I have requested a phone replacement and TWICE have been given a ticket number and once given a shipping label (that I was later told was not valid) and I have STILL not received a phone replacement and I'm paying a monthly bill on a phone that's not even working. PLEASE HELP!

Frustrated with my “android” phone, I went to the Tracfone website to inquire about an iPhone. I saw a iPhone SE (refurbished) for a really good price, but upon speaking with customer service, they had zero stock. I asked whether I could purchase this phone at Amazon, and then they said that would be okay.

After browsing the Amazon site I found the iPhone SE (64gb) model with the seller’s endorsement that it was “unlocked” and “Tracfone” compatible. I purchased the phone from Amazon. After the iphone arrived, I removed the nano-sim card from my android phone and installed it in the iphone; per Tracfone’s suggestion prior to the iPhones purchase.

I contacted Tracfone and they now insisted that “another” nano-sim card must be purchased, as the nano-sim cards have to be unique. I ordered…

I use a pay-as-you-go service with Tracfone. I use my phone very little. When I do need to use it, I usually buy a 30 day plan using my debit card to reactivate the phone service. (The phone number is 903-495-5232). Twice in the last 3 months, Tracfone has deactivated my phone in 14 days and 8 days, respectively. So, I am paid for 2 thirty day plans within 14 days or less in order to use my phone.

I was unable to print my bank statements at this time, but do have a record of being charged in the manner described above. I feel as though I have been scammed.

When I received my phone from you all, it was not operable. Your techs decided it was defective . I had to send it back. I asked for a return label 2 times from you. Bought a new Moto g from Tracphone. When I activated it I kept my old number. Now both the old and new phone have no internet connection. I can't make or receive calls and my mobile phone is my primary phone.

Charged my elderly parents twice for the same amount over the period of 13 months, and when confronted with it forced us to endure 8 HOURS of customer service arguments with rude, evasive foreign-based representative, and still refused after an FCC complaint was filed to refund the crammed unauthorized charges on my parents' account.

They insisted that 7 of the 13 months were over 180 days and "by process" needed to be sent in the form of a check, clearly just to delay the refund. They had random people calling me from the "corporate office" - clearly a call center of equally inept representatives - even going so far as to call on a Saturday morning when no corporate office is even open.

We will never do business with Tracfone again, and plan to shut off both of my parents' lines after…

Ordered a reconditioned iPhone SE and 1 yr payment plan from Tracfone. Order went through with order number. I paid add’l for overnight shipping. Was told on the confirmation email to wait 3-5 business days for shipping. It’s been two weeks. I’ve called several times.

On February 8 2023 I was told if I sent my defective phone I would be get a replacement in 7 to 10 business days. It has been 17 days and spoke to 8 different agents. They keep telling me 3 business days.

Placed an order on 2/16/23 and never received a confirmation email. A charge showed up on my credit card but no information on the order status. Called customer service 3 time and was told they initially lost the order but found and would process it in 48 hours and send an email confirmation on shipping.

Never received the confirmation and was told it would be another 72 hours. Tried to cancel the order but was told there was no option to cancel an order once it is in process. The customer service manager said to wait for delivery and return it.

They could not give a tracking number so I asked for her manager and was told there was no one else above her that I could contact. This organization is absolutely terrible and do not deserve any business. Will write a letter to the CEO if I can…

00 plan. It is now February 22 and my plan was not changed. 00 plan was deducted from my checking account. This also happened to my son.

Also for TWO day's I could not use my phone because when I tried making a call I got a recording saying I was being connected to Straight Talk. I don't have straight talk. Called Customer service several times to no avail.

Customer service was no help and you were lucky if you could understand them. Only on the third day did I get someone that could fix the problem. I live in the country and it is the only phone I have and I'm lucky I didn't have an emergency.

As soon as I can I will be going to another carrier.

My son bought a phone and wants it to be unlocked so he can get on my AT&T plan. I was told by Kristina employee number 517352 that we could pay $40 to unlock it. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she told me that she could not do that and when I asked again she said that the company does not allow for customers to speak to supervisors.

That is ridiculous that tracfone would extort money from me to get a phone unlocked. That is terrible customer service and absolutely no help from your customer service agents.

My phone stopped making and receiving calls. The data works but all calls are routed to Tracfone support. When you connect to an agent, they are polite but are perfectly incompetent. I called over 8 times in 2 days and even a did 2 online chats and they all have the same remdy; dial *73 and reboot the phone.

It doesn't work - hence the multiple calls to the so-called customer service. When they realize they cannot fix the problem, they hung up on me. There are no supervisors although they let you hold forever and eventually hang up the call unresolved. The service is dreadful!

I've been on the phone with 10 different customer service reps for over 12 hours trying to resolve an issue with my ACP plan and it's still NOT resolved. I purchased a 1-year 2500 minutes plan but before my minutes ran out I applied for an ACP plan and was accepted.

When looking at my Tracfone account information it showed 2 plans on my account the purchased plan and the ACP plan, When the minutes on my 2500 minutes plan ran out my phone stopped making or receiving calls. After five week attempting to get my wife's service to make and receive calls I have decided to change service providers. Crazy, the phone would receive and and send text, receive calls out of state but local calls were out of the question.

I wasted several hours off and on for 5 weeks with people who promised to call back and sometimes did that spoke with heavy accents using American names. I went so far as to purchase a new phone to solve the problem but they required me to buy a new sim chip even though it was their problem that caused me to try another phone.

I can't reclaim the time spent on this debacle but it did force me to locate a new company, Tello. So far Tello's serve has performed well and this compliant will help others avoid losing time.

Got a tracfone and within a week sent it back to QVC. I went back to AT&T after one week. Tracfone will not send back my number. I changed my number and called them to disconnect my old number. They said I have to prove who I am.

She wouldn’t transfer my call to her supervisor so I could register a complaint so I’m forced to enter it here. Other issues are too lengthy to type here. I have been a TracFone customer for over 15 years, and never had a problem until recently. My tracfone quit working for calls or texts. I called customer support and was told that my phone number which I had for around 10 years was not a TracFone number.

Then I came to find out that TracFone had changed over to Verizon and still can't figure out why they never contacted me about it because I get emails from TracFone all the time. After several complaints they issued me a new number and said I needed to buy a Verizon sim card to activate the phone with a new number.

Well my phone went out Thanksgiving day. I called to see about a replacement phone beings that Mine was only 6months old. After weeks of calling I called Samsung and they told total wireless they were responsible for replacing my phone.

I have been a Tracfone customer for four years. The service is very good and reliable. Their customer support is not good if you have a problem. 5 Gb of data. While activating the new phone all my roll over information was deleted. Took about one hr.

on the phone to get my roll over minutes, text and data restored. When the activation was complete, I had an additional one year added to my service, but did not get the added minutes, text and data. I have tried three times by phone to get them. NO LUCK.

Phone no longer compatible as towers upgraded. Please send new compatible phone as promised on your customer service line. They are unable to send me a text as I do not have text service on the phone I currently have and it now says no cell service.

This is the worst technical support I have ever encountered. I worked off and on with them for 7 hours yesterday. Each rep that called me back repeated the exact same things, following a script, not using common sense. There is no record of my calls or the “technical” support provided to resolve a no service issue.

Today, I called stating that I would not repeat the same things that I did yesterday and wanted to be escalated to a higher level of technical support. After 20 minutes of hearing the rep say, “I understand I promise to take care of you”, etc, he finally heard what I was saying and transferred me to a “higher level”. Higher level is “corporate”.

Tracfone has the worst service and customer service. My phone hasn't been working for weeks. Every time I call, they walk me through useless steps. The last time they told me that there was not service in my area, but my husband, who also has a Tracfone, was able to make a call from the same room.

I spent hours on the phone with them and the issue was never resolved. This is not the first issue I have had with them. About 6 months or so ago, someone else's name shows up when I make phone calls.

They could not resolve that issue either. There may be a communication difference, I am not sure. It is difficult to understand them most times unfortunately.

after two days calling, and speaking to 12 agents in three different departments, no one off sure was able to help me with my problem. My iPhone 11 was turned off for not having the proper Sim card installed when my phone has been working for two years and all of a sudden stopped working.

I was told to go to Walmart and purchase toque time cards and call back to have the time cards added to my phone. I went to Walmart, but they did not have the cards I was told to purchase so I called Tracfone back and asked to speak to business assurance department and they instructed me what codes to purchase.

I qualified for their Lifeline/ACP program by following prompts on a text I received from Tracfone. D. # as validation. I was then shown plans that I qualified for, and I chose one, but it said to contact Customer Service to verify, so I did, on 1/11/23.

I was told that everything was set and ready for the transition the following day. I had phone troubles after that and found out that not only was I given a different plan, but I was cheated out of the 4 GB of data that plan was supposed to supply.

I called to order the same service I have been getting (unlimited talk and text) the same as the month before for $15 I specifically asked for the unlimited talk and text. He talked like he new what I was saying and then instead gave me the 500 min talk and unlimited text for the same price.

I was cut off the next day. they said there was nothing they could do? I have had problems with my service but never anything like this. I have a special needs child and need a service like that. I also understand that you record your phone calls for quality insurance but can't pull the record of my call when I specifically asked for unlimited talk and text and he gave me something else.?

i have a tracfone (206) 349 -1999 which was deactivated today. i called to find out why.

i was told that the phone was restricted because i made a purchase of a phone card of over a hundred dollars on a visa card in december and that there apparently was a dispute and that tracfone refunded my money. i was told the only way my phone could be reactivated is if i pay for the minutes i used on the card that i purchased.

CC toI have five years of complaints. It's almost as if the people (tech "support") aren't even real people. It's as if they are programmed robots. The do NOT listen to exact complaints; they hear key words, then find a response to match and offer that.

They always ask the SAME questions repeatedly when it has already been addressed. But this LAST experience was the straw broke the camel's back. Support is so abysmal, I decided to attempt to switch to Consumer Cellular, with STELLAR customer support.

My TracFone stopped working because you changed networks. They said they would send me a new phone but when I tried to order one they have to have 2 phone numbers that I called in the last 60 days. I have not called anyone in the last 60 days so they won't send me a new phone.

I'm a long time customer and have over 2000 minutes owed to me and I just purchased a new 60 minute card. I'm a retired senior and can't afford to buy a new phone. I only have a land line at home that does not text.

I use the Tracfone when I go out incase of an emergency. I live in the country and with out a phone I'm unable to call 911. MY tracfone number is 5852972645 and my land line number is 5855357977. By cutting off my phone and not sending me a new one your putting my life in danger.
