I am writing to complain about Travelocity's poor chat services. I got faulty information from the chat bot about an existing hotel reservation, which prompted me to cancel the reservation, since it was NOT what I thought I had reserved. I canceled the reservation and made reservations at another place, only to realize that I was being charged for the cancellation.
In addition the chatbot also gave me false information about other hotels.
If you are going to use chatbots, the information MUST be accurate, not totally wrong and misleading. I will NEVER use travelocity again, and from here forward will use Expedia and/or work directly with the hotel or airlines that I intend to use.
