing, tables not cleared off. Cream or milk spilt on back counter floor. No doughnuts except a few. No buns for sandwiches. No turkey and no cheese. This was friday at 700pm on the long weekend in Hagersville. The server who had been there only 6 months had to ask if they had buns turkey etc.

I felt bad for hitake care m but his service was great. We also waited in line over 5 minutes with 6 people working. Really need to take care of this matter.

Due to your cups and lids a full large coffee spilt all over myself, burning me and all over my van wrecking my van. The lids do not stay on the cups and makes you unable to drink your drink without the lid coming off and spilling. It is very dangerous.

i was verbally attacked by an associate! It was so bad i couldn’t work for 2 full days i was so devastated and i can’t seem to get through as to the hurt and anxiety i feel. when a caucasian person attacks a person of another race it’s all over the social media and they are publicly shamed.

But when I was attacked. verbally in a crowed restaurant. i get an i am sorry and a 20 dollar gift card that i will give to someone because it doesn’t help the anguish. i feel still and it’s been two weeks.

i was publicly humiliated in a very crowded tim hortons and nothing is being done!!! i had asked for a district manager to call me i got nothing no response. totally shameful Maybe the TV or Newspaper will get better action

Disrespectful Staff, Rushed Service at Drive Thru, Incorrect Order, Staff talking in a different language between each other while serving customers, receiving sarcastic comments. Please get in touch with me as this issue needs to be solved. This location used to be a great place for customers to be serviced by a couple years back but unfortunately, things are getting out of hand. I have been witnessing a lot of dissatisfied customers!

Hi, we get coffee daily from Tim Hortons at 940 Innisfil Beach Road. I would say 40 percent of the time the coffee order is wrong. Yesterday, Saturday June 25th we ordered 2 large coffees 1 cream 2 sugar. The order was wrong and we told them. When we got home we realized they gave us 2 medium and we paid for large. Today, June 26th we ordered 2 Large coffees 2 sugar one cream. The cups were marked 2S and 1 C but when we got home there was no sugar in each cup. I don't think that ordering 2 coffees made the same way should be so much trouble.

If you want customers to keep coming back to this location you should hire more reliable employees that can make 2 coffees the exact same way correctly. You should probably train these employees

to purchase my regular small steeped tea. time this month the man serving me gave me a coffee. I realized this once back in my car. for the 3rd. time. He offered no apology and “”shoved” a Luke warm(obviously “old”) tea at me.

I pointed out that an apology was due and that the proper way to satisfy an unhappy customer was possibly to offer a size up in tea. A Gentleman standing beside said”He always mixes up the orders” and that he had seen him chastise other customers in the past.

As noted this incident has caused me a lot of stress and is unacceptable under any circumstance. I’m not sure how he got his Franchise but it certainly wasn’t because of his “people skills”. I have filed an official report with Tim’s Head Office but I don’t expect much action from “Corporate”.

I was at 290 Harwood Ave. Ajax, Ont. today and waited in the drivethru lane for almost 20 minutes. When I finally got to the order window I ordered an ice capp. I was told the machine was not working.

It was hot and I was totally pissed off. Why did they not put a sign out saying no ice capps where you drive in? I am sure I was not the only person pissed off.

Also they are very very slow there. IThanks for your attention to this matter.

99$ + taxes along with other stuff. I am extremely disappointed by the quantity. Like if you have excluded chicken, you should substitute it with other vegetarian stuff but the customer service said that she can only exclude the chicken but not increase the quantity of other stuff as it is fixed.

This is very pathetic as if this is the case then you should charge less for the Veg. Habanero. More than 90% of my bill was for Habanero and you can see the picture of bowl which i recieved.

Thursday night we decided to have some hot drinks so closest Timis in my neighborhood is up at the Sheppard and Willodale which we entered the store at the 10:40 pm by the time we got the drinks we were just sitting down to have our drinks attendants both asked us to leave at 10:45 I mentioned you closed at 11:00 but both attendants very rude and aggressively threatening us they would call police imagine how rude they were, I got very angry and asked him to do so, you never see such gesture in anywhere else, these people are bad for business. We went to the location in Evanston in Calgary yesterday evening at 8 pm. We placed our order for 4 Large coffees and we wanted 20 Timbits. We were told all sold out, we then asked to have 12 doughnuts were told again all sold out, we asked for 6 muffins and again were told all sold out !!!!!! How can you not have any of the staple items in your location ? We went to pay and used our promotional offer and were told the scanner isnt working !!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. The staff didnt even know what to do or to even apologize !!!!! Just stood there like idiots. Half an hour to get up to the window, 7 cars ahead of mine. Place my order med steap tea and doughnut.

I get me tea it's cold, I told the woman worksheets drive through. She said that is all we have, can she microwave it?

I’m curious why the entire staff at Pearson airport has biebs brew shirts on but yet don’t sell biebs brew. Also. I was in line for 30 minutes as the workers tended to take their time. Just stupid marketing and sales timmies. Figure it out.
