On Sunday April 16th 2023. My husband and I went to Tim Hortons located at 368 Lakeshore Drive. Our order was wrong from the sandwiches to our beverages. Then another customer complained that the tables weren't wiped down. This is not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely worst Tim’s u can go to! Just cause it’s local save ur money and drive to the next Tim’s where ur order can be made correctly and without being harassed by staff and have them getting angry with u cause there staff doesn’t know what’s on there own menu… would be real nice if they would put there arrogant asses to the side as I go there almost everyday for work they almost get everything wrong everytime… if I had to return every incorrect item they wouldn’t be in business and

I visited Tim Horton on 6th street and 10th Avenue in Burnaby. Around 6 PM. I requested one Dozen Muffins and One dozen Donuts. Unfortunately they only had 8 muffins. The sales girl insisted on charging me for 6 at half a dozen rate and two at per piece. I pleaded that if they did not have dozen it was not my fault. I suggested that I be charged Dozen rate. The supervisor Jasmine Saran was called. She was refusing to even listen. She would not look at the rationale. Worst was she had the courage to insult me by saying "I can see how much common sense I had" - This is unacceptable.

She offered to bake fresh in five minutes. I gladly accepted and said 5 minutes is fine but she retrived her stance that it could be longer.

The location on trethewey and Jane has the worst customer service. April 16, 8:21 am I asked for 3/4 reg and a 1/4 French vanilla. It doesn't seem to matter what Tim Hortons you go to. They don't understand steep tea. I live in Kamloops and not one tim hortons understand steep tea, I always get a Original blend coffe. It pretty bad the I have to sniff my order just to make sure that i get my tea.

I should not have to do thi everytime. Either staff need to be retrained, take reading lessons or make or it need to be change in the tills and screens to more readable for staff.

As an employee of Oakville Trafalgar Hospital myself and other employees have very short breaks times. I have noticed over the past six months that at peak times of when employees all go on their breaks 10am and 3pm the wait time in line is approximately 20 minutes. The staff that work at the 2 check out windows are busy filing the mobile orders instead of waiting on the people in the line up. It is extremely frustrating watching them making mobile orders a priority and leaving both order stations unattended. The employees of the hospital provided a lot of business to Tim Hortons on a daily basis.

There should be a dedicated mobile staff for those orders only and 2 staff at the order stations. I am not sure why the mobile orders take precedence over everything else.

Tim Horton’s at at square one Mississauga by the side of Walmart. It was two weeks ago I visited on my lunch hour. Between 1 and 2. The cashier mixed up my order. I was supposed to use my deal on the app with sandwich and soup.

I found out when I got back to the lunch room it was just a soup. I went back and mentioned it to the same cashier which I think his name was Iobel. He wore a turbin. He said he would make sure he put in the sandwich but he realized he did not give me the receipt and then argued with me that I only ordered the soup.

This afternoon I was in the drive thru line for 19 min. I ordered two coffees and a lightly toasted cinnamon raisin bagel. The coffees we got were not hot and the bagel was some kind of cheese bagel with cream cheese.

Unfortunately I was not anywhere near the restaurant when we opened the bagel which my wife and I were going to share. Unfortunately also we did not have a receipt to indicate our purchase. Thank you for listening. Henry

I ordered a coffee at your Harriston ontario drive through location, the truck in front of me was given a coffee and then handed it back to your employee with the drink tab open, then when I pulled up to get my coffee the employee at the window handed me a coffee with the lids tab seal broken, and as l was pulling away l noticed that it looked like someone had taken a drink from it, l find it sad that this woman that served me thought that it was ok to do so.

I would like to express my concern about the fact that the employees at Tim Hortons do not speak English to each other behind the counter my family is Multicultural so this is not written out of discrimination or racism. We are a bilingual country here in Canada and we do have a large population of ethnicities.

I feel that in a public workplace English should be spoken amongst the employees. I just visited one of your restaurants and there was only one Caucasian person, the rest were of a different ethnicity. the entire time I stood in line the employees were speaking their language, which was not English.

I am pissed about the lack of attention it takes to ensure the lid is properly placed on takeout cups.., I went through the drive-thru and the lid came off the cup all over my vehicle and my lap. You app does not allow for Photo upload another problem you need to fix. I will have my vehicle detailed and forward the charges to your company.

To whom it may concern: Hello, my wife and I are currently switching stores. We are disgusted with the store at 4250 McKinley Pkwy, Hamburg, NY. The employees at this store act as if you are trying to pull something on them, when you correct them, because the order is wrong when receiving at the drive thru.

Bad attitudes , smart remarks and comments are things that show poor customer service skills. In most of our experiences with this store food , sandwiches, most of the donuts can’t be served after 3pm. They say they just don’t have anything.

I was at your 733 Kipling Ave Etobicoke location. I could not believe what I was seeing. I saw a timer on your employees! I was appalled. I was shocked. I was embarrassed. My heart melted. In this day and age this should not be happening.

This should not be happening. This is a human rights issue. I have been to many different locations and I have never seen this! This is very unacceptable. This needs to be removed! This is not right!!! If this is some way being used to make that location more money that is disgusting!

The Roll Up the Rim contest is discriminatory. One must own a cell , know how to download the app. So… it discriminates against people who can’t access their reward due to financial and/or skills limitations. This needs to be resolved.

How are you supposed to Roll up the Rim when I only have or actually need a flip phone, that does not accept apps? When I asked about this at our local Tims in Elmsdale Nova Scotia, I was informed that that was my problem not there's and I was not the first to complain about this complete disregard for us older people. I’ve ordered the Chipotle beef bowl on several occasions, and have been disappointed each time. The concept and flavor are great, however what I actually get in the bowl are not so great. - Portion size is minimized greatly (it won’t allow me to post my pictures) so in my picture the bowl I received is only 1/2 full. I have posted a picture of the advertisement of what it should look like, or something similar… So sad! - I received almost all gristle and fat, because she said they ran out - I asked for dressing on the side - “ oops I forgot” was their response

Dear Tim Horton's Customer Service Team, I am writing to bring to your attention the unsatisfactory conditions at your 3838 Cote Vertu branch. I have been a loyal customer of Tim Horton's for many years and have always enjoyed the quality of service and cleanliness at your establishments.

However, my recent experience at this location has left me deeply disappointed. The branch was visibly dirty, with tables and floors covered in crumbs and stains, and the corner seating with sofa like set which covers are torn out for ages and never replaced.

I would like to complain that I have contacted customer service three times which they sent to technical support to straighten out the problem and nobody has contacted me by email! I want to have my email addresses switched for my card.

On 3 different occasions at 3 different Tim Hortons locations, I have failed to receive my roll up the rim or collect any points after scanning my card. The first was at the Tim Hortons on Main Street, in Dartmouth Nova Scotia, the Second was in Dartmouth Crossing, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and the third was in Eastern Passage, Nova Scotia.

It is very hard to remain loyal to a brand when your loyalty system is faulty and no store seems to be able to correct the issue. I find it dishonest to advertise roll up the rim and the chance of winning prizes when your system doesn’t work !

How can a person support a Canadian company when it seems to not care about providing Canadians with good quality service. I sincerely hope that changes are made soon otherwise there will be a lot of customers…

I cannot get an order in at the yellowknife airport road location because the person on the intercom taking the order can never understand me. I ask for a coffee three times then he askin if I need a French vanilla.

I drive up to the window and they refuse to serve me. They need people over the intercom that speaks proper English.

Visited Tim Hortons on March 12 at 7:45pm 8607 Glenlyon pkwy in Burnaby. I ordered a wrap and potato wedges, I was told they were not available after 7:30. I asked the reason behind it? I was told because many people don’t order the wedges on Sundays.

I voiced my disappointment, at which time the employee said she would make some for me and it would be 15 minutes. I decided to wait, after waiting 20 minutes I finally got the wedges. Bottom line teach these employees from INDIA about customer service!

This location is LACKING it!! Teach them when a customer walks in to acknowledge them, and SMILE!! and say thank them for their business!! I’m finding people from INDIA do not understand the meaning of customer service.
