On Friday,August 18th,2023,my wife and I stopped at the above-mentioned restaurant for lunch,at approximately 12;40 PM. The drive-through however had a steady line of vehicles,so we knew the restaurant was open. The girl who served us was not very quick,and after asking us to repeat our order a couple of times,she went to get another colleague.

He proceeded to take our order,but I must say,his level of pronunciation left a lot to be desired. We ordered 1 medium ice cappuccino,1 medium coffee-+2 cream,1 plain bagel with regular cream cheese,1 chicken wrap with Ranch dressing,-all to be eaten…

The Espanola , ON combination Tim Hortons / Wendy’s is the most disgusting establishment I have been in on my travels. The floors behind the cooking stations and where the customers sit were full of food sticky and filthy. The bathrooms also pea all over the stall floors.

Couldn’t even see in the mirrors which were broken along with the soap dispense. Such a busy place should have a dedicated custodian. The tables were dirty too . Obviously no sweeping or mopping anywhere or cleaning time tables kept up.

You gotta do a surprise visit and I suggest Sunday . The staff openly discussing their daily life problems at the cash and personal hygiene needs to step up. It’s a wonder rats aren’t a problem with the dirt under the cooking stations.

We were at Tim Hortons on 08/19/23 around 8:30 a,m. The place is dirty at this time of the day should of been cleaned. The guy at window has food in his mouth and another man picking his nose it was disgusting. We left.

It’s such a shame no one cares about the customers and where was the manager?? Can’t go there anymore!!! It was really disgusting

The last 3 visits to the Madoc Ontario Tim Hortons has been atrocious. Absolutely no sugar in the coffees I ordered. Whether it’s the machine that’s not being filled regularly or the employees just not paying attention, it has ruined any chance of going back to that location.

I recently purchased muffins from your store and we did not eat them as they looked disgusting.

Also I Belive everyone has the right to work for a living,it should not matter we’re they are from but it would be nice if the customer could understand them and not have to call there manager to fine d out what the customer wants . The tiles around the ceiling vents were dirty, looked like black mold. The hanging lights over the tables were coated with dust. An employee was leaning over a pre table reading papers. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage.

I have searched for a place to submit compliments, praise or credit and I can find none, so I am left hoping this message will make it to the appropriate location. I wanted to reach out to Tim Hortons to let you know that the service offered in O'Leary, Prince Edward Island is the best I have seen!

I have traveled from coast to coast to coast and O'Leary can not be beat! They are kind, friendly and efficient. Honestly, I have have not seen a faster service anywhere; they are amazing! On top of all of that, I'm greeted at the window with these incredibly charming smiles.

It is just an overall great experience. I also love that in rural little PEI we have a lovely mix of new Canadians and life long islanders working side by side. This little gem of a restaurant exemplifies everything…

I would like to file a complaint with an employee at Tim Hortons and Englehart Ontario Canada. Her name is Christine Gravelle. She has been rude to her customers and through the drive-through we heard her screaming and yelling at her employees, which made a lot of people nervous and decided to walk out of the store.

This is not the way and establishment is run. You’re losing customers and people are actually scared of her.

We ordered two bacon egg mcmuffins- could you make them any smaller. I was disgusted with the size of the McMuffin, it has shrunk and the bacon was paper thin. The price was the same, but quantity/size was disgusting. You should be ashamed charging the same price fora bite size McMuffin.

Will not be buying from Tim Hortons again, McDonald’s will get our business

It’s not the first time and with others with having issues at a Tim Hortons in Oshawa on Simcoe street first time I was kicked out for sitting and drinking a coffee after being there for 10 mins this time I stood for 10 mins waiting on a bagel while others ppl were ording and getting there made food after I have ordered and the girl tried to tell me they ordered before me mean while I was standing there watching.

My friends have had problems there all my family won’t go there this needs to stop with this and place.

Hello, I went in to the store in clarkaburg today, I waited for a min the woman who was working saw me standing up front ams just walked into the back didn't greet me, so I rang the service bell she didn't come up front for a while. When she did still didn't get greeted was told I'm taking care of my drivethrough your gonna have to wait in a very rude, dismissive manner. I have come through drive through while she is working she is always rude and never makes my order correct.

I had a horrible experience for the first time at time Horton. when did Tim Hortons start parking customers 2. When parked they still did not have our bagels ready.. 3. After a 10 minute wait had to get out of car to get my food and and the food was cold and the slather my bagel with butter .

Disgusting and disappointed, will not be going back to this location.

Service @ on route is horrible, lineups last for at least 30 mins before you can order. This is due to inefficient staff, emphasis on drive through & only 1 cash open. This has been noted @ various on route on the 401.

I ordered coffee and a sesame seed bagel double toasted with butter .The bagel was not double toasted and hardly buttered and not even cut in half .The girls working there were not busy at all but I was kept waiting for my bagel for over 10 minutes .I had to ask the girl where is my bagel very very bad all around service.

a double actually, 2 drinks in one large cup. I went to take another drink and realized there was a 1/4” layer of blue soapy bubbles on top. Maybe the ice maker was washed and not rinsed? And as ice melted the soap came out?

I do not know but it was disturbing and upsetting that I drank half of it before it was noticeable.

We went to the Tim hortons by the air museum off of Mcknight Blvd. In Calgary AB. We had the worse service and our order was wrong. We ordered a Med. steeped tea with one cream and received a Med. coffee with no cream.

Our lunch order was also wrong. Took the sandwich back to let them know its not ours and was disrespected and it took them Half an hour to give us another sandwich. Please correct for us we had a horrible time on camp day. Thank you

Tim Hortons needs to come up with non-stick bag. Whenever I buy a single Boston Cream the chocolate topping sticks to the paper bag that by the time I manage to peel it off half of the chocolate is gone.

It’s probably happening hundreds of times a day but no one bothers to complain. I hope that Tims will not put aside this complaint and actually comes up with corrective action.

From 3300 points as your system was down and associate scanned 4 times my cell and later on told me to put email lost points and now have only 1300 points . Called 4 times and people from phillipines never assist in completing customer complaints or guest service as they don’t either understand or only helpful towards their community and extremely rude and arrogant. Will start going to Star Bucks.

I am frequent Tim Horton customer all around Ontario, and most "Tim's" are clean and well managed!

I went to the Tim Hortons on 38 York Rd, Dundas, ON L9H 1L4, yesterday, July 16 around 3 pm. It is the dirtiest location I have ever visited. The women's bathroom was beyond dirty: faecal matter all over the toilet, pee on the floor etc. The floor, customer tables, and also behind the service counter were covered in crumbs, paper wrapper, food stuff etc. If this is how it looks where it is noticeable for customers, I wonder how it will look in the areas where customers can't see, and also how food handling is looked after.

Will never visit this location again, but thought you should be aware, as Tim Horton's is a franchise.

I went in to place a order & there was atleast 5-6 people behind the counter . I stood at the cash waiting for my order to be taken . I was acknowledged that I was standing there & nobody approached me to take my order i figured they were just busy & they would get to me , after standing there a while a lady came In & knew the guy working so

she went to the counter where I was standing & made conversation & then placed her order.. very poor customer service unless u k own someone working there!!!!!!

This week one evening I had a very bad encounter with the male employee who was so rude to me and tried to sell me stale donut and when I asked for replacement he wasn’t able to do that for me. I would not recommend this restaurant. He claimed that he was the manager over there and yelled on his co workers.

I don’t go to Tim’s Hortons often but I did go on Saturday July 15. I ordered a coffee and a ham and cheese sandwich. The coffee was fine the the sandwich was the worst constructed sandwich I have ever experienced.

After being told that they don’t serve mustard any more (WTF) I’II requested mayo. When I received the sandwich it had no serviettes and there was so much mayo that it became a sloppy mess. Do the employees not had any quality control when constructing said sandwich.

This is why I buy no food at Tim’s and will never by food again. This just confirms my past experience with Tim’s and that the food is terrible. Somethings never cha. Get your act together! Mike Kargus

What a disaster customer service. I been to tim hortons and try to pay for ice cap on app and the employee said it didn’t went through, you need to pay difference method i tried to pay with cash and she refuse as the bill was ripped from the corner.

She said my manager will be mad at me if I accept this bill. Since when you refused to take a bills. So which means every time i need to be in tim horton do i need to get a new bills as manager don’t accept the ripped bills

Good day The Tim's by 2013 Lawrence I had a issue I ordered two drinks a mistake was made, regardless who's fault it was I apologized for the error but the entire time this cashier had nothing but attitude and disdain, she has no customer service skills whatsoever after I apologize you look at me like you wanna scold me hands new drinks no straws I say thank you no acknowledgement at all won't speak, I don't think any customer should go though this experience no matter what happened I was polite the entire time.. I stop at one your store yesterday in Métabetchouan-Lac-à-la-Croix with my girlfriend and this store. Is so dirty that he should be close by health department . It’s a shame the guy who owns that store doesn’t care one bit about customers and the name of Tim Horton by be a franchisee.

Even the tables we did have to wiped from food and liquids spilled (coke) and the floor underneath was has bad has behind the serving counter where the kid was scraping the floor? I spoke to a lady who lives there and she told me tha the store has been like that for a long long time, she told me don’t use the restroom because they are awful dirty.

Good morning .. this morning I went through the drive through at Tim Hortons on Kingston road just east of Mc Cowan I ordered a small coffee and english muffin with double bacon, the employee told me we have no food...

I said not even a donut he said a bagel, I ordered a bagel which is food, when I got up to the window I could see muffins bagels all kinds of FOOD obviously the guy was too lazy to make a sandwich. this tim hortons is opened 24 hours so I was not impressed when the guy told me no food.

On Friday June 7, at Tim Hortons drive through on Tenth st in Nanaimo bc time was approximately 1045 we placed an order for 3 large black coffee, and one black tea. With 4 cream and 4 sweeteners on side.

The worker was having trouble with our order we repeatedly stated it. The middle board on the right hand side was not working properly. When we got up there we got one coffe one tea. And paid for it as often we have to wait for rest of order.

When we asked where the rest of order was he stated that was it. I said no we had two more drinks and he told us we were only charged for two so we would have to pay. Now this Tim Hortons has had Hugh staff turn overs and we have supported it as it is clean and covid was terrible.

I ordered a large dark roast coffee and paid with cash. Cashier asked me is I had 20 cents and replied no. She told me that she short changed me 10 cents because they never had the proper change in the register.

I was offended but accepted the poor judgment of her to benefit the store and not the customer. I was on my way and opened the coffee and had a sip of a disgusting burnt cup and I purchase a lot of coffee from your organization to know what is normal or not.

This was the WORST cup of Tim’s I have EVER and to boot I had to add to your profits due to poor customer service. This was the Tim Hortons at Victoria Ave In Vineland. I dumped the cup and proceeded to the next Tim’s at Carlton and bunting rd to get a normal cup.

My 300+ points, which were on my phone, have now been reduced to 0 points, even though I did not receive any free tea reward after having spent additional money when I visited Tim Hortons in Innisfil etc. In addition, I could not get into my phone app.

at all, without having to put in some access code, each time I wish to see my points. I am very disappointed in Tim Hortons. The reward system does not seem to work. I will switch to Second Cup, since that company does not try to trick me into believing I can claim a reward, which is removed before I can use it.

Was going through the drive through. Asked for a egg and cheese buscit sandwich. Server when repeating the order stated, bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, and what else. I stated, mam I want a egg and cheese buscut sandwich only with no meat. Server acknowledged.

I paid for the sandwich but was made suspicious by the whole situation. I pulled over and parked in the restaurant parking lot. Checked the sandwich. Order was correct, except for what appeared to be a finger print on the egg.

I has ordered a medium beverage as well. I did not want any of the food afterwards. I thew everything away and drove off. Never eating fast food again, as I have never said or done anything bad to people working on the fast food industry, so I do not deserve this treatment.

Ever since you started selling Cold Brew I've wanted to try one.

However they are pricey, so it's only during certain times I'm able to afford to try it. So far I have gone to 3 different Tim Hortons locations over 10 different times and tried to order it and they NEVER have any cold brew.

Do your workers not even attempt to refill the cold brew after it's empty? Are they just lazy? On TV and online you advertise it all the time so one would think you would make sure to have plenty of it on hand (basic economics, supply/demand).

It's at the point where I'm ready to stop giving Tim Hortons my business altogether and start going to the local barista instead or Macdonalds. Maybe you could send me a gift card or something to make up for all this I sure would appreciate it and have a lot…

Went to Tim Hortons today got a breakfast sandwich and a lemonade was suppose to be a meal. No hash browns was in the bag. The window said 2 for 3.00$ and I got a meal it came to over 8.00$ plus the girl that waited on me had a real attitude and I’m usually quite nice to fast food workers.

I wanted to have a coffee and relax before going home. You advertise a closing time of midnight but when I got there the staff were mopping the floor and had locked the door. I traveled out of my way in the rain for my coffee and feel justified in making complain.

I've no intention of visiting there again.

I go to the Tim Hortons on Stony Plain road and 157 street every Sunday. I like my coffee hot and fresh like it should be. Three previous times the coffee has been luke warm even after I have told them the coffees weren't hot.

This last Sunday when I ordered my coffee I reminded her that I want my coffee hot. I watched her turn on the burner for the pot that was on the top. She put her hand on it after about 30 seconds and then poured my coffee.

I checked it before I left and it was barely luke warm. I told this is luke warm. I just walked out. Maybe if they turned down the music and payed more attention to their jobs things would get done properly.

I go to another Tims during the week every day and get great service.
