Was quoted a price, $1000. To $1100. 00. Did not fix issue of smoke filling cabin of vehicle. Service manager was “too busy” to speak w me. They replaced brakes, rotors, shim kit, struts, tie rod end, wiped up liquid that was dripping around motor.

Exhaust smell still filling cabin of vehicle, making it difficult to breathe while driving. Extremely dissatisfied. Will NEVER purchase a Toyota vehicle from Della ever. Will drive to CT to buy. In the last 7 years we have leased 2 rav4, purchased 3 highlanders, and 1corolla.

We purchased a 2020 Toyota Corolla from Blaise Alexander Toyota in Selinsgrove pa in March of 2021. The car was sold to us as a 1 owner certified Toyota vehicle with about 8000 miles on it. We lived the car and had no complaints until we took the car to a dealership closer to our home because we live around 1 and a half hours away from Blaise.

The issue was that the windshield washer wasn’t working correctly and I wanted it looked at. The dealership I took it to asked me if the car had been wrecked. I said no. They ran the car fax for me at my request and found that my car had moderate damage to both sides and the front.

I also found out through the car fax report that I was the third owner of the car and not the second owner as I was told by our salesman when we were purchasing the car.…

I went to the Copeland Toyota in Brockton, my AWD light was on and c/m engine light was on. When my oil needs to be changed my engine light come on. I told the girl my oil need to be changed.

My problem on my car was my car was shaking I felt my tie was going to fall off that is how bad it was shaking. I got a call and told that they said they found chew wires on the sensor. 00.

I drove every day during the pandemic I was not luck to be laid off or able to work from home. So I do not believe that I had chewed wires. 00 for I believe nothing done. I was taking to a person about this he took one look at my tires and told me I better get new ones this was the problem I bought 4 new tire and not at Toyota and my car now is good.

When I purchased a Toyota Yaris I expected to get a Toyota and not a Mazda. The interior is falling apart already and the fuel pump is already going out. This has been a big waste of money and I would like to get it back.

The customer service at the Idaho Falls location was unbelievable. I took the car in to get the oil changed and got the opposite instead. They did not change the oil or rotate the tires and when I asked if my car was done they walked away from me I even followed them into the garage tring to get answers.

I know they did not change the oil due to me marking the oil filter and checking the oil when they were done. I will make sure that anyone who asks me about a buying a toyota i will be happy to tell them they are making a mistake.

The paint on my 2015 Highlander is bubbled and is peeling off in chunks. My vehicle has 40,006 miles and is well maintained inside and out. I have attempted to re tify this situation with the Toyota in Key West which is where I purchased my vehicle and they say they cannot help, I then tried Miami and again was told they couldnt help.

The paint on my vehicle apparently was a bad batch and now I cant get anyone to assist with repainting my vehicle. Can someone please help me with this issue.

I have a 2019 Rav4 with 19k miles. I took my vehicle into Avondal Toyota because I got soaked when going through the car wash, my sunroof was leaking. After the repair, I tried the car wash with the same results, leaking sunroof.

To Whom It May Concern, On Saturday, January 15, 2022, I made an appointment with Bohn Toyota Service for an oil change on my 2013 Tundra. I also wanted all the fluids changed and the 100k mile checkup/maintenance. Mike McGowan, the service manager I dealt with, sent me a text with a link to the service recommended so I called to talk about it with him firsthand.

He informed me of and advised that I have the throttle body cleaned as it was dirty. I agreed. Since that day, my truck has been running badly. The engine will rev up and not let me get over 1500-2000 rpms and I cannot go any faster than 20 mph.

I have purchased 3 toyota tacoma's over the past few years from the same dealership Riverhead Toyota, I am a very loyal customer. My latest purchase was a 2021 tacoma sport trd model. I wanted the TRD 2 inch lift kit installed, I contacted the dealer.

They put me in touch with Vinny that handles lifts in there shop. 00 plus tax installed, again I asked him this is the two inch TRD lift kit he said yes. I picked up my truck , Vinny was not in, ride was good, yet when I got to work everyone said wow that is huge for 2 inch..

First thing I noticed was grill was not changed to accommodate the change to front camera for the cruise and stuff. So I called Vinny and asked him why no change of grill and camera, he told me I don't need the change on a 3 inch lift!

Toyota repossesed my car without any advanced notice. My wife and I made an error setting up an auto payment and we missed a few months payments and didn't realize it. Toyota took the car with no written notice. They claim they called several times but did not leave any voicemails. They claimed they weren't "required" to do that.

I've sent the letter below to the CEO, CFO of Toyaota Finance as well as some Sales VP's. I have received no response from anyone in over a month.

I have been taking my car for servicing at Toyota Avondale since I purchased my 2014 Toyota Avalon for the past 7 years. I keep up with all maintenance and recommended repairs. I have not had any major problems until I changed jobs and started taking my Avalon to Toyota Surprise for service.

4k, so I did the repairs. Then I was traveling to Las Vegas, so I took it in for routine service and was told that I needed a left CV boot. I got the repair done and was told my car was fine.

I purchased a 2021 Toyota Tacoma one year ago and was offered Connected Services through their app which gave me maintenance alerts, vehicle status, and remote lock/start. It was pretty clitchy and was often turning the volume down on Podcasts, or failing to start the truck but was pretty good.

I wasn't impressed enough to pay their $8 per month charge after the 1st year though. When they shut off the app features I now have no ability to lock or unlock my vehicle while it is warming up/running with the key fob.

This is a terrible safety issue and a piss poor way to try and force us to pay their app fee. I am not as much of a fan of Toyota today and may not purchase my 7th new vehicle when the market cools off.

Even my 30 year old Chevy allows me to lock the doors while its running!

After months of financial hardship and being barely able to keep a roof over my families head due to covid 19 financial issue with being out of work, my wife loosing her job, and my son arriving. Toyota offered me a few deferred payments and as things went back to normal I never missed a payment or way late.

Toyota is now refusing to offer deferral while almost all other financial institutions are. They don’t care about their customers and just about the money coming in. My employer had agreed to boycott their products. I am a combat veteran with disabilities and hard working American.

I disapprove of Toyota and this will be my last Toyota vehicle.

I am very disappointed in the customer service department, I went to the dealership with my new 2021 Toyota Highlander, with a road hazard that is a nail in my tire. I was told because I did not purchase the extended "Tire" warranty they could not help me.

The service manager Greg Curtis directed to a local tire shop! Service porter was very rude her name was Maddy. I understand my vehicle is fairly new at the time, I visited the vehicle was less than 2 months old.

I also understand because I did not purchase the vehicle at that particular dealership any warranty services would be a waste of their time since no revenue will take place. I also understand quality care is not valid anymore. it's about quantity.

There is NO reason to have a loud audible alarm go off just to tell you it is cold outside. I have hyperacusis. To me, this is painful. If I knew this feature would be in the car I would not have purchased it in the first place.

There is NO REASON why I shouldn't be able to have the dealer go to the computer and remove the audible alarm.

Toyota Finanical Service is the worst company I have ever had to work with. Their online app is down or does not reflect current information over 80% of the time. They lost a check I mailed in for a payment, you have 46 minute wait time to talk to a customer service representative who really doesn't know what is going on and they give you let's wait and see what happens.

Toyota needs to contract with a different company.

I purchased a 2020 Tacoma in 2019 and I cannot complain about the buying process or the service of the vehicle so far. However I refinanced my vehicle in January of this year and approached the dealership to cancel my GAP and extended warranty that was purchased through the initial bank. The new bank provided another set of those products and had me go to the dealership to have them prorated and refunded. My first initial visit was at the end of July and it is now 11/17 and after numerous trips into the dealership on nearly a month basis as well as many unanswered phone calls the refund is yet to be processed.

Bought new Toyota with military disability money and told I would get a Veteran's Rebate. Toyota refused the rebate because I didn't finance through them, I paid cash. Took 3-weeks and 5 calls for them to tell me "No Veteran Rebate" liars.

Talked to 3 different supposed managers and each stated they would call back with 24-48 hrs. No one called. Given two case numbers, waited on hold forever on each call and George finally told me, The dealer said it was up to the Toyota HQ whether I get the rebate and Toyota tells me it is up to the dealer.

I do love my truck though.

I put a down payment of $1000 for a Toyota Venza 2021 XLE. The SUV was not in stock. So he said they had a shipment coming in and he would contact me The sales agent also stated that with taxes and everything the car would cost $39,748.

He assured that would be the price give or take $200. When he located the car he required this price and stated he had the car delivered so I had to pay a delivery fee too $44959. He was making little sarcastically remarks about he wants a Ferrari but the price is still high.

Good morning sir/madam I own a toyota innova crysta which unfortunately met with an accident and got some damages. For repair of the vehicle i went to your showroom on 26th september namely Ansari Toyota Parimpora Bypass Srinagar Kashmir, where estimate cost for repair was given and was told to complete the documentation which i did.

I was told to wait for 20 days after which the vehicle will be ready. But i am very much disappointed with your showroom ,as after a month the vehicle is still as it was, when we drop the vehicle at the showroom for its repair.

When asked they told that they didn't receive required parts for the vehicle which they have ordered. They also told that they didn't know how much more time it will take for parts to reach, and it may still take more than one month…

This by far has been the worst purchase ever from a dealership. I know absolutely nothing about my car. I try to contact the dealership and make an appointment for service and no follow up. I try to contact the dealer about the issues I have been having. No follow up.

No one ever follows up at this dealership. I don't think Toyota knows how poorly the service is at this place and how this represents a brand with such a good history.

Kings Toyato sold me the "extended warranty with buy back" on the premises you get the money back at the end if you don't use the service. I have purchased this twice from them before and I liked the idea as it helped me to know I had money coming at the time I would need it to have the 100,000 mile maintenance performed as I have confidence in Toyato cars that they are a quality product and

I wouldn't need to use it. When it came time to cash in they helped me with the forms until the final form I needed wasn't filed so the company wouldn't pay out since they weren't paid by Toyato. I bought a RAV4 last August from Nashville Toyota North. Found a couple dings in the hood they pulled them out for me can't tell they were there but ever since they pulled them out the hood vibrates so bad it looks like it's going to fly up especially on the interstate going about 70 or 75.

I usually don't even take it on the highway as I don't have to go to work by interstate, but today I had to go about 80 miles from here I didn't think I would get home because of this crazy Hood vibration.

I bought a new Toyota RAV4 last fall paid full price. Even though I had a 800 credit score still would not give me 0% interest couple days after I bought it I saw they were offering 0% interest. They pulled a couple small dents out of the hood since then if I go over 70 the hood looks like it's going to come loose from the car.

How do I complain about the complaints department of Toyota SA. I complained and was given what I consider to be a controversial decision, clearly driven by the influence of the local non-chalant local Toyota dealer who to be kind provides underrated service. Took my 2006 Land Cruiser in for services. Was told I needed a passenger rear spring replaced. Took it in for replacement and they broke my hydraulic suspension system. They are now saying I need a new sensor for the suspension system.

Went in to get my Land Cruiser and asked for the spring that was removed. It has nothing wrong.

Also asked about coil spring replacement with 2 other Toyota service departments and both stated that if a spring needs replacement they would never replace just one side. This was confirmed with multiple other sources. Coil spring that was removed was inspected by auto part store and nothing obviously wrong.

It is very dignified, demeaning, and degrading to women in general. The men at one of your locations are to be taking pictures of women when they are getting in and out of cars. When they walk around in your showrooms.

I did not sign any consents, but I left your office after I heard the employees talking to the other about my body. When I got closer, they were showing, sharing, and comparing pictures of women. They even try to ask for my phone number to go out with them.

Is this business promoting that type of behavior? Sharing sexual content and asking to go out like they didn’t offend me should be punished by law. I saw other sales sitting in the chair putting their hands over a lady while the other one took the pictures. Is this really happening?

I purchased this car, 2009 Toyota Highlander Hybrid, on December 10, 2020. Little did I know that there was a Recall (safety issue I`m calling it) that was never addressed! The car had been through 3 different Toyota dealerships for services.

The first one was at Molle Toyota in Kansas City, Missouri, the second one was Crown Toyota Scion in Lawrence, Kansas and the third one was at Lewis Toyota in Hays, Kansas. The part I'm talking about is the Break Actuator and Pump Assembly.

Lewis Toyota of Hays is telling me that I now have to pay $3,000 to get this fixed!! I am going to talk to an attorney because I don't think that's fair! If none of these Toyota Dealerships do not feel like they need to tell their customers when there is a problem that is not my problem!

I leased a RAV-4 2021. I put more money down at the beginning of the lease so my monthly payments would be lower ($219). Then when I left the Glen Toyota Building in Fair Lawn, NJ. I ended paying ($289). Now no one at the dealership wants to talk to me. I called and e-mailed several times. I took my 95 Toyota Tacoma in for the service department to diagnose a problem. The truck would start, but die shortly after. I was told my truck needed a new computer and wiring harness. My truck was with them for 7 days.

During this time I only received one call and that was telling me that I was going to have to pay $540 for the diagnosis. I would not be charged. After one week I called and told them that I was coming to get my truck.

Upon arrival I was told that it needed a computer and wiring harness. I paid them $568 and loaded my truck on a trailer. I took it to another shop. They found a bad harmonic balancer causing the problem and replaced it.

I went back to Toyota dealership and asked for a refund. They refused. Clearly, the Toyota mechanic did not know what the problem was…

I purchased a 2014 Venza in 2014, I have 21,600 miles on it and was thinking of trading. Dealers I have contacted will not accept because of the air bag recall. I received this notice in April, 2021. I tried to sell and for the same reason I cannot.

I contacted my dealer and he tells me, "there is no remedy" for this recall. My extended Platinum warranty ran out, I purchased a 3 yr. 36,000 Platinum warranty hoping the recall will come soon. Your engineering capability is lacking and costing me money.

Had a repair done at Mike Calvert Toyota in Houston on my Rav4. The evaporator cannister and adjacent parts were replaced. Five thousand miles later, some codes come on. I take it to another dealer and they say that the same repair has to be made.

They said that one of the required fours parts that were part of the original repair was not replaced, thus moisture got into the evaporator system and destroyed it. I documented the mistake made my Mike Calvert Toyota and submitted it to them for reimbursement on the second repair (that included the correct parts) They refused stating that they did the repair correctly.

They only did this after ignoring my calls and emails and finally I contacted Toyota Contact Center, who tried to intervene.

I am filing a complaint about case number #210526002135 (2011 Toyota Camry) I called the corporate office and was instructed to take it to the nearest Toyota dealer in which I did. I Took it to Mann Toyota. I was then advised to call corporate office.

I did on 6-8-21 and spoke with Chris and he said he would have a tier 2 associate call me. I received a call from Samuel on 6-9-21 was told there was no recall on the paint for this model.

He said if there was a recall then I would be notified. He alos said if I wanted to get it repaired my self then I could. He was rude and not helpful at all. The stress I experienced on Friday due to Toyota Mirai poor service and failure to have hydrogen available, causing a long ordeal that lasted several hours, caused me severe symptoms. I went to the ER the next day with chest pains.

I bought a 2009 Toyota Tundra from Ferris Chevrolet in New Philadelphia Ohio on July 28th 2020 with only 138000 miles on it and anyone who knows anything about a Toyota knows that its not even broke in yet, In December of 2020 Ferris told me it needed a rebuild , a used motor , or a new motor out of a crate. 00 dollars for a Toyota truck that i love dearly but cant drive because it costs more than I can afford to fix, and Ferris Chevrolet will do nothing to help and I think thats pretty sad considering I bought a truck that should last at least 500000 miles.

I took my 2004 Toyota Camry to Darcars Toyota in Silver Spring Maryland twice within the last two weeks as a result of a delay in acceleration with the car and it showed no check engine light thus no codes.

Subsequently, after taking my Camry to Darcars Toyota the first time, they stated I needed speed sensor(s) which I questioned because the symptons of the vehicle did not seem to be speed sensors, however I purchased both speed sensors and had them installed, but did not correct that problem. On 29 august 2018, I purchased a brand-new Toyota Fortuner model 2*4 and registration number BR06PD 0404 at your store in Muzaffarpur. I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened, and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply do not do that like premium car like Fortuner it is consumption oil from the engine.

'Your mechanic inspected my vehicle and agreed to fix the base part of engine problem instead of change full engine set under warranty, & as well as charged 7500 Rs I would appreciate it if you could organize to replace full engine set. As I am sure you can appreciate, I rely on my car for transport and apart from the inconvenience, this problem has also cause I demand replace my car engine as well as compensation for the waste of my time and money.
