This experience at the Coral Gables Trader Joe's was upsetting. Despite my dissatisfaction with the product, the" Mate" , Marcia, not only refused a refund but also accused me of tampering with it by adding water. To then deny the return of the item itself without a refund feels unreasonable.
Given this and past issues with Marcia, I believe a refund is warranted, especially since the accusation of altering the product seems unfounded.

ee I am a 58 year old woman. I in the La Quinta store on Feb 3rd at 1:15 pm. An employee, Scott Lee, approached me while I was shopping in the meat department. Scott confronted me and asked me if my well behaved 10lb cavalier in his travel seat was a service dog and I replied yes.
Scott was agitated and got in my face and told me to get my dog out of his seat. I was picking out hamburgers I was going to take out my dog after I chose my meat. It hadn’t even been 30 seconds and Scott again aggressively came up to me and put both his hands on my cart and yelled at me to get my dog out.

Trader joe's and the security company Sentinel who renders services to the company employees Subpar individuals with poor communicative skills and work ethics. Upon shopping I came across the Security personnel who is clearly not in alignment with upholding the standards of the brand as well personnel core competencies to highlight the cachet of the business. I’m a regular customer at the Kildaire rd location in NC. This is my go to place and I probably spend between $500-$700 a month. There are always things that either go bad too soon or not liked by my kids.
According to your policy I should be able to return items with no questions asked.

I have been coming to this store for years since the day of its opening, and have always had nothing but pleasant encounters with the store’s employees.

First of all, when I approached the register, I said “how are you” and he didn’t even respond or say hello. I got a coffee cups for my keurig coffee maker. And when I brewed it coffee has exploded and I spent hours to clean my coffee maker. I’m super disappointed. On package shows that it’s working with keurig coffee maker but really it’s doesn’t.

On May 7,2023, I did my usual shopping at Trader Joes in Ardmore; I enter a line for check out. the associate S. Zachary was the cashier; as He was ringing up my items and proceed to bag the items.
I see he was throwing my items and yogurt in the bag. which one yogurt fell on the floor and I asked if it was damaged. He stated no and I asked could you be more careful in bagging my items; He then replied I could bag them myself and do not get back in his line in the future.
I then stated you are being an a@@hole. He then called me a Fucker. With that being said I left and and call the store explaining the incident. They stated they would speak with him. The individual do not need to be working with the public ever.

Hi. I drive over an hour to shop at TJ’s. I have been a customer for 33 years. I worked there for a short time just before covid. Customer service has always been excellent. Today, along with everything else, i got cheese to nibble on for the long drive home.
I opened it in the car snd discovered it was bad. Either spoiled or poor product, i dont know. But, glad i was still there and not all the way home, i ran in to return it.
However, no more customer service counter returns. They sent me back to the 20 minute long lines which i had just gotten through a moment before. No way was i going to do that again. The manager just shrugged, helpless and unhelpful. Cheese/money went into trash.
TJs is getting worse. Not just since Covid - this has been going on since Aldis purchase. Product quality, catering to junk food addicts (unhealthy foods section is growing), losing contracts with some of the best foods (Valrhona chocolate), putting low pricing over good quality.

Looooong time shopper first time complainer! Stopped at Trader Joe’s in Bloomington Minnesota at 5:04 PM when Adrian told me the store was closed. The store closed at 5pm for the holiday. I had an interview with Mike on another day about hiring and told me to see the captain, Sha Ron at Trader Joe's #632 171 E Swendesford Rd, Wayne, Pa. Dallas County is now in the red alert stage due to a surge in Covid cases. , Clay Jenkins, recently put out the ruling that all retail businesses are required to have their employees wear masks, and that all customers should be masked whether or not they have been vac.
There was no sign at the entrance to that effect. At least 1/4 of the customers were not masked, and the cashier that checked me out had her mask pulled below her chin. I know this is a difficult position for a business but I think you should make more effort to comply.
