Uber charged me for Uber One and I never signed up. I called my bank to report the unauthorized charge and removed my card from the Uber account. I was later charged on a different card for the same Uber One service.
After contacting Uber customer service several times, I got no response except them telling me I was charged. I’m report it to my bank and cancelling my Uber account.
Sadly, Uber doesn’t care about their customers because you can’t reach a support person online by phone or otherwise!
I submitted my application to deliver for Uber Eats and have been trying to clear my account for 4 weeks. I passed the background check 3weeks ago and submitted all my documents. My account is blocked. I called customer support more than 12 times and when I requested to speak with a supervisor I was put on hold the hung up on twice.

My complaint is that you have your Drivers going to pick up and drop off people on Pennsylvania Ave instead of the actual designated spot in Escondido which is actually located oat 255 North Elm Street in Escondido it's a Medical building. So people go in and in the front of the Building not the side or the back or the alley .
So when they ask for a ride to be picked up its to be picked up on Elm Street. Not somewhere else in Escondido 92025 So this needs to be fixed. I recently requested and was given transportation services by an Uber Driver. During my ride, I accidently left my whole set of keys in the driver's car. I immediately contacted the driver through the help function but he did not respond so I contacted the help support desk through the chat feature and after 29 hours of back and forth chatting to get my keys returned to me.
There was still no return or reply from the driver.

wanted to work with uber and they stole my personal information. my ss was compromised and my email was hacked after applying for uber eats. after it was confirmed by one of their phone agents that my background check would be delayed due to the compromise, they no longer would give me any information about the process, kept putting me on hold and no supervisor would get on the phone after repeatedly asking.

I booked and had a confirmed trip with Uber to the airport at 4 am to catch a 6 am flight. The booking was confirmed but the following morning as I'm waiting for the driver the trip was cancelled by Uber.

Took ride 11-27-21 at 11:44-11:58pm the driver did not ever out mask on and I was only going less mile away and by time I realized he wasn't going to put it on it was too late I was nearly at destination. I've been a victim of identity theft and my debit card was entered and used by the account created by whoever stole my information. I waited on hold with customer service for almost 3 hours and all I got was a rep that asked me 2 questions and told me ten minutes which turned into 2 hours. I finally hung up. Completely unacceptable customer service.
I want UBEr to know that I will never use their service again for a ride to SFO airport. They cannot be relied upon. I booked an UBER for 04:00AM pickup several days in advance. At 03:45AM I got a message saying "No Drivers are available". What the hell? This is unacceptable. If UBER can't guarantee a driver then they should not offer a service to reserve a driver. I was forced to drive my own car to SFO, and not preparing for that and parking and trains, etc, I was forced to park illegally in order to not miss my flight. I'm so fed up with this trash heap of a company, im constantly ignored by their drivers. there is no repercussions for drivers to ignore the same request over and over there NEEDS to be PUNISHMENT for drivers constantly ignoring requests over and over. this is unacceptable.
I received a message from Uber that a driver reported that I wasn’t wearing a face mask. I am over 65 and always wear 2 masks and open my window in an Uber car. I contacted Yber to dispute the report and got ridiculous and irrelevant responses.
Now if I want to use the app, which I avoid, I have been asked to provide a photo to verify that I am wearing a mask. I feel I am owed an apology and certainly will not comply with this unfair request!
Uber trying can drop a customer anytime before they arrive after waiting for them to be on they way. If I ask a customer cancel my order ride I am charged $5, but I wait 10 mins for Uber and then they drop me and connect me to another Uber I gotta wait another 20 mins. I say if you not going to come, don’t select pick up rider.
When I ordered a ride, it connected me and disconnected me from 5 different drivers. Before I actually got one. The first driver was 6 minutes, send was 12 minutes, third was 16 minutes, forth, 18 minutes, the fifth one was 20 minutes, last one was 25 minutes
I had to cancel an uber ride. I had never done this before. I contacted the driver and he accused me of lying and just trying to avoid the 5$ fee ; I didn’t even know there was a five dollar fee.

Uber driver is on drugs and carries a gun. I have complained about him several times but no one has called me or email me back on it. Don't they give a drug test or background check on their driver's.

Uber driver Ben Chambers is a drug addict and a convicted felon. i went to get in his car and it smelled like marijuana he turned to look at me and white stuff was on his nose . I assume it was cocaine or meth I didn't get in.

Uber never picked me up at 4am as scheduled. Notified me at 4:30a no cars in area. Drove to LAZ Parking lot to get a ride into the airport . Arrived at 5:15 but missed my flight. you verified my pickup all the while until you cancelled.
You knew or should have known the ride was not available to pick me up well before hand but failed to contact me I had to reschedule my Flights and business itinerary but my seats and cabin class changed. Earlier today, 7/18/2019, I "tried" to schedule a ride to take me from my home to Sherman Oaks. I entered the destination address and time followed by the entry of my debit card. A few seconds later, a message advised me that my card is declined because Uber doesn't accept that form of payment. So Uber doesn't accept debit cards or some debit cards? I needed an Uber for my son and found a Uber phone number online. This was my first time using Uber so I gave them my credit card information. They were a no show and they went on an unauthorized $3000 shopping spree with my card.
I tried to contact Uber. Customer Service SUCKS!! They responded with a automated email that had nothing to do with my complaint. I will assume the crooks are stealing credit card information from other people because Uber and the police are not interested in stopping them.

My 82 yr old father was picked by Uber at Old bridge, NJ he was to be brought home to Irvington, NJ, the driver decided to go through Staten Island, NY and now the fare is $30 dollars more than was originally quoted when I requested the ride. Sir, The estimated fare shown at the time of booking my ride on 14.06.2018, 12:05 am in maruti suzuki swift desire, driver-Sumit from Malviya Nagar to ITC Welcom Hotel, Dearka, New Delhi was around INR 265/- . But my billed amount was INR 412.32.
Kindly adjust excess amount in my next trip.

Ok June 5th I took UBER from Elmwood Pk to Walmart in Saddle Brook. And I saw on my card it cost me $ 36,52. Instead of the regular UBER didn’t pick me up. It was a limo who pick me up.
