The service we received would be minus 5 +. Last night my husband was online and noticed that Galesburg , Illinois Toyota dealership had a 2019 Highlander for sale. My husband called the Toyota dealership in Galesburg, Illinois last night to confirm that they indeed still had the 2019 Toyota Highlander still on their lot.

We (he) got an answering machine, stating the hours the dealership was open. Awhile later, my husband got a call from Sumer, who worked there. She told him that they indeed had said vehicle on the lot and we made an appointment to meet with her at 9 am today.

Absolutely ridiculous sales department and the manager at middle town Toyota, in Connecticut. They are scammers or at least act like one. Sales person Otto is an asshole and backs off from everything . As soon as you sign the papers you are left on your own to fight for things that are promised during sales.

Even at the delivery they try not to put in things that were included in the price and calls for car being ready. Worst experience buying a car. When to buy another car for a friend the next day and get the things that were promised to me.

Bought my first ever new car from Toyota back in 2017. I was 65 years old at the time. Always bought a used vehicle in the past. Was encouraged by several people to buy a new vehicle. So I did.

Decided to buy a new 2017 Toyota Corolla. Well at 2 years old a defective charcoal canister failed. Could not even put gas in the vehicle, the normal way, because it would keep shutting off, which was not only embarrasing, but a pain. So that was replaced.

Now less then 1 year later, we have the same charcoal canister, defective again. 00, to replace it again. WHAT IS WITH THIS CHARCOAL CANISTER, ARE THEY ALL DEFECTIVE OR WHAT. Is this going to be a yearly thing or what, because if it is, there will not be another Toyota product bought by me ever again. First and last.

Came in the Waldorf Toyota Dealership 12/10/19 with my 2003 Sequoia Limited Truck for a recall notice that i received in the mail. so i asked if they could take a look at my rear door hatch, fog lamps and the inside console dash board lights.

This dealership is the worst ever, They are just out to make money off people and that's bad. they pretend to be good citizens and talk good game to get you to pay a pricey bill. Rip offs. I had recently had my car serviced on December 26, 2019 at Puente Hills Toyota in La Puente, California, and I was at first satisfied until three weeks later when my car battery died. It was recommended that my car battery needed to be serviced during the December 26th service.

So, I agreed to the service of my battery. So, I was surprised when my car would not start and I had to purchase a new car battery. The triple AAA technician stated that my car battery was very weak and would not be able to sustain a charge much longer.

The technician showed my the car battery meter that showed what shape my car battery was in. When I contacted the service manager, Sarah Cruz, I was basically told that the service was appropriate and that the service department would stand by their work.

Went to Hutchinson Toyota in Albany Ga. yesterday for my last free oil change on my 2017 Tacoma. The service guy approached me and said these additional things needed to be done to the my Tacoma. I thought, well I guess these oil changes were not free, but I agreed anyway figuring it all evens out somehow.

00 dollars, mind you these are for mainly some kind of fluid in the differentials, Brake fluid c/o and some thing called Top ENG/INDUCT service. Again I thought I would eat this for my free oil changes I received there.

Have tried the dealership twice to change it so when I unlock the hatchback all my doors don’t unlock at the same time. I have a RAV4 And they tell me it can’t be changed. For this reason I will be trading it in for another vehicle.

I just want to tell you about my last experience at Reliable Toyota, Springfield MO

I came in to "look at my options" with Adil. I thought buying out my lease was an "option." I went in with this in mind, not understanding or knowing that they did not want me to do that.

He also told me that if I was to refer a friend I would get a $100 dollar bonus. I proceeded to tell him that I referred a friend last year and we did not know this offer was even there at the time. He laughed it off and told me I should have gotten the money.

I always bring my vehicle in for service to Bohn Brothers Toyota in Harvey Louisiana for service,on my 2014 4-Runner. Maybe 2 times since I have been going there I did not have a problem. All of the other times have been not good.

I brought my vehicle in for my radio before an now it is gone out . Of course now it is not under warranty. I brought it back to them because they need to take care of it because they did not fix it the first time.

And I have been waiting for a call from the service manager for 3 weeks. I have called for her and left messages. Still no response. I had to bring my cell phone to them to see if It was updated for the radio and still waiting for an answer.

Customer no 889505, Dec 19. 2019 I brough my car in for regular annual check-up. 95 for tire rotation, after which I wad informed that 4 new tires were quite essential. Why was I charged for rotation if I then was advised ( and quoted) to purchase FOUR new tires?

Why not suggest the purchase before charging unnecessary rotation? I therefore decided to seek tires elsewhere and urge you to refund this minor charge on the principle. I am very disappointed after 5 yrs of service. Margrit Klein

Very rude and disrespectful customer service representative. My husband has an issue and each time he calls he is being given a different explanation by the customer. Along with that the service to his account was not processed as stated and each time to the point where he has to call in and keep asking about the deferment request on his account.

Toyota Burleson Texas put 5w-20 in my Toyota Highlander 2005 where the service manual calls out for 5W-30. I asked why not used the oil as per Toyota Service Manual, they insisted 5W-20 should be used for my SUV. I walked them to my SUV (was ready for pick-up about 10-15 minutes ago) and opened the hook and showed them the 5W-30 on the cap. My remote connect was not working for my new 2019 Toyota Camry. It started once and I had it running for 10 mins before it shut off. One minute after it shutting off I tried to remote start it again (which I have done many times before and worked) and it didnt work.

I kept getting a pop up message that stated I needed to call you guys after multiple attempts. I called the number and followed the prompts to get me to the Remote Connect Department. I attempted to talk to a gal that acted like she was brand new.

Not that any of the Toyota apps were any good in the first place; but one app I did use on a regular basis was the weather app. eu to subscribe to weather". Of course no information as to the reason why so I called the local customer service line.

After 20 mins and speaking to four different people I am duely informed that the licence has more than likely ran out and I would have to pay a subscription for each of the apps that are no longer active. 99 per year!!!

An app that costs nothing on any Smartphone. Maybe I didn't read the small print that these poor apps were only being lent to me for a time period. Toyota, what a way to treat customers in this day and age. The system is useless.

MY husband is 79 years old and has had head and neck cancer and 4 strokes in the last year. He went into the dealership at Payne motors in Harlingen Tx. looking for a SUV. THey took him for a ride,In less than three hours he came home with a VAN and not a SUV. 2020.

They had maxed out our credit cards putting it all $18,000 on them. I guess we are to pay the high rates of interest credit cards charge and now we can not charge anything else on them. WE are senior citizens who need to use our credit cards to live.

HOw are we to live now? They did not even put my name along with my husbands, which all car dealers ask about, You know both names should be on the title. THey only gave him four pieces of paper which you can hardly read and no where does it say paid.

Toyota Prius plus 2019 (also was the same in 2013). I fold the mirrors before parking the car but when I click the remote to open the door, the mirrors unfold EVEN IF THE SWITCH is in the "fold" position.

Then, when I start the car, they fold again but this is too late - this is a "bug" in the programming. I fold the mirror because I park close to the garage wall, and expect them to stay folded till I drive away, but they open when I click the door opener and the right side mirror hits the wall.

Just today I was at my local Toyota dealer for some maintenance on our Rav 4 . While waiting in the waiting room I heard a car start and was soon followed by the very distinct smell of exhaust fumes.

They had started a car on the floor to move it outside, while people of all ages and children were in the room! When I went to a suit and asked if that was a common thing to do? He said we do it all the time and went back to his computer.

The second suit, I asked for a moment in his office to express my displeasure about this practice and was met with the same comments, we do it all the time. Do you REALLY think that is an acceptable practice?

I bought one dealer used car from South Morang Toyota on 30th November. At delivery time Talph and David the sales person assure me within couple of days the registration of this car will be updated in the vicroads system.

After one week when the registration was not updated I meet with them and inform them that the registration of this car is not yet updated on the system. They explain its vicroads fault better you go to vicroads office and solve the issue.

Collected my new Corolla XSE last monday after my wife purchased the Corolla Hybrid last July and was really happy. My Corolla XSE came with 157km delivery and i added 50km in the past week. We live in Victoria, BC so for the winter months normally, wet, cold icy road conditions.

making me very hesitant and nervous about the handling of the car. Having driven my wife Corolla Hybrid over the same road under same conditions her car performed very well and her car is fitted with Yokohama tyres. My Corolla XSE is fitted with Dunlop 5000 Sport tyres which have been described by the dealership parts manager as dry performance tyres.

The Toyota service department in Johnson City TN. is awful. I have purchased and owned 6 Toyota's over the past several years and I have had them serviced in Kingsport, TN. and Corbin KY. I currently own a Toyota Tundra and a 2019 Camry.

My granddaughter has taken the Camry to Johnson City TN Toyota twice and experienced "rip off" both times. This summer she went in for new car service (15,000 miles) and the service department billed her for a front end alignment.

The car was essentially brand new and did not need an alignment!!! The cost was well over $100 and that is with the "free" service that comes with a new Toyota. Just today, she took the car in for service (25,000) but was slightly over and they billed her for almost $100 for a standard oil change!!!

My complaint is regarding a sales representative deliberate lie to make a sale. I wish I understood fully and wasn’t lied to about the life changing decisions I made when purchasing my highlander. The sales representative name is Betty Byers. I came in with about a year and a half left on my lease. I was leasing a camery at the time. I wanted a bigger vehicle, 4 runner. I was not able to get into that yet. A better sales person would have simply said come back after your lease agreement. I am writing to you to recall all 2006 Toyota Corollas. My husband had one of those and it burst into flames after a crash. 100% of his body was burned.

Please recall all of these cars, as I don’t want any other family to be destroyed like us. It is a fault of the car model that it ignited immediately after a crash.

I am a loyal Toyota customer for 17 years and have bought 4 Toyotas Camrys since 2002. Starting on July 1, 2017, I bought my new 2017 Toyota Camry with 4 years of scheduled maintenance from Jerry's Toyota Dealer in Maryland.

I have scheduled maintenance service on 3/3/2019 but I was out of state for more than a year during that time and was unable to come that day. In September 2019, I came back to Maryland and immediately scheduled the maintenance on 9/25/2019.

When I arrived at the dealership they told me that because I missed the scheduled maintenance on 3/3/2019 they cannot provide me the service and voided my scheduled maintenance for the next two years. I imported my car Toyota Corolla luna 2019 from ireland. The licensing authority has advised to change the speedometer to Miles/hr. No toyota dealer offered me any assistance. I am having flaire up of back pain due driving other cars.

My kids are getting taxi for schools daily. The insurance are not offering any quotes as it cannt be registered in uk will dial in km. The customer services Toyota ireland /uk local dealers are not of any help. My 30thousad euro spent on a car I cannt drive. It's really disappointing.

The finance department made me to pay 17 thousand euro in one go as I decided to stay in uk. Is that how a long standing customer is dealt with. Feeling like customer support is playing with me and don't want to offer any support to facilitate any thing.

I just received my 60,000-mile service for my 2017 Tundra with VIN: 5TFUW5F12HX5*****. The service at my surprise was covered under my Service provider insurance? My last 5 Service Managers had me paying cash for each of the services (25,000 miles).

After this last service, I received my truck without the Skid Plate Bolts. As I received service at many locations; Lakeland Toyota, in Lakeland, FL, Miracle Toyota in Haines City, FL and Toyota Butte, in Butte, MT. I am unable to tell you what location failed to return my Skid Plate Bolts to my truck but it was a Toyota Service provider.
