After returning home i inspected the work and found that the skid plate had not been removed and the oil filter housing had not been removed due to the fact that it was covered in dirt and grime without a single finger print . after checking the dip stick the oil appeared dirty.

After observing this i changed the oil and filter my self and now it appears clean If the tech. no longer wants to do his job correctly he needs to find something else to do . This is my third Tundra and have always changed the oil and filter my self and now i will go back to doing it my self so it is done correctly.

I just had my Avalon repainted. This was done because of a recall. Toyota corporate was picking up the tab and Sun Toyota build them 10,500 for a complete paint job. The work that they did do was good.... But their items they didn't finish or left out and still charged Toyota corporate for them.

And it just stands out when you got everything else painted new and looks great. They didn't touch either bumper because I didn't want to pay them extra $800 to do them. They even left the clear plastic protector on the bumpers but did not put it back on the car.

So they both look bad, because they have the plastic on them there is a color mismatch. don't you think after making over $10,000 they could throw in a hundred bucks worth of paint and spray them. They also charged Toyota corporate for…

I purchased a new 2018 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Las Vegas. They and their sister dealership, Lexus of Henderson, have performed all routine maintenance on this vehicle. Earlier this year (02/25/2022), I received a notification from Lexus of Las Vegas while performing routine service that my vehicle needed a new water pump.

My vehicle had less than 75,000 miles on it. I contacted Lexus corporate and they agreed to cover the cost due to the part failing prematurely. Immediately following the water pump replacement by Lexus of Las Vegas, a slew of mechanical issues ensued.

To whom it may concern; I have been a Toyota customer for almost twenty years. 00. I had my car in for regular service on August 24, 2022. On September 1, 2022 I started hearing clicking when I had the air conditioner on, there was also a weird smell, like raw eggs.

I called to make an appointment to have the issue investigated, I made an appointment for September 8, 2022. In between September 1 and 8, it was clear that something was decomposing somewhere in the vehicle. My husband checked the air filters and in the air filter behind the glove compartment were two dead mice and maggots present.

2020 Toyota Prius... Driven 21,000 mines and all 4 rotors on the inside edge are rusted to the point that they need replaced. Not from break wear from rust. Sounds like a metallurgy problem. Granted I do understand that Breaks are a wear item but 21,000 miles and the breaks pads are still at 75% to the good...

Toyota does not care about this problem and does not even want to solve it. A Big Safety Problem and they state your problem. $800 tp $1000 to fix a 2 year old car problem every 2 years. They do not care that is is only the inside edge of the rotors which could spell out a problem also.

I will never buy another Toyota and will tell everyone I know not to also. Toyota selling junk!!!!!!!

My Toyota was making the same noise I had fixed at Toyota service in Grand junction Colorado, but they couldn’t get my car in for warranty work for over 3 weeks and I was moving out of state so they told me I could have warranty work done at any Toyota service so when I got to California I took my car to Toyota in Auburn, California to have the warranty work done but

I got the run around and the manager from Grand Junction called them and they didn’t want to do the warranty work and just wanted to charge me for a diagnosis, and Grand Junction manager told them they just needed to do the warranty work because they had already diagnosed the problem.

Now my warranty is running out and I still have the problem. I had to pay Toyota almost a hundred dollars just to get my car back from them…

Early August 2022, my car started to "shudder'. My mechanic checked my car on August 10, 2022 and said there was an issue with the torque converter flex lock-up shudder. I immediately contacted Toyota, and my car was checked on August 12, 2022, and stated the torque converter was definitely the issue. After doing some research I found there was Technical Service Bulletin out for my year/model car. This issue was never communicated to me, despite buying my car from a TOYOTA dealer, and several years of service with Toyota. The estimate I received from Toyota to fix this issue was over $3700. (I purchased my car in Hanover, PA...and have always had great service at the dealership)

Two months ago, I answered the after service questionnaire that was sent to my email by the dealership in Saco ME. In my reply to the questionnaire I expressed my dissatisfaction with my experience. As of yet, I have received no reply expressing any concern of my issues.

Obviously, my experience is of no importance. I will not be returning to the dealership for maintenance. I received better service from Sullivan Tire and VIP, I will not be returning to purchase another vehicle at Ira Toyota in Saco due to the high pressure sales tactics that I experienced when all that I asked for was an estimate on what the trade in value of my car would be.

I will not be recommending Toyota due to the fact that the solicited details of my visit were ignored.

i have a 2018 camry the radio as gone out 2 times in 4 years. i tried to get some satisfaction from toyota, spoke to a lady named shakila and she said they would replace the radio for the third time for 300.

i thought about it and called back and spoke to another higher up represenative named randy, he was very unfriendly and cut me off shortly saying it would be 509. i said the other lady told me 300 and he basicly said too bad its 509.

i cant beleive a company like toyota would be so uncaring about there customers! I am 75 years old and bought a toyota because of there reputation of customer sevice and quality vehicles. I will think twice before recomending this company!

I own a white 2014 prius purchased new in 2014. It has 130000 miles on it. The paint on driver side front and rear doors is peeling off. The grey under coat is clearly visible. The area of concern is the flat portion of the doors directly under the windows.

Every time you enter the vehicle, your hand is within four inches of one of the blemishes. They can't be missed. This vehicle has never been in any kind of an accident, Not so much as a bump. The paint job other than the door blemishes appears in good shape.

That said, I have had to remove the plastic shield covering the rear bumper as black mold spots appeared between the bumper and the plastic. If there is not already a Toyota recall for this paint problem, I request some compensation to have the doors repainted.

I stopped at the Toyota service department in Roseburg Oregon, to have them inspect flaws appearing on my 2021 Rav4. The manager or supervisor was very rude, he even started talking over me and was close to yelling at me when I was trying to explain the issue.

While I tried to calmly discuss the problem, he cut my dialogue off and stated I should go to another dealership, not even listening to what I had to say. I became exhausted by his attitude and horrible customer service, so I politely said, "thank you for your time" and I returned to my car to drive away.

When he thought I was out of earshot he called me an "idiot" to another employee. I have never been treated so poorly before by Toyota and I have owned three different Toyotas for over 30 years. I'm very disappointed with this…

I have a 2015 Toyota Rav4 limited, VIN 2T3YFREV3FW194747 that the electronic hatch door is not working correctly. Started having issues with it opening and closing in 2021 but has gotten a lot worse. When I press the button for the hatch sometimes it opens as it should but when I get ready to close it just has a solid electronic sound then won't close, then

sometimes it takes several attempts to get it to open from pressing the button on the hatch to trying the inside button by the steering column. There is nothing in the way obstructing the electronic eyes. The only way to close it when it refuses to go down is press hatch button and manually close slowly.

Had to have 2010 Tacoma towed to Toyota dealer because front brake line rusted through. Discovered that all brake lines needed to be replaced. This was July 25-26, 2022. Was told parts needed to be ordered and would be in Aug. 9.

Then told they'd be in Aug. 26. Now I'm told they MAY be in on Sept. 23. So I can't drive my truck and have no way even get 3rd party parts. Toyota has become a very unreliable company with little to no consideration for maintaining part access on anything older than 3 yrs. Talk about designed obsolecence!

I won't be buying another Toyota product again.

I have a 2019 Toyota Corolla that I bought from a Honda dealer used. I received only one key that manually starts the car and unlocks the driver's side door. I wasn't told anything about replacing the key should it be lost or stolen, which is now lost.

The complaint is addressing how difficult it is to get a replacement key and have it programmed without having the computer system damaged beyond repair, the fact that I cannot get Toyota's local dealership to give me the key code, and the lack of information that the dealership will put forth to help me solve this problem.

I went to Findlay Toyota Eastgate Henderson for my Toyota Tundra Crewmax truck for my Service today at 9:00 AM. While waiting inside the Dealer. I took my 2017 Prius V in for the 70,000 mile servicing. I was charged $174.95 for a "fuel induction service" and $154.95 for a "brake pad fluid exchange." I was also charged $200.51 for a "cooling system service" plus another $155.59 for a "hybrid system coolant service." The car has 72,110 miles on it.

When I went to mark this service in the manual, the above items were not listed. When I asked the service manager about it he stated that all dealers have recommended service intervals. He also said I approved the work, so it was all on me. I responded that I trusted the dealer to not add a lot of extra unnecessary work. He basically said tough. The work was done and I had to pay for it.

Unacceptable response from entire team. Trying to get a title for 4 months. 5 hour phone call that was the last of many hours on the phone. He recommended I sue the dealer who leased the vehicle to me, laughed at me, yawned and said I was ridiculous request waiting 4 months for a title that the dealer wants to return the unit.

Again, Michael Gibbs assure me he would run this up the Ladder that as a dealer we are looking for a complete buyout or unit depreciation and failed to live up to his promise. Michael Gibbs promised to get this resolved.

My husband and I purchased a 2011 Nissan Rogue on 6/20/22 with only 42,704 mileage in it, car is decent and I was told it was hardly used by previous owner, on 6/27/22 I found out the ugly, scary looking extensive rusting which was never divulged to me from the start to the conclusion of sale, I have video and pictures of the extensive rusting that I showed to the sales manager Mr.

On May 23, 2022 I took my Rav4 to Lassen Auto Center, 1205 Price Rd. SE, Albany, Oregon for a routine 5000 mile maintenance. It seemed to be taking them a long time to do a scheduled oil change on my car and when I was finally called by the Service Manager Nicholas Farmer to review my bill he started showing me a bunch of pictures saying rodents had infested my car.

The pictures showed chewed wires, headliner damage, mouse nests on the spare tire, holes in the insulation under the hood, etc.. 00. Needless to say, he caught me off guard so I listened to his review and was in shock.

I had my RAV4 in for service 3 times in 8 weeks. 00 deductible each time. The 3rd time was less than 48 hours from when I picked it up from being serviced. They billed my insurance and were paid for 2 items that my invoice were listed as N/C.

They told Enterprise that they would pay my rental bill 100% and instead billed my insurance. 00. It was the worst customer service I have ever received. I sent a letter to Ken Ganley certified asking him to get in touch with me.

My wife and I purchased a Highlander Platinum Hybrid brand new from this Koons. The car had a ton of issues, they found mold in my car from a faulty hose not properly placed in the grommet. I had to get a lemon law attorney.

They deemed the car a lemon! This dealership will not cut any deals or help us with a new vehicle. They told me " it's a bad time to get a new car". I would never expect this treatment from Koons Toyota or Toyota corporate.

Corporate wants to buy the back the car leaving me to start all over in this market not giving me the equity I have, in the car. If I keep the car will only give me 3k. What a joke...

Toyota services and parts Boston road and Boller avenue. I have been a client at your location for more than 10 years; I even bought my last vehicle there without any issues about anything.

However, this last year the quality of service has been horrendous. Clients are required to make an appointment, however, when we get there, we have to wait more than 4 or 5 hours for a simple oil change or inspection.

Today is the third time during this year I had to visit the dealer. This time for a simple oil change procedure and I have been here for 4 hours. Last time, a month ago was not different. If you do not have the personnel availability, then do not schedule that many appointment at a time.

I have had many Toyota’s . I bought a new bumper off you but before covid . The parts person took the numbers off my car to order and ordered wrong one . They would not return.

Secondly I have had many recalls and no problem. Well this time 4th try got it completely fixed . I’m extremely disappointed in this round of customer service. Though covid is excuse for many people it is not with your company. This was unbelievable disappointing.

I went in to upgrade to purchase a vehicle for work. I told the salesperson Justin Lopez and sale manager John Heelser that I needed a 4wheel drive or all wheel drive, room inside for service animal plus work equipment, and be able to tow.

At the time of the accident, I had gap insurance on the vehicle.? The Gap insurance is responsible to pay the 1,3 74.21. The vehicle in question was not used for the business. It was a family auto used for the family's outings. I paid for Gap and I expect Gap to pay. I have no intention of paying this to Toyota. I think they are trying to use me as a pawn. Hi there

I brought my Corolla 2021 from the local agent here in Egypt. This is an investment i paid while there were lots of other alternatives within the same budget, but my decision was taken towards Toyota seeking the premium after selling services guaranteed by Toyota, which is the thing that I am missing.

Last March I got another radio (SKU 200SCP-ZRE-001) from Toyota Misr and since then I am facing lots of recurring issues. These were communicated to the service center but with no real action.

I am attaching the invoice of the radio and I need someone to support in this regard because I fade up from the poor service I am getting.

I had the Sunrise Toyota dealer in Oakdale NY change the synthetic oil on my 2016 Toyota 4 Runner with 21000 miles on it. Unfortunately all the oil is coming out because the mechanic left the oil plug loose. The dealer doesn’t want to take responsibility of it and I just don’t know what to do.

I had the dealer change the oil on July 12, 2022 and drove home 50 miles and parked the car in my driveway. On July 22, I moved the car to my garage and noticed the oil on the floor when I went to take it out on July 26.

In 2016 I bought a new 2016 Tacoma pick-up. My 1st Toyota!!! I love it and have had absolutely no trouble EXCEPT a recently broken tailgate hinge bushing. Part No. 66143-04020. I ordered a new bushing from my dealer, only to find out that it doesn't fit.

My truck was made Sept 2015, and you changed the bushing design in Feb. 2016. The old bushing is no longer available from Toyota. 00 part is disgusting and very short sighted [in fact, I would say it is stupid].

First time trying to buy a Toyota we usually buy Hondas but we took our son to buy his 1st car and walked in to Toyota of Glendora looking for a Prius Prime, they supposedly only had one car coming from the Port with a MSRP $31k but trying to sell it to us for $43k after the dealer price adjustment.

After going back and fourth with with the dealership reducing their adjusted price I finally told them I wanted a price close to the MSRP and we could make a deal, well they said it was impossible, they got mad and then were rude and then stated that the easily could sell it for $43k to someone else.

I just want to walk out with a car without feeling I got robbed on the mark up price. I literally walk out after we notice an aggressive personality, so sad and disappointed to have to go through…

THE SALES STAFF THERE IS FRIENDLY, MOJO IN PARTICULAR. THE DEALERSHIP AT THE TIME PROVIDED RIDES TO AND FROM THE DEALERSHIP AT THE TIMES OF SERVICE WHICH I APPRECIATED GREATLY, THEN THE PROGRAM WAS CHANGED TO UBER WHICH IS EVEN BETTER.

I WAS INFORMED ON JULY 19, 2022 THAT I'M REQUIRED TO PAY FOR UBER RIDES AND I DIDN'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT. I RETURNED TO THE DEALERSHIP BY UBER ON JULY 20, 2022 AND PAID THE UBER DRIVER $40 FOR THE RIDE AND THEN BRAD, THE SERVICE MANAGER DEMANDED AN ADDITIONAL $40.

Picked up car after collision repair, drove car home 4 blocks, tried to start car 2 hours later and it wouldn’t start. I have tried for 2 days to get someone to call me regarding this, no one has responded.

MY 2020 Toyota Corrolla was totaled by Erie Ins. on 6/13/22. 28 on 6/23/22. 14. I rec. a letter from Toyota on 7/5/22 saying they were sending me a refund check under separate cover. I never rec. a check. I have spoken to Total Loss Dept weekly.

They just put me off about when I would rec my Check? IB talked to Tiffany today(7/19/22)=she said check was cut and would go out end of week? Why would it take 3-4 wks. to send out a check? No concern shown for the customer!

Send that check out Fed-Ex-what ever it takes! I bought 2 Toyotas from you and would never purchase another.

Had my oil changed at Mountain States in Colorado. I waited over 2 hours and the service manager came out and said he was sorry for the wait as my bush guard on my vehicle was giving the trouble. It is a steel after market guard has supplied tin is crap.

About a month later I heard something and looked under truck only to find my brush guard hanging down, no bolts holding it. I tried on several occasions to reach the service manage and was placed on hold for a very extended amount of time.

I was redirected to leave a voicemail which I did 2 times. NEVER a return call.

My company truck has toyota care. My truck was vandalized and needed to be towed to a toyota dealership for repairs. I called toyota care and they informed me that they would have to go out of network as they didn't have any tow trucks available.

That I would be required to pay for my tow truck and they would reimbursed me. After the service was complete I looked how I should request reimbursement. I was told I needed to mail in my receipts with my information.

I did that 1 week after the incident. It has been 5 MONTHS and I have not heard anything back or received my reimbursement. I called them two months after I mailed my required information. They told me they had switch companies as to who was responsible for dealing with the issue.

My call was transferred 11 times. No one knew…

Strongly considered buying a second Toyota Sienna. Our current Sienna (2004) has 360,000 miles.

However, we are very disappointed that it is difficult to remove and reinstate the new second row seats! We are only 2 people, and usually don’t need the second row seats, but have the space set up as a camper. ).

Or we use the space for hauling music equipment, and sporting equipment. (Dogs go in the very back. Very disappointed that the new Sienna doesn’t allow easy removal of second row seats. This will probably be a deal breaker. Could you please have an option of the old style second row seats that are removable instead of having to get the new style rear seats?

Not all Sienna purchasers have big families.

I've been to Toyota on several occasions for service and for other things that are happening to my 2021 Toyota Camry xse . this car was leased in June of 2021 and has been giving me problems since day one I've been to Toyota numerous times the location here in Palm Springs California .

and when I show up they look at me as if I'm crazy all I want is my car serviced and working the way it should be working I'll give you some details on what's happening with the vehicle . I've leased a car for a year now and the problems just keep on coming first the brakes portal there was no brakes left and I will protect some pictures so

000 miles on it the maintence schedule says 5000 or sooner if pulli ng something with it . we have bought a new 2018 rave 4 with kingsport toyota but never again they have lost our business .
