However, this is not the case. I’m Larenzo Nash a Gold member with IHG. I travel frequently and I have several options as to where I stay when I’m away from home. I decided to select this hotel in particular because I observed the fitness center which I felt meet my needs and would keep me on track.
Well, when I checked in on Monday January 23, 2023. I was informed the fitness center was not available because there was an issue with the lock entering and exiting the fitness room. Well, because of safety concerns, I can understand the room not being available.
Now, it’ Tuesday January 24, 2023, and the issue has not be resolved. There are several competitive hotels available that’s less then 1 block away from your location. I…
