This is one of the worst banks ever created. They tell you they mailed you information that you never received and then will close your account and make you wait 7to10 days to get your money that’s not and you prove to them that they made a mistake.

I’m waiting on over 30,000 dollars this not right. I’m going to ever place I can think of to talk BAD about this bank!!!

I went into a branch to make a withdrawal and saw that the teller and some half dollars. I asked if I could buy them and she told me no that they were hers. The next day I called to complain.

Why would she have them there. Isn’t there a policy about tellers keeping bank money? You would think that there is a procedure for tellers to follow. When I called they hung up on me. All I asked was what was the policy for tellers for doing their own business on work time.

After the management change at the Othello WA branch the service has gone down hill and does not seem the improving. If for some reason Jennifer M were to leave I would move all my accounts and do business across the street.

I talked my brother and we would move our joint account. There is only one person keeping us there at present. There have been some really good people go though the branch but not at present When I talked with the current manager on an issue she was no help at all.

I have been trying to login to my us bank account but it keeps saying that my username has been disabled. I called customer service and they couldn’t figure out the problem and told me to wait 2-3 business days for an email to be sent. And guess what, nothing.

Now I still cannot my funds and they are trying to stop the money from going into the account.

I was out of town once again my bill arrived late it didn’t arrive until July 1 so I had my wife call in to pay off my monthly balance which turned out to be about $341 and your company told her it was 1300 and something dollars and they took that money out of my account when my wife told me about that I said I don’t think I spent $1300 and

then a couple days later the bill came in showing it was $341so your representative took an extra thousand dollars from my account it was not due yet and when I asked to speak to a manager they told me that it would be in there by Friday

My complaint is against Koji Inoue he treated fine until I told him I had just got out of prison. I was opening an account and everything was going fine until I mentioned me recent release from prison. After that he had my account locked and said he needed verification of my address which I provided then he said he needed a picture of my id which I provided and I still can’t access my account.

He also was very bad at explaining things and kept repeating himself which made me feel like he thought I was stupid. I would suggest not having him open account with new customers.

I want to file a formal complaint against the bank manager of US Bank located at 5501 S 56th St, Lincoln, NE 68516. I do not know the bank manager's name.

My sister and I visited this location so I could deposit a check for $1746.00. I wanted to transfer $250 from my account to my sister's US Bank account and obtain a temporary debit card until my permanent one arrived at my home.

The manager was quick to shut me down in the mid-sentence of my requests. I forgot my driver's license. I had my previous driver's license with my photo and current address. She said that wasn't good enough. I also asked to meet with a banker to review my new account, review some transactions, and get my temporary debit card.

I've been working with US bank since January trying to resolve a dispute charge. Something that should of been taken care of at my initial call. Ten calls later, six months later. I still have no resolve and have been told my file was closed because time had elapsed.

I was never told if a time frame. Five of my calls I was lead to believe I was finished and would be receiving credit. Each call six weeks apart. I'm livid and made an in person appointment at my local branch.

I will have a resolve or will be withdrawing by 95, 000$ and moving across the street to the credit union.

This is about 1 specific branch #4515. The are very rude and attack me, all 5 of them as soon as i enter branch. They try to close at 430 even tho they are open till 5 and thus dont want to take my deposit fill my change order or give me deposit slips and bags back from the night drops they force me to do.

I guess $5,000 a day deposits arent enough to have me treat with respect. As a manager i treat my customers as important even those with no money. They are lazy disrespectful and very stupid as bankers and there customers complain to me all the time with same issues which is probably why theyre branch is always empty.

Id fire them if they worked for me but split them up and move them might work. I am gonna see if company can use the bank near my store as they like me and want my stores…

Consistently, bank employees are rude and unprofessional. Over and again, they appear to lack knowledge appropriate to carrying out their jobs. Most recently, I deposited a small check into my account which was pleasant and professionally completed. Then I asked for a notary.

An employee, Sue Kennerman--I think, led me to her desk. I handed her the signature/notary page. She stated she needed the entire document. As many documents calling for notarization are of a private nature, I asked the reason for the entire document.

She said she could not notarize a power of attorney and another document I do not recall. I explained the document in question concerned closing a probated estate. She insisted that I provide the entire document which I did. I told her that I have had over thirty…

I had an account with Union Bank, I was very happy with their online banking, now I have to deal with US Bank and their horrible online banking. Cannot transfer money to an individual, have to use Zelle which I refuse to use.

Upon calling and sitting on phone 10 minutes, several times and finally hearing a voice I made comment about the wait time. Upon hearing my response the person simply hung up. I have been customer with us bank many years you could call your bank directly Nd u knew people there.

Your service has slipped tithe bottom of the barrel. they should be instructed the customer is ALWys right. Nothing calls for a customer to be hung up on no matter. If they can't handle the call surely someone with tac and experience can.

Makes credit unions look like a better place to do business.

I know that the fraud department takes 45 to investigate an account. I'm in the process of trying to rectify my negative balance and when I went online to check it, they had already closed it. That's only 3 weeks from when I was first informed.

My experience with banking with us bank is horrible, uncomfortable and obnoxious, a whole week of torture , a whole week of my accounts being flagged or put on hold , I get the 5th degree shitload of security questions as if. It started to be annoying.

Therefore I would not recommend this bank to any of my friends or family members at all. I will be closing my accounts as soon as pending charges gets cleared. I can no longer bank with us bancorp bank anymore.

I feel I'm not in the wrong with how and when I wanna spend my money I have , it's always been control or controlling the people's way of living. As old as i am don't expect a women like me to be in a rocking chair and knitting no way in hell you will see me do so.

I moved to Florida. NO is bank here. They locked my ATM card for possible fraud alert after I told them it was me they never turned it back on. They claimed they did. I spent 2 days and over 8 hours multiple times.

I was shuffled to fraud department and voice-mail.

Finally they said just need to reset pin did that and it's for a card in the mail. Won't let me transfer my money in any way. Just got our of prison all my money in bank been locked out since thursday!!!

This bank needs to be investigated. Even called the bank rep who opened the account . She could believe it. She spent hours trying. Is offering to send over night check

I do my shopping at the Schnucks store at the Cross Keys Mall in Florissant, MO. I use that US Bank ATM when I shop. The ATM seems to have an ongoing problem with printing a receipt with nothing printed on it.

In other words I get a blank piece of paper for my receipt.

USBank took over my wonderful Union Bank. They have had months to plan the transfer, The VP in charge of IT should be fired. We were told to set up online banking on May 30. the system crashed because the IT department had not planned for so many people rying to set up an account. Really? Very poor planning.

1. A Kroger employee invited my wife to get a Kroger credit card. She helped fill it out, submitted and was rejected several days later since we have our credit frozen. 2. I got online to submit a new request.

1st unfroze experian and equifax with credit ratings of 850 and 837 out of a possible 850! Transunion won't provide score without pay so I was sure 2 very high scores were enough. I Submitted a second request (online promise of approval in 30 minutes).

Iv had my checking account with US bank for maybe 3 years, I make under 50k a year and pretty much only know a paycheck to paycheck life style. I recently started a new job at one of the largest organizations my field of work.

The ATM machine at Cross Keys Schnucks store in Florissant, Mo has had continual problems with NOT printing a receipt. When the problem first appears it may take weeks to get repaired. This has happened on several occasions and lasts for several weeks.

How can you deposit a check get receipt that it is accepted. Shows your balance and then just dissapears? Go to gas station use $20 for gas go to store get declined for purchase. Go to app and it tells you "ATM flip" then you are negative for your gas and no one can help or find the check that was accepted and you have to file a dispute?

It was in my account and then ripped right out and no one knows why? My husband meanwhile is in the ICU fighting for his life and I am depending on the funds that was deposited and accepted into my account.

I called into US bank because I have a home mortgage through them. 26 when my home owners insurance only went up $1273. They were the ones who estimated the cost of my insurance and set my mortgage payment amount to cover that cost and put it into my escrow.

I was discussing this with Rep Amber KD5BZ and was trying to get across my point (why a there is a bigger difference than just the increased insurance amount) without being constantly interrupted. She repeatedly tried to interupt and cut me off.

Apparently she didn't think I had the right to discuss it or she just didn't want to hear from me so she hung up the phone on me. VERY VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I do my grocery shopping at the Schnucks store at Cross Keys Mall in the St. Louis are. I regularly us the ATM machine there to deposit cash, checks and to draw out cash. On MANY occasions the ATM machine asks if I was a paper receipt and I say yes.

Then I get a blank piece of paper! This has happened too many times and this error tends to continue for several weeks. Should I go to a different store? This is the closest store and I'd rather not. Please fix.

If I could rate a negative I would. The run around, lack of urgency and complete incompetence is astounding. I had a cashiers check stolen from my car. Reported it immediately but was told to return on a specific date to process refund.

Returned that day but was told I had to wait 90 days. Called a manager was told he would look into it and get back to me. Never heard back from anyone at US Bank. Returned at 90 days completed the paperwork was told I would have my refund no later than Tuesday. NOTHING!!! called customer..

I think you can see here but the run around has continued and I have had to sell my business and due to this hardship! -10 is my rating and once I get my refund after 20+ years as a customer I am DONE!

I was banking with US Bank for approximately two years. In November of 2022, I noticed two transactions that I did not make and submitted a claim. Shortly thereafter, US Bank closed my account without explanation. To date, I still have not received the funds that were still in my account.

I was in the drive thru at US Bank. To deposit a check into my landlord's account and withdraw a few hundred dollars. The teller put the check I wrote into my acount! It wasn't even written to me! Then I call the bank and the bank manager treats me like I did something wrong!

Aside from that nothing got fixed, I had to issue another check. And I never got a call back to explain what happened!

I understand holding a deposit to verify it but when I deposit in cash to a teller there is no reason to hold it. When my SS or other retirement funds are deposited, they don't go to pending. Why did your teller not tell me?

I had a problem with my checking so I locked my account last week so they could look into. They said they would call me the next and never did. I waited a week and called them. Went through 4 service until someone could help me and she did.

Then she transferred me to someone else to unlock my debit card and she said she did. Go to use my debit card today and it didn't work. Called them again now they said my card was stolen and I supposedly said someone was using it.

I never said these things to anyone. Never said someone stole it. If this is the kind of service I receive from US bank then your not a bank for me.

On March 28, 2023 I deposited 2 checks from the US Treasury into my checking account. The checks were tax refunds. The total deposit was approx $950,000. At the time of the deposit the funds were placed on hold until April 6, 2023 with the exception of approx $5,000 per standard protocol.

I received a notice in writing of this hold. On April 5, 2023 I received a call from US Bank stating additional information was required and I submitted this information to the local branch where I do business. I was never advised in writing there was a chance the hold would be extended.

Your IT people have got.... to leave well enough alone !! I now need two devices to log into my online pc. which is fucking ridiculous !! I now need my phone with me to log into my pc online account for reading a passcode via a text, whereas before I just needed to answer a secure; security question.

Redeemed points from the rewards program for gift cards. Had to have them sent to a family member since they do not send rewards to PO Box’s, which is the only way I receive mail since there is no service to my area.

After 6 weeks I contact customer service since I have not received them yet. I am then told that there is an inquiry being done and will take 6-8 weeks. You got to be kidding me, this bank is a joke.

a couple of weeks ago, a charge appeared on my account statement which I did not authorize. When I contacted customer service, it was suggested that because my account had been breached, they would cancel my current ATM card and issue me another (I ordered a picture card).

When my new card arrived, the first thing I noticed is that it was NOT a picture card but a generic card. When I called to set it up the recording told me that it did not recognize me. I received a bank loan on my used vehicle back in 2020 from a lease. The paperwork was missing before finalizing the distribution of funds and has been a hassle ever since. the title was sent to me from the lease company, I returned the title sent to me at my local US bank.

At that time, they told I needed to do nothing else. I kept receiving paperwork to return the title, so I called multiple times, each time they told me to disregard the paperwork and that I returned the title and there was nothing left for me to do.

Today I received a lien perfection assistance from decision dynamics for my 2017 Toyota 4runner. I don't have time to call and spend hours on the phone trying to clear up an issue from US bank departments not talking to each other.

My android phone app won't open. Your digital support can't fix the problem. This is extremely poor customer service! I have had continuous issues with your android phone app not working correctly over several years now! Currently I am using one of the top android phones in the industry, Samsung Galaxy Flip 3.

I have been sitting in line at the drive up for 30 minutes not moving. I have to make deposits on my lunch which means I won't get back on time as there are 2 cars still ahead of me.

This is not the first time. I have tried going in to the branch but it takes just as long. This is ridiculous. I work at a financial institution and if we made ANYONE wait that long our CEO would be furious.

Something needs to be done about having customers not have to wait so long to be helped.

I applied for a credit card. I received a letter asking that I phone USBank to give more info needed. I've been a customer of USBank for over 30 years; checking and savings account, mortgage, credit card; the works! My checking account number is 1 534 6442 1509. My account was frozen back in January because a client of mine made a deposit into my account and then put a stop payment on it. The very next day he made up for the check that was stopped. I personally did nothing wrong but yet you were holding my funds in the amount of $15,489.88. for over 2 months. I am trying to get a status of when I can expect my money. The branch manager (Yama Hatem) does not respond to my phone calls or emails which I think is very unprofessional. completely unaceptable service, my account has been on hold for over a week, and i have had no access to my own money, not a single person in the entire company can lift the hold on my account , an for some reason takes weeks to close my account and mail me a check, my local branch manager is no help at all even though he had told me few days ago he could email someone to lift hold but refused because my account was new and i opened online.
