I live in Stony Plain, Alberta. The Tim Hortons I frequent has gone downhill immensely in the last two years. I have never had the need to complain about their service until now. Over the last two years, whether it’s new ownership or new management, has been such a disappointment.
The last incident I experienced left me so angry I couldn’t believe what had occurred. I went to the drive thru about 8:30 pm on Sunday September 18. I waited at the order speaker, no one acknowledged my presence, I therefore said “hello”.
The employee said “Yup”, I wasn’t sure if she was speaking to me. I said “excuse me”, she again said “Yup”. nothing came out of the speaker. I proceeded to the window to check to see if she heard my order.
