I placed a mobile order on the app but when I arrived at the restaurant to pick it up they didn’t have what I ordered and hadn’t had that particular item all day. I was crushed… and they didn’t have what I wanted so I asked for a refund.

I was then advised that I would have to go through corporate to get my money back which I found out after many back and forth emails with corporate I was told in a round about way that that is a bold-faced lie. 2 weeks later I have no food and no money.

00 but stealing from long time customers especially in this day and age isn’t cool and you need to be called out.

Was at the time hortons on merivale rd near bonguard ordered a med double double and a sausage breakfast wrap almost always it either is not wrapped right or little sauce or the egg and sausage is at the bottom of the wrap and today same server at the window this was my 4 time giving a Nicole more than the bill and always he never gives back the change it's not that it's a Nicole it's the fact he never offers it back to the customer

On Sunday morning, June 4/2023, I visited the Tim Horton's location in Lambeth, intending to get breakfast. I was on my way to work (a half hour drive away) and intended to eat my breakfast at my desk when I arrived there. I ordered the breakfast sausage/egg/cheese croissant meal, which looked amazing on the overhead display. When I was handed my order, I assumed it looked fairly close to what the advertised image showed.

What I received, though, was an absolute horror: The croissant was burned, and blackened in several places. The egg was nearly invisible, and the cheese a disgusting, gooey, dripping mess of molton cheeze-whizz. I was a big fan of the Walnut crunch and the Plain Sour cream donuts. was very happy to see hey were bring back the walnut crunch even if just of a little while. but all that seems to be brought back was a picture of a walnut crunch to draw you in!

I have yet to see the actual donut. I would have more respect if the staff just said we don't have them but instead they say this afternoon, after lunch and in the afternoon they say we sold out this am when I know they were not there in the am!

I have been to several Tim's and have yet to see a Tim's with a walnut crunch. Very disappointing! this is not the first time a future donut was not available and I believe it won't be the last but I think it is time for me to stop going and continue to being disappointed.

I will be back to Tim's during…

I have been a loyal customer for many years. My son and I were at the Tim Hortons located at Keele and Sheppard yesterday at 6:30 pm. We ordered coffees and donuts. We decided to sit outside. They were 7 employees in the front and others in the back.

No line up to get served and not busy. The table and bench were dirty ( coffee stains and chocolate crumbs all over. I went inside to ask if someone can clean the table. Server said yes and we got our order.

Nobody went out to wipe it down. I asked again ( I have a pic of employees name. He responded that they clean the tables every half hour. I told him that it’s dirty and we want to sit outside.

I told him I was taking a picture of his name tag. He said that fine with attitude . Sorry what????? I said I’m not cleaning it. I started…

I was at Tim Hortons on Bloor st. E in Oshawa this morning about 8:15. I ordered a bacon and egg on a english muffin and received a stale english muffin that I could hardly swallow and then realized it was sausage.

It was supposed to feed me before a long drive on the 401. Really awful experience and I am a Timmies lover, but oh my goodness that was a horrible sandwich that went immediately in the garbage.

I had a hot coffee and a medium ice cap spill all over the front console of my car as well as my passenger side seat and floor as a result of the two drinks not properly being placed in a cup tray. The perforated part on the tray were pushed in so that the drinks did not sit firmly in the tray.

When I asked to speak to a manager I was not satisfied that she did not care about what happened and I even had to ask for a roll of paper towel as both drinks had completely spilled out Worst Customer Service I have ever had from a restaurant I think maybe time to look for a new restaurant and inform public the bad customer service at your westridge tim Hortons in orillia Ontario terible

I am frustrated beyond belief I have been waiting over 3 weeks for digital support to fix an anomaly on my app

I submitted a complaint on May 12th or so and am Unable to complete any orders on the app !

Now I’m being told my points are expiring ! Outrageous can’t use the app or use points !

Extremely poor service. Drive-Thru refused to serve a person with disabilities using a medical mobility scooter when they've done so many times previously. The manager verbally responded with the usual rhetoric and claims they've been managing that location for the past 5 years.

If that is indeed true, where has this manager been during the pandemic when the restaurant seemed to be closed more than they were open? If this is the statement the manager wishes to convey, then it also indicates they are negligent and liable.

The manger Latrese is very unprofessional she's very rude and nasty with her employees during my interview she invited her boyfriend and took a personal call. Latrese and her boyfriend smelled like weed which gives me the impression she was under the influence. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANY ONE TO WORK AT THAT LOCATION WITH THAT MANGER SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED.

I visit your location at 6014 Vedder Rd Unit 27, Chilliwack, BC V2R 5M4 every morning and order a double double. At least once a week, I am given a drink that is made incorrectly and is not a double double.

When sending it back today to be remade, one of your employees Alicia was very rude and did not provide adequate customer service. This is the second time this employee has been very rude.

Everytime I am in the tim Hortons on hwy 8 and gray Rd in Stoney Creek, I am always waiting way too long for my order. The drive thru gets priority over walk ins. 5 servers there and 1 at one till in-store.

The high school rushes in at break and they only have one till open always . If an adult is going to work he's gonna be very late,! Terrible customer service by opening only one till! Shameful!! I will take my business elsewhere now.

Clean up your act Tim Hortons don't be so greedy! Give someone a job.!

Your company has taken a very big step in eliminating customer service by installing machines that me as a customer needs to use if I'm not paying Cash.

First I am not an employee of Tim Hortons, I come to your stores to be served, not to do it myself. Soon your will be asking customers to make their own Coffee. I personally think that these machines are a detriment to the brand and the whole customer contact experience.

I was at the drive-through on Meadow Drive. There was only one car in front of me. The cashier came online. I could not understand him he talked ethnic. I placed my order, and when I got to the window, he yelled at me and told me he was asking me to wait as he was making sandwiches and I just drove through.

I don’t understand I was waiting and I didn’t understand him when he came on, he was rude and when I placed my order he couldn’t find it. He must be new and he gave me a coffee. I didn’t even order.

Service at all Tim Horton locations in Georgetown are declining! ) Recently ordered two (2) ham and cheddar sandwiches, enough lettuce for 3 sandwiches and too much mayonnaise leaking out of bun. (Mountainview) Ordered six (6) raisin bran muffins, wet and cold in the center.

(Mountainview) 8:00 pm Saturday, wanted in drive thru line for 10 minutes with 5 cars in front of me only to discover NO DONUTS! I can give other examples of declining service.

I love your iced coffee however every time I get one it leaks all over my clothes!! And unfortunately it’s usually in my car when I’m on my way somewhere. So it’s not like I can change my clothes. It really ticks me off!

I don’t like to drink my coffee with a straw, just get the cups fixed already!

The lady at the counter when I was in the drive-through, a white lady did not get her name. Weston Road location was so rude. I tried paying what one card I forgot the pin so I tried a different card and then I did not put in my checking account because it was savings so

I took a little bit longer and the lady in the background to white lady with the hair slicked back was saying oh hurry up it’s only two dollars where are you taking so long arguing in the background so I didn’t realize it was me until I realize it was me and that was very rude.

Tim Hortons location at Biscayne near Costco. As a 50 year loual cidtomer of Tom Hortons I an appalled at the sanitary conditions at this location. The men's bathroom is filthy with no soap for staff to each hands. Floors in bathroom and front shop are filthy and when I reported it, the staff was not concerned.

Very discisted at 9 am when they should ne clean for the day.

Went to drive through and ordered a steak and chedder paninu. eone different came to the window and asked what i was waiting on. Told her. 7 minutes later the employee gave me my sandwich after trying to give it to someone at the counter.

On top of it all the Panini was barely toasted, the chesse wasn't melted at all and it wasn't warm at all. Location was at West Ridge Rd. Rochester NY 14626

I was at the tim hortons on Lefevre at 6 am may 19th. I got the worst customer service ever. I asked for 2 cheese croissants and I got 2 plain ones. I mentioned it to the drive thru staff and she said they don't have the cheese ones I told her I didn't want it then she said she could give me a refund because I used my app to pay

I live in North Tonawanda NY 14120 and every time myself or my wife go to this location on Meadow. It's always a hassle and always wrong and they're always out of products and then I have to drive back and waste my time to come and get. The right stuff.

This is pushing me toward other places like Starbucks.

Hello I recently traveled for Brantford Ont to Fort McMurray Alberta. I stopped at multiple Tim Hortons along the way, and purchased 2 med coffee's at everyone of the locations I stopped at. Now I realized that the price is going to vary from town to town and province to province but I had one location that was so out of tune from the the rest I actually questioned the store personal. 35.

The prices seemed to bounce around in that range until I stopped at the Tim Hortons in Wawa Ont. Now the Tim Hortons in Wawa is not out in the middle of nowhere, it is in a town that is populated so the prices should not be way higher then any of the other's. 75. Is this correct ?

On Friday, May 5th, 2023, at about 5:30/6:00am, on my way to work, I went to the 24 hour Tim Hortons on 3691 Strandherd Drive, Nepean, Ontario, to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I don't usually do this as this is not my habit. I promise you, in future, I am going to avoid that branch of Tim Hortons, like the plague and I'm going to ask all my friends to do the same and to help me spread the word on social media to as many people as possible, to avoid that branch of Tim Hortons, depending on the response I get from you about the following complaint.

I entered the shop and waited approximately 3 - 5 minutes for service and when it was my turn, I asked the young Indian woman at the register, for a double double PLUS 4 sugars and a bacon and egg breakfast…

I had my Coffee at Tim hortons in 755 Adelaide, londo Ontario. Unfortunately, all tables are not clean, I checked 5 tables before I decided to clean one by myself and sat to get my coffee.

Hopefully you correct this soon.

Was at your location on St Mary’s Road, May 7, around 730am, only a couple of other guests in the store. There were about 4 East Indian staff, each one speaking loud in their language! Can this excitement, loud talking not be controlled, even a request to converse in a English language ?

Nanaimo brooks landing 930am may 6th I’m a loyal customer who spends 20 bucks a day 365 days a year. I order my coffee as per norm. I go to the window and they asked me to back up to the marker and then waived me up when it was ready.

I asked why thinking I did something wrong. Turns out it’s about a timer. By backing up not only was the true wait time gamed . Moving ahead looks like twice as fast service time. I was made to participate in unethical behaviour and it’s unsafe.

This data collection suppose to help Tim Hortons .. this behaviour is unethical, unsafe and i morally object in being force to participate , unaware, of what I perceive as low level fraud. Do better.

My manager in the morning shift speak very rudely with me. In front of all team members and customers tooo. if anything gone wrong they always blamed me even If I am not involved in that one. Also. At my behind my back they talk very vulgar with other team members.

I leave my job because of stress, depression. Still now, I am scared, I am unable to do any other job, Just because of that scaredness in my mind. I am felling very depressed. I am complaining this now because I don’t want that any one else can suffer from this.

But still, at that location, they are doing the favourtism. No one speak over their because of their job as every one needs money to live. In starting I also did some shifts under the old manager, and I personally feel she so nice and understanding.

I ordered a herb and garlic pastry today from the store in Bayfield Ontario Canada. When I arrived home I noticed the pastry smelt of jalapeño. As I would have been in a life threatening position if I had of eaten the pastry given to me I could have died.

I contacted the store and spoke to the manager, she was not very sympathetic. I have visited this store once before and the product I wanted to purchase (donuts) were not available. I was conducting a meeting and wanted to provide a snack for the participants.

I will not be visiting any of your stores in the future..

I am writing specifically on the Tim Hortons in Carbonear, Newfoundland. I have lodged several complaints to the individual store but have gotten nowhere. Something needs to be addressed at this store as the waiting time once inside can be almost a half an hr. to be served.

I have seen countless customers complain while in line for so long and some just leave before being served. They only open 2 cashes but one is always serving the MOBILE orders and not the customers. Can someone be assigned to the other cash when Mobile orders are being taken care of?

This has been a long ongoing problem for this particular store. The staff are very slow. Hoping this can be dealt with.

This is the 4th time I am going to the Tim Hortons at 4200 Sheppard Avenue E, Scarborough and have been treated with poor Customer Service and rudeness. It is a poor reflection on Tim Horton's as their service is usually good.

I work across the road from this location and my hours are very long as I do taxes. It is convenient to go there, however, I have started to tell neighbours, friends and clients not to go there.

I believe in giving 2nd chances, however, I went there this morning, rudeness, my bagel and cream cheese was not cut in half, it seems that the cheese has been flattened and some taken out as I go to other locations and there is always more cheese.

As I had every reason I asked for my receipt as it was not offered or freely given.

I am very disappointed that no one goes…

The coffee is gross. Everyday at 5am or so. I spend between 14 and 15 dollars every single morning. Now that you've changed the coffee (don't say you didn't become it's disgusting ( poor customer service and I have to waste more money finding a good coffee literally going to different tims to see if it's better.

I will not be spending my money on a restaurant that turned gross. The temperature of the coffee is too high and your food is ugly and not the good food anymore. You've ruined Tim Hortons an iconic Canadian shop.

I don't like the new owners. They ruined the restaurants reputation. They've ruined the food and coffee. You may as well shut down.

What the devil is going on at Tim Hortons? Points have increased from 70 to 400 for coffee. Maybe 200 would be more acceptable. I won a coffee for roll-up and I have coffee every day. Your special offers are questionable.

To Whom It May Concern...... I purchased gift cards for my staff for HCA(Health Care Aide) week in the fall and found that none of the cards were working after they were given to the employees. 00 paid. The employee that did them for me was not very experienced and very unsure of doing the transaction but he told me they were all good to go.

I found out after that none of them were done properly and my staff returned the GC's to me saying that they didn't work. I brought them back to the location (Corydon and Stafford in Winnipeg) I purchased them at with a copy of my bank statement showing the complete purchase amount for them and was told that I could not get any of my monies back or to have a GC…

Today I ordered a BLT no lettuce add butter and upon looking at it before leaving drive thru window my sandwich was built poorly,there were only 2 tomatoes stacked on top each other placed on a mound of bacon with no mayo. I sent it back asking for my 3rd tomato as well as asking for the bacon be stretched out and add mayo.

I was extremely disappointed as it wasn't even busy at 9:08 am, the tomatoes were soggy and old. Never happens at Subway . This Sammy was below Tim Hortons standards!
