2010 Highlander: left front window came off track. Service Center found two bolts in the car panel that was not installed correctly. Modern Toyota, Boone charged $100! I have purchased Toyotas since 1987 all new ones. Not here. Service Manager could care less.
He initialed process where customer is assigned one person to service our car. Outsourcing staff who answer service phone then have to relate call to this one person. Assinine. Cuts down efficiency and, most of all, service to the customer.
Please encourage Service Manager to modify this process to be user friendly.
