I am told to wait all day for a knock on the door that never comes, only to find a note on my door telling me I'm not home to receive the package. I am left a message that says to go to a drop off point to pick it up.

When I arrive I'm told to come back tomorrow at the end of the day to pick up the package. If your not going to deliver the package fine, but don't you think you should just say so in the first place?

I love the part where I paid extra for the delivery to be on time. This is how I see this. 00 to learn a very valuable lesson. Never use UPS Shipping ever for anything. This is why Amazon wont use UPS Shipping.

I have 6 large boxes scheduled for pick up today by UPS and no one came and every time I call to check on the pick up I keep getting a different time for pick up. I have been sitting outside in my driveway in this hot heat every since 8:30 am and UPS did not come. UPS pick up services and Macy’s ordering services are terrible and I will not use either one of their services ever again.

There is a UPS driver that lives at 725 W Gary Dr, in Chandler AZ. Based on conversations with other neighbors and a quick nextdoor neighbor app search I believe Brady/Brad/ or maybe Bradley Baker is his name, and his UPS issued truck sits outside his house, running and beeping loudly, repeatedly throughout the day, every day that he works.

During work hours he returns home multiple times driving his truck and in uniform, and sits in front of his house or even truck, (and sometimes in his backyard according to close neighbors) in his uniform smoking a cigarette, or yelling and cussing at people on his personal phone and shouting obscenities, or has a female friend pull in his driveway and disappears into the home for up to an hour, and I have seen him sitting in the walgreens parking lot…

I am assuming you are a human, not a bot, and you just did not read my complaint. IF the driver did not give the package an origin scan and then when unloaded at the center, the local sort did not give this package an origin & outbound scan, then one has to assume the label was not secured enough to the roll to stay on. Therefore without a scan, of course it looks like the package was never picked up... BUT IT WAS.

See attached videos showing the driver approaching his delivery stop, the driver taking the missing roll from the shipper's house, and the 3rd video shows this driver, with the roll walking towards his package car. The shipper, Mr. Scherer, said he noticed the driver had a hard time operating a tape gun that Mr. Scherer had handed it to him to tape the label…

As a former 36 yr staff and operations manager, who retired in 2007 in Las Vegas, NV, I had high hopes that my beloved company would continue to progress and grow in the culture that Jim Casey had set forth in 1907. I actually met Jim in Seattle while working in the Seattle building as a part timer in 1971 / 1972.

I know that in recent times, after we sold our company soul to the demons on Wall Street, we gave up many of those policies and culture that Mr. Casey had worked on so long to ingrain that in every partner.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the 2July2021, but was stopped in South Africa waiting clearance for 2days. Payment for clearance was made 2 hours after there call by a temp assistant. Then the next day I got an email to proof my payment, while they the pay gate but can not confirm or reconsile there own system.

My parcel was for rehabilitation, yet I had to wait until it suit them to send the parcel. They not scared to charge, but are very slow, not standing by their own commitments. I would not recommend this company to anyone

Ups Don’t knock anymore or ring your bell they just leave your packages on stairwells because they don’t make it to your door how is this delivery ? Making package easy to steel my package was labeled perishable item but it was left out in the sun when my door offers shading and better covering from the Element of rain and sun and because it summer my item was damaged. The box got wet because we had summer rain just wrong

I don't like to use UPS, but sometimes I order product from Canadian companies that would rather see money flow to the US. So be it. I get tracking information, and sure enough, the dumb machine will send me many updates about the shipment.

Every time, they will attempt to make a shipment to my business after hours. THERE IS NO WAY TO CHANGE THIS TIME WITHOUT PAYING EXTRA MONEY! I would love to let them know to ship the next day, but not without providing my visa numbers.

UPS customer service has set up roadblock after roadblock, to the point that it is detrimental to themselves.

If I could I would not rate your delivery service a 1 out 5 it would be 0 out of 5. I live at 122 Hay Meadow Drive, Winona, Texas 75792. It is located in a new subdivision. UPS will not deliver to this address. I have had several packages sent to me and had to pick up at the main processing for Tyler, Texas.

Every time I ask why no delivery and was talk by employee at counter, the address has been added to the driver's route. This is the third package I had to travel 24 miles to pick up. I called your customer service department made a complaint and was assured someone would call me at 10:00 am, it is now 1:00 pm no call and still no package.

I want the address on the route and I want my package delivered today.

So you purchased a Ps5 on Mercari and as you know those are very expensive and hard to get. Well it was suppose to be delivered yesterday on my birthday and of course it says it was delivered at 5 but I got no package.

When I went to try and contact them about what happened I got messages from their site like we’re sorry we can’t start a investigation there is no one who can process a claim for you. Pretty much they are saying FU or company messed and we aren’t gonna make it right or locate the package where our not too smart of a drive dropped your package off at.

I mean matching addresses and leaving a package and these guys are getting 40 bucks a hour ?? Makes me sick to my stomach if I have no other choice next time I order something and I have to use ups I just won’t be getting that…

I sold an item through Ebay last September. Printed the label on Ebay and sent it on the 1st of October. Somehow UPS lost the package. Both said I need to start the claim form the other side. Back and forward over and over.

UPS Claim department is being ridiculous. I talked to the manager of the lock UPS store, he said my package was sent to the warehouse and it went missing.

However the claim department insist to ask me for a prove that I have sent the package.

Finally I got a refund from UPS, A 100dollars check which is only 1/4 of the cost of my package. I have worked on this for nearly 8 months and they can't be bother to find where my package went or refund me the full cost of my package.

I had an electric bicycle coming for my son's birthday. It was supposed to be dropped off on June 15th. On the tracking number it showed the item being in Nashville TN. The Bike was not delivered that day. It showed it being on the move again in Kansas City Kansas when it should have been delivered in Tennessee.

I call Amazon and they don't know what is going on. I call UPS and they inform me that they have it at one of their docks. They grabbed it on a fraud investigation. I was not informed about this.

All I saw was that the bike was delivered, but not to me. I asked a couple of questions and the woman at UPS got very indignant and rude and hung up on me. 66 for my son's bike. I should demand more since they ruined my son's birthday.

Do not fulfill their obligations. We buy from 300 to 500 Labels per day from UPS. We order to take all the boxes, they take the money and do not come. For two months we have been trying to resolve the issue, except for transferring from support to managers, there is no more talk in the company.

I was expecting a package containing sports cards and knowing how popular these items are I was diligently awaiting notification of my package on its way or its arrival. I had been told that there was a back log and it may not arrive quickly.

To my dismay When I called the company to get some idea of when it might arrive I was told it had already been delivered. I never received any notification that it had arrived or that it was on its way.

Pay Pal informed that they were told it shipped out May 19 however when I contacted UPS I was told it arrived April 14th only one week from the purchase date. Why was I never contacted as I am usually informed via E-mail Consequently My package is missing. Tracking N0.

I get a text this past Fri that my package (prescription) will be delivered Sat. It NEVER came. I get a text on Tues that it will come Wed. Now I'm told it won't come Wed (today) but maybe it'll come Thu or I might be able to pick it up Thu.

I arranged to pickup my prescription and save you guys a little gas and me a lot more aggravation. I'm not sure if I'll be successful. If I ran the VA, I'd take my business back to USPS. It took 9/11 to slow them down from delivering my medication.

I have a package that has needed to be picked up for a week now. I've called the 800 number several times and have been told its the weather then oh its traffic now I do live in the same city as the package.

and I see trucks coming and going all day. But none have picked up my package but they have dropped off. So Friday the 12th I call and I'm told it will be picked up today. Well it wasn't. So the 13th I call and I'm told they don't have labels to put on the package so they can't pick it up..

Please tell me what kind of foolishness is this.. UPS has no labels?? So I ask to speak to a supervisor he puts me on hold for a half hour. So Monday I'll be calling Dell and tell them to STOP using UPS I've had an account w them for a few decades.

Sent a package to Hawthorne at Leland apartment complex in North Carolina to a specific apartment 105 at Hawthorne Loop Road. The parcel was incorrectly addressed where the building number was left off. Hawthorne at Leland apartment complex has multiple 105 apartments in various buildings.

UPS keeps repeating that the package was delivered as addressed and will not investigate. so it could not have been delivered correctly. 00. but the address does not exist. UPS is in the business of delivery and should have realized that the parcel was addressed incorrectly.

I will not upload the emails unless it is necessary.

This has happened twice in the last couple months. My driveway is probably twice the length of a normal driveway. About 50 feet to front door. My wife will order products online and usually no problem. The last 2 ups deliveries the ups guy 1, left the package on top of my trash cans and, 2 left the package 1/2 way up my driveway.

Both times I complained to ups who referred it to local ups station. I got a call back the first time from a woman supervisor who said the driver was wrong and they would reinstruct on delivery procedure. A few months later driver left package 20 feet up driveway from curb, which blew down the driveway where I didn’t see it till I backed up over it.

Again complained to ups who said they’ll look into it. When I asked to be called back the supervisor said not…

New UPS driver n Salem OR twice in past week has not been able to find my address. The first time, he reported it was not a good address. A different UPS driver delivered the package with no problem the next day.

The second time, he made no effort to find the address. Instead, he said it was undeliverable and sent it to a UPS store for me to pick up which I cannot do due to Covid19. I would like to have the driver educated as to how to find addresses.

I called UPS this morning and was told that another more local call center would call me by 8 pm tonight. They did not call. What can I do to insure that my UPS packages will be delivered? Most drivers are good. This one is not.

On April 24 2020 I dropped off a package at penguin pick up for the UPS truck to pick up. With the tracking number I looked it up on the website since as of May 2nd Apple had not received the return and I was out $620 till it was returned.

On the site it shows it got to the concord warehouse on April 24th and had been sitting there ever since. In the notations it said it was getting close to the limit of time it could sit there. I called Apple and they had not received any information on it.

I called UPS on May 2nd and finally got through. The woman I spoke to said she could see in the file that they did not know where to send the package. That is puzzling as Apple had supplied me with the return label.

I am currently filing a complaint regarding a package I order with the company APPLE, my merchandise was suppose to be delivered on March 27 by UPS but due to work duties I was not home and was unable to collect me order I was left a UPS notice sticker stating where I should pick my merchandise up at.

when I arrived to the UPS access point machine to enter in the info-notice number I was unable to gain acces because the merchandise was not there. when I went on the UPS website it stated that my merchandise was delivered and signed off to a resident by the name of Steve on March 28.

I have filed my claims on both ends with UPS and APPLE regarding my package. I received a email from UPS showing a forged signature of someone signing off for my package. I am highly concern with the workers…

One of your UPS truck was blocking our way. He parked his truck in back of our car. I confronted him and I told him I needed to back up and he told me to pull front to get out of the parking space.

I told him I don’t like pulling front to leave the parking space. He was rude and told me I’m being difficult. I told him I had my preference of backing out of the parking space. Then he just left again and left his truck in the same place.

It has come to our attention that UPS has hired a man that has previously been fired for his behavior. December 2019 Hawkins was seen in an unmarked UPS service vehicle, in full UPS uniform in Antioch, Ca.

The question here is how could a company such as UPS hire someone with out knowing there prior work history? Do they just hire anyone off streets? Hawkins laid low for years with no job at all it seems. Looking into the matter further it was discovered that UPS has a warehouse in Concord, Ca. Hawkins mother also has been discovered to live in Concord, Ca. Laying low at Mother's place over the years Hawkins must of made some connections it seems.

I had a air saver package scheduled for delivery 12/31, residential end of business day. Ups driver short hispanic male around 1215pm. I come out to greet. He states package is on his board but not in his truck, maybe somebody else will deliver it later.

I tried to take a pic he drove off erractly. I called the 800 spoke to supervisor PZA7MWT gave me name joaness. She stated local delivery site wouldnt answer after 2 tries.

However track board was reset to show package in route again. Around 450 it states truck on the way. Never left burbank in real time. After end of day package was reset to 1/2 delivery. I called 800 was told driver claims delivery attempt was made a 602pm.

However I was home with blinds open due to holiday party at home, waiting on package till 10pm. No door tag left…

There was supposed to be a delivery to my home yesterday, tracking number 1ZEA83550325381174 . , Milford, NJ 08848 my home is about 150 yards off the main road. I was waiting for the package that I was notified had been shipped it was a piece of medical equipment.

It never came, but when a neighbor came to check in on me today he found it in the woods halfway between the road in my home. If they had not come I would not have seen it it was left in the rain and unprotected.

Normally your men and women bring it up to the house and in poor weather leave it on the screened in porch in the front of my house your services normally Above poor and even excellent at times. But this was unacceptable.

drivers do not ring the doorbell so deliveries sit on the door step for someone to steal even when you are home.

rather than ring the door bell they just leave a note so even if you are home they won't leave a package because it needs a signature. I'm now facing a third day of sitting around waiting for a delivery that needs a signature and I guess I need to sit in front of my door all day so they don't just leave a note and drive off. This is the second time this has happened. Last time I had to drive to a pick up station even thought I had been home when the delivery was made they just could not be bothered to ring the door bell. FED EX NEEDS TO INSTATE A PUBLIC POLICY THAT DRIVER MUST RING THE DOOR WHEN MAKE ANY KIND OF DELIVERY. SIGNATURE REQUIRED OR NOT.

I had a order UPS delivered to my business that was NOT on a business day. The hours of operation on the door clearly states that we would be closed on fridays which was the day they are saying my package got delivered I just really understand why the package would be left on the front of the business if the business was not even open?

And for the rep to have a attitude with me about it is just insane because ups is the ones who left my package on a day the business wasn't even open & for them to tell me there is nothing they could do either is not acceptable..

My complaint is very simple. They never ring the doorbell.

My packages can sit for several hours which puts them at risk for theft.

Cars in the driveway is usually an indication that someone is home. Just ring the bell, simple as that.

I recently ordered a complete stainless steel custom exhaust system for my Ford F 150 truck from Stainless Works (800-878-3635), through a local dealer (VMP Performance, 170 South SR 415, New Smyrna Beach, Florida (321-206-9369). When I received it (2 boxes), the boxes, especially the larger of the two was absolutely destroyed in shipment (UPS) .

Both ends torn open, one side torn all the way through, and a hole punched through one side.

Also the bottom was split open. It was destroyed to the point that it wouldn't hold it's shape. The other one was also severely damaged. These boxes that Stainless Works use to ship their products in are manufactured from heavy cardboard, and ROUGH TREATMENT caused this type of damage. NO EXCUSES !!!

Oct. 31 2019 Ontario Air Port Cust Service/walk in shipping desk I cannot say enough about this team that was working there. They are tops in my book. They went above and beyond to assist me with carrying my package from parking lot, to addressing, to paying fir shipment.

There were 5 people working at 1pm and I have never seen a team work together as well ad this team. I did get their names but decided yo leave the individual names out because in my opinion what I am saying applies to ALL UPS EMPLOYEES

I called the glenwood avenue ups store location to see if I could get a document notarized. They said they could. I went there, and the manager turned me away. He said he was too busy and to come back in 45 minutes.

I was expecting a shipment that was sent using UPS and received a card in my mailbox indicating that UPS was unable to deliver my package because they did not have the correct address, the card was delivered and had my correct address. I call the 800 number listed and conformed the address listed was right and the person I spoke to said he was not sure why it was not delivered as that was also the address they had listed and they would attempt a delivery on the next day.

On the following day not having received the package by about 4 pm, I called the 800 number again and was told the driver was in my area and that the dispatcher would be contacted and I should hear from them by 6pm, I of course received no phone call or package.

To put it in brief form, I ordered a product in June, 2019. A week later that product had been left on my porch, for delivery. Fast forward to 9/13/2019, when a Ms. Kayla Kindt from UPS Small Package Customs Brokerage called me and said that the company had sent the package “prepaid”, which, in UPS lingo makes me responsible for all government charges associated with importing the product.

Therefore, UPS had my name on the invoice. 56 that was owed within five days, the matter would be handed to a collection agency. Despite the fact that I never signed anything, or engaged UPS in any way, she considered it my debt, despite my protestations, and refusal to pay.
