I work at the T.J. Maxx in Orange, CT. My manager, Tony Wilson constantly threatens to fire me for being sick, he threatens other associates of mines knowing we all do our job better than anyone.

I really like all of the TJ Maxx and Home Goods stores, but every item that has a sticker attached (glassware, vases, kitchen items etc) is IMPOSSIBLE to remove the sticker. I have glass jar candles I want to display and I can’t because the sticker or sticker residue won’t come off.
I’ve tried Goo Gone but sometimes it wrecks plastic items and it’s a pain to use. I don’t have this problem with stores outside the TJX company. PLEASE improve.
Im a tjx credit Card holder for 8 years and they locked my card when I was overseas and got stranded with my kids in a foreign country! Called multiple times but they were rude and unwilling to help! Canceled my card!

I went to buy a screen protector got home and no screen in the box called and a Melissa at the max in Kingsport TN answered and hung up on me she was so rude I was saying something she interrupts me and says bye. So now I’m just done shopping there and I go every day. Lost a loyal customer
Hi, I just left the Augusta Georgia location. One of the workers named D was completely rude to my husband and I. I was checking out one of the items was marked incorrectly. We were ok with it but she kept going at us we decided not to buy anything since she was so rude.
As we were walking out the door she was laughing and said have a great night. We decided to turn around and speak with the manager. The manager actually said we aren’t the first customers she has done like this.

I was at destiny USA mall Syracuse ny when employee Kiki pâté was very rude while checking me out was on her phone. Not answering any of my questions. Thru my clothes I’m bag with out folding . I will never visit back
I have placed an order with TJ Maxx 4 times to give me my correct item I ordered a set items but you have to order them separately. I told them they keep giving me the wrong item number. They said the Bin person was going to look into this but I still keep getting the wrong item.

The cashier got the snooty manager and looked like I was interrupting whatever she was doing when I asked about the price and just said it came in at a different time so it is a regular price. She did not even acknowledge me she just turned her back and talk to the other cashier.

J Maxx in Chester, Virginia. My daughter is a minor employee at that location. She has been harassed and threatened by two employees at that store. On Juneteenth 6-19-2021 I reported to " Cookie " that my daughter called me and informed me that she was on her register and was told to go and work at the dressing room to relieve a co-worker that had a scheduled break.

I regret to inform you that I was racially profiled in one of your stores in West Hills Calif. The incident occurred yesterday 6/15/2021 which involved one of your employees and myself.
Upon asking the Cashier/ Manager while I was checking out, about an item that I wanted to purchase from the clearance section...she then proceeded to review every clearance item I had on the counter without me asking or needing her to do so. Filing this complaint for poor customer service received by TJMax. 6/4/21 Joanne Siena spoke with Faith and 6/5/21 spoke with Ben both from the Philippenes. 17 refunded back to me. The on-line bill payment I made went to TJMax instead of TD Bank for my Mortgage Payment.
Ben and Faith said everything was processed and I should receive a check within 7 to 15 business days. Today 6/7/21 Joanne called TJMax to see if the check was processed and spoke with Nicole, Account Manager in Customer Service. 17.

Went to visit the rochester mn store. Was very rudely told have to have a mask to enter. Your policy says any one medical exempt does not need. Should not get harassed walking in and should never had anything said to us.

I visited your store this month (approximately 10 days ago). Bought a couple of items and went to checkout. The female cashier asked if I had a extraordinary time shopping. I said I had a nice time. She asked me if I was interested in applying for a credit card.
I said No thank you. She asked me if I was interested in getting a discount for seniors for Monday. I again said No. She then said are you saying you dont qualify for the discount? I said that's right.
It was embarrassing and rude of your cashier to accost me verbally that way. I do not wish to be treated in that rude and ignorant way and I find it difficult to believe you train your employees to treat your customers that way.
OPEN YOUR DRESSING ROOMS!!! I am sick of not being able to try on clothes at your store! This policy does not protect people from Covid. They touch your clothes all throughout the day. They even try them on over their clothes to see if they will fit.

Really I give this a zero rating for your store in Southlands aurora co snd it needs to be closed. Shitty merchandise. Horrible service. Stand in line forever due to mgrs and staff can’t seem to figure out you should always have at least 2 checks ALWAYS checking out customers.

I did not receive all of the products that I gave the cashier to purchase. I purchase matching outfits for my grand daughters; size 12 months and size 2T. The clerk remarked "these are alike. When I got home I realize that the size 2T outfit was not in the bag. Apparently the cashier took it off the counter after she made the remark. It was not her business that I had matching outfits. I was shopping at the North Greenbush, NY store which I do often. I wanted to buy nesting baskets for a new shelf I had purchased but the baskets did not have prices on them. I asked the cashier if she could find out the prices.
She politely said "yes" and went to the PA system and asked for a price check. We both wait patiently and she apologized for it taking so long. After several minutes she asked the cashier next to her who was working on price checking - then proceed to use the PA system again to call the person by name to come to the front of the store.

On 06-26-19 I went to location in Evergreen Park, Il. at 12:15 pm. There was a long line but only two cashiers. The cashier who waited on me was very rude and condescending. I felt like I was being treated this way because of my age.
The cashier was talking about TJ Maxx negatively to another employee (I don’t need to hear this). As I left the store, the other cashier was yelling at me to put my cart back (this cashier should’ve been engaged with her customer and not yelling at me).

Inwas falsely accused of theft when I was only shopping not even finished just as I was in the dressing room fitting on clothes. I placed an order online at the TJ Maxx site. When the order arrived today, it had my name and address on the box. When I opened the box, it was all items that I did not order. The invoice inside matched what I had ordered, but not the items.
I called TJ Maxx's customer service to report that I had received someone else's order. They told me that I had to box up the items and take them to UPS to be returned. When I inquired about the items that I had already ordered and still wanted, they told me that if I wanted to reorder the items today, I would have to pay for them again and wait to be reimbursed.
