I took our 2017 RAV4 for its 5K oil change and was stunned when presented with a $94 bill! The Service Advisor, Amanda, said “Oil prices are up”. ” Silence. To add insult to injury, Amanda gave me the wrong key FOB which I discovered when my RAV4 wouldn’t start.
The Service Manager was not available and I called and left a message w/ him and gave my area code & cell number. That was several days ago and I have yet to get a return call. Customer Service conspicuous by its absence at Berglund Toyota in Lynchburg VA as my posts to the Next Door app and Facebook have confirmed.
