I am writing this letter to your good office today to explain about a bad experience I had at Toys “R” Us Harbor Point Ayala branch on August 27, 2023 at 5:11 p.m. I was buying with my child a Magnetic Drawing board and noticed that the box of the said board wasn’t looking good so I asked if there was a new item because the one that they are giving me is like the one that they were using as a demo for every customer who are buying the same product and has a lot of tape all over the box and actually looks used. I purchased about 70$ worth of items and a minute later found a coupon for $10 in my car. Went back to the store where an employee told me they wouldn’t honor it cause it would mean returning and rebuying the items.

I complained with toys r us online and their response was to go back to the store so they could return everything and process the coupon. I am not wasting travel time back when they could have made this right by even sending a $10 gift card in the mail.

I would recommend shopping at places like Walmart and Amazon where they value customer service and would have honoured the coupon right away instead of complaining and being told to travel back to the store ! Or giving a gift card via mail in that amount

After today I don’t plan on even entering a ToysRus store again simply because they lied to me. My 9 year old daughters birthday is Saturday and because of covid and we didn’t have the space before she is having her first birthday party with her actual friends from school not Grandparents and mom and dad.

So as you can imagine when I ordered a Drone on the 8th of January I was pretty confident I would get it since it said it was in Mississauga at there warehouse and I’m in London about 2 hours away.

I was there in Sunway Pyramid Toys R Us on Monday, 19th Dec 2022, around 3pm. There was a malay lady staff who helped with wrapping service not looking friendly. I was there to wait for my presents to be wrapped and sudden think of I missed out to buy a little present for my son school gift exchange, thus I flashed and simply grab a tiny hot wheel car less than rm10.

Payment made just right after she finished packing my first batch of presents. I requested to wrap together with those presents, but she rejected me, show me unpleasant facial expression and informed that RM2 I paid in my first receipt only entitled for my first batch present wrapping service.

I came in to the whitby Ontario Canada location yesterday with a bag of toys about $300 worth to return or exchange as my child was given them and had doubles or they weren't for his age. I was without a receipt.

I go in and show the worker what I had and she said no returns no nothing without a receipt. So I said not even store credit she said nothing. So I picked my stuff up put it back in bag and left the bigger box with her so I didn't have to carry it around.

I walked threw the store being treated as if I was a thief. I finally had enough being followed around that I decided to leave. I go back to the customer service desk and she said ready to cash out?

I would like to file a complaint on Toys r Us for American dream Mall East Rutherford New Jersey. Yesterday was my daughter's birthday and we were celebrating it at American dream Mall and I decided to go to Toys r Us me and her father to buy her toys.

It was a very first time going to Toys r Us. But when we enter and went upstairs to go shopping we will automatically racial profiled by a employee in the store she followed me and my family all around the store.

She also kept standing automatically directly behind me or my child's father is back and she also follow us in each and every toy aisle. Every toy that we touched she came over and fixed it . She kept walking back and forth in between us while we were shopping and she bumped my arm.

The manager (Asian lady) at this location is very rude to customers, not just me but the way she use her tone of voice to all customers. I had bought a stroller here before and has lost my receipt and was help by an employee to find my receipt and was able to exchange it for another one. But this time I needed to change my gift cause I bought a wrong one, I was help by a employee and everything was going fine until this manager approached me with rude behaviour and unhelpful questions. She told her employee to not help me and not let me exchange my gift. I will not shop here again and my family and friends will not shop here again. This is a kid place with very rude management.

I visited the Baywest Branch in Port Elizabeth on 27 February 2022. i told the cashier that this is not the price on the shelf and it was the last one, he took me to the shelf and called the manager (Carmen Williams), i explained to her that this is the price and

I have been making a complaint about the linkamals sloth. I have bought 2 of these toys have not had any problems with any other linkamals. But the sloth my grand daughter again had her finger caught in the back of the rotating arms.

I called the Baby's R Us located in Clive Iowa. A woman named "Sherri" answered the phone. I had asked her if that store was one of the ones going out of business. She said yes. I asked if they still had cribs.

She said yes, they had two left. I asked her the price, in which she responded I had to go in and look for myself. I asked if she could look for me seems I live in Colfax and didn't want to have to travel all the way to Clive with my two-year-old without knowing whether or not it was worth it for me, and it had just snowed.

Again the woman stated you will just have to come in yourself and then hung the phone up on me. Having worked in customer service myself this was very rude and appalling to me.

I placed an order on 12/5/2017 and paid to expedite the order for a my nephews 5th birthday party. The confirmation email received stated the gift would arrive either on 12/7 or 12/8. It was needed to be there for his party on 12/8.

On 12/9, the package still not delivered. When I tracked the order it stated estimated delivery was 12/12. I contacted customers service, waited almost one hour to get a support person on the phone then I was hung up on without any call back.

I then called customer service and after waiting another 20 minutes I used to option for an support person to call back. This was a complete waste of time. The customer service reps had no answer why the package wasn't delivered or shipped on time and informed me to contact FedEx.

Store in Hhds. Never have good experience with this store. Being in management for 43 years for retail I would clean house in that store. ITS ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was looking for Doc McStuffins Nursery and I called asked if they have any.

It is a 40 mile trip me, they said they had a few on floor. Asked if they would hold one til I get there. I understand after 2 hours put back on shelf I was told manager said NO.

last year I ran down and the item was gone. I know the stores thought that maybe I will buy another item. The items are not on-line. Feel tone was rude and I just WILL NEVER DEAL with a store that the employees have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I sent a toysrus gift card to my grandson. It never got there. I have been trying to get help with getting a replacement since early October 2017. I have been given phone numbers to call, a reference number and a case number but no help.

I was told to email proof of purchase and someone would contact me within 10 days. That was over 2 months ago and I'm still waiting to be contacted. I can't believe that a company that I have done business with exclusively for toys since my children were born, and that's a long time ago, can't find the decency to have someone help me.

I went to buy a Thomas the Train fishery set and the price said $34.99 there were 2 rows of them. When I went to pay they said it was $99.99 I told the guy what the tag said but he told me the price was wrong! Most rude Behavior I have ever experienced in any department store from a store manager who was extremely volatile and rude to my wife. He is the manager, or so he says, and is an ex-marine therefore his Integrity should never be questioned.

Very unorganized and inefficient in serving customers in a timelyear manner. Waited 30 mins to pay off several layaway accounts. And then another lengthy wait in retrieving my lay away. There was things that were missing from my lay away and was told it was placed with other lay aways not belonging to me.

When approaching the manager about this issue, no resolution to the matter and actually was upset that I brought the issue to her attention.

m. to wait in line for the Nintendo NES system along with my cousin who also wanted one. I did not think it was fair to hand out to children under the age of 16, it should have been one ticket per household so by the time the manager got to us there were no tickets.

I was very upset as well as the other customers waiting behind me. 00 later that day to shop for a kids Christmas partfor our social club had I known this I would have taken my business else where and had my help meet me somewhere else.

After I returned the item on my way out I saw an employee at the other end of the return desk who I think was the manager if I can get a plastic bag, she was very mean and

told me that people come in here and ask for a plastic bag and they steal. She assume that I was there to steal. Her response was load and it made other customers looked at me. That was not a nice way to treat a customer.

I live about 45 min away so I had some friends at the Hattiesburg store at 4 am after the store had opened a manager tells them the tickets were given out the night before at 10pm. My complaint is why did this store feel the need to lie?

When I called the night before at 8 pm they couldn't give out tickets yet 2 hours later they do. I have spent tremendous amounts of money at Toys R Us over the years and it saddens me to know that I will never step foot in any of their stores again.

Walmart will have to suffice I'm not mad because I didn't get the toy I'm mad because the store felt the need to lie.

I was checking out at the Colerain, OH location on Saturday November 26th around noon. A younger female was ringing me out and made the remark " Oh, your child must be really spoiled, hopefully this is their first christmas" then proceeded to roll her eyes several times while scanning the toys. I was completely embarrassed.

It's sad you have employees who are supposed to be representing your business and instead she made me feel bad for shopping there. Highly dissatisfied.

I was at the Fairlawn Ohio store today. I was talking to a young lady named Shyanne. This woman who works there named Sierra came into the conversation. She was very rude to this young lady. If this is how your employees treat each other new hires I will not be shopping at your stores again.
