my friend is 72 years old uses direct express card for social security benefits he goes to suntrust now truist at 2275 marietta blvd nw atl ga 30318 he does not have an account but direct express says any direct express card holder can go to any bank with master card logo and withdraw their funds ok so for last two months he gers paid on 3rd last two months they said they could no dispense any cash cause their machines wre down!

c'mon now one time i can see but two months in a row! this is how senior ppl avoid atm fees is to go into a nice pleasant bank! its nt like he goes every day for 10 or 50 dollars he goes once a month and withdraws all his mney at once just once a month!

i live in a senior hirise apartment bldg where majority of ppl use direct express card for their social…

I’ve been waiting for over close to an hour now just trying to deposit a check this bank is North Charleston South Carolina Location Rivers Ave., Northwoods Boulevard for the life of me I cannot understand why it takes almost an hour to deposit a check. There is only one lane open it’s a Friday afternoon and again it’s been an hour now and I’m still waiting this is not the kind of service that I want from the bank

Yes I was in the Austell East West Branch said excuse me to the lady in the front right office and she looked at me and put her finger up as to just a moment and she turned her back to me and walked away and the lady next to me said how rude she was for doing the and iv been a customer for almost 30 years I think she is discrimination against me because she took a black lady in her office and

I was here before her I don't know what kind of service you are looking for but she doesn't have any

I am currently in line to make a deposit at the homestead Fla branch - 6 people ahead.

The only teller has been helping the same customer for over 15 minutes

Although there are at least 4 bank employees at branch there is only one teller window with two employees (one of them training) ….

I now have 5 people behind me and the line is still not moving

I have worked as a banker and currently bank with Citibank and Chase bank, I have never seen such a lack of customer service….

Folks do not have all day to wait around in line!!

, Nazareth, Pa 18064, used to be so easy! NOT NOW though! I call that Branch number and get a recording that offers only (3) OPTIONS and NOT one of them is to speak with a LIVE Rep.! Then I call the Main Truist number, and they are also Unable to get me to speak with a live rep. at this Branch!

My wife and I have been with this same Branch for over 33 Years and Never had this STUPID ISSUE before! What a JOKE that One is unable to speak with a LIVE person at my own bank branch! SAD!

The Branch located at 4009 Five Forks Trickum Rd SW, Lilburn, GA 30047 is a mess. As a customer I expect expedient service. EVERYTIME I go into this branch it's a 20+ minute ordeal. Does ANYONE read the reviews?? The management is a joke!

I am so tired of dealing with Truist bank. There are plenty of other banks that will take customer service serious. I've been a customer for over 10 years with BB&T I'm at the point of closing my account. GET IT TOGETHER TRUIST!!!

I called customer service twice to issue a new debit card, as it's been two months since my automatic replacement was issued and I haven't received it, but they couldn't verify my info because they said my phone number was inactive. I contacted Verizon both times, who reset my line but said that my number never showed as inactive and it was a problem on Truist customer service's end.

When I called yet a third time with proof from Verizon that there were no issues on their end and my phone number was, in fact, active, the 3rd representative I spoke with told me he was unable to verify me over the phone, so one of the 1st two representatives locked me out of making any changes to or inquiring about my account using the Truist customer service line.

If I can't be verified to utilize my own…

Phone transaction are being made and I didn't do it. I have gone to bank twice and no one can help me. The guy in the bank called, but was transfered 6 times and no one could help. 00 has been transferred and they can't stop it.

I am being charged for Truist mistake. The accounts I have set up on auto pay are going through which will put my account in the red. I tried to stop the payments,but it's to late. Now I will be charged with late fees.

No one at the bank branch could help me. They will do research and let me know. Truist bank is ripping me off and no one seems to care. I HATE HATE this bank.

I was sent a fraudulent check which happened to be from Suntrust for selling something online. Truist deposited the check and it cleared. Then with me not knowing it was returned because it was a bad check. Now Truist is saying that is is not their fault and will not do anything about it.

They are the worst bank to deal with and I will no longer deal with them anymore. Not only did I get taken for a ride and out money I am out what I was selling as well. On top of that I am out of money that was already in my account.

Truist basically said that I have to deal with it and there is nothing that they are going to do. I have even filed a police report.

I have had a car loan with Truist for a few years now and have always paid on time. This is the second time I was double billed and yet again, to get my money back, they said they will have to MAIL me a check which is 7-10 days after it is approved in 2 days.

WTH, even 7-11 can put it back into my account if they over charge........! Oh, But be late or on a payment plan they dont hesitate to slam you! Ridiculous!

C. home's roof and interior. The insurance check requires endorsement of Truist Bank. The claims area said I need to mail the check to them, they would endorse it and return it to me. The process will take 5-7 days given this is Friday.

The roofing contractor will not begin repairs until they receive 50% of the cost. If it rains more damage will be done to my home. The process makes no sense given I mortgage my home with you by signing documents on-line. (Trust both ways).

USAA claims stated that all was needed was an e-mail stating that you authorize the deposit of the check! I can deposit checks with my phone. I can e-mail you a copy of the check, you can endorse it and e-mail it back!

My son applied for a $2800 personal loan at 9:30 am this morning at the Galax office. I am co signing for him. It is 1:40 pm and we still haven't heard anything. not my truck loan. Absolutely no excuse for this. People's time is valuable.

Contacted branch manager to discuss erroneous charge on my account. After three emails, phones messages, and a visit to the branch I still can't get to speak to anyone. I also made a callback appointment which was confirmed and no one called me back.

On 7/6/2022 I experienced the most EXTREMELY Unpleasant conversation with one of your Truist employees . At your branch on 6216 Rolling Rd , Springfield Va. I Deposited a check with a pleasant , professional teller . She then asked me if I needed anything else ?

I replied that I needed to get my Will Notarized . She explained that Truist couldn't Notarize Deeds or Wills only documents . I told her that I found that puzzling since I'd always gotten my Business and Personal documents Notarized at Suntrust , and was under the impression that a Notarization was simply officially Verifying the Proof of Signature on ANY document ...

I came to my local Truist branch. They have 4 staff. But no one available to notarize a document for me. 3 not notaries. The one notary is on a training call and can’t be disturbed. I never had this issue with BB&T.

I am very unhappy with this as the next closest branch is about 5 miles away, but it is in a high traffic area. I am disabled and it is difficult for me to drive and get in and out of my vehicle.

I had been with BB&T and first Virginia before that. Please let me know how this situation will be rectified.

Unable to log in. Get transferred around and hung up on when I try to call. I paid off my loan in full.

However, I am getting emails that I'll have additional automatic payments, even though it should be paid off and I haven't received the title. Very bad customer service... I can't believe how long I am waiting on calls and how many times they hang up on me rather than helping.

They can't seem to verify that the loan is paid off. They can't seem to cancel the pending transfers. This bank is really horrible. Where can I turn for help?

My God Mother has been with your bank before it was truist. I have never in my life seen someone be treated or tossed to the side by a company or even a individual the way truist has done her.

She honestly was just recently diagnosed with dementia plus has gotten to where she can not walk without a walker. So we have been selling some of her antiques and making room for her to get around safely. She was recently paid with some cashiers checks and we deposited them into her account.

Unknowing that the checks were fraudulent. Because of this her account has been shut down and her only means of money to pay her bills is now sitting in her now closed account. She is needing this taken care of. She needs her money. Keep Your account real.

Poor customer service, personnel has no idea of others people time, slow, rude and unknowledgeable. Employees at this bank (Warner Robins, GA) have a set mind on ID, , only asking for driver license as an ID, other federal ID with photo seems to have no meaning to this useless workers (perhaps it is bank policy) .

At time, seems like some of the African American employees exhibit the signs of racial discrimination against Latinos specially by the rude way they talk back to them. Not a place to do business with, perhaps there are other banks or financial agencies that would like the customers better.

Absolutely awful. They have placed an arbitrary hold on a deposited check for no reason, despite the fact that I was assured by customer service agents it would be deposited into my account the following business day. The funds have cleared from the issuing bank, so Truist has my funds- they are just refusing to release them to me.

The ATM machine on 101 S. King Dr. Charlotte NC 28204 need to be fix. Customers can not use it to get money out of the machine. Is it possible to have a second ATM machine at this location as a back up?

Truist Bank acccording to Regents Bank in Boynton Beach Florida,has a lien that dates back to 2010. The address is 222 Birch Street ,owners are Erwin and Marian Kanstroom. According to your Bank Manager on Congress Avenue Boynton Beach,Vernon Ross, shows nothing about a lien I also can prove that there are no liens against me. I have been by 2 separate branches and I’m in the process of trying to close out my mother’s account of whom recently passed away . I want to pay off her debts and I’m the executor of the estate and have left my contact information at two branches for the managers to call me so I can get them a certified check and pay off the debt and I’m yet to hear anything from anyone !

Truist withdrew (mistakenly) 2 k from my checking and it has yet to return it. The bank acknowledged its mistake but tells me that it will take 2 business days to rectify its error. I am left with less than 200 dollars in my account.

Customer service has been unhelpful as apparently the branch must rectify the mistake.

Horrible! I wish Truist had left SunTrust alone. I can't pay my Business Line of Credit bill by phone, neither Automated Service or with a Human representative. I can't believe Truist is so out dated. I have been transferred to wrong departments, transferred out of the country, after being on hold for a long time, their phones have disconnected.

This has clearly been the "worst" experience with any organization in the 57 years of my life. Horrible.

Broad in Albany ga to cash a check when he entered the bank the teller that was assisting him intentionally ripped his check in three and stated to him I’m tired of yawl trying me from my understanding she told him she needed to check to see if the check he was cashing was a similar check to what she has already received from someone else and she came back and stated it was she ripped the check made the statement and proceeded to have security to escort him out the bank she also called the Dougherty county sheriff office to detain my son they took my son in for questioning and

within a few minutes decided that he was being honest and released my son. I am going forward with taking legal action towards this bank

I had overdraft coverage so i tought that ment i could get money out of atm without any problems payed it right back then deposited my Disability check on may 3rd had no ideal it would be held till may 12 th the receipt says becouse of a few overdrafts i did 1 the government says a bank can put a hold on gov check if i have a few overdrafts in the last 30 days i called Customer service they said it wasn't right but
