They have unilaterally taken it upon themselves to hold my bank account and a credit card account I’ve had with their bank HOSTAGE because they demand I go into one of their 2nd rate branches and send A FAX to their corporate office with my credentials! A FAX!?

Is this 2023 or 1983? This bank is done, they should not bare the US name in any form, they are an embarrassment of huge proportions.

i have made several formal complaints without resolution or attention. I am in need of assistance with discussing my checking account of which was closed. I have been unable to bank or proceed with any information that would potentially assist me in healing this absolutely unfathomable situation.

Customer service at the Chenal branch, Little Rock, Arkansas, continues to be quite poor. The employees provide conflicting information, Mgr Hayden is rude and bullying. Two days ago I went into the bank to make a deposit into my checking account.

I stopped at the outside counter and filled out a deposit check just as I have done for over thirty years. When I went inside toward a woman teller, Hayden motioned me to come to his counter which I did.

The bank manager megan is not expressing good customer service. My mother went into the bank at Brookfield Square to buy a cashiers check. The woman lied saying we had to wait until the miney clears on Saturday which is a lie because US bank has not cleared things lately in a timely matter.

Also my son had a minor acct at the bank in elm grove where someone took me off years ago as POA for a trust account. When my grandmother passed away , some cheap banker was taking $5 a month from my sons account until it reached $400 of fees.

I was able to cash out the mioney and make the account for my son, for a savings account and has put him in check systems so i have to sometimes cash his checks in my account. I believe this red headed witch megan is doing this .

I'm tired of not being able to use my debit card because of US Bank fucked up fraud protection. I'll use my debit card 3 days in a row at one place and on the 4th day it is rejected by fraud alert.

WTF I call US Bank fraud protection and these idiots have no idea why my transaction is denied on the 4th time using it at the same business. I'll get a text about verifying a transaction but when I call them they don't recognize my account from my phone number they just text me to.

This is one fucked up feature US Bank does not let you opt out of. So be careful and carry an different card with you. You might for example pump your gar first then pay, but if your card is denied by their fraud protection for no reason now your fucked unless you have another card to pay with

I have been a customer for 20 years. No credit card issues until recently. My replacement credit card never arrived once my current card expired end of November. I have made three calls in two months to try and solve the issue.

I called early December and I was told a new one would be issued (could take up to 7 days). It never arrived. I called again after the holidays and was told the replacement was never sent and that I would be issued a new card. That card never arrived.

What arrived weeks later was card for what I believe is my now-canceled card that I should have received in November, which is not the new number showing up in my account. I made a call today to clear things up.

I dealt with a very rude fraud protection person today while at a branch of USBank in Aurora CO. I was lockied out of my online account so i was trying to get this resolved for which this little guy would not do. I feel this idiots demenior was very unprofessional and if he worked for he would have been fired on the spot! He never gave his name of course which was another very un professional event which does not surprise me. I've had identity theft at USBank 8 times at least in the past 18 months. This is something that never happens at my other bank i use. Customers beware!!

Our debit card was breeched... we called fraud and went through all the charges... got a new card and deposited our payroll checks.. they accepted the money.. the returned it.. because of the fraud.. no text no email no phone call...

I called customer service on 1/27/2023 to have a locked, stolen card removed from my account. The lady I spoke with had me unlock it so she could remove it, but instead she removed my current working debit card and left the stolen one on my account, UNLOCKED!

I ended up having to go to my bank to get order a new card since there was no way to put the one she removed back on my account. The customer service I received today was unacceptable and seriously has me reconsidering banking with US Bank.

About 2 months ago, I found fraud on my checking account. I contacted the fraud department and they told me they would put a stop payment on the two transactions but they would not close the account for my convenience. 67 and Giant Eagle.

A few days later, I went to make another purchase and my debit card purchase was declined. This was on a Sunday. So I went to the ATM machine at the Ashtabula branch, 4717 Park Avenue. I was declined there as well.

So I called the fraud dept again. The lady there said they had to close the account so I had to go and open up a new account. She allowed me to get some funds that I needed until then.

I wasn't very happy after being told the account would not be closed. I opened the new account and proceeded to pay my monthly bills online. The old account…

Fraud dept placed 10 day hold on ATM deposit at Turlock CA branch. Funds were from my son to pay my rent for 6 months while I find another place. I am on a fixed income & have been a customer for 20+ years. Your hold plus your overdraft fees have now caused my account to be overdrawn by over $300; I can't pay my rent, 3 automatic payments will be refused and 3 other accounts that have payments due can't be paid. I am enraged at the lack of concern and empathy I have experienced by staff in the fraud dept and the unwillingness to do anything to resolve this issue. My online acct was compromised Alert said to call They cut off my access to online service but assured me my card would not be shut off and to call in three business days and they would help me reinstate my online account. None of that was right They cut off my card, did not inform me, had incorrect phone numbers.

It took three calls to get new card and it arrived three days after they said it would. Three more calls and an email later I have to call again to get back online Had a claim number that was useless.

Told I would have a case manager. I did not. Took 45 minutes to get back on online acct and still could not see my profile to verify it was all correct. Every time I touched a key had to input a six digit code.

30103. Last year i went through a " forbearance" plan which was supposed to end in January 2022 and resume regular monthly payments in February which i did. The US Bank Rep. who took the payment at that time did an over the phone application with me .

accepted the payment and said the forbearance period would be added to the end of the loan. Since that time I have gotten very conflicting communications from the different reps when calling to make payments.

For example In March the rep told me she could not accept a payment because the forbearance had not been closed even though i had done that in Feb. and successfully made my first resumed payment. after hanging up I immediately called back got a different rep who took the payment no problem.

I went to put my check in the bank and I waiting at the drive thru window over 15minutes then she came to the window and said it will be a few and we continued to wait finally we just went to the ATM. We've been at this bank location for over 30 years and is the worst I've ever seen it.

I feel that it's mis managed, no help, and the bank has wentvto hell. If it wasn't so much trouble to get my disability check transferred to a different bank I would transfer to one now at this point.

I asked the card holder how to get a charge back on my card. l have contacted him repeated through the process and no response. I called Usbank Relia Card holder and was advised to take it up with merchant.

at the end of the letter it states the days have passed and nothing the company can do but take it up with the merchant. but plainly agreed that it says it was returned. Now they are saying the letter was a error and to go back to the merchant.

l found many complaints concerning issues about error or missing account or reps giving out false information. Rude and impatient and keep sending you in a circle.

Just left the US bank branch inside the Safeway on Campbell and Broadway in Tucson, AZ for an 11:00 scheduled appointment. Sat outside waiting for 45 minutes while clerk, Renee was glancing up at us while taking care of her previous customers and was clearly running late.

At no time did she come out and let us know she would be with us soon and then when we were finally greeted, zero acknowledgement or apology that she ran late. After we sat down, we asked how long it would take and her response was “l don’t know”.

I told her that all we needed to do was take my sons connected student checking and give him his own. She then said it would take 45 minutes. When l told her that my son had to work she just showed us the door with no apologies or any consideration for our wasted time.

This bank is disgusting. What they did to me is outright criminal. Taking legal action against a bank is hard work, but I am trying. They violated my privacy and what they are doing is criminal. I’m struggling to pay a bill due to their outright gross interest rate increases. Only $20 goes to the principal after they take everything.

The people don’t listen to you. They tell you what you want. Or hang up on you when you confront them on ethics violations on their behalf.

This past year I have had the worst experience with the US BANK Bryant. Im starting to think it’s because the color of my skin. They do not treat you worth anything. I have never seen an urgency for them to help me.

When you go in the bigger lady in the office stares at you like your dirt and beneath you. No pleasant smile whatsoever. I don’t ever feel like they ever do anything out of the way for anyone unless your making a deposit or withdrawal.

S. Bank branch in Palm Desert, CA , located on Cook Street on 10/13/2022. I wanted to withdraw cash from their drive up ATM with my debit card. I was in my car behind another driver . He was unable to withdraw cash from the ATM. He exhibited frustration ….

Phone system was upgraded and hasn’t worked since .We have to wait for a banker and then they cannot readily identify you by several method’s although I have been banking here for over 30 years. There does not seem to be anyone who can fix the phone system. Put the old one back in it worked great.

On September 19 2022 I filed fraud complaint with US Bank regarding an incident I had using Facebook Marketplace where a crook impersonated Zelle which I use through US Bank. I was defrauded $250 out of my US Bank checking account. I provided the crooks name ( Probably Fake) with an email address he used.

I have been waiting since that date almost 3 weeks and I have never had a contact from anyone at US Bank. I am out $250 dollars through fraud and this crook is still ripping people off today. Why have I not been contacted? Please advise

However, I feel I have to say something about your new automated phone system.

First, on the very first part of questions after the Spanish part, there is way to much “dead” space in between the needed account information.

Second, once you Finally get to your account you don’t have a “button press” option to get to transaction history. Once you get to your transaction history then the system runs pretty quickly. It’s the whole first part of the process is VERY cumbersome and slow.

The OLD automated phone system worked very well! This new one definitely needs some tuning. Thank you

I called customer service today (9-29-2022) about the online banking timing me out and then logging me out so quickly. For years I have used US Bank online without this being an issue. I understand the purpose and protection auto logging out offers, but it was usually after say "10 minutes or more" of no activity or mouse usage.

Today it was less than a couple of minutes. I had to redo my "bill payment" several times. I timed the last one on my stopwatch: 1 minute and 22 seconds of no activity and no mouse usage. Please help and research this issue.

Something is very different recently. I think 30 days ago while paying bills and other online banking it timed me out very quickly as well. Thank you, Andrew

I tried to close an account after my father died that also had my name on it. I called on 9/6/22 and had a pleasant and super easy experience after I was told I didn’t need send a death certificate b/c I was an account holder.

But then 2 weeks pass and nothing happened. So I called back and was told I had to go through the Life Events dept. Another week goes by and then finally when I’m contacted instead of helping and supporting me, Molly Firkus gave me fake sympathy while making me verify my identity again (with a notary!

I got promotion on US BANK site RXN13HH which promissed to give bonus $500 after opening account with $5,000 and keep for 90 days and make 5 transactions . After all conditions were met and bonus not posted to my account I called to customer service, they told me that it was personilised offer to specific customers.

I am 3rd party individual from an Housing Authority Entity, and I have been working with mortgage companies throughout Oklahoma. I know the process of approving Authorization for others to call on borrowers account, but this is the only time I've ever had an issue , which is disappointing because one representative was super nice and

gave me that information , but the one I spoke to last week, she may need retraining on protocol and policy's to ensure she doesn't give FALSE information to others and DELAY their time once more. I disputed a service charge for a product that was returned immediately on an online order (within a few minutes). 36. After disputing the claim and reversal of charges, US Bank debited the amount again. I again disputed it and went through the whole process of this and received a letter on August 8th that it is closed and the amount credited to my account.

But this morning Sep 8th 2002, the amount has again been debited and I had call US Bank again to be told that the Claims specialist will call again to sort this out. They won’t help you when you fall on a hardship. They’ll only make You feel worse for struggling. They’ll tell you your options are to not pay and go to collections or underpay and continuously get hit with late fees.

On 8/29/22,I got a call the day before from your fraud Depot saying my accounts had been compromised and to go to the bank branch to have them change all my accounts. This burning I waited in a long line and when it was my turn, they told me they wouldn’thelp me because they only had two people working and didn’t have time to fix my problem and to call the fraud line instead.

On 8/192022 I made a deposit with a $100 through US Banks ATM at 9090 Central Ave, Montclair, CA. There was a noise on the machine and immediately after I received a receipt to call a 1 855 512 0347 number to report that my account had not been credited & that I needed my money asap.

I was advised that it takes 10 business days to investigate.

Also, I went inside the branch the next day & the branch advised that could not assist me because a third party maintains their atm. In the meantime I have called 1855 Number several times (6X) & even spoke to a supervisor today, there is no help.

I am very disappointed & dissatisfied as a customer of US Bank. Your assistance will be appreciated.

On 8/19/2022 I called into customer service because I just started using your mobile app for tracking my 2 credit cards. I saw a payment I made on 8/5/2022 for the first time through the app had been reversed and I had a $30 reversal fee.

I called into customer service and the first lady I talked with told me my back refused the payment and I had to bring it up to my bank. I was denied credit from this bank for an bogus reason: First, I have over an 800 credit score, no debts and my home is paid for($175k). I have enough assets and cash to cover my purchase 10x over yet still denied.

I put 30% down for the purchase as well. I make $2000k per month and they said that wasn't enough of an income. Absurdness on the highest level. US bank caters to the upper income I guess even though my profile is better than any upper income person.

I have been using US Bank for 20 years. I now live 45 minutes from our closest branch located in Newport Oregon. I needed a document to be notarized so needed a brick and mortar and personal service. This may seem petty to you, but I needed to use the restroom after my long drive. I was told they no longer have a public restroom. I said, " I am a customer, not the general public" . I was told that it was the customers that give them the most problems. So, I stood there in discomfort and waited to get my documents dealt with. We humans all have to urinate! It is ridiculous that your banking staff is too lazy to deal with their restroom and to treat me as if I might ruin their bathroom.

I do not have an account with USBank, but I was given a $15,000 check from my attorney from his business account. I went to US Bank to cash it. They verified the check with my attorney. The branch I was at said they didn't have the funds to cash it, but they would call other branches to see who did.

They sent me to the Redwood City Branch on Woodside Rd. When I arrive they tell me the check is too large and they wouldn't be able to cash it for a non-account holder of their bank. It was their check, it had been verified.

So they say they don't have the funds available. They order money on Tuesdays and receive it on Fridays. So I ask them to request enough money on Tuesday and I will come back the following Friday. They said they would.

So I return nine days later to cash the check. They…

after being told my credit card was being ended i was offered a different one to supersede it. 5 months later i find the card was not ended but i have two separate accounts. the card that was ended was still active, i have repeatedly attempted to set a payment transfer for the new card but each time they fail to set up .

this almost left me on the road stranded with a declined card. each time i try to sort this out i am left spending hours on the phone on hold or waiting to speak to an agent, and there is no phone no to make a complaint in house
