20. You not rasing any price because were still in a pandemic. 2nd complient that employees made terriable it all water in there. Now since you increase the price I want your employees to make my order really perfect if I don like what there I going complian again I dont want a water down ice cap.

I'm complaining about a lady called Lynn at 503 Main street east Hamilton Ontario. Lynn was screaming profanities at a customer I asked her to calm down she retorted mind your own business. This is not the first incident of this sort.

It was apprimately 11 am she is very belligerent and disrespectful to me and other customers : corrective measure need to be taken her behavior is unacceptable and rude she needs to be terminated or transfered I'm a regular customer and don't deserved to be banned from the store for her erratic behavior thank you

I pulled into the Wyoming Ontario store at Reeces Corners on the day of December 30th around 3: 50pm refund ticket #237073802 . After ordering coffee a Ham and Turkey club with potato wedges I went to pick up window paid and thanked them driving to a space on the lot to eat.

When looking at my potato wedges , all were badly burnt and hard as rocks , plus cold. I went back to the window that delivered these and asked why they would put out such garbage and I wanted these replaced and not to bring me anymore like those ones.

The staff was rude. Because I went past a sign that said wait here for next available person that I didn’t see. I stood there waiting for service not saying anything because I thought they were busy catching up but when I realized nobody was in store somebody came in and they asked him what he wanted.

At that point I said are you guys ignoring me and they said yes. I said why. He replied people who ignore the sign we ignore them. I don’t think this is a good. So I left and now am thinking about giving my business to Starbucks.

Hi my name is Cindy and I work inside white oaks mall london ontario and well working the past few months I have been mobile ordering and when I come to pick it up there is a specific older lady that works there name tag says Sabina , that sees my order and refuses to fulfill it making me wait for over 20 mins and my breaks are always over by the time I get it .

I find this very unprofessional and absolutely will be telling people to stay away well she is working . I just got my order today for example it took her 25 mins and she slammed my drinks down on the table without any costumer appreciation.

Tim Hortons in Kamloops BC on Rogers Way - Has really gone down hill since new owners took over. The place is dirty, garbage cans always full, junk on the floor in the kitchen, entrance door needs fixing, dirty tables, employees talking in their native tongue, should practice English so we can understand them at the drive thru.

Apple fritters are undercooked and still doughy. Always short in selection counter. Not very friendly and poor service. Too bad I got $70 worth of gift cards for Xmas. Sure miss BJ and the old employees. Need big improvements.

Restraunt on Rogers Way in Kamloops BC is in terrible condition. Floors are dirty behind the counter, tables are dirty garbage cans are always full. People working behind the counter not very friendly and are always speaking in their native tongue, can't understand them at the drive thru speakers. Bathrooms need more attention.

Entrance door in major need of adjustment. We sure miss the last owners and employees. This location has gone down hill big time. Too bad I got $70 worth of gift cards for Xmas.

This (1098 Thompson Rd S, Milton, ON L9T 2X5) location is providing wrong orders for last few months, most of the time my order is messed up. when I order 2 cream no sugar I get either DD or TT or Red Rose, I am sugar patient so I cant have it, now sure what's wrong with the staff in this location and staff decides what customer wants. you seriously needs to look at changing management, staff or provide them with proper training at this location. or may be you need to fix you audio devices for drive through.

I have drove back to this location so many time to have my order fixed.. and I am really pissed off.

Monday morning at 8:15 am.. December 26th, 2022. Went into the store in Fairborn, Ohio. was told the only donuts that they had is what was on display. Pathetic choices, they looked like they may have been leftover from days before, but I went ahead and made some choices, even though I should have known better.

Also ordered 2 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese biscuits. The Biscuits were so dry they crumbled as I tried to get them out of the wrapper. Honestly, I have had moister Saltine Crackers. 00 for this and it was a total disappointment.

I was at the 36/71 location at 5:45am on December 22th . I ordered a dozen of donuts the guy tells me they only have 4 to offer they are short staff and it’s just him. I get to the window and noticed they is donuts in the baskets and he try’s to block my view.

I was charged 14 dollars for 4 donuts I’m very unhappy and want something done asap.

After a little while, she returned and told me she'd make my sandwich but that I had to leave immediately after or she would call the police. I was threatened by this woman for something that was her mistake.

I was at the location in Sunberry Ohio approximately around 5:50 AM on December 22. I tried to order a dozen of donuts. The guy told me they did not have a dozen of donuts ready to go. I could only get two or three donuts.

I drove up to the window. I seen plenty of donuts on the shelf. He tried to block my view and charge me for a fool dozen of donuts. I am very unhappy and I would like something done about this. Thank you.

Went to Tim Hortons on South Park in Blasdell NY. Horrible service waited 20 minutes in line when there was only 3 cars ahead of me . Took them forever to take my order n receive order. I order a large peppermint mocha latte and had to throw it out. It tasted like milk.

Will never go back there.

I went thru the drive thru at the Tim Hortons located at Steeles and McLaughlin Nov 12th. The person working the counter told me that my order (three breakfast combos) was too large and I had to go through the drive thru line again.

I asked why they cannot just bring the order out and she said , no I have to line up again (seeing as I already paid I didn't have much choice). So I lined up again (15 cars in the line ahead of me) and 20 min later am back at the window to get my order.

Pick it up and drive away to only realize that they only gave me half of the order. I called the complaints line (case#7044809) and asked for my money to be refunded and to also get a call from the manager.

It is a shame that the first location in Hamilton should have such poor service, I have been to this location many times before the renovations, and poor service was never an issue,it can not be that the staff is overwhelmed with customers, as you would think it to be, because I have waited to be served when there was only three customers waiting, this happens everytime I've tried to purchase from TH. I visited the Tim Hortons located on Ashland rd. in Mansfield Ohio. Upon ordering my drinks the female on the drive thru was extremely rude and voguer. When I reached the window I asked to speak with a manager she denied me that and stated I could speak with her or the General Manager.

I agreed to the talk to the GM and she informed me "good luck thats my husband". Upon making my complaint to the GM her supposed husband he was very hostile and threatened to climb through the window and smack me.

He then threw my drinks in my car and did not return my money that was used to pay for the now non consumable coffee I purchased. I left the drive thru and went inside to ask for my money back.

Used Restaurant for take away in Plymouth yesterday for first time. Ordered the Hot Dog that was picured on board outside with all the fillings it came as a plain Frankfurter with a few measly onions underneath and a pot of tomatoes sauce nothing like what was advertised on the board outside the premises.

I also ordered a crispy chicken wrap when looking and my receipt it said Brioche with chicken explained to girl she change to a wrap and it came with two pieces of chicken inside and again did not look like anything that was advertised. Scarb Town Center store #2413. Went a few times this week to this store mid afternoon to order a BLT sandwich on a artisan bun, donut and coffee. My order is taken and paid for and than I'm advised they have NO buns.

This is very upsetting considering its the 3rd time and I always wait in line from 10 to 15 mins. just to find out my order can not be fulfilled after I paid. As such I have to request a refund for my entire order and than wait again to get the right person to do it..

this is bad customer service . Your staff should be aware of the product stock and if buns are not available for sandwiches a 'notice' should be posted by the cashiers so customer will know ahead of time and NOT wait in line so long.

Rude manager at bramalea city centre location across from dollar store.

Had to return something that was still in package, I was asked in a rude tone where is the paper for inside the cup when I was asked to open it. a few days ago, my wife and I stopped at Tim's on Wallace Ave in Listowel, as we were passing through. a father and a very small girl came in and as they waited to give their order, the little girl picked up the tea bag and put in in the garbage.

the restaurant itself was dirty as well as the washrooms. Moving forward, we will not patronize that location and will tell others. Norm

Ordered a tea and coffee at the Beaverton store around 9am today.

Service very slow. Lots of staff and store had no customers when we left. Tables were dirty. Napkin container on the counter was empty.

Female washroom was filthy. Sink and mirror hasn’t been cleaned. One stall lacked toilet paper. Mentioned toilet paper to staff. No acknowledgment.

To whom it may concern I Ethan, and I am an every day 3 times user of Tim Hortons would like to have a small complaint about the way staff handles the production and services.

First, I have never seen the person uses a glove when they put a lid on every drink plus they press with they palm of hands. This is absolutely gross where me and 100.000 of others put their mouth at.

Second, every single time I order a tea i ask for sugar where I see no steering, and feel like drinking a boiling water until it’s half and I feel the sugar at the bottom.

Their, many times I have witnessed getting my hot beverages without a proper sealed lid. And it is a danger of burning myself.

Hello I just want to let you know at Jamestown, ny Tim Hortons it was busy. But the young lady (teen) was taking our order and I wanted to read the menu since we haven't been there in a while.

I felt rushed by her she kept giving me attitude when I was figuring out what everyone wanted in the car I was in. Then she didn't give me a total and didn't even tell me to drive ahead?! When I got to pick up order she seemed distracted from my order cause I ordered a coffee not a mocha.

BUT I LET IT GO CAUSE THEY WERE BUSY AND GAVE ME ATTITUDE AGAIN. she even forgot to give me my rewards card and receipr back. Urgh.. I probably won't b back.

This has continued to be the worse Tim Hortons I have ever visited. 370 S. HAMILTON RD GAHANNA OHIO. From poor customer service to lack of menu items. This morning I sat in line for 20 mins. you cant get out.

After working my way to the speaker nobody addressed me. I discovered that they were not taking orders. as they let me and others just sit there. All the lights were on and it was during business hours. I saw a guy in there.

You think he would address cars at the intercom, hang a sign of closure, or even turn off lights. dont visit this location. It has been this bad for at least 3 years. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!

The person in the drive-through seem to be in a rush and won’t even let me complete my order. The items that I received were hard as a rock and not edible. I ordered a vanilla cream donut where there were barely any cream in the inside of the donut and the donut itself was very hard and old.

I ordered a iced caramel macchiato and it tasted absolutely awful and I’ve ordered it many times before and this one was made wrong. Plus it was only filled up 3/4 of the cup and I ordered a water and they said that they charge for that now which is fine but I never got a receipt from them so

I was charged for a different order on my card. I asked for a refund at the window and they gave me the wrong refund. I go in the store, ask for a manager and she said I don't have time for you right now???

I said I had to get back to work and just needed the correct refund amount and she rolled her eyes and walked away. 11 minutes later, a cashier asked if she could help. Cashier called the manager and manager came over and said we gave you the refund already, what do you want?

My friend was recently fired from your Windsor location ( 7 Cole drive ). A male employee who works there has been harassing her since she started and no one ever stopped it. On November 4th, 2022 he went outside of the building and attacked her boyfriend with pepper spray. I’m not sure if you know this but pepper spray is illegal in Canada. She was fired for fighting, as after he sprayed her boyfriend the two of them threw some punches. It clearly states in the policy you can’t have weapons at work, had the manager enforced this somehow this never would of happened. I want to write a complaint about the employees. We visited this establishment, made an order, clearly said that we wanted (it was a croissant with a cutlet) and they gave us a croissant. Then we explained to the staff that we were not given what we needed, and the woman could not understand what we were saying, since Indians work there and they speak very little English.

We have made orders before and some of them were given to us by mistake. I endured, but this is the end! Please hire people who speak English!

Visited Tim Hortons on Sat Oct 22/22 at Fallsview Casino store # 103032. My receipt # 169116201. It is always busy being in the casino food court and there is never enough staff and VERY long lines. On Oct 22 was the worse.

They only had 1 cash opened. Only 1 person preparing the food. The line up was huge. I waited 50 mins in line till I actually got my food. That is unacceptable. They give everyone their coffees and then you wait for 20 mins to get your food and your drinks are cooling off by then.

In my order I got my coffee and muffin and then when I finally got the rest of my food 20 mins later I had to argue with the male employee that I still needed to get my diet pop and donut. They are severely understaffed especially on busy Weekends.
