I have called 5 times to talk to someone at TracFone and non of them could help me get it transferred over to my new Sims card. I keep asking for them to put me threw to there supervisor and they won't now they want me to spend over $10 again for another Sims card cause one of them already said they had it all transferred over to my new Sims card and

Overall, I had been content with TracFone. Although recently, I was 15 minutes late to pay my monthly bill. My phone was completely closed off from calls after adding service days, minutes, texts, and data.

I wasn't aware my phone had been deactivated by them. When my husband informed me that he had called me only to find I had no missed call notifications, I called him.

Without informing me of what was happening, aTracfone AI voice came on the phone to inform me that my service was inactive but trying to connect. It finally figured out the problem. Then the next day, I tried to access my account on the TracFone app. It seems my sim card was deactivated and not valid. I am furious. I will now be forced to buy and install a new sim card. I feel this was unnecessary.

I have contacted TracFone 212 times in the last 25 days I have been hung up on at least 100 of those times they have not successfully added my data I have called repetitively I've paid them $140 they will not accept the fact that I have been accepted to the ACP they are not helping one bit whatsoever customer service is absolutely ridiculous how can you hang up on your customer over 100 times without helping them and just continue to tell them they've consumed their data when they've never successfully received it

started my phone service transfer from verizon to tracfone september 15...in the last 7 days, 26 phone calls later and approx 15 hours of phone time still no resolution..all calls dropped after about 15 minutes and 14 promises of a call back happened 0 times...unable to get my credit card info out of the system without my phone which you people disabled..i am left with no choice but to report this fraud to the credit card company..will also tell my experience to the better business bureau..thanks for nothing

The agent was rude. Put me on hold several times and said my credit cards were declined (which they werent). Ultimately after being put on hold for long waits several times he told me to go out and but a tracking card to but the data. Totally unacceptable service.

Claimed his name was Christopher and said there are no supervisors when asked for his. Seems there is no consequent for poor customer service in thos company.

I was trying to activate my wife’s SIM card that’s through Straight Talk Wireless. I bought my SIM card activation kit at Walmart for $37.68 all together. It came with two SIM cards and an activation PIN number that’s worth $35 dollars. I called in the first time at 5:18pm CST and got hung up on while on hold. Then I called in at 5:27pm CST and the lady on the phone yelled at me for using SIM card B that is apparently for AT&T and I was suppose to use Sim Card A. We got into it and then she hung up on me. Then after that I spoke to 9 other representatives on the phone and they all hung up midway through when trying to activate my wife’s phone. I was told conflicting information the entire time. When I purchased a new tracfone in the recent past, rather than returning the old one with a broken cover which would have been free, I was informed that the minutes I already had would be transferred without losing any of them. I spoke with multiple reps who said the same thing and after repeated calls of 45 to 75 minutes each time I was informed all my again newly purchased "minutes for set up" were all used up.

The minutes in reserve had never been transferred as promised on any and every previous extended call were never transferred even though I did my part to get in touch numerous times. SInce these calls are recorded for QA purposes, they should have been reviewed by supervisors or other responsible person/s to address this customer service oversight.

I bought a Tracfone in June 2023 for my trip to Mexico so that I could call back home to the United States. I asked the sales representative at the store if I would be able to call from Mexico to the US and the salesman told me yes.

When I got to Mexico, I tried to make a call and it was unsuccessful. I called Tracfone customer service where I was informed that I need to buy an additional international plan in order to make phone calls from Mexico.

I agreed and bought the additional plan, and much to my dismay, the phone still did not work. At my earliest opportunity I called Tracfone to attempt to get a refund. Today (September 2, 2023) I reached out to a virtual Tracfone representative and explained my situation.

Tracfone has continuously and repeatedly interrupted my service for no reason. When I try to contact them to resolve the issue I am on the phone with representatives that send me through a frustrating journey with no resolve or short-lived.

My service may continue for a day or two or even a month and then the same thing happens again. I then have to contact these IDIOTS again and go through the same HELL. I have tried to find out why this is continuing to happen and I get NO answer.

I have tried to port out an art landline to my wives tracfone since 7/29/23 today I talked at least 5 times with different agents,and at least two disconnected calls. We purchased time, text and service from someone on eBay well TracFone inactivated my phone which I only used for emergencies and on line things never call or text. Well my account was compromised also by them so I don’t have enough security to give them.

They said eBay screwed them and I owed them so I sent a cashier check 4 weeks later they haven’t cashed and refuse to activate my phone. They are scammers I’ve had a TracFone acct for 9 years and they pull this on me…I have spent 1 day 3 hrs on the phone others days several hours just being transferred and explaining over and over and over the problem.

I called on July 31, 2023 to discontinue my service for my husband's number, 360-269-0148. At that time, I also requested a refund for the money paid through December 2023. I was told that first, my number would be disconnected and then I would be transferred to the refund department to request a refund.

When I was transferred to the refund department, I was told I could not have a refund because I had already disconnected my phone. Tried 5 days to 5 different people and all 5 people said for sure someone will call back in 20-30 min. No call back and still have problem . Can't send messages or photo. Need email change to new email address so we can get on to change password and fine out our min. Text and data.

I joined, because it is linked to good service providers!! But after many issues with customer service, I decided to go to another provider!! After I canceled my account with TracFone, I started getting bombarded with multiple texts, all at once, non stop!!

I tried texting stop, many times, but because the spam texts were coming constantly, I ended up removing sim card and shutting down phone!! I transfered my number to the new provider, and when I tried to switch the phone, I ran into even more problems!!

Stay as far away from this ghetto phone company as possible. Not only is the service questionable depending on where you might live/travel, but customer service for this company is non-existent. In the event of any issues (and there WILL be issues), you will be transferred to a call center in southeast Asia where you will be greeted by some very nice, well-meaning people, who have no ability to help you in any real way. Signing up for service with TracFone is equivalent to flushing money down a toilet.

I recently bough a Samsung A53 5g phone from Tracfone (I have 3 months prepaid service to go). When I conect the phone to my car, the speech is robotic when making hands free calls. I have never had this problem with a cellpnone conneting to that car.

I have spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work. My research indicated that ot was a phone glitch, not a car problem. I have spent 2 hours on the computer and on the phone with Tracfone Customer Service.

The rep finally said after checking, yes, my phone was incompatible with the Honda. I asked for an exchange or refund. ( I bought the phone June 1; it arrived June 10th; I called them June 6. I was told No Exchange, No refund as it was over 30 days.

I ordered a new phone from trac phone. Received the phone and tried to activate it online. It kept giving me error messages. I called trac phone and spent over an hour on the phone each night for a week trying to activate phone.

I ended up finally asking to speak to a manager. She worked on it and I said I wanted a refund. She said she couldn't do that but could send a new phone. She said she was sending an email to me regarding this and then hung up.

Since Tracfone switched from att to it’s new provider service has been terrible. 50% of the time I have no service whatsoever and I live in metropolitan Los Angeles country. It is just as bad when I travel.

Also they just stopped letting me use my iPhone as a mobile hotspot for my iPad. I have been a Tracfone customer for many years and have amassed a ton of carryover minutes, texts and data but Trafone now says if I want to use my phone as a mobile hotspot then

I have to change plans and I would lose all my calls, texts and data. Still the biggest issue is not being able to make phone calls 50% of the time.

Agent cannot help and sayi there is no supervisor. CHAT guitar on me once for typing slow. I'm a 100% disabled Vet, and I asked them to be patient. "I can see them typing, they can see me typing The second time on chat 3 different time they were going to guitar and me asking if they would be patient.

When I called, the first agent hung up on me and the last agent said she could not help me and actually said there was NO supervisor, when I could hear a lot of people in the background and no supervisor.

I lost my Tracfone and purchased a new one by calling customer service 1-8008677183. The phone arrived, and I tried to keep the same number 321-301 9813. That number has been on automatic charge to my checking account for months, which shows on my Master Charge account.

I have been in contact with customer service , and my daughter has also. We are getting nowhere. It seems strange that Tracphone can find a way to continue to charge the account but not find a way to transfer the account.

My boyfriend's phone was held hostage by Straight Talk and was not unlocked for almost a week after I was told that it would be unlocked in under 48 hours. I initially requested the unlock online at the same time I transferred the number which was days prior to my call to Straight Talk on 4/7/23.

All I know is that by Tuesday afternoon, we had waited long enough and the representative at Spectrum confirmed that the phone was not unlocked. 08 since your company failed to do what it said it would do.

Purchased (from you) a Samsung A23 and a year contract. I am a senior citizen with no smart phone knowledge. For the past 3 months I have been praticing using the phone. So there is a very limited call record, and maybe 2 text.

I have a TF and had bought my Husband one. His is an lge lgl 55dl and when he bought a new one, he had to change his phone # in order to access his phone. Of course his minutes did not transfer and yet we are owed these minutes. The service period ends 12/28/2026. Talk, Text, and Data is1292108304.89. Phone old 828 384 4298 new phone 828 329 2503. I would expect you to send these minutes to his new device that is Alcatel TCL 4X 5G. We spent days just trying to keep his old phone # and after many hours a person told us to change the number. I bought a new Iphone from you and in the process had to add a plan. I chose the 30 day plan as I had plenty of airtime still on my old phone. Now they rell me that I forfited my old airtime when I bought the new phone, my minutes and date didn't carry over.

In late February I discovered my current Tracfone had a programme problem and after talking with Customer Service they agreed to provide me with a new phone. (Ticket# 1273084101). On March 6 I packaged the phone and charger and deposited them in a padded envelope with the correct return label printed by UPS.

I have been with Tracfone for 15+ years. I attempted to make a phone call last week and found that I could not complete tlhe phone call because all my minutes had been deleted by Tracfone. When I contacted Tracfone for assistance (multiple times) each representative stated they "were sorry" but could do nothing for me.

The representatives all say that Tracfone would not delete minutes (even though they did). Many representatives simply hang up on you when they are tired of talking with you or transfer you to another person or another section (over and over).

I have bought a TracFone online at Target. Com because the phone I wanted was out of stock in the store. When I went to activate the phone I was told it wasn't scanned out properly, So I either have to take it back to the store and have them Scan it.

Called per website to have phone unlocked. Didn't want to file the form online so I called. Agent tried to file form. I said that's why I called so you can give it to me he again kept trying get info to do form.

I stated I didn't have email till got phone unlocked and working today. He said well then can't do it. I ask for supervisor 6xs or more he said nope can't get you one and hung up the call. Can't believe the complaints and still this company is up and going.

Trest your customer better then this and train your employees that if a customer needs another rep then they should brifind then with one . Happy goes along way.

Four times I have attempted to reactivate a tracfone. I purchased a new SIM card. I purchased a new minutes plan. I spent many hours explaining that all I needed was a reactivating with a new number. Could they understand ?

Friday 17 of March tried to get a tracfone phone number changed to a new tracfone was on line with customer service for about 5 hours on Friday never got it working , Saturday spent about 4 hours with customer service never did get it working. when you tried to place a call it says turn airplane mode off it has always been off but says it is on .

Contacted customer service today trying to get may old phone reactived nobody knows how to do it. Have a lot of data, minutes, and text on old phone, asked to speak to a supervisor they say I can't do that.

Very hard to condense 5 hours of misinformation and outright lies in 100 words. I called customer service for tracfone. After 1 hr of trial rep said phone needed to update info she input and she would call me back in 30 minutes. Never did.

A few months ago spoke to a male service rep who said the same thing 30 minutes and would call back. Never did. At that time a second rep the next day resolved issue easily and was very helpful. She told me maybe the data on my acct was low.

I checked in the am and it was low but fine. I added $146 to acct. I couldn't access it any longer to see previous balance. Miracle after issue was MAYBE resolve it showed up again. No need for refill as she stated.

I called back when still not wkg. Asked for Manager. PUt me on hold 2xs and the same person came…

These customer services folks are a joke. Very dumb. I asked questions and they kept repeating the same crap over and over. Then shifted the conversation so that they could end the call.

Second call, another "<<<<<" try to tell me she was a supervisor after she answered the question that if I transfer you, they will tellyou the same thing. All these folks for cheap labor out of the country, gives the worst customer service.

This woman refused to transfer me, and told me to call back after she "LIED' ABOUT BEING A SUPERVISOR. WELL, I WILL NOT BE RENEWING MY CELL SERVICE WITH THEM, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, BETTER YET IT THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT IS A CIRCUS. LIARS!!!!
