I submitted the following complaint this past Tuesday morning (March 5) and only received an auto-response - nothing more. Never contacted and now submitting it to the UPS Corporate Office
Dear Manager/Supervisor of UPS Store 6723:
My wife and arrived at this store (Pleasant Grove Blvd, Roseville, CA) around 8:35 a.m. this morning (Tuesday, March 4, 2024).
The customer service person on duty was rude and completely unprofessional.
I was returning a package from Amazon. This item was in its original product box (unopened) but did not come in a separate (second) box. It was wrapped in clear plastic when it arrived.
In a sarcastic tone, she tried to direct us to use the self-service kiosk which we have used in the past.
Then she indicated we needed to buy a box to return the item.…
