I have not received my paycheck in over 2 weeks.
I am a VERY frequent shopper as well as a stock holder of TJ Maxx. I have made returns without receipts but mostly with receipts. This particular item, a Long Champ purse which I had the receipt for, and I was returning.
Because it was listed as an 06 they refused to let me return it WITH MY RECEIPT saying it wasn't in the computer. Well, sorry, that is NOT my problem, I HAD my receipt. Well they made me return it "without" a receipt and now I am black listed for 6 MONTHS TO NOT RETURN W/0 RECEIPT.

I was shopping at the store in Bowling Green, KY, looking for Rae Dunn items. I wasn't looking at my feet obviously and felt something slippery and mushy under my shoes. I looked down and it was a big clump of dog poop.
(Very green) I got hold of the store manager who felt badly about it and wanted to know if I needed to file an accident report. " Sorry just didn't cut it for me as I later thought about this.
You have "dog poop" on your floors; the lady with the 2 dogs on leashes is still parading around your store and you're sorry. This is not YET a 3rd World Country. I do not expect to have to watch my step when I'm shopping.
Maybe an offer to do something nice to make up for a unforgettable experience might have helped, or how about asking the woman with the dogs to leave the store.…
Alison D at the Highland Village, Texas TJMaxx - at the dressing rooms exhibited the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very rude with telling how to go about the dressing rooms, place things on the rack. She was very impatient.
I had never experienced someone who was so rude in a customer service job.
I witnessed a cashier yell at another cashier because she didn't have her name tag on. When the cashier clearly told her she has medical permission from the manager due to having skin cancer removal on her kneck recently. She rolled her eyes at her . Said whatever.
Then other cashiers joined in to tell her thats not an excuse, and kept on and on about it. That was completely un called for in front of a line of customers and her Co workers. Shame on her. This was at Auburn Massachusetts Store.
Manager quashawn brown from store located at 815 Hutchinson parkway was extremely rude and should not work in customer service. I was trying to buy a product clearly damaged and the manager said this product was not damaged enough for a discount.
The shoe had black scuffs along the sides and the sole of the shoe was coming off. (Please reach out for photos) ms brown became very irate and was yelling at the customers online that “she did not have time for this”.
I was fearful and appalled. Will not be shopping at you're store in the future. I will also be taking this to social media with the video of her irate behavior
As a military dependent, I was told I am no longer eligible for the Military Discount offered at Sierra in Silverdale, Washington. The counter clerk informed me that the policy changed at the first of the month. So you took away the discount from people who also served their country by supporting their military spouses.
I have spent a lot of money in merchandise and gift cards over many years even before TJ Maxx bought out Sierra Trading Post. I was a loyal customer. But that changed today. 00 worth of merchandise, another new policy change.

I purchased a 90.00 purse on July17th at the TJMaxx in Weatherford Texas, had it 2 weeks and the interior zipper came off and the fabric coming apart, took it back today and they refused to let me return it, I talked to customer service and they told me to take a picture of it and send, but every time I tried to submit the picture, it says jpeg to large.
Tj max on 6th ave between 18th and 19th in New York, NY: I work right near this location so I frequently shop here. August 5th around 2 pm I tried to purchase a cute set of dog bowls, but one corner was broken.
The check out employee was very nice and I asked if there was another one that was not broken. Another employee who was a supervisor took the item and came back a minute later telling me I can buy the damaged item and get $4 off.

I purchased a chain from the jewelry department. It was red tagged as$32,00. 99. Now when I want to return they say oh it was returned already and I received money back. This never happened I still have item sales receipt and also it rang up as watch.

My daughter slipped and fell on a big spot of lotion on the floor in the store last night. ) Marie. Her UGG boots were COVERED in white lotion from the fall and no one offered to clean them never mind show sincere concern over her well being.
She hurt her knee in the fall. There was no sense of urgency or care over this. I was very concerned as it happened so quickly and she could not get up for a minute because of the impact. This will be on your video cameras.
I would like compensation for cleaning her boots. My daughter has an intellectual disability which only made the lack of concern all the more concerning. I am sure her knee will heal fine but as I said prior, the least that can happen is cleaning these boots.

First, NO ONE answers your customer service line. According to your auto attendant, ALL mailboxes are full. Secondly, I placed an order on 5/21/2022 (order # 6341159083). It was shipped on 5/23/2022. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. What I was told this morning (6/6/2022) was that the delivery company couldn't locate my address and arbitrarily returned my order without so much as even attempting to contact me by phone or email.
I demand a full explanation as to what happened. I have lived at my current address for over 10 years and have NEVER had an issue with any deliveries.
Though the delivery company took it upon themselves to "reimburse" me, this is not the issue. It is incomprehensible that a multibillion dollar company cannot deliver my order.

I was just in the TJ Maxx in Gardendale to make a return. I was trying to use Google pay but it would not work. They said they would have to give me a merchandise credit. I told them I did not want to credit.
I stood there for about 20 minutes trying and retrying then they got the manager. She could not make it work either. I finally suggested we change registers. They finally let me use the register next to them and it worked. No apologies or anything.

First and foremost I would like to state that this is the first complaint on any company I've ever filed. While shopping in the Danville, ky TJ Maxx store last night at approximately 7:30 pm with a friend. We were followed around in this store for more than fifteen minutes.
Until we decided we'd had enough embarrassment in front of other shoppers and or customers. Neither my friend nor I have ever been arrested or ask to leave any place of business in the past. I feel very uncomfortable shopping in your Redlands store. There is a female, Filipino employee that constantly goes out of her way to harass me for no apparent reason. This began a couple of months ago as I was shopping I went in my purse and put hand lotion on my hands.

I have been to your store over 10-15x just in the past month and there is a discrimination towards size 36 D in your bra sizes. Why are there sizes for every woman but for women that wear a 36 D?

My mother and I visit the tj maxx on Howe rd in akron, Ohio at least once a week. There is an employee there who is so rude to us I was thinking of not going anymore. On this past Sunday we went in and we were checking out and once again she was so rude.
When I got home I realized she didn't give me a bag. I drove back went in she handed me the bag not saying 1 word. I left and later realized I had a missing item. I fully believe she did it on purpose.

I received on order today Oct 27 that was supposed to be 6 bottles of hand soap. The box was left in front when trying to pick it up it was not only dripping completely in the bottom but the entire soaps of all the bottles were all over my front door.
I called immediately to make a complaint to understand the poor incompetency of delivering liquid bottles in a box with barely any supporting wrap that would not damaged the products and instead I had a massive puddle of liquid. When I shop there at tjmaxx they send my purchase through as a credit instead of allowing me to use my pin then and stay the debit machine was down did not know that the next two customers in line was also with me and told them to put their pin i. I walked into my local TJ MAXX store in search of these Sam Edelman pumps. I knew this tj Maxx had them and they did , in my size which was great. The shoe itself looked to be in great shape besides the whole bottom of the shoe.
It looked like someone either bought the shoes walked 100 miles in them or wore them for an event ,to then return them. They were filthy on the bottom with indentations as well. I still wanted these shoes but I wanted to see if I could get a discount for the wear and tear of these on the shelf shoes.
The manager couldn't understand why I even wanted a discount or was complaining about the bottom of the shoes to begin with. He took a Clorox wipe and wiped what he could off the bottoms and insides of them but there is still imbedded dirt and indentations.

I would like to file a complaint about an experience I recently had at our local TJ Maxx. An item was mismarked and it should have been honored at the price on the tag. I had selected various items off the clearance rack.
I found a pair of linen pants with a yellow clearance tag, like the other yellow clearance tags on the various items on the rack. 50. Upon going to the checkout, the cashier told me that the yellow clearance tag was not correct, it had the wrong department code.
NOT my problem that it is mislabled. The price should have been honored. This is a NYS law. I am extremely displeased and will question in the future if I want to shop at TJ Maxx. VERY poor customer service! Jill Aley
I live in Richmond Ky and the TJ Max store always lays out all the Tae Dunn for a group of people that are selling it on the side. They even go in the back to see what they have and when they are putting it out.
I have seen this numerous times and find it absolutely ridiculous that the staff actually help this group out instead of all the customers in our community. When they get cart loads and know exactly when to come and get it, you know there is a huge issue.

Today I shopped the Home Store on Chenal in Little Rock, Ar. An employee named Celeste responded to a request to assist with furniture. I hate to say this young lady had zero people skills and was very rude. Maybe she is going through a horrible time in her life but someone needs to find out.
