I placed a mobile order on the app but when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up they didn’t have what I ordered and hadn’t had that particular item all day. I was crushed… and they didn’t have what I wanted so I asked for a refund.
I was then advised that I would have to go through corporate to get my money back which I found out after many back and forth emails with corporate I was told in a round about way that that is a bold-faced lie. 2 weeks later I have no food and no money.
00 but stealing from long time customers especially in this day and age isn’t cool and you need to be called out.
