The new roll up the rim is a total screw up. I am thoroughly disgusted with the whole issue. I have been a loyal customer since 1980 and thinking of going elsewhere.

I am obviously a regular every day customer at Tim Hortons and this specific complaint that I have is not at the location I usually go to in Richmond hill, it’s the drive-through on Steeles and Yonge at Esso gas station.

first time I bought my coffee I found them to be kind of rude.

Second time I went there and I wanted to refill my time cards by paying them cash and the lady there was telling me that you cannot do that although I’ve always done that on other locations, she was telling me that I have to buy Tim cards and then load it up to my app, which is not true.

I’ve done it many times before where I paid them cash, and they just filled it into my app however, I told her just because you don’t know how to do. It doesn’t mean that you can’t do it, she did not like what I told her and…

No matter what store of yours I go into, they are slow, rude and never have the honey crullers in stock. All three are on (M-24) Lapeer Road. One is in Lapeer, one is on Oxford and one is in Lake Orion.

I've listed them from the worst to a bit better. What has happened? Your food chain used to be so good? Now, I'm about ready to give up and go elsewhere! And your commercial about roll up is aweful!!! You can't even understand what the girl is saying.

She talks too fast and slurs her words! Professionalism has gone out the window in place of profits.

However, you are going to loose profits in the long run!

I have been to 3 different Tim Hortons this past week and their scanners for the roll up the rim aren’t working, 3:00 in the afternoon and they have no doughnuts not bagels not timbits all these tim hortons are in south simcoe I got to tim hortons at least twice a day sometimes more but I’m very very upset about this. I’m going to be contacting the local newspaper about this.!

Went to wallaceburg store and ordered hot chocolate and showed my qr code and expected to receive it free since I won the 7 day hockey challenge and was only on day number 3. Denied my free one and had to pay for my hot chocolate..

I have recieved 4 coffees from the Port Dover Tim Hortons and have not recieved no roll up the rim on the contest. I spoke with the manager and the manager said to contact head office. I have never had any problems in the past contests.

I am writing this not to complain about a store but about an issue I’ve had twice today and can’t seem to reach anyone else about it. I completely understand that it’s the first day for roll up the rim.

But I buy a ridiculous amount of coffee in a day and today twice I went to roll up and the app froze for a few seconds when it came back both Times my roll up was gone and I had no points and it didn’t do it automatically nothing was different.

I look forward to getting something back for the thousands of dollars I spent a year. Me and my husband get a minimum of 9 coffees a day and snacks. So I just wanted to write in cause it was extremely frustrating.

Thank you for your time. Hopefully it doesn’t keep happening

hello I am so miffed at Tim's as wea are seniors and visit Tims at least 4 times a week. Your roll up the rim is discrimination to older folks that do not have a cell phone or are not computer savy.

Why can you not do the roll up like you use to or have a it so we can roll our cup at the tims restaurant. If we are spending our money every week we would at least like to try and win.

Most of the seniors that visit Tims feel the same way. That you are gearing the contest to a few age groups. There are alot of seniors that sit and have a coffee everyday and it would be so nice to be able to join in with everyone else that gets to roll up their coffee cup to see if they have won.

Hi, we are regular early morning patrons of the tim Horton in castlegar, BC. Every morning we go thru drive thru to get coffee and breakfast before work. Something's needs to be done about the services of this store. Yesterday morning March 6 2023.

It took us 5 times telling the server we wanted 2 lrg coffee and 2 bacon biscuit. The server was either not listening or just plain didn't care. We finally made it to the pay window just to given 2 lrg coffee and 1steak lunch sandwiches.

We then proceeded to go inside to get the right order. We explained what was wrong just to be told , quite aggressively that this is what we ordered. We then explained that no it wasn't and showed our receipt.

Cambridge Ontario. Cedar St Westgate center. Store is Kaos. So caught up and taking orders and giving people receipts with numbers. The end of the counter there's maybe 20 30 people waiting for their orders just to be called the number.

It's almost Mass confusion you can't over here the other person speaking so when they call your number your left standing there wondering. you don't even hear it. The customer service in that store is terrible really should be looked at and considered changing management or something there.

They yell your number they drop your order on the corner they walk away there's no offer of service do you need a trade do you need a bag do you need napkins nothing you have to stand there like a fool

I bought a chicken bacon ranch wrap today at 8:03 pm. There was barely a chicken, just bacon, Lettuce, tomato slice . The chicken is approx a tbsp!!! I was too tired to go back & complain and my break is almost over.

Will the lady who prepared my wrap get a bonus by getting skimpy on the chicken w/c I paid for? They need proper training & quality control to check on their work. It’s unfair to the customer. The price I paid for is not worth the wrap I got.

We visit Tim’s multiple times a day and many times we Either get the wrong order or they are missing something in our cappuccino or coconut latte! It’s getting quite annoying now ! Not only do you keep increasing prices but they can’t get our order correct!

It is convenient to stop at Tim hortons in innisfail ab. As it is the closest open in morning for my construction crew. But o what a nightmare every time we stop. The orders are never right.. The staff is not friendly at all early in morning and have been charged different prices for the same item on different occasions.

I ordered some new bacon breakfast sandwich listed on the menu in the drive thru as well as to put salt, pepper and ketchup with the order. I got the order at the window and asked if she had put the salt, pepper and ketchup in the bag but she had already turned and left.

Not wanting to hold up the line, I left on my way from Sylvan Lake, AB to Edmonton, AB. Well not only did they forget the salt, pepper and ketchup, I got a breakfast sandwich with ham on it instead of bacon.

I’m not much for ham on my eggs. Really disappointed with the errors and not getting what I asked for of course by the time I realized this, I was already long gone. What can you do to make this right again?

I would like to know who decided that stompers cannot get potato wedges until 10 am. This is a crock. People order breakfast early in the morning and do not want hash browns. Another complaint I have a the sandwiches, who decided not to offer mustard on any, since the store doesn’t buy it.

This is also just wrong. The person that owns the Amherstburg store, to put it bluntly, he’s an idiot. What happen to customer service. I don’t think he knows anything about Service, all he cares about is the money. You need to investigate these problems, since he doesn’t seem to care.

The service at your branch on Main Street in Oliver awful and unprofessional. I called in last week and spoke to the manager Peaches and informed her that I ordered the steak chipotle bowl and ask for no chipotle because I’m allergic to it and asked for ranch when I got home, I had received chipotle all over my salad I phoned she contacted me and offered me a credit at the store. I have been to the store three times and nobody knows about the credit. The cashier tonight called her at home and she now denies the credit this service is unacceptable for a small town where people like to talk I would like to hear back with a solution. Thank you.

This is the Tim Hortons in Marion Ohio. I ordered 4 vanilla cream donuts (they only had 4 left). I requested they be put in a box. The last few times they have stacked them in a bag and they are all stuck together within an hour) They informed me that they could not use a box because of increased prices.

Today I ordered Tim Hortons in Heath, Ohio and I am not happy with how I was treated. We are at this restaurant at least once every day, sometimes twice or even three times a day we go through the line.

Most of the employees know us by first name and most are very pleasant. Today we received the wrong order it was not only the wrong size but they also had put sugar that we never get in our coffees.

After getting home, we realize there was sugar in both coffees and decided to take them back and get the coffee the way we ordered it. at the university hospital London Ontario. there is a old girl that speak loud and rude. it is 3 times she act like that. She always is siting and yield, she try to help, however is not the form to speak to people especially customers .

A friend said what kind of Tim Horton is this? same thing happen to him. they should organize this place because is one line to paid. This morning I went to store 1862 in Calgary, I ordered a banana bread muffin, when I got home they had given me a Raisin Bran muffin and the raisin muffin was old, I was unable to go back and change order. I ordered a cold brew on Saturday afternoon at the MBK branch of Tim Hortons in Bangkok. I think Tim Hortons, an international coffee shop with a complete supply chain, can always provide services with quality and efficiency.

However, I feel deeply disappointed this time because of that cold brew I ordered wasted approximately 20 mins to make. Generally, the cold brew drinks shall be prepared in advance, then pour it into a cup while customers order it.

So that is the reason that made me disappointed and angry.

Also, before I made the order, I talked to the clerk in Thai and asked her if they had cold brew, but she didn’t answer my question, then just sent the order into the system. If I did know that they didn’t have cold brew at that time, I would change the order to Americano.

Tim Horton in Bouctouche NB. Tired of waiting 25 mins for 3 cars day after day. The dinning closes at 4 pm. I do mobile orders and get there and its closed and the ligne up is too long to wait so i loose a mobile order.

I am a regular customer of Tim Hortons on Cawthra rd Mississauga and I live in a shelter 2 minutes from the restaurant.

We had a fire alarm this morning and I needed to go to the bathroom.

The staff know me and they saw the fire trucks go by.

When I asked to go to the bathroom, the girl forgot me to wait 10 min because the restaurant was not open.

We are located in a commercial district and I worked for Tim Horton a few times, I would never have prevented someone from a shelter from going to the toilet seeing the urgency and the situation.

It is a question of logic.

I am French-speaking and I have worked for tim in Quebec and Ontario.

I find the situation deplorable because it is a question of humanism.

My husband bought me a French vanilla and one for himself at the Corunna, ontario location. The cappuccino tasted like whatever is added to give it the sweetness was missing. Stirred it thinking maybe it was settled on the bottom.

This before 6 am I stopped at the Tim Horton on Sunnybrooke in Dollard des Ormeaux. I needed 12 donuts for an appointment. The display case was empty. I asked for 1 dozen she offers me 2 dozen. I had to reiterate I wanted 1 dozen. I’m told they are going to choose the donuts in the back. I look at the selection made for me not impressed. I bring the donuts at my meet to be told the donuts were stale. I am embarrassed and beside my self. A business practice from a third world country.

2685 Skaha Lake road store staff member was very impolite . This is my fourth complaint against the staff that treated my friend and self with utmost disrespect . This was pertaining to him asking for margarine and was questioned what he was using the margarine for .

Considering he only went up the second time to request for margerine for his bum that I also gave to him and was met with sarcasm and disrespect I am person of coke and my friend is First Nations if the first prowls of Canada .. we both been coming there mondays spending average of $25-$40 per visit .

Since then we have not revived an apology or some sort of acknowledgement for staffs poor behavior . Please correct thsi ASAP before I go go searching for franchise owners

I went through the drive thru on Sunday February 12, 2023. I asked for 2 sprinkle donuts. The female clerk replied in a rude tone "They are called vanilla dip. When I got my food, the bagel was missing and the donuts.

He gave the bagel but said i would have to pay for the donuts. As I wasn't charged for the donuts I said no that you should give the donuts for free. He said I could give one for free but not both.

I asked to talk to the manager and she refused to give me for anything their mistake. I said I will take the free donut but would not give it to me until I paid for one donut. I refused and left. I counted 14 behind.

Tim Hortons restaurant at 70Landsdowne Ave Saint John NB, floors are never clean, bathrooms are disgusting, tables are dirty, drive thru seems to be a priority as opposed to inside counter, need better pest control as there are flies every where in clouding on food. These issues are on going, and need to be addressed.Most other Tim Hortons in our city are fairly clean except for this one.

I arrived from vacation and went to the Tim hortons on lakeshore and hurontario street. I wanted a large steep tea and was told that they can only offer me a small as there wasnt enough steep tea made. I told them I will wait for a new brew.

They gave me such attitude and they started talking in their native language which upset me to no end as I felt they were making fun of me. This happened in feb 8th, around 8:15 pm. They all can speak English and yet they always speak in their native tongue which I find rude and disturbing.

I brought it to their attention that its company policy to only speak english. She ignores me and kept talking to in her languages with the other young gentleman. This has been going on for so long. All residents in areas talk and dont like the other language…

PEI franchisee has bought only apt. building in a small area called Souris, PEI, and is evicting long term residents into a 0% rental market. The purpose is to put the low payed staff in as a staff housing unit, and screw the local famies who have no where to go in a close knit regional area.

The notices were dropped Jan. Not to mention Tims corporate franchise reputation , as this is starting to get out and a blockade by wheelchair bound evictee,s will draw a fast and ugly response when CBC and ATV get it in their teeth and spread it network wide. N. slum in 12 months.

This has happened twice before. I go to the drive thru at 6161 Thorald Stone Road in Niagara Falls and order 2 Boston Cream donuts in individual cardboard containers. In the bags, the chocolate top sticks to the bag so this seems to be the best way to get these awesome, which are Moms' favorites, donuts home.

I did this on January 9th. again. It's very very disappointing and I don't think that this would be a challenging task yet it has happened before. I was handed the boxes with the Tim's print to the top and therefore the donuts upside-down.

I won't be going back to this location at all since they've proved incompetent. For such a simple task and a wonderful dessert, Mom was genuinely disappointed last night. It's not why we go to Tim's.
