I bought this car in November 25 and i come back 4 days later, because i discover, i sign the wrong contract. 000,00 more them i agree. Thats the big problem to start. I went back and try to fix, but they don't even care.

Not happy see me overthrew, as the first time i set with the salesman Ebert Melo and his sales manager Ozzi Rosa.

Also i found out after the car was extremely over price, what was my problem not check before, but the contract, i sign with trust, bs i tore i was dealing with honest people. After that i cancel all the adds and is not showing in my stamens yet. Thats another one

This holiday season if you get blindsided, or have a mishap be sure to bring this up as reference that Toyota is aware of the situation. Per the Toyota at the Avenues. Dark shadows and cloud markings appearing only on left side of the vehicle when driving at night.

Videos and pictures were given and shown to this Toyota service department. Hopefully they will be attached to this review. This being done after an employee at the Toyota at the avenues driven with me at there closing time when it was dark.

He stated this is a defect and advise me to take it into the service department. After a carefully evaluation of the vehicle for five days left with Toyota. Stated was test driven, had removed the left led light for inspection.

The protector shield on my Camry is molding underneath and starting to rust in SC! The dealer said no recall so nothing they can do. They did tell me that it has to have constant heat and peeled off, buffed and possibly repainted at my expense.

I’ve bought 2 new Camrys but think next time I’ll do more looking.

I purchased a 2023 Toyota Venza in September of this year I was disappointed that I received only one key fob and I did not realize that until the transaction was complete I find it is disheartening that the fob is not available with the purchase of my car but I can buy a key fob from Toyota Not only do I have to buy the key fob but I also have. To pay to have it programmed. I feel that this is not fair to consumers, and feels like a way to make money. I have purchased only Toyotas since I started driving and I feel like toyota doesn’t care about loyal customers.

I had the worst experience purchasing my last Toyota which was a 2023 GR86 Premium from a shop in Clarksville Tn. I filed a complaint case number 08948805 and Toyota never called me back. I called back 3 times and they stated a supervisor would reach back out and here we are 2 months later still nothing from Toyota corporate.

This is my 11th new vehicle I have purchased through Toyota and had planned on being a lifelong customer but now I will never buy ANYTHING branded Toyota or use any service dept that is Toyota unless I have a warranty issue. They simply don't care about their customers and their experience when purchasing a new vehicle which never used to be that way.

I took my 2016 Toyota Prius into the Dan Cava Toyota dealership in White Hall WV for an oil change and state inspection yesterday afternoon. It seemed to go fine, the service man said my car is in great condition, no problems.

Then this morning I drove to work, the car died. I managed to get it to the Toyota-certified mechanic by my office, and he said the car needs a new engine. If I can find parts at a junk yard, it will cost about $2100 for them to do it.

I called Dan Cava Toyota and they said the car has a lot of miles on it, so it's probably not anything they have done. I called Toyota HQ and they said Dan Cava serviced dept is not certified to work on cars with more than 100,000 miles, which I was not told when I brought the car in.

I Ordered a custom tacoma four months ago with Tommy at Findlay Toyota, He said it would be ready by July- August. They never did. So I finally called them back today because they haven’t gotten back to me like they said they would, and they told me they didn’t even start building the truck yet and

I got no updates from Tommy or Toyota at least letting me know there was no updates or anything. I had to call them. Someone should’ve at least had the decency to give me an update especially when I put a deposit and was basically guaranteed that the truck would be ready at least August.

That sensor is not a luxury item. Listening to itune is a luxury. People don't not die not listenning to itune. Although it may cause an accident and death over excitement of their nonsense music that they listen to. If you want to save money for the company, cut that.

I have been a customer of Toyota, same dealership for well more than a decade. I recently had damage to my panoramic glass top of my venza. I took it to Toyota for service. They we're oddly rude and difficult throughout the quote process.

I had to leave the country, gave my email, indicating phone would not work and was told it would be ready within three days and could wait for my return five days later. I received an email indicating the work was complete and no other correspondence.

Upon return, I tried calling multiple times with no response to messages or the phone ringing. I went to pick up the car and with not only no apology but blatant, obnoxious blame, Eric told me it wasn't ready and actually cost nearly double what the quote was and signed for.

Poor service whenever is due for service it took long time even I made booking one day before. My experience with Ibra W/S (Oman) only few technical staff left are available . All my vehicles Yoyota for the last 27 years, from best service in the past to poor now days.

I purchased a Toyota and Financed it through Toyota Financial Services. I tried going on the internet and setting up an automatic payment on line. I went through the prompts, but at the end it stated there was an error.

So this month, again I am trying to set up automatic payment. It says I have an account and I can't remember password so need to reset it. Tried for 4 hours. NEVER RECEIVE IT. Tried calling 800 874-8822. Recordings..

At Edmark Toyota near Boise, Idaho, we purchased a new Corolla on August,1, 2023. We made a $2000 deposit to secure the vehicle, as per their request on July 12th, 2023. The vehicle was not yet on the lot, but was in transit somewhere along the way.

I was told I could end my lease early as I had hit the mile max. I spent the entire day hauling two small children to their dealership only to be told that I couldn’t in my lease early. I have the text messages as proof that they told me they would buy me out of my lease.

I got many apologies for their lack of communication. When my lease was finally up, I went in to trade and vehicles, I have been with Johnstons Toyota for eight years and never missed a payment. They would not approve me for financing even with a cosigner.

I’ve called at least 10 to 15 times to turn my lease in and no one has responded to me.

I bought my car 3 month ago from a toyota dealer brand new. Got all the warranties to cover my car. Was not informed how to access my warranties and when I tried to get ahold of the toyota I bought my car from ( Roundtree Moore toyota lake city) so I could figure out how to utilize my warranties I couldn't get anyone to answer my calls.

My fiance had to call them and they answered him. A week after having my car the tire got a nail in the edge of the tire due to construction in the area I live. I purchased a brand new 2023 Toyota Tundra almost two months ago and about a two weeks ago while I was driving, an error message pop up on the screen asking to enter my PIN or reset my PIN. I wasn't sure what is going on so when I get home, I try to put my PIN in but nothing is working, I try to reset my PIN nothing is working.

I want to file a complaint against Autonation Toyota Thornton Road located at 1000 Blairs Bridge Rd, Lithia Springs, GA 30122. In early May 2023, I took my car to the shop to fix a squeaky sound coming from the rear.

They made me wait for 10 hours at tge shop and changed brake pads, shoes and drums. They said that they took my car for a test drive and everything looks good. On the way back my car started making a horrible sound from the rear.

I had to bring the car back to the shop the very next day. They said the brake shoes are defective and they are not right Size. They will have to order the right brake shoes and they are on back order.

Bought 120,000 warranty now since the warranty has expired I have learned that plugs and coils change at 60,000 transmission change before 100,000 timing belt before 100,000 Head gasket water pump idler pulley before 100000 and there probably more but these were never brought up during the servicing of the car now the warranty is gone and I have to pay for everything.

In December 2021, I placed a deposit and ordered a Senna AWD XSE from Nanaimo Toyota, and it has now been one and a half years since then, and I have yet to receive my car.

Last week, I was finally told that my car had been assigned from the factory, which gave me some hope that I would soon receive my long-awaited vehicle. I am writing to inquire about the complaints department at Toyota. Specifically, I am hoping to find a solution to an ongoing issue with my car. Since we purchased it, we have been experiencing inflow air noise on the left front side. We took the car to the dealer in Santa Monica, and while they confirmed the problem, they were unable to determine the cause. To make matters worse, they informed us that two other brand new Siennas were also experiencing the same issue.

I purchased this vehicle on 2/3/2023. Today is 3/20/23 and I cannot drive my "certified Toyota," only 6 weeks or 45 days into owing it. Lithia utterly took advantage of me when they sold this "certified vehicle." They sold me a vehicle with bald tires and now, apparently a dead battery as well. I have only operated the vehicle for 45 days and the 12 volt battery is utterly dead. I drive less than 12 miles a day. Had the battery meet the "certified Toyota," standards this would not have happened in the 45 day duration.

Bought a brand new Toyota in 2018 in the Super White. Paint code 040. Am currently dealing with paint failure number 4 on a car that is barely 5 years old. Every time I have contacted Toyota in regards to a paint issue it has been like pulling teeth to get them to cover it. Literally.

Their phone center reps are ignorant do nothing to help. They just deny. And what the area rep says, goes no matter how wrong he is. The area rep who has seen issues on my car with his own eyes claims that it wasn't a paint issue.

Yet every body shop that has looked at it, including the dealership bodyshop says it is a paint issue. Now dealing with paint flaking off and as has been the typical resolution Toyota will do nothing.

Hi my name is Michael, on Friday 03-03-23 I took my 2018 Toyota tacoma truck to Riverside Toyota Rome ga to get a oil change and to get tires rotated. On 03-11-23 I happened to walk to open the passenger door and I noticed a lug nut was missing from the passenger side front tire. At that time I did not realize that the stud was completely broken off. After church on 03-12-23 the remaining part of the stud fell out in between the hub and the dust pan. It locked my front wheel down completely. I was able to finally work it loose with time and a magnet and was able to get it removed. I bought a 2022 Toyota tundra April. I have had the following issues ever since. It bottoms out. When I set the airbags on high it’s great parked but once I start to drive it lowers itself. I have a 1951 chevy Sedan that weights 3,200 lbs. once I connect the trailer to the truck it’s going to bottom out and it will or could damage the truck and cause lots of damage or death to any occupants when traveling.

I purchased a preowned vehicle on August 2022. The bumper came off 2 weeks after I took it to the dealer. They said they couldn't do anything. I said fine. Then 3 months after the coolant wasn't working along with other things, my insurance paid for that.

Now the led lights are messing up, I have to pay $1300 to get that fix. I'm paying for a pre owned car that is making me spend more money than buying a new car. It's disappointing and disgraceful Toyota.

We brought in out Toyota Prius for diagnosis of check engine light. WE used a scanner ourselves and got the P0A80 code. When scheduling the service I was told that I would get more detailed information and other codes related to the P0A80 code.

I was only given the same code and nothing else. I was charged $150 plus “miscellaneous fees” and got no more information than I got from my own scanner. The Miscellaneous fees were for shop supplies and fluid top offs.

We had no fluid top off and were not told about the $15 extra fees. They did a Floor mat inspection also, I did not ask to have my mats removed or inspected. So I came out with no new info and spent $177.

I was told i need a new hybrid battery and blower. The next day I called to ask about the blower and was told my $177 would not…

My wife brought my Highlander in for a broken valve stem on my front right side that was reported by Firestone. Was told that will take care of it due to my Maintenance Package with them.

However, they stated that the TPMS sensor need to be replaced, and would need to pay about $354. In addition, any time I need an air fix I can just bring it to them. Therefore my wife informed them to check and refill all four tires.

Both left sides were 35 PSI, the front right was at 32 PSI, with the new sensor and the rear right was at 29-30 PSI. My wife brought the car back in the next day afternoon around 3 PM after running a few errands, where I was notified that I would need a new TPMS sensor again because they broke the valve stem because of the improper cap.

I bought my toyota Camry SE Grande 3.6 at the end of 2018 and it has been very well maintained and all the maintenance is done in Toyota service centers in Dubai..yesterday I felt the AC is not working well so I took it to the Toyota service center in dubai and they told me there is a part called serve motor that needs changing and it costs 3000aed (around 700 Euro) which is extremely expensive part for me ..also the car wasn't used regularly especially during the covid 19 due to the lock down..is it common to be change parts in Toyota cars in this very short time ?

Really I need your support for this issue,by waiving this cost from me as it’s a manufacturer defect.
