)But mostly from New Bern Toyota. when I got my recall letter I took to New Bern Toyota because it was 15 minutes from house instead of 1 hour to Hendricks. i left my truck ,next day $216 later. I have LoJack and Hendricks of Jacksonville will put back on when I take for service because I cannot take my money to a place where there are crooks taken advantage of long time customers.

We love Toyota but will not be involved in such DISHONESTY. Thank you for your time.

Im complaining about the deceptive sale of a vehicle that was previously in six accidents. When I purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry in 2020 from Stone Mountain Toyota, I was given a car fax sheet showing that the vehicle only had one accident and I went ahead and signed the financing paperwork from Toyota for $19,600.

The car have been giving some problems and I went to a Mitsubisi dealer on 2/9/23 to see if I can trade in for something more reliable and that is when I was told by a Mitsubisi Dealer after they appraised the car and found that the carfax is showing 7 accidents and that this car should not have been sold on any lot for a customer to purchase because that's not safe for dealer to sell to customers.

Mitsubishi gave me a copy of the 12 page carfax which showed that Stone Mountain…

Stanly Steamer came out to clean my ducting throughout my house, They came with a big Stanley steamer vacuum truck but never used it to suck out the dust. They only used compressed air with a thin attachment that fit through the grates on the vent slits (they don’t even remove the vent covers (only removed the return vents) and a small hand held vacuum cleaner to suck up what was blown down the duct.

They showed me what they were going to vacuum up but it didn’t seem like very much as this was the 1st time in 20 years that the ducts were cleaned and we have always had cats and dogs in the house. I looked up the vent after they left and it looked dusty and dirty to me.

Plus I spent an additional $300 on an antibacterial solution that was suppose to give my home a clean fresh smell but…

Service was horrible. I had back 2 tires with nails in them and FIRST thing I told service advisor was that both back tires had nails in them. I them explained that the back left one had been patched 2 months ago and she said they could only patch a tire once.

I told her do whatever you have to do. This was at 2pm on the 3rd. Tell me why when I got back to pick up my car at 530pm that she says they couldn't patch the tire bec the tech noticed it had already been patched.

I said I know that is the first thing we talked about. She said they had to keep it over night which cost me at least $550 in my driving job ($300 for that night and $250 for bonus I now cannot hit bec I needed to drive Friday night).

When I showed up this morning on the 4th, they tried to charge me for the 2nd patch…

Bought out a lease I had and was told the transfer would take two weeks however it’s been a month now and no word, no paperwork to confirm the transaction actually was completed. Several calls to the loan officer go unanswered and because of this delay I’m unable to obtain an inspection sticker which expired the end of February and as now the registration to this vehicle shows the name of the lease co. not mine.

At the time I was told I’d be given the 2 year free maintenance plan and as the vehicle is now due to be serviced I’m not sure this plan is in effect.

Picked up new car on 12/30/22 after contacting dealership and finding out car has been sitting there with registration ready for a couple of days, no one bothered to contact me to let me know car is ready; ending up having to contact the dealership myself… then on 1/25/23 motor blows on window less than 30 days, had to take car for service … today is 3/02/23 and car is still at service center due to part being on back order (service center stated that this is a common issue).

We purchased a Tundra Toyota at a dealership called Toyota Vandergriff at Arlington TX. 19 on the contract. The salesperson at this dealership didn’t tell us there’s a market adjustment added on total price. When we got the truck, we found that there’s a dealer sticker stated this truck as $59903.

We would have never bought a truck with such huge market adjustment or price gouging. We contacted Toyota Corporate and filed our complaint. The customer relations manager replied me with a super arrogant and disrespectful tone that they allowed their dealerships to add market adjustment to their vehicles.

there was 0 star I would have given a 0! Very rude not caring when they want you to buy a car they are wonderful and beg you but because I need them to do an oil change they do not care.

I was waiting for over 30 mins in line to check the car in for the oil change and when I approached to ask how much longer they said if u can wait I can take your car out and you can go elsewhere, without hesitation they took out the car!

We talked to the director of service and guess what he gave us the same attitude as if we were wrong! He had two people out with covid and short staff. Ok I understand what can you do for us????

Wow All I can say is wow Toyota does not stand behind their name. I had a 2013 RAV4 with 163,000 miles on it transmission blown in it Toyota off for me $10,000 for a new transmission. I’ve been a loyal customer since 1983 Toyota does not stand behind their name.

I am very, very unhappy and very disappointed. In the way Toyotas customer care treated me. This will be my last Toyota I ever purchase.

My son Owns a 2009 Tocoma and his frame is rusting so bad that the dealer will not put it on the lift because they fill it is so soft . I also am a toyota driver and i had aways told my kids to get a toyota i also had a tacoma and the dealer did replace the frame .

With that said my so is still going to trade school and he drives around with my grand kids in the back seat this is very dangerous because now he can not sell this truck , thed dealer will not do anything this is very unfair , If my son gets in a accident with kids in the back seat this will be lawsuit . Hello, I purchased a 2013 RAV4 that I purchased from the Wappingers Falls Toyota, with 34,000 miles on it in 2016. I pay 24,000 cash for it. I’ve I’ve been a very very loyal customer of Toyotas since 1983. I can’t express enough to you how unhappy and disappointed I am in the RAV 4 2013 I purchased is had 163,000 mile on it !!! My car broke down last Thursday night. I had it towed to Toyota Of Wappinger Falls New York for them to tell me that my transmission is gone they could replace it for another $10,000. And a $167.00 labor fee !!!I was livid and unhappy to find out that I purchased a lemon I will never buy another Toyota again !!! I am filing a complaint regarding my service. I am very strict about getting my car maintenance appointment every 6 months at Heritage Toyota Owings Mills Service Center because I need my vehicle and without it, it would really affect my livelihood.

I was schedule to received a maintenance on 2/4/23 at 8:00am. When I arrived and set with the advisor Mr. QM. He represented that I've drove 3000 miles since my last visit and he felt that there was no need to get maintenance again.

I informed him that maintenance is performance every 6 months or 5000 or 7500 miles (whichever come first) and because I didn't reach the mileage I am here for my 6 month maintenance service.

I purchased my vehicle on November 2nd, during the initial process I was given 1 set of key .

Having said that this is my number 15 Toyota that I purchased , since previously I was very happy in your product and customer service.

Hello, I am a Toyota customer in Lebanon, and we regret to announce to you that there is a dispute with the local Toyota branch. We bought a 2018 Toyota CHR from the Lebanon branch on February 16th. Three days later, we detected a strange voice coming from the engine.We then deliver it to the agent we bought it from. They made the necessary repairs, but not completely because the sound was still audible. We soon became aware that the car was shaking as we were driving it. It had already surpassed 16000 km/h at that point. On advice from the agent, we transport it to BUMC Hazmieh. As they had stated, they repaired the flaw. When the fault reappeared two months later, we took it back to the BUMC, but nothing changed.

I waited almost three hours this morning to have a tire repaired/replaced on my 2022 Sienna van. I booked my appointment on Feb 10 and told the service desk what my problem was (a nail in the right rear tire).

I arrived for my appointment on Feb 13 and waited two hours. When I had not been given any update, I went to my service rep and asked for the status. I found out that the tire was being patched, but the first patch didn't hold.

I asked why the tire was not replaced instead of trying unsuccessfully to patch it. I was told that there wasn't a single tire in the dealership for my van (not the right size). Why didn't the service department order a tire for my appointment two days later?

Now, I have to return to the dealership and wait more hours to get the tire replaced while still…

This complaint is in regards to my unsuccessful and very frustrating attempts to file a claim for Life Insurance on behalf of my husband’s death of 16 Jan 23. I contacted Toyota Financial on 30 January and spoke to a representative in the probate department. She informed me that all I needed to do was email a copy of the death certificate and will to tfs_probate_group@toyota.com.

Things went downhill from here. After following up on 9 Feb 23. I was told that they had not been able to reach the life insurance company. I have had 2 poor encounters at Toyota of Runnemede. My father has never had an issue. I feel that there is systemic discrimination against women at this particular dealership, Toyota of Runnemede in NJ. I brought out Toyota highland in for a complementary maintenance they was scheduled 2 weeks prior for 12 noon.

My plan was to drop off the car, have lunch next door and then pick up my car. My hair and has done this several times before with no issue. My husband and I were told that there was a 3 hour wait because 5 guys called out sick.

I asked him why we weren’t called. We would have dropped the car off and runnour errands until they called. He said that his manager needs to direct them to do that and he didn’t. I asked to speak with the service manager.

My car broke down Nov. 13. on I-95 in North Carolina just north of Lumberton, NC> I had it towed to Peterson Toyota. I needed a new engine. Every time I called to ask the status I was told "I'll call you back".

, I never called angry. I simply asked for a status.

Finally last Saturday, January 21, the Service Manager gave me a rental. , Nope. Not done. I talked with someone this past Friday and was told I could pick it up the next day or today, Feb. 6. I was ready to drive there ( 1 1/2 hr.

Approximately a month ago, my wife and l ordered a 2023 Hylander Hybrid, and received it on 2/2/23. We had to wait couple days for final inspection and window tinting. On 2/4/23 we proceeded to the dealership, Big Two Toyota of Chandler.

By that time my wife and l had done a lot of on line research regarding the trade in of our 2018 VW Beetle, Turbo, soft top. The lowest trade in or worth of the beetle was 23k. 9k. The mileage was within the average of 12k per year use.

Well maintained, premium gas only used due to the Turbo. We also did a number of research matching our car, for a purchace of a similar vehicle. The average price for a vehicle matching ours was around 32k, that’s 13k difference, which to us is excessive due to the trade in value.

January 19, 2023 I purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition from Hendrick Toyota of North Charleston SC and from what's going on today February 2, 2023, I feel outrage at the sales customer service. I bought a used car from this dealership and the car was never thoroughly inspected. They sold the car with tires that are from 2013 and they are dry rotted and separating from the rim. When I informed them of the problem a month after getting the car, they refused to fix the problem.

I have been trying for almost three months now and they refuse to provide me with an inspection report. They also are refusing to replace the tires. The vehicle is not safe to drive. After several emails, the general manager Harry Chaney is no longer returning my emails.

Long time customer (maybe 10 cars since 1974). On Jan 19 '23 I took my '07 Sienna in with minor complaint: Bump/scrape sound on right front underneath. Just wanted to find out the cause. Otherwise the car was fine, quiet, etc. Waited two hours.

Presented with a car that sounded like a large truck (they did something). Presented with a bill for $110. Presented with a list of 'recommended' maintenance, totaling $2,400. Drove home expecting to get a ticket, feeling line a schmuck. Result: No more Dunning for me.

Worst customer service I’ve ever gotten is at Route 22 Toyota in hillside parts and service department. I’ve been calling for days . Today I called over 7 times just to speak to someone and nobody ever answer doesn’t matter what department I transfer to nobody picks up.

I encountered what feels like a scheme during my recent to Toyota Sloan of Glenside. I had a known issue (oil pan was damaged) and tried to get a cost estimate of replacement. My requests for a price were derailed on several occasions: “parts department is unavailable at the moment”, so I had scheduled an appointment to bring the vehicle to the dealer. To my disappointment: 1.

The service department at Toyota of Cool Springs is incredibly dishonest and misrepresents the severity of issues, presumably because they are paid on commission and need to increase sales numbers. If you look at the Google reviews for this dealership, you will see tons of similar complaints with very specific details and examples.

This dealership is not focused on the customer and seems to be run by fraudsters and scammers. We are pursuing legal action in hopes of exposing the unethical business practices and to hold ownership accountable.

I was tricked into paying $995 for the KARR security system and I want a refund. Please email or call me. I tried calling KARR but they said Toyota has to refund me. I was told it does all these amazing things and it doesn’t!

While visiting our daughter in Greensboro, NC, the fan motor in our Camry XLE Hybrid, with 120,713 miles on it, continued to run even though the AC and engine was turned off. After 20 minutes of being off it still continued to run.

Having a new battery recently installed in the car, we called Rice Toyota in Greensboro to see on June1st. if we could get the car in. Originally, they wanted us to bring the car in on the 2nd, but telling them we were concerned about the new battery they told us to bring it in at 4:00pm.

I don't even know where to begin. I’ve always been told and have thought Toyota was a reliable car and company, however, I’ve learned that couldn’t be further from the truth. My 2018SE has received all of the regular maintenance, no accidents, and is only at 46,000 miles.

There has been a few recalls which were taken care of but still annoying. I’ve gone through hell with making appointments and arriving at the agreed scheduled time just to be told they don’t have me scheduled (this has happened multiple times at two different locations).

Purchase white Toyota camry at Universal Toyota IH35 San Antonio TX and its been serviced there since then and currently. 9/20/2020 recall on paint peeling. Presently own a 2015 Toyota Prius with about 30,000 miles. Super low mileage and clean car. Purchased and always serviced at Kendall Toyota in Pinecrest. Service records show vehicle excessively serviced. Shortly after vehicle brought in for factory recall, vehicle started having issues.

Radio lights turning on, blue tooth not working, and battery draining if vehicle sits a few days. Vehicle returned to dealership numerous times for battery issues, never resolved, and never properly diagnosed. They are up to their fifth attempt at diagnosing problem.

Concerning VIN 4T1C31AK8NU588414 w/under 6700 miles. about 3 weeks ago I noticed a significant drop in fuel mileage, 52 to 40 over the same 110 mile road course. At first I thought it might be due to the cold snap in central Texas but I was unable to get it to come up much so I turned the home screen on to monitor the engine when running, motor/generator mode and the battery capacity.

It was quite evident the engine runs continuously when above 20 MPH , the battery cycles between 1 and 2 bars from the top even when at full throttle. The technician at Toyota of Killeen called and and informed me that all diagnostics were normal and when asked he informed me he had no way to load test the hybrid battery.

May 2022 sudden unintentional acceleration of 2020 Rav4 Hybrid into a wall while the car was in park. All verified by witnesses & police report. Car was totalled. I btoke a rib. After six months of numerous phone calls and correspondence to USA CEO and corporate headquarters, they declined compensation.

Every time I go for service they either don't complete it or do it wrong. My last experience was regarding my seat belt on the passenger side which I bought the car with seat belt broken. I set up an appointment to get it fix.

The technician tells me I will order the part and when I receive it I will let you know. Technician text me and tells me we received the seat belt when can you come in. It's a quick appointment you just come in and it's just a click and you will be all set.

Was lied to and treated very poorly with the Toyota service department by 2 customer service workers. I definitely felt like it’s because I’m a woman but I’m not dumb. I spoke to corporate they send the information to a woman named Kia who apparently is for the customers. I received this text.

Don’t ever bring your car in for any service unless it’s free under warranty. The mechanics lie and want commission. I was told I had to have a service done because I wrote it down. I was not allowed to pick up my own…

Leased my 2019 Toyota Rav 4 Premium car for 3 years then purchased it after lease was up. When I was leasing it I started to notice a tiny bit of water on driver side when it rained hard. It didn’t happen all the time only when it rained hard.

I keep my car in the garage and drive it to work. As time went on it was getting worse. I finally had some time off during Thanksgiving to be able to leave my car for a few days. I learned the water was coming in from the roof rack!

I never put anything on the roof. I think it is a manufacturer defect but the dealer said it wasn’t. It cost me $2500 which I didn’t have and had to put on credit card. I am paying for the extra warranty as well still not covered.

I hope you can help or direct me to someone that can. Thank you.

In December of 2019 I leased a 2020 Toyota corolla from Toyota of Melbourne Florida USA. I am listed as a co-lessee on the lease contract. Now that the lease is about to expire I wish to purchase the vehicle.

) sign to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately she is unreachable to me and apparently unreachable to Toyota of Melbourne. I originally needed a co-lessee because my credit was not very good. I have driven the car for the last 3 years and I have made all 36 payments on the car with no late payments.

I don't think it's right that my only option is to turn in the car at the end of the lease. I was told by Toyota of Melbourne that I would have the choice to purchase or turn in the car when the lease expired.

Anything you can do to straighten out this matter would be greatly appreciated…

For what ? I have been trying for months toget you people to resolve an issue with my 2021 Prius. I've taken my car to the dealership several times only to be feed a line of bull and then turned away.

I've called your customer care people and have sent e-mails to toyota and have not received one response or call in return nd now you want me bring my Tundra into your shop. Ha ! You people have some nerve.

12/25/2022 I'm submitting this with no expectations of getting any help from Toytota. As I've said, I have submitted e-maiuls, made calls and gone ntoi the dealership and no one has given me any help with my issue.

, Edmonds, WA. My Prius was towed on Saturday, December 18, 2022 and was checked in by the Service Department on Saturday and that my Prius would be serviced on Monday, December 20, 2022 and "Frank" would be handling this Service. Frank never called.

I had an online Service Appointment on Tuesday, December 21, 2022 at 7:00am prior to the Prius failing to operate.

Finally on Wednesday, December 22, 2022 WE HAD TO CALL Frank who said they have to move the Prius "to another place for service" and that they were having trouble arranging this. Vague answer. No response today, Thursday, December 22, 2022.

Can you please contact Frank and get him to arrange service for my Prius? Can you also help Swickard Toyota Service Dept. please learn from James, Service Department Manager at the Tacoma…

So I went into Toyota to trade in my old vehicle for a new car ,well the guys there were forcing me to get the new Toyota Mirai which is fueled by Hydrogen gas and I've had my car for 3 weeks I've only been able to get gas once all of the stations are down in Sacramento I haven't been able to drive my car this is ridiculous then

I tried to go trade it in at Mercedes and they looked at all the paperwork that I had from Toyota and said that they Had pretty much screwed me, so now I'm paying 962 a month for this car I can't drive because I can't put fuel in it !!

I can't believe Toyota is able to sell these cars ! I'm ready to get my attorney involved!!
