When calling customer service you have to give the last four digits of your social security number which is no problem, but then to go further they ask for your 4 digit PIN which is not supposed to be asked by anyone! Then after you put in your PIN, you get someone in another country that can’t speak our language well and I’m tired of it.
It takes 15 minutes if more to speak to a live person in the USA! Your company is awful. I used to be able to call my bank, which was SunTrust, and someone would answer the phone. Now you have to leave a message and wait 2-3 days before getting a return phone call.
We moved 8 years ago 30 miles away from our bank but wanted to stay with SunTrust but now am thinking of changing EVERYTHING to another bank. I needed help today but after 4 or more phone…
