I ordered a Tacoma at the end of March. Per my sales person, the truck arrived in Houston on May 27. For some reason, Rockwall says it has been at the VPC status since that time. I have been told it it just waiting to be loaded on the truck, but they can’t seem to give me a straight answer why it’s not already in Rockwall. Supposedly the computer systems have been down for long periods of time in Houston?

I feel as though I am getting the run around. What is going on in Houston that Toyota has not shipped my truck in over a month and a half?

I purchased a vehicle from Toyota of Richardson for my teen and because he was just learning to drive we never drove at night but when he finally did approximately 4 weeks ago we noticed to interior light nor the GPS were functional. Called and spoke with manager Saad who refused to assist so I requested to speak to someone above him and he refused stating there wasn't anyone above him and I stated you aren't the top person there and

he said he felt I was threatening him which was a lie then he disconnected the call. Very poor customer service and I've purchased from them before but this is the first extremely rude person who I've encountered and I was more than shocked at his tone and his behavior.

I have every right to request to speak with someone above him and that doesn't justify…

We went to Kent Toyota in Kent, Ohio to purchase 2 vehicles, a Camry and a Highlander. Through our own research we found that the Camry listed at 29,995. After the salesperson went through the build it came out at 37,000.

We asked about the dicsrpency she told us there was a " market adyustment fee". We told that the fee is routinely 5000-8000 above sticker Needless to say this was a deal breaker and we left angry. The staff was unproffesional, and was irrited that we were upset by the market adjustment.

I ordered a Corolla Cross in February, I was told it was I and went to pick it up today. When I got there, it was not the color I ordered and had several options I did not order but was expected to pay for.

If I hadn’t already sold my old car, I would have walked away. This will be the last Toyota I buy. I hear Honda makes nice cars.

I have a 2011 Sienna. I had it at the dealer in 2017 for a recall on sliding doors. On June 3, 2021, I returned to dealer due to one door malfunctioning again. I was told on that day that the current recall expires on June 23, 2021, but the gentleman assisting me stated that you always extend them so no need to worry about that.

I also read on your website that the recalls "really never expire". Since the parts had to be ordered (I was told they would do both doors again since the other door would probably malfunction also). Mind you this was during last summer when supply chains were stuck in the oceans.

I had full confidence in the quality of service at Westbury Toyota's service department; Today I brought my third leased 4 Runner for a simple oil change, after numerous reminders to use my free service plan; It didn't bother me to see so many young, teenage looking, mechanics in the service area; But when the service rep showed me that my bumper was ripped from the frame due to an accident that happened in the service area after the oil change, I was furious!

For years I've had the same service and inspections while waiting for my trucks, without any incidents. I am a very large build, and they tried to lend me a Corola model car stating that no larger model was available, then, after decidind that i couldn't possibly fit, a Camery miraculously became available.

I purchased my vehicle in June 2019. I normally take it to Marietta Toyota in Marietta, Georgia to be serviced when I am there. However, in November 2021, I was in Mississippi when my car needed its oil changed at 50,000 miles. I received the oil change from Gray-Daniels Toyota in Brandon, Mississippi. They did not indicate that there were any problems. I was going to get another oil change in May, but did not have time.

I went west to Denver, Colorado. A few weeks after my arrival, I made an appointment with Wal-Mart because the wait for the appointment with AutoNation Toyota Arapahoe was too long. I bought a new 2019 Toyota Four Runner on 1-1-2019 from Scott Clark Toyota in Matthews NC. This dealership got me to buy an extra warranty on this vehicle and I was told if I do not use it in 2 years I can receive my money back. At the 2 year mark I called to get my money back and was given the run around by this dealership. When I was finally able to talk to Julie in the finance department she then told me it would be better to wait until the vehicle reached 75k MILES because if I wanted my money back before then I would only get a partial payment. I believed her and now that the vehicle is a 75k MILES I am back to getting the run around from this lady. She will not call back and I also left a message for her manager and even the manager has not called me back.

I recently had my Toyota Tacoma serviced at Centennial Toyota in North Las Vegas NV. I had a concerned about the shocks making a noise when I go over a street bump. The service advisor had my vehicle inspected and informed me that new shocks will be ordered and they will be installed at soon as the parts arrived.

I received a call a few days later and I brought my vehicle back to the dealership. The advisor said everything will be covered by the warranty but not the alignment. They kept my vehicle for several hours and I went back to pick up my vehicle and the advisor informed me that Toyota declined the coverage because the shock’s leak is not significant enough.

But he wanted to charge for the front alignment. I asked to talk to a manager but he informed me that no one was available.…

I bought a used vehicle Toyota Highlander with 22,000 miles. 000 thousand dollars. We settled on monthly payment late Saturday at closing. I gave deposit and they told me I can pick it up Monday. I called Monday to make sure financing was set.

00 a month to payment which I told them to cancel the deal. After sitting in dealership for 45 minutes they came back and said okay, and took off the 30 dollars a month. Cole gave me the keys and did not look over car or give me any direction or tips on car.

I bought brand new Toyota Highlander almost one & half year back. There is a problem in its Air Conditioning system. I took it to Toyota Service Center Sheikh Zaid Road Dubai. They told that there is some pipe which needs replacement however the part is not available in UAE and they need to order it from US. Its more than a month now and i am suffering without AC in the scotching heat of UAE without AC. Calling service center team Mr Manu and Mr Tanzeel ever alternate day however no update from their end.

I bought Toyota due to its reputation of excellent customer service, parts availability and easy maintenance. Now regretting as NO ONE IS HERE TO HELP ME OUT in this situation.

I have owned 3 Toyotas in my lifetime. I’ve always thought your business dealings were pretty shady in many ways But I have to admit, after the way that my daughter has been treated by the Toyota dealer in California, I will NEVER own another.

Rude, non caring, and down right demeaning customer service, costing my daughter wasted time, energy and grief trying to deal with her lease on her Yaris. Phone calls were no help, neither by me or my daughter. You guys should really know better.

I want Toyota to repair for free or pay for the replacement of an evaporator core assembly, approximately $5400 per customer service representative, Certified Automotive Specialist, Glendora, CA, on June 10. February 2022, I submitted through your online service a request for payment of this same problem (Reference Number #220209001610). Fortunately or unfortunately, the problem went away. Unfortunately for me, the mechanical failure returned on June 5, and now the cost estimate to repair this A/C system is over $5000, according to Certified Automotive Specialist in Glendora, CA. It is not reasonable to pay almost 20% in repair cost for the car's original purchase price.

I went for an oil change and it took 20 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge me. I finally had to say something.

Then they put the car behind me in front of me because I wasn't in my car. There is no sign about stay in car, the sign says, "check in here".

Also, the lady that finally checked me in seemed to have an attitude because I went in to check in where it says "check in here".

She then went around my car saying the dirt was damage and I had to sign off on it which I have never done.

I was there for an oil change which they say is lifetime but I only get 4 a year, well I drive more than that.

Anyways, I have purchased at least 3 vehicles here.

since fog light parts/install instructions for our 2022 model were not yet available at purchase. We have yet to have fog lights installed. When we take the car for service we get the run-around. Initially our inquiries were answered as "it is on order"; then "those fog lights are available for that kind of RAV"; and lastly "fog lights are not shown on the sale documents".

We have reached out to the General Manager of DARCARS but have not had any resolution - just thanks for letting him know.

brand new.. 1st I was lied to about the warranties I Would have on the car they told me bumper the bumper for the 6 years I own the car.. Then I had an experience with a battery cable, They took a $2 roll of electrical tape and wrapped it around the wire that was sticking out which did not fix the problem eventually after filing a complaint they fixed the right problem but

lefthe right problem but left the electrical tape around the around the court which at 1st they charged me $189.. I just went to them today because I have a leak on the top of my car somewhere where the rain is coming in the car.

I have a 2021 Toyota Highlander, I just bought it a year ago or even less than a year. The car was in the garage for over 6 months now with no use, just little bit ones. It’s a brand new one with no much use.

I bought a $50,000 Highlander and after 2 years the A/C is broke. A leak and no coolant. Toyota has a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty. Well of course my mileage is over a bit. So no warranty. I am puss that a car A/c unit would not last more then 2 summers.

Never again will I buy one. The dealership is always pushing but an extension warranty. A $50,000 Vechile would not have any problems after just 2 years. I believe this is bullshit.

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma, from Allen Toyota, Gulfport , Mississippi about 3 years ago. It is a 2008. The paint on top of the cab has completely come off ,and is rusting. The top of the hood is chipping every where,and flaking off all over.

I know it is a 2008, but a factory paint job should last the life of the truck. I hardly drive the truck, our main mode of transportation is our 2018 Rav4, bought from the same dealer. Before that we had a Highlander.

Went to Beaman Toyota Nashville and waited 6 plus hours to get a 20 minute software fix. I waited 6 plus hours first time and they had to pull the car because I had to pick up my kids from school.

So I waisted two days and over 12 hours for a software update that takes 20 minutes. Very frustrating.

Bought a car in 1/19/2022, never used Air condition becasue it always cold here, until April, first time turned the A/C on, not working, they refused to take care of it, said, everything is under mine pay.

I own a 2013 Toyota RAV4 EV and it’s been sitting idle at the Mike Johnson Hickory Toyota Dealership in North Carolina —-for ELEVEN WEEKS —that’s almost THREE MONTHS!!! I had an awful experience Monday 4/18/22 . My service appointment was awful. A service Department Rep at this location named James. Had me wait about 2 hours for my service. He has no customer service skills verbal at all.

He came to me after 7pm in the lobby to inform me that my battery was dead. Instead of initially informing me of which ended up wasting my time. James, then told me he finished my maintenance however could not place a battery in because all Toyota Corolla batteries all over are on back order.

What has happened to customer service when someone wants to buy a new Toyota highlander $41,000 -$50,000 range. My sister has cash sitting in an account ready to buy any car she wants, ready to write a check. I am a very dissatisfied customer i have purchased 3 Camrys from this organization, i do not recall ever being late with any of my payments and they placed something negative on my credit report.

I took my new Toyota RAV4 hybrid for scheduled service at Capitol Toyota on Monday 21, March 2022 the scheduled service was oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was not very welcoming to begin with. While vehicle was in for service requested the the under car shield checked for possible damage and replaced they only replaced one part looks they did not inspect the rest.

And also charged me a good amount for replacement. After the service when I returned home upon inspection found that my rims damaged during service lot of nicks and scratches this was not like that before the service. I am not satisfied that this dealership service department likes to damage customer vehicle when they bing it in for service.

I would like something done about this my rims replaced.

I was there to do the 50,000 miles maintenance which includes oil change, the oil change is due every 10k miles. If i don't read the form of the services that was done to my car i dont notice that they did not do the oil change they did the 45k service instead of what my car needed.

Wasted my whole morning the advisor does not know how to do his job his name is Steve Valdovinos. Horrible experience with him.
