My husband and I went to the drive-thru at the Camp Rd Hamburg, NY store. Ordered 2 toasted everything bagels with cream cheese, Tim it’s and coffee. It seems ever time we order a bagel with cream cheese it’s less and less cream cheese. I’m paying for it.

I didn’t get a receipt so I have no proof. I’m about to give up on Tim Hortons. Very disappointed

We ordered two large coffees and received two medium coffees and we were told that there were large cups. 19 each for them. When we complained to the manger the manger said it was our problem. I normally get tim Hortons daily at different locations .

But the one on Rochester Rd. In Rochester Hills , Michigan is taking advantage of people and the customer service there is horrible. If you want to get what you order and have it prices accurately go to the McDonald's next door.

she said you see we’re busy and I suggest but I’m a paying customer too shirt don’t go inside won’t buy again from Tim Hortons I’m gonna tell everybody about it you cannot treat customers that way. I told her I was going to report her and she said oh I’ll do it myself.

As a Tim Hortons employee and long time customer I can tell you I've definitely witnessed the downfall of this once monumental food chain. Tim Hortons used to be something Canada was proud of, a place many of us considered a part of us and our culture.

From selling their coffee recipe (to McDonalds) to intentionally ignoring the times on coffee pots so they can save money (When they're always boasting about their coffee being 20 minutes fresh) if you ask me Tim Hortons not only lets so many things slip under the rug such as neglecting cleaning duties all over the store, not restocking before running out of product yet still taking orders with the product included leaving customers waiting times of up to 20-30 minutes at most for people to restock items or retrieve them from the back of…

My husband ordered a bagel with cream cheese from the drive through, upon opening up his bagel he saw fluff that was sitting all over his cream cheese bagel. He was disgusted and went back into the drive through and was told he can’t have his money back but they’ll make a new bagel.

Upon receiving bagel #2 he noticed the same issue except with less fluff. Furious this time, he went inside the restaurant and gave the bagel back and all they offered was his money back. The service was horrifying and no bagel should have any foreign objects inside of it.

They told him the fluff came from the cloth they use to clean the machine. How disturbing!

Went to the shields, MI location today with my daughter after school. After being told there was no bread we got to the window and was told there was bread so I asked if they could add another meal on to my order which I was told I could not at the window.

at the Tim Hortons in Carrefour Laval I was told to say my order in french. My french is not that good and so i was given the wrong drink. When I asked for the drink to be changed I was yelled at and told that I should have made my order in french.

I live in Stony Plain, Alberta. The Tim Hortons I frequent has gone downhill immensely in the last two years. I have never had the need to complain about their service until now. Over the last two years, whether it’s new ownership or new management, has been such a disappointment.

The last incident I experienced left me so angry I couldn’t believe what had occurred. I went to the drive thru about 8:30 pm on Sunday September 18. I waited at the order speaker, no one acknowledged my presence, I therefore said “hello”.

The employee said “Yup”, I wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me. I said “excuse me”, she again said “Yup”. nothing came out of the speaker. I proceeded to the window to check to see if she heard my order.

I never make complaints but I was at Tim horton’s twice today and was disappointed both times with my order. Both orders contained a medium orange pekoe tea with milk and both times the tea cup was not full( I don’t except it to be filled to the very top but this level is unacceptable…the amount missing would prob equal a small tea.

I tired to upload pics of both my orders but it won’t work. It was basically to the top of the sleeve. The staff at this location are beyond friendly, work well together and handle the busy lines with ease.

I just want me tea filled to an appropriate level… this is an ongoing issue, it just really got under my skin as it was twice in one day Thank you Sara

The cups are horrible, and dont hold any heat, and due to how thin the paper cup is, i have actually had mine split at the seam, and start to fold at the top where the lid is. I also cannot get anyone to make my coffee right, and always have to get it remade.

This is if i can check it first. Some of the times others purchase me coffee and it is never right. I am not sure why i would need to change the way i like my coffee, just because the employees are not being trained correctly on what to use for your HALF cream button.

Maybe put a half (1/2) button on your machines, and people like me would not have to go through all the trouble to get a coffee made right. I have been an avid Timmies drinker, but i am thinking of jumping ship, since they cannot seem to get it right anymore.

Well went to Tim Hortons and it was very very poor service got the egg and sausage breakfast sandwich and it was a total slop egg tasted bad got really I'll puke.

On August 27 I visited your store 101370 and used my Prepaid Tim Card to pay. Somehow the card was not returned and coincidentally did the auto reload shortly thereafter

I had to travel to B.C. so while there I began the adventure to try to recover the $$ on the card ($26.43) but after repeated calls through your Tim Card/Gift CArd area and your Guest Services are I virtually gave up as they said I had to have the card registered on the "app". The card and a new one is both registered on the prepaid web area BUT I cannot access the 16-digit card number through that. The Tim’s I go to weekly has been doing poorly in servicing its clients. Today, for example, I ordered 3 bagels and when I got home, found only 2. The bag they were put it was greasy and dirty and I had to request a new bag.

When I returned later in the day, the staff were not at all polite and there was no manager on the premises. This was the worst I have had it, although there have been other times when I was not given my bill in a timely manner. sometimes they have neither.

Today I put a delivery order through at 1:54 pm. I was craving a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee while working from home and couldn’t leave because my toddler was taking a nap. I was just going to wait and go myself but there was a promotion for a free breakfast sandwich with delivery.

My order didn’t arrive until 3:51 pm and I only received my iced coffee. No breakfast sandwich. I love Tim Hortons but will not be getting delivery anymore. I understand places are short staffed and things might take longer but if that’s the case, delivery should not be promoted.

I have been at my sons for 3 weeks and he has been going every morning for the past year and I have gone every morning for the past 3 weeks either with or without him. The customer service stinks.

I was at the same job for 16 years involved with customer service. Yesterday when I got to the window I said good morning and the young girl never parted her lips. This morning I did the same with a older lady taking my money she too never parted her lips so I repeated my good morning she looked at me and never said anything.

She than took my money handed me my things I said thank you and again nothing. This was Monroe, Mi on Telegraph Street.

I stopped at the Tim Hortons at the east bound Mallory town stop on the 401 and have never experienced such ignorant and poor service. As I’m sure there always is, there was a line up of easily 20 people because it was 3pm on a Sunday.

My one and only visit to this store was so bad that I have resorted to complaining and posting a negative review on Trust Pilot and your Facebook page. Whilst on Trust Pilot I noticed that your rating was 73% bad!! And clearly you do not read the comments, or you are so complacent that the vast number of people who complain about both the food and service don’t matter to you. Staff does not listen and deliver the items ordered at the drive through. ’ When you get to were your going and it isn’t what you ordered and you call them they argue about exactly what you ordered. After repeating the order over and over and they say ‘ okay we’re sorry’.

But the order is wrong. They will take your name and tell you next time you will get that coffee free which is fine except I still don’t have the item I wanted now. When I went the next time and asked for the exact coffee and gave my name they had no idea what I was talk about.

Not that I expected them to. The store is a joke! Untrained and incompetent staff! Management doesn’t care or they would take the complaints more seriously. There is Starbucks and a Country Style within the same driving distance from my home.

Over the past while the level of service from the various Tim Hortons in Pickering area is awful. New staff who can't make a standard coffee. I'm not sure if it's a language issue and they don't understand the order or if it's just lack of training.

I used to love a Tim's coffee but now I never know what it's going to be. Over the pandemic I ended up getting poisoned because someone left cleaner in a coffee pot then used it for fresh coffee. I ended up throwing up for 8 hous straight.

Couldn't go to hospital as I was home alone with my son and literally could not make it past the bathroom. All I have to say is that I absolutely loved Tim Hortons but the chain is going downhill due to just bad staff as far as I'm concerned.

Either a Coffee turns into Hot Chocolate or a black coffee has added milk or sugar added and to day. not for the first time either an ordered Farmers Sausage wrap turned out, once again, into a sausage wrap.

Also, after close to 39 years of Tim's visits the baked goods have become far too sweet over the years, almost inedible, ..... as the glazed doughnut of yesterday now lying in pieces under a tree, untouched even by wildlife.

I started a new job around the area in January 2022, and started frequenting this drive thru Tim Hortons. I am creature of habit and always get the same kind and breakfast item daily. I spend a pretty penny every getting my morning coffee here every month!

Number 1, I don't understand how people can't get an order for a coffee right over and over again. It has gotten worse in the last mth. Not to mention that you have to wait in the drive thru for 15 to 20 min.

And now for the last 2 days the rewards tap machine hasn't worked so you don't get you points or offer. I've brought the coffee back inside the store to have the coffee remade and when they hand it back its still not right. VERY SAD.

Rosetown Sk. has to be the worst Tim Hortons ever, they don’t have or just don’t make half of whats on the menu, they can’t even get a simple coffee order right, how can you screw up a large coffee with 2 cream. I would not recommend this or any other Tim Hortons for that matter, all you care about is making more & more money, maybe you should go back to just making coffee, and stop being the MacDonalds of the coffee world.

I wouldvreally like to have corporates answers to why I get charged a different price at different locations for the same product..

Sear Sir/Madam, My complaint is in regards to the precipitous and unannounced termination of Wi-Fi services recently at two Tim Horton's restaurants in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, located at 191 Trunk Road and 699 Trunk Road. Every night we stop at this location and it's not often that the speed of service is there so we expect that tonight's service was as followed by Georgia she took our order at the speaker and before moving ahead I made sure she had it right as its often coffees are wrong I proceeded to the window where I sat and watched her take the next order in line I could also notice another employee carrying things and walking around .

I’m writing to inform you that the above Tim Hortons location is by far the worst managed location I ever visited. The staff are not trained well, they can not handle any type volume, the service at this location is consistently poor, and very slow regardless if they are busy or not. Most staff at this location seems to have poor customer service skills, most are unable to take proper orders or some back staff cannot read orders properly often giving the wrong orders.

I went through the drive thru at the 451 Hamilton St Geneva, NY 14456 United States. The employees were very rude and when asking for fresh food they scoffed and decided to “mimick and make fun of the person asking for it.

They then proceeded to continue to mock and talk smack about the person ordering our food. When confronted about it their attitudes became very hostile and began to instigate the issue more. They honestly shouldn’t be working in food service with that kind of attitude towards customers.

Hello I’m very disappointed in the Parry Sound Bowes Street store. They never have any donuts left in the early evening. No selection what so ever. The place is a mess. Was a green garbage bag left on one of the tables. Tables are not clean.

The bathroom was dirty with toilet paper all over the floor. I believe the toilet was leaking. Disgusting. Please take this seriously. It needs to change!

I am a regular customer at Tim Hortons in Carbonear, NL. Covid has changed everything but for the last month or so the Tim’s in Carbonear is closed a lot and sometimes not even the drive threw is open. They put a sign up at any random hour saying closed for cleaning but you never see anyone cleaning.

App price of $6 for a lunch sandwich and tea or coffee was not honoured. I was charged $6.65 plus tax to total $7.51. Customer Service Person would not adjust or listen to me, tried to tell me it was the tax of .65 and when I said no the tax is at the bottom of the receipt of .86 he then said oh well we have different prices then the app!!!!!

7 Sunday. Stood in line to order for a long time. Bacon English muffin, bacon missing. Tables not cleaned, floor was a mess and not cleaned or swept. The bathrooms were a mess , doors did not lock. Lack of staff I guess but where are the students who can do these jobs.
