I went to TJMaxx on 12/4/23 at Nassau Park Princeton/West Windsor NJ When I walked in the doors there was a trash can totally overflowing and trash all over the floor which was really disgusting. My mistake was not leaving then.

There were absolutely no shopping carts available inside the entrance at all so I asked a woman who worked there and she said that there were some way down in the parking lot! Note that I am elderly and use a cane and also that that is not a good answer I told her that I couldn't walk that far to get a cart and

On Oct 25th, 2023, I went to the location at 5025 Hwy 280S in Birmingham, Al. 65242 to return a purse I bought on 10/19/23. I had the receipt and the tag was on the purse that I had never used.

" When I asked what she was insinuating, she abruptly walked off without responding. (Store #80242 where I purchased and returned it took it back with no problem and were courteous. I will add the clerk at the 5025 Hwy 280S location was polite.

It was the manager who was unprofessional and very rude.

On 10/16/2023 at 16:40:32 pm a short lady with very short dark hair working on the checkout register was talking so loud that everyone in the line could hear her (there were about 15 people in line). She made sure that all of us knew she was queer.

She was unprofessional, rude, crude and vulgar. We don't want to know she has sex with women. Her job is simply to ring up the items and take our money, not blab to everyone what her sexual preferences are. She was very offensive. She should be fired.

Good afternoon, I’d like to file a complaint on the Norwalk, CA store. I love to shop and enjoy shopping at this store. However, in two occasions that I’ve been here, staff made me feel as if I stole something. I don’t have to steel anything. I work and have money. Some staff members made me feel very uncomfortable. If I wasn’t able to pay for what I purchased, then I wouldn’t be there shopping!! You swear, TJ MAXX is a high end department store like, Neiman Marcus or something of that extent. Hello , I was at the Tj Max store in st Joseph, Mo on Friday August 18th at about 745PM school clothing shopping with wife and kids. Kids had found this out fit that clearly had clearance $10 above them so I said ok sure.

Returned a purse mistakenly took the wrong receipt , told the cashier that I had the correct one at home and would return home and get it , the manager stated that it was to late and that the cashier had already rung up the return W/O a receipt and then the manager handed me a warning and I was told the next time I returned without a receipt it would be declined .

I told her I have the receipt and I went home and brought it back to the store with in a half an hour . Today was one of the worst experience I have ever had at a TJMaxx store. It is located 5555 S. Brainard Ave. Countryside, IL. On June 21st. I purchased a necklace for $99.99 at the TJMaxx in Skokie, IL. I decided that it I would return the necklace and went to the TJMaxx in Coun which I frequent after my daily trip to LA Fitness.

The tag was attached to the necklace and I had the original receipt. The sales person Martha said she had to check on the computer system to verify the item. I dropped my wallet at the Union Gap, WA store. The person I spoke to was not at all helpful. I requested to look at the cameras to see what happened and they denied me. Said i needed a subpoena.

Hello. I visited your store yesterday in Langhorne, PA. While shopping, a metal bar that was sticking out of one of the end caps snagged my shoulder and I am currently in pain, left with a bruise, and limited mobility.

This is a hazard to not only myself, but other shopper as well. I am sure I can be seen in camera footage of this store with this occurring to me, between the hours of 6:30pm and 7:15 pm. Tuesday May 30th I'm shopping at TJ Maxx, North Miami Florida Biscayne boulevard (next to five below)... 3 minutes after the store closes I'm walking towards the front register, 10 ft before getting there. Was in your TJmaxx store in Kirkwood Mo 5/18, 2:45pm. I picked up a couple clearance items and a regular priced item. When I got to the register Melissa B immediately went to the clearances items saying that the tags were not right.

She then proceeded to the price machine to verify. One of the items was priced correctly but the other one was ticketed incorrectly. The dress went from $8 clearance to $40. I explained to her that you can see that the ticket is old so there’s no way I could have changed it.

While shopping at the TJ Maxx, located on City line Avenue, in Philadelphia PA, an employee approached me while i was looking into the jewelry display, and asked if I were going to purchase all of my items. I explained that I would be purchasing the items in my hand, however the items on the display case were not mine.

She proceeded to walk around me, look closely at the items in my hand, then lift up, and look at the items on the display case. I feel asking me if I were going to purchase my items was unnecessary, and a form of racial profiling.

I had a really embarrassing experience today, April 12 2023 at around 6:45 PM. I was trying to return a hot tool in which I was informed prior to the purchase that I can return it. 00 worth of merchandise after driving in 40 miles from small town. Got into the line with one register and six other customers. Looked to be manager was on her phone off to the side -Tracey B was on tag.

This is the Woodlands TX store. I finally asked, since her light was on, if she could help people in line. ‘Come on’ her response once she saw me start to put my stuff back. She never said a word to me and took her time on four items.

I made a purchase in your store with 2 toddlers in tow, using a cart. While leaving the store I was told I can not take the cart to my car. At this time I had a package and two toddlers.

I am beyond shocked that this is the store's policy and disgusted at the fact that every one of your employees who could see, at least 6 behind the counter and 2 not on a register, watched as I struggled to get both of my boys out of the cart with our package.

I asked a cashier yesterday at the TJ Max of Hattiesburg when was the next purse shipment coming in. The purse area was bare and very picked over for a Saturday morning. The lady stated that the shipment was in but she did t know when she would get it out.

I visited the Tj Maxx in Aiken, South Carolina, today January 13th 2023 from 9:30 am EST to 11:00 am EST. I have very high functioning autism, so I generally do not go out very often, but we are returning to office after covid and I needed business attire.

I have a digital gift card that I received online from an Oil of Olay promotion. 00 have Doha’s for a couple of weeks. I tried to use at my local THMaxx, Eastman Road in Kingsport, TN 37660. They told me that I had to have a PIN number for the card, that the barcode and number wasn’t enough.

While on line waiting to purchase my items, there were only 4 customers online, including myself. There were only 2 registers open. It took over 20 minutes for me to get to the register. It seemed that of the 2 cashiers assisting customers, one was in training.

This company does not allow their loyal customers grace period on paying their bill. I try to pay my bill in full. I live in a small township. Since Covid shut down mail run slower than before. My payment arrived to TJ MAXX 2 days late and I received a 29.00 late charge.

Ok here is my issue. When Macy's along with other stores receive payments late, they too know mail run slow. You call them about the interest attached to your bill and presto. They immediately remove the interest; especially if your balance is at zero.

I was looking forward to do some holiday shopping at TJ MAXX, but this scenario left me with raised eyebrow.

I live closer to TJ MAXX, but Macy's is just a short drive from my home.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to give you all a heads up regarding an employee named Joseph Hammond who works in the back room at the TJ Maxx in kalamazoo Michigan. Joseph has been stealing items from the store as well as claims items dug out of the dumpster and selling them for quite a nice profit and for quite a while now all in an effort to afford his methamphetamine addiction. Joseph is a severe liability to the company and should be held accountable by not only TJ Maxx but law enforcement as well. Attached is an image of just one of the items stolen from claims and sold for a profit.

The assistant manager Patty (Oak Ridge TENNESSE) is a condescending, lazy, no people skills, no leadership skills overbearing individual who demands from her employees what she never does, she sits in her office, then a few minutes before closing comes out and demands that additional work is done when she has not lifted a finger.

She is in desperate need of leadership training and people skills

Gloria at store 719 accused me of taking a charging cord out of an already returned item. I opened it because it was tapped to see if there was anything missing. The charger was, I asked if they could give me a discount.

J maxx today and I was offer to apply for the tjmaxx card. I told the cashier clearly and Specifically I cannot apply for a card because I'm working on my credit she explained to me it is a soft pull And I ask her was she certain because I can't afford to get any inquiries on my credit report she Was very reassuring Soft pool and

everything will be OK, Within an hour I receive the alert from my credit Notifying me someone tried to apply for a card and it was a hard pool because of it my points will drop. Your worker/cashier at the TJ Maxx on Bala-Cynwyd told me something wasn't true and I hurt my score what can I do about this.

The cashier was very dishonest and not truthful please help
