I am writing this letter to your good office today to explain about a bad experience I had at Toys “R” Us Harbor Point Ayala branch on August 27, 2023 at 5:11 p.m. I was buying with my child a Magnetic Drawing board and noticed that the box of the said board wasn’t looking good so I asked if there was a new item because the one that they are giving me is like the one that they were using as a demo for every customer who are buying the same product and has a lot of tape all over the box and actually looks used. The customer service agent Ms. Jaime, who is attending to us, told me that they can replace the box and just will be shifting the items from the previous one as it is still new and I settled for…
