I received an email from toys r us regarding the pokemon event on 10/30/16 from 2pm to 4pm. I took 3 kids and arrived at the Elk Grove Ca location. I arrived one hour early so my kids can part of the first 50 kids to receive a free pokemon figure.

I asked at the front desk about the event and they told me they had started early because they messed up on the hours of event. They had already ran out of the pokemon figures. This made me very upset.

Toys r us didn't even apologize for their mistake or even offer a discount on pokemon items. I'm one very unhappy customer.

we are closing in 10 minutes, we harried up to find some things but we couldn't get all we could have bought because of the guys rushing as to leave, once we paid for only a couple of things I decide to look my watch and still was 5 minutes before 9pm an about 5 guys were line up tourch the door, I said to all of them in a monckingly way, it's still 5 minutes to nine, you should be still working instead of being next to the door ready to leave I think this guys needs to be train in a different way

My wife and daughter visited Toy R Us at Bankstown and wanting to by a bicycle. My daughter selected a bicycle and asked the staff. He told me out of stock, and I told him we are happy to get the floor stock on displayed. He told me it will cost us additional $20 stating to recoup the cost to have someone to setup. I asked where does this indicated that it will cost more. the response was that how it is. Throughout the conversation, he keep picking up calls and getting us waiting from one call after another.

We then ask another staff as at that time, didn't realized he is a store Manager. The staff told me there should not be additional cost. So I asked for the Store Manager and the same person turned up. The attitude was poor; picking up calls while dealing with the customers and told us…

I was shopping at the Toys r Us store in Porter Ranch Ca. The date was September 5, 2016 at 7 pm. I entered the store and was shocked to see the conditions of the entryway. There was an array of debris all over the floor of the entrance. The carts were not stacked up but left all over the area also in disarray. I know customers do not place carts back many times and I am sure the debris was left by the previous Customers but my point is why wasn't the area cleaned up? It looked terrible.

Throughout the store I saw more disarray things not picked up but left in messes all over the many store aisles. Your Website boasts that bike assembly will be done in 24 hours. Bought a bike online to be picked up at Ventura Store. Received call from Ventura Store that they only had a floor model. They cancelled order and I went over to the Thousand Oaks Store.

Bought a bike and requested assembly which was $10 extra. No problem. Receipt stated 24-72 hours for assembly. Again, not a problem. Ordered on Friday and went to pick up the bike the following Tuesday (96 hours) and was told it was still in the box.

Customer service rep said that they would work on it and she would call when it was done. Didn't receive a call. I called at app 11:30 am on Wednesday and it was done and I could pick it up.

Asked about the 24-72 hours and would I get my $10 waived. They try to get it done but tell customers…

Disgusting experiences. Have signed up for rewards program on three occasions and I cannot be found in the system. Each time I registered I was assured that the problem was corrected and I would not have a problem in the future.

Complained to store manager and he could not pursue my latest issue because computers were down. Asked for Corporate phone number to complain about my ongoing issue only to be told by manager that there was no need to do that because complaint would just go back to him.

I left the broken skate board with him and told him to keep it. I had bought a replacement policy on it , but it could not be located because I, again, do not exist in your company.

I've been a regular customer at the Toys R us in Massapequa for many many years and have never dealt with such a nasty store manager.He never smiles, greets or even tries to help me find what i'm looking for.

I have heard him speak horribly and just degrade his employees while on the sales floor in front of customers. The employees at this store are always very helpful and take the time to speak to my son but recently they all look very stressed and as if they don't even want to be there. Don't get me wrong they are still very nice but you can tell the difference since he got to the store. I didn't even know his name, because he never wears his name tag, until recently because I over heard someone call him on the walkie talkie for help because a customer wanted to speak to him.

I ordered a little tykes sand and water table for my daughter's birthday and I've never received it! It's been over 10 days and it was supposed to be shipped to the local toys r us for me to pick up.

When I called to ask if they had it, I was put on hold for a long time and then told they couldn't find it. I was supposed to receive a call when they did find it, but never heard from them again.

I am very angry and disappointed. This table was 60 dollars and a birthday present! The order number was 3664257638. The tous r us was the one in murfreesboro tn. I will try again today to see if they have it, but if they don't answer, I want my money refunded on my card.

On June 20th I placed an order online, order number 3635137148. We have received 2 items but not the toddler bed that I had ordered for my granddaughter. After more than 4 calls dealing with this matter, I had called again only to find out that a shipping label had been created for the bed but it had never been shipped. It was originally scheduled to be delivered by July 1st. The customer service rep this time was very helpful and spoke English. She put in a reorder number 443583176, with an express shipping. Once again no email stating that the bed has been shipped.

I have called numerous time and left numerous complaints to be told I would have a DM contact me within 48 hours and I still have not received any kind of communication.

On May 8, 2016 I took my 3 year old, 6 year old and 12 year old into the Toys R Us at Glen Burnie Towne Center in GLen Burnie, Maryland 21060. On Friday May 20th 2016 my family and me drove to the Toys r us location in Fairview Heights, Illinois. I have a 6 year old son and wanted to purchase a powerwheels for him to have for this summer and hopefully many summers to come.

After viewing your selection, he decided he liked the Baja Dune Buggy. We took the purchase slip to the checkout and was told they only had two left in stock, both were display models. I was ok with that, and to be quite honest, was expecting some sort of discount as is typically custom when having to purchase a display.

Instead I was told that not only was I not going to be given a discount but would actually be charged an additional $25 due to the fact that it was preassembled. I felt that to be unreasonable and decided not to purchase that item.

I ordered a playset off of ToysRUs.com to have shipped to my home. The playset cost $1799.99 plus tax and I also had to pay $299.99 for shipping. I placed the order on 4/23/16. On 4/28/16 it shipped. Since the item was large (approx. 700 lbs) it was to be delivered via a freight company, Estes. The freight company was to contact me to schedule the delivery. On 5/2 I was contacted. I told the freight company that due to the nature of my driveway, I was unable to accommodate a semi-truck and asked if they delivered in a UPS type of truck. They then asked me if I could meet them somewhere to pick up the play set. One, it's 700 lbs and two, I paid 299.99 to have it shipped to MY HOME. Estes said they'd request a smaller truck and scheduled the delivery for 5/4.

I bought my grandbaby the Fisher Price sun cover baby turtle float last summer. when my daughter in law blew it up she said that the seams on it were not fused closed, therefore unable to hold air. They don't live anywhere close ( 2 hour drive) to your store so she couldn't exchange it.

When she tried to go through the web site she got no response. I understand the item I purchased is not a high dollar item but still I believe when you buy something it should be in working order or the issue be resolved somehow.

In this case it has not. My daughter in law just gave up~ well I feel someone should have responded even if it was just to say sorry or we won't/can't help you!!

So frustrated right now. I ordered a dresser from a store location and paid for delivery, after I un-boxed it... It's damaged. I called the Toys R Us 1-800 customer service number and was told since it wasn't online I had to deal with the store but the district manager would call me in 24 hrs. (That was Friday... Still no call).

I've called the store (Columbia MD) directly 50 times in the last hour and every single time they hang up on me. I'm so upset right now and have a baby dresser that is useless.

16 my family went to with th goal of purchasing a birthday gift for our daughter at the Toys R US in Brooklyn, NY at the 2875 Flatbush Ave location. The ticket was provided to the cashier who then called in the bike item# 95299, the individual searched for item and said he couldn't locate item.

This individual repeated the incorrect item# to the cashier several times and the cashier had to correct him. It was evident that she wasn't happy with the wor ethic of this individual. We informed the cashier the bike in question had to be available because there were several tickets with the display.

The Manager was then asked to go to the inventory room to verify if the bike was actually available. The Manager was able to locate the bike. Unfortunately we continued to wait for more than 45…

00 Rewards card to be used by 2/26/16 after spending a FORTUNE at Christmas time for our grandkids. 99. We took it back to the store because my grandson wanted a Lego set. 99. Basically I was given a reward (from your rewards club) and then it was taken away from me.

It should NOT matter what we used that reward on (I was told you could only use the reward once). Your reward program stinks and I'll take my business elsewhere! And I returned the first item for the second on 2/14 still within the reward cards timeframe to use it.

I go in to Toys R Us EVERY sat...now for the past Saturdays in your clearance section..you have 31 " tall star wars and the rock figures for $3.90 each. I have my baby registry through your store located in Kanata Ontario, Canada. The process itself is simple, though your kiosks don't print. I've gone on several occasions and it's always out of service, or just not working. This causes concern as my guests who will be attending my shower which is about 30 people will not be able to rely on the items that should be easily accessible. My next area of concern is that at the cash once things are bought some items didn't actually come off the registry even though the registry number was provided which would just results in me having to go back and a trip for nothing. On a regular day this is highly inconvenient and while being pregnant and about to deliver this is highly inappropriate.

Called the Johnson City, Tn store looking for an item the employee stated she would put me on hold and go look. 20 minutes later when I walked into store still on hold was told they didn't have item and nobody took my call even though the manager on duty, Nick or Nate seen my phone and took me off hold.

On January 1, 2016 around 3:30 pm. My son had a toy in his hand that he decided he didn't want and he placed it next to a worker that was in the game aisle as he couldn't remember where he got it from.

I placed an order on 12-13-15. Tracking showed that it shipped on 12-18-15. I called customer service on 12-28 because tracking was showing nothing was happening. The customer service dept was the worst, rudest encounter I have ever experienced. On December 7th 2015 I paid out a layaway for my sons main Christmas item from Santa a Dareway Revolution. I was told that it would have to be delivered to the store in 5-7 days and I would get a call when it was ready to be picked up.

I deposited money into my account (cash) about 11:45 Sat evening. I then went to work and went online to take advantage of the shipping that they guaranteed by Christmas eve because I had expedited the purchase. I ordered two Emsco Infant Toboggan sleds but only one was delivered last week. According to Toysrus two were shipped but Fedex only showed one was shipped, which we did receive. I am staying in Kempton park, went to Toys r us in East Rand Mall to exchange the YOU AND ME NUSERY SET (which I received as a gift for my twin girls birthday party. The parts were incomplete. so I bought toys that are Mine craft but because it said Terrrari on it I was told it was Mine craft only. This is a mine craft play set and fill the 40% should of been honored but because "Mine craft" was not on it -it was a different brand.

There were signs all around these items that I purchased and this is one reason I quite shopping at Toys R us because of the misleading signs. I spent over 200 dollars on this and I am considering returning the items.

My wife purchased online 2 of the dare way revolutions and they were paid for and we received order confirmations. We received 1 of them a week ago and still have received the other. So after waiting on hold for 2 hours we spoke to someone and they told us that our item wasn't in stock and apologized!

Well this was a Christmas gift for our daughters and now we only have one.... This is a terrible business and we will not ever make another purchase to the crumbling store that Toysrus ever again and I will also let everyone I see know my thoughts on the store.

On December 5 I ordered 9 items. As of December 16 I have received 3 one of which was damaged. I have received 2 emails saying items have shipped and get another email 2 days later the item is canceled due to out of stock.

I now just got an email that the balance of 4 items will not be available in time for Christmas when 2 days ago I received an email saying it shipped! Now a week before Christmas I have to go shopping for my nieces and nephews.

Reference: 151216008376 I put in an order for two toys for my grandchildren for Christmas. I am in Maryland and they are in Colorado Springs. I put the shipping address for the toys as Colorado Springs, Co but the end receipt ended with my home address.

I did not know the shipping address had been changed to my home address until then. I received the receipt in email and went and called customer service which after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone and non one came on even after 45 minutes - I went back online and had the chat line person (Cynthia D) help me.

She said the order would be canceled and gave me the reference number for this complaint. It is very time consuming and irritating. Just wanted you to know. Thank you.

I recently visited your Warrington store, I spent quite a bit off money on my children's Xmas present, I had a problem with my first card so had to pay a second time, the women reassured me that the first payment has not gone through but the second payment, so as you can imagine I was rather upset when I when I went to another shop to our purchase something else and there was no money in my account because you had took both payments, Which equals to £679.

I ordered a lamp (The Peanut Shell Mila Lamp with Shade), it arrived damaged. According to the Packing List, I could return the lamp to any store with no Hassle. I tried returning it to the store #8804 in Montgomery, AL, they would not take.

She said that she would charge me if I returned it from the store. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes for a Toys R Us customer service representative. Finally hung up. I would like to replace the lamp . .

but I don't feel like I should have to pay for the return when it came to me damaged. All I am trying to do is get a replacement lamp. BUT I can tell you, that I won't buy another thing from you.

After purchasing an item, I realized that it was the incorrect type. When I went to return the item less than 24 hours after purchasing it. I was told by your store manager that they could accept my return, because my name was flag by a company named The Retail Equation.

I ordered 2 headphone that were on sale for 50% off in November. 96 outstanding balance on the postage. I sent the package back. I called ToysRUs on 12/5 and was on hold for 48 minutes before i spoke to a women in GA.

She advised that she would send out a new order. A week went by no package, no email. called again on 12/13 was on hold for 47 mins and spoke to a man (india) who told me they would have to refund me because they are out of stock (i looked online and was in stock).

I requested to supervisor and they hung up on me. Called store in Redlands and Murrieta and was on hold 10 mins couldnt speak to anyone!! HELP

Placed 2 orders on Dec. 8. Order # 3345087968. Checked on tracking; item 66734556 stated it shipped with a tracking # which then led to no information. m. and waited for 55 min. Spoke with rep (Rose) who then tried to track with no luck, said she'd track and email me in a couple of days - I then asked for supervisor and was put on hold anther 15 min.

only for Rose to return and said the best she could do was send me an email in 3 - 5 days with status. I then called Corporate Hdq. with absolutely no luck!!! What kind of business is this anyway.

If I do not hear back from you within 24 hours, I will contact Better Business Bureau. My cell number is 434 390-3814, home 434-983-1427.

I had 2 Smart Toys in lay-a-away. It was time to pick both of these up on December 10, 2015 upon stopping at the customer service desk waiting in line only to find out I had to go to the electronics department where the young man took my money and

than tells me to go over to some chairs and table to wait. Why couldn't I wait where I paid??? Anyway a different guy comes with a box, which had both toys in it. I asked why he couldn't leave the toys in the box he states "it's company policy to keep the box" what's with that.

He wouldn't even give me a bag. 20 cents. Again what's with that I spent $200 dollars and your people couldn't give me a bag or a box without charging me. Even the manager says Its company policy. This is crap.

I ordered items on November 27 I got some ok deals but the items I got good deals on were located in stock 1 of them was supposedly shipped but than toys r us cancels the order even though the items are still available online to purchase claiming there out of stock. They even raised the prices of these items tremendously.

Was it that I got a good deal that my order was canceled. All the stuff I paid full price for was shipped. People who ordered after I did (the same items) received them but they spent more on the items. This is crazy.

Why are these items still able to be purchased with a 5 maximum order if you couldn't fulfill my order which was paid for. Why was money taken out of my account if the items weren't shipped? I would like to speak with toys r us and find out what's going on…

I placed 2 orders on Cyber Monday. 1 order in the morning and one in the evening. The order I placed that evening was received by the end of that week. The order I placed in the morning never arrived.

Every time I checked order status is said "order located in warehouse". I did an online chat on 12/7 session id 22170947563 in regards to my order #3284342837 to be told that the order was still being reviewed at warehouse.

This seemed not normal to me, he further stated he could open a case to check what happen and that might take 3-5 business days. I received the wrong product. When calling I was waiting a hour and still nothing two days in a row. Lady at store was ride so trying again today. On my other package it's been a week and hasn't shipped.

Will never shop there again.
