Jonesboro Arkansas Uhaul 1700 Red Wolf Blvd, 72401, Jonesboro could not deliver 1 of my U Boxes because it weighs too much they said.

However it was loaded on a trailer hauled across 3 states they unloaded it and when I demanded they deliver it for the $2200 I paid they called the Police and said it's full of drugs because I came from Colorado. Police found nothing and said have a nice day.

Total BS because they don't have a fork lift. Not my problem.

I canceled the next day The storage wouldn't be able to accommodate what I need to be stored. And they didn't have anything else available that was bigger. they refused to give me a refund saying there is a time limit on getting a refund back.

I looked onto my uhaul account today. And it says the storage rental is still active.. I would like a full refund back to my card on file Their customer service is very poor they're very rude to the customers.

and that location needs somemore customer service training , they are very judgemental and not nice to customer's

Every time I rent with U-Haul they repeatedly consistently every single time always charge your card more than they are supposed to like clockwork it is completely unacceptable you screw people up you take away money they can't afford to lose in desperate situations then you have to wait a week or more to get your money back absolutely unacceptable I will never use you all again never ever ever ever.

Your customer service your staff your people in your stores rude as hell not helpful at all it's always an excuse always a reason I don't know I can't do it didn't happen I don't see I don't know U-Haul is the worst company ever you suck.

Today I went to your store on 3895 Milam St. in Breaumont, Texas 77701. I do not have a complaint against the employee who was working. My complaint is against the store itself. I purchased a 200 sheet box of wrapping paper and a package of labels.

I paid for my items. The total was more than I expected. I asked your employee why was it so much. He looked at the shelf. He said things have went up. The prices need to be changed on the shelf. 95. 00 difference.

I am on a fixed income. When I make a purchase I have thought it through in my bank. You guys need to fix that problem. I needed this item so I had to keep it.

On Nov 2, 2023, On contract no. 2026753 I reserved a 10’ truck for pickup at 2413 Nazareth Rd., Easton, PA 18045. On Thursday 11/9 i received a confirming text message. Then yesterday, 11/11, 12:15, the appointed pickup day I received another text saying the pickup location had been changed to 1428 E Livingston St., Allentown, PA 18109 - 13 miles farther away ( minimally an additional gallon gas). I was told I would be charged $0.99/mile . The total I drove was 54 miles vs. the 47 miles I was allowed. I should not be charged for the additional 7 miles and given a credit of $3.25 for the additional gallon of gas I had to buy.

We had rented a 26' truck to move in town in Stockton California...the first time....they charged us 3 times wrongfully....and had to reimburse us $300 ....now....we rented it again....and they called at 7am telling us they need truck at 8am cause they rented it to someone else......how can they do that when someone's using it?

Absolutely terrible experience at this location (3947 Peachtree Rd NE Atlanta, GA 30319) when I visited this weekend to simply pick up moving supplies. ingg.. car". I have never seen such unprofessional behavior before in a business. The agents at the desk were absolutely unprofessional, there were also cars in the parking lot with music blaring.

The entire store felt unsafe and poorly managed to say the least. This location is very convenient but I will never visit it again after this experience.

Submitted to The BBB, yet to receive any sort of response from U-Haul: Ordered “U-Haul boxes” (moving pods) for a move from MI to NC. U-Haul contacted me to schedule drop off of pods for 9/23 and 9/25, and verified drop off via text with a time window of 12:00-2:00 both days.

Per the signed contract, there was a guaranteed arrival on 9/24 at the latest . On 9/23 the filled pods never arrived, I never received a call from U-Haul explaining the missing pods. I, myself, had to call U-Haul to inquire about my missing belongings.

An employee answered and explained that they did not have a driver to deliver my belongings. Not for just that day, but no drivers whatsoever. I asked to speak to a manager which I was told was out of the office and could call me after the weekend.

Had a hitch installed, took 5 hrs, it was don't wrong. Given the run around eventually it was "fixed" ended up halfway across the country w no lights. Temp fix but needs to be done right and no one seems to care.

I had a 7/5 U haul box sent from Ottawa to Edmonton. The box arrived damaged, like it had fallen or tumbled. We opened it and found most if not all our goods damaged. TV, mirrors, vacuum kids study desks, work stations PC’s.

At the very least I expect replacement of damaged property. I need to hear back from Head office asap.

After many years of hit or miss service in the Nashville area I made an appointment to have a hitch installed in Hendersonville TN. The next morning Brice called to cancel my install. Making this appointment was already an hour long frustration, now he cancels it.

He was rude and condescending ending the call with "I guess we can't help you". Customer service is completely lost on this company. I will do my best to never spend another dollar with uhaul!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid over $4700 to have 6 pods dropped off at our old house and delivered to our new house. We had confirmation THAT ALL 6 would be delivered by the 21st and now are being told that only 2 can be delivered at a time and when we finish unpacking the two, two more can be delivered.

We made the reservation with the guarantee that all would delivered on the 21st or we would NOT have booked with Uhaul. I spent three hours being connected and disconnected The last person I spoke to in you scheduling department told me that we were welcome to come and load everything up ourselves… in my KIA!!

The local office told me that two pods would be delivered today and four on Monday. That did not happen nor did I get a call to explain why.I took the day off of work…

On August 14th at 3:45pm I return a van I rented at 4100 W. Fullerton and I left my ear pieces in the cup holder, I called all day at server location's and I was left on hold until closing.

When you drop off a truck or van is it a rule that your employees have to look all throughout the truck and vans to see if the customer left anything to give them a call about what the customer left? I know were I left my ear pieces and I want them back I am truely upset.

I was not the customer, I was the receiver. The driver bitched the entire time(10min) she was here. Not wanting to put the container either where my online instructions instructed,nor where I said standing next to her(Pam). A friend had pulled up to my house and she bitched at him too. Ultimately Pam went to put her lift away and continued to bitch the whole time. My friend and I, along with the rest of the neighborhood all heard it. She was 100 ft from us. As you can see from the photos this was a simple delivery. 12 ft of straight driveway and drop 5 ft from back of Jeep. No she wanted to put it right next to the house and farther back. 69 a kilometer 10. 99 per day by CJ. The next day Christa called to say the truck was unavailable and they had a cargo van when asked if it had a hitch she replied no let me see what I can find for you she came back on and

said they had a 15ft cube truck that they would let me have for the same rate. 99 a kilometer and those prices were non negotiable there for you have extremely upset frustrated and stressed customers whose business you lost and will be getting poor reviews from.

When I called Christa today she said I never told you the other rates would be the same just the day rate my reply was that when you said you would give us the same rates that ment across the board and she never said anything different she did give what I felt was an insincere apology.

I reserved a Uhaul truck a few weeks before July 30, 2023 from Midland Texas to Abilene Texas. On July 28,2023 two days before I had to vacate the apartment, I received a message that the truck I was told that would be available was not at Midland Texas, but

I would have to go to Odessa Texas and pick up the truck which is over 20 miles away. I asked how was I suppose to get to Odessa Texas over 20 miles away. I was told by Elene from corporate office that was not their problem.

I would have to find my own way there. I asked If I took Urber would they reimburse me for their short notice about the truck. Elene was very rude and stated it was my responsibility. I then asked if they could get a driver to pick up the truck in Odessa. Again NO!!!

U-Haul said tank was 5/8 full at pickup. Absolutely not. Just a hair over half, which is how I returned it. U-Haul made an error. Charged me $25. Are these people scamming customers out of millions over gas discrepancies? Why don't the fill the tanks full then no mistakes would occur.

Have you ever filled a tank exactly 5/8? I had to start truck to read gauge while pumping. So confusing. I know what I saw and know what a 5/8 full gas gauge looks like. Why should I be penalized for their mistakes.

I moved out of my storage unit on June 3rd, which is my billing day. I asked the front counter staff if I'll be charged for June if I move out on that day. He checked with the manager and told me there won't be any charge.

I rented a U-Haul cargo van and moved out on June 3rd. I just found I was charged for June and July rental still. There were no email notifications about those two charges. The manager said because my unit is still locked and that's not considered moved out.

No body told me what I was supposed to do when I told them I was moving out. If they think I still rent it why no email sent to me about the two charges like before? One month rental was reversed.

I was given a trailer that was checked and then when I started my drive early in the morning got flag down by someone on the highway telling me that I had no running lights. I double checked the connection and no running lights.

It also has one tire that was bald. The moving service book through U-Haul ruined my mattress it now has a large dent in it because of how they packed it. Not happy at all! I have photos but your site will not let me upload them I can email if needed.

90, I had to call the number listed on their cite several times. When I finally got someone to answer days later, they said that I would either have to drive 25 minutes to closest store that takes returns, or be charged $25 for a pickup!

And, if I want to take it to UPS, I have to pay for the shipping. Absolutely insane policy! I will never buy anything from them online again.

We got 7 U Boxes that were supposed to arrive in Alabama today. Nobody at UHaul can even yell us where they are and every time we call, they tell us to call another number or we get disconnected. The hold time is usually around 1 hour.

We are military and I will make sure that the military knows to NEVER use UHaul.

I reserved a truck rental June 21/23, for pick up for July 9/23, 10:00 am. I received a confirmation email with confirmation # 92477178, and pick up location at 240 Bay St. North Hamilton on. My U-Boxes were moved to an unknown facility across the state without my knowledge or consent. My account with Uhaul showed no information regarding their current location until after I found them myself and contacted the company. This falls under the legal definition of theft.

Despite several inquiries, I have never received any notification of my storage status, including pending charges. I want paperwork, copies of contracts with my signature agreeing with the actions taken by Uhaul, and a paper trail of any attempts to contact me.

I want the full name, title, and contact information of the man, known only to me as Dee, who has been aggressively insisting on my credit card information while refusing to show proof of his legal right to possess my things.

Tulane U-Haul in New Orleans, La. The people that work there are the most racist men & weman I have ever seen. Between there rudeness , gueto mentality , loud rap music & the fact they are lazy as well as don't clean the boulding that has the storage units.

I reserved a 6x9 trailer for this Saturday at 9am. It was confirmed and I hired 2 men to move for me. Today uhaul called and said I cannot pick up until after 12pm. I replied to give me the trailer the night before and I will return it as origi n ally planned at 9am on Sunday.

I was told I would have to pay for 2 days. This was the booking agents problem not mine. Have it ready at 9am on Saturday or earlier. I will not be using it until 930 on Saturday as the men have other commitments.

Because the local decided to open later on Saturday I should not be penalized.

I rented a one way 20” truck from the 3001 Capital Blvd, Raleigh, NC on Tuesday, June 20, 2023. The employee at desk was not professional, I already made a reservation the week before and had my reservation number- he put everything in with misspelled address.

I was given a truck under repair- the truck had diesel/ missed with gasoline- it was smoking soo bad- I was ordered to pull off the road and park it at Walgreens at New Hope Church Rd. When I returned to store- the same clerk- “ stated that that should not have been rented- the last customer- put diesel in it .

He was smiling like it was funny. My life was in danger and I want a full refund for this life changing experience. I have been renting from haul since 1979 ( college days). That employee needs to be fired.

He was in the office for quite sometime and when I went in the Manager was yelling at him. She was totally unprofessional for a Manager. I went up to the counter and she was out of control. MS. BRUNILDA LAWRENCE is no professional to be serving the public.

I ended up in the hospital for 4 to 5 days, to learn that I have congestive heart failure I rented a truck from uhaul not realizing that I had it longer than I should have because of me ending up in the hospital. The on Eubank and Indian school in Albuquerque New Mexico the Manger there is very rude, disrespectful as well as one of the employees by the name of Dominque.

The manager will not allow me to get a small storage unit to put the rest of my things in this guy is going to give uhaul a very bad reputation.

Drop time I was given was 11-1pm. Containers not here. Called uhaul & time was changed to 2:30 pm. I took off work & have a dr. appt. I cannot miss. I was not notified of a time change until I called.

I work too & I meet my deadlines. They took my money on time. Very frustrated. Nothing I can do because they have all the control. I will not recommended uhaul to anyone.

I have never been treated with such unprofessionalism at a business establishment. The way one of your employees (Thomas Sullivan) treated me, and the profane language he used with me was outright disgusting. The rental for a car tow was made at your location 279 Oakland Beach Ave.

My name is Tudor Cojusnean and I am a truck driver.

It’s an absolute disgrace that your store located at 14429 Hwy 99, Lynnwood, WA 98087, United States, is NOT even trying to accommodate truck drivers.

I had to pick up just one box from there but they refuse to help me, telling me that I was late.

Everybody was still working and the whole place was still open because I got there around 6 PM.

How hard is for U-haul to understand that we, as truck drivers, we are driving thousands of miles every week in all kind of conditions and sometimes we may get to you a little late.

How hard is it for you and your employees to accommodate us and be a little more flexible, especially when there is nothing complicated, just a 1 box pick up?!?

Adds say they will help your move go smoothly with many pick up and drop off locations. They fail to say that it will cost you over twice as much if you want the convenience of dropping it off where you moved to.

I have rented 3 times this month and been inconvenienced evertime. I feel the need to post on media that uhaul is not as customer friendly as you say.

I rented a uhaul 8’ pickup truck, may 28th,2023, After showing up for my rental at another location on the 26th, your computers were down and they couldn’t release my rental to me, I left, and had to rebook on the 28th, at irondequoit, ny location, I arrive 9am, left with truck, truck died at 10am, unable to reach Irondequoit location but called uhaul emergency number, after waiting almost 45 minutes, I had to Uber home, with my special needs daughter, because they didn’t know when someone was gonna come , being holiday weekend.

So not only did upon my arrival feel day, did they cancel my rental, I had to wait till Sunday, messing up my moving plans, than Sunday I didn’t have the truck for one hour and battery died, I got stuck and couldn’t get truck to start, after calling emergency…

If I could rate zero I would. We arrived at uhaul at the scheduled pick up time for our rental. We went into the office. There were five other people in there waiting. Three girls on staff wandering around not acknowledging a single customer.

To the point where one person left to seek a rental elsewhere. When we were finally acknowledged they were rude and not helpful. No walk around with us for existing damages on the truck. Contract not explained and the truck sounds like it’s going to die.

I’ve rented from uhaul many times and this experience has left a sour taste in my mouth to the point where I will not rent from this company again. Train your staff properly. Service your trucks. We pay for service and reliable rentals.
