Continuously put on long holds when called. NOTE: I have neither a cell phone nor a computer and have to go & use a computer in my local public library. Any and every time I call my nearest U.S.Bank (or any of its branches) I have to go through a time-consuming IA answering machine which then puts me on usually a 15 min. hold.

What I need is a bank directory of numbers that I can call that will connect me with a real live human being without run arounds and holds.

It will be a cold day in Hell before I recommend U.S.Bank to anyone. I wouldn't want them to go through the same runarounds, IA's, and long holds that I routinely experience when dealing with U.S. Bank.

I wonder this branch has many bad reviews. Extremely horrible and unpleasant experience with the fatty long hair gilt teller. Visited this branch for a simple personal banking transaction. Her customer service was not even a great but I expressed her service as saying "Thank You" at the end of transaction.

Guess what, she reacted my appreciation with completely giving me the cold shoulder, how unprofessional customer service attitude that was. I felt she looked like discriminating me, terrible feeling. S. Bank was ranked third best in customer service within the banking industry, ya right?

I think worst in customer service if that kind of female racist is working at the front teller. Recommend that she needs to improve her customer service in professional manner and learn how to answer…

So I've been trying to get a Helco and the branch manager is very rude has no way of helping anyone. If this place is just about a job and not helping the people that bank there. Than what kind of bank is that.

I'm ready to take my account somewhere else. I've been banking there for over 6 years and I got treated like I'm a no one!

After having my account frozen for over a week I tried to withdraw and close my account. After pre calling Rohnert Park US Bank branch to make sure there would be no issues in closing my account I arrived to have multiple issues and waiting in the lobby for 40 min before being able to close my account.

This is AFTER not being able to access my account for over a week. The teller had an attitude that it’s no big deal. 40 min in the lobby time away from work.

Very insulted I have to show my ID every week that I deposit cash usually about 5 to $700. I have a commercial account this is not necessary at all. This is not a Federal regulation and does not deter money laundering or any such thing but it does deter good customers like me I could go to another bank that doesn't ask for my ID.

I have a barber shop, I need to deposit the rest of the cash so I can pay my employees their checks, which my payroll people take care of. This is a huge hindrance to my business and very disrespectful.

I usually use the mobile banking app to deposit my checks through US bank and i have had numerous times now that the system was not working properly. I made the depoait and it did not give me any money from the check.

I called customer service and they were of no help. Its very bad business. They do not seem to care at all. I have to wait until Tuesday to get the money and i deposited it on Friday

S. Bank 3021 University Ave. took one look at me, and decided he wasn't interested in helping me. He asked me if I ever cashed a check there before. I responded yes. He immediately said he needed to call the payer in which he proceeded to pretend to.

He told me the payer didn't answer the phone. He never called. Knowing what was going on I cussed this sorry excuse for a bank employee out. He told me never to return. S. bank where the teller happily did his job by looking me up in the computer, and asking for my social security number.

Ian Baeza treated poorly based on my appeance (I have a chronic health condition). Ian Baeza's behavior, and failure to perform his job is sickening.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. After getting the run around all day Friday, they said my claim would be sent with in two hours. The following Monday, they tell me it won’t be processed until Tuesday. Complete disgrace from their customer service teams and flat out lies.

I have been banking with US Bank for many, many years. But in the last year, (at least) my experience banking there has become worse and worse I use the Rancho Bernardo CA office. My transactions are not lengthy, usually just a straight deposit, with little to no cash.

But an AVERAGE wait time to make my deposit is about 20 minutes. Sometimes it's a shortage of tellers, but more often than not, there are 2 -3 tellers, but they spend so much time with each customer, the wait becomes ridiculous.

It's nice to be friendly, but not when there's a line of 5 people waiting to be serviced. i have complained many times to the bank manager there, but she just thanks me for "my patience". I am also encouraged to use the bank's app.

I used it a lot during covid lockdowns and had a lot of trouble…

I tried to find out why my transaction was not showing up in my account, and I was told that my deposit isn't showing up because it has to wait to clear, but I never had this experience before. The person on the phone kept talking over me and wouldn't let me escalate the issue.

I have purchase a US$ 15,000 CD with US bank which matured on 1/6/2001 and it’s automatically renew at maturity. I totally forget about this CD until recently I found the contract. Contacted US bank prior lake brunch in Minnesota where I purchase the CD from to withdraw the money, they sent me to the escheament department since it’s has been so long ago so US bank treat it as abandoned property.

APON department told me US bank only keep records for 7 years so they cannot help me to trace this CD. This CD is automatically renew at maturity, I cannot understand why US bank doesn’t have it anymore. US bank has never contacted me about the CD before you deem it as abandoned property.

I have checking and cd accounts with the bank. I went there to get a simple form Notarized she was very disrespectful. Being a costumer it was insulting. At the time three of them were sitting doing nothing one was drinking coffee.

US Bank are the worst bunch of incompetent LIARS I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I am so tired of large corporations playing dirty with consumers and then thinking that they can lie their way out of it and not face any repercussions. That is crap.

US Bank completely MESSED up my ACH complaints by giving me the wrong information and making me wait months to let me know that I could not file a claim. US Bank returned multiple car payments I made as a”clerical error” - while dealing to address their mistake bank moved loan to charge off. In July 2020, I had unauthorized charges on my US Bank Reliacard. I contaced US Bank immediately. The person who did these unauthorized charges was convicted of this crime. I have submitted all requested paperwork US Bank asked for 3 times...THREE TIMES SINCE JULY 2020. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE DOLLAR FROM US BANK TO REIMBURSE ME the $6,866.61 that was stolen off my card.

My bank account has been frozen for 14 months now and I have not been able to get to my unemployment benefits. I have sent document you have asked for and I have bee. More than patient with this bank and the rude people I have spoken to.

redeemed a cd. waited 2 weeks for check which never came. contacted us bank. hung up on twice.

third rep said had to wait 15 business days before action could be taken. called back on 16 day. rep said they would stop payment on first check and reissue. 13 days no check. called again. rep said customer care would call to verify info.

US Bank reversed a transaction for $82 from the hotel Sonesta for a night I didn't stay there and a week after they left. They also reversed $510 charged to me by Sonesta again for credit owed to me by the Sonesta hotel and nearly a week of days I didn't stay there.

Sonesta had already owed me a $100 on top of that for my deposit. And US bank didn't even send me a letter warning me of the last transaction for $510. They just took the money back. They didn't contact me to ask me for any evidence for which I absolutely had.

The debit card team refuses to return my calls. I have solid proof that my claims are true and US bank seriously doesn't even contact me over this. I moved into an apartment, the payment even shows this on my bill.

The company account I opened in December last year applied for a card swipe machine, and the account was closed after four months. Said I was at risk. I asked them what risk I was at and they didn't give me any explanation.

Then I applied for a refund of the money I bought for the card machine and the bank didn't give it back so I'm going to complain

Called this morning to see why I was charged a late fee on my cc ending 3341 as I paid it on the day it was due & got Tiffany who was very rude. She advised of the 7pm cst cutoff time for making payments on the due date which I understood & thanked her for.

I then attempt to explain to her my dissatisfaction with the whole situation, she kept explaining the same policy which I understood & told her as much at least twice, BUT in the middle of voicing my concerns, she hung up & never called back nor did I receive any sort of survey to fill out which I thought odd.

Arrived at 5:30pm (30 min before close) to setup my sons first bank account.. having worked for a month he was very happy to finally be here (thia was our third attempt, to rush down at end of day to do this) there were 3 employees in this grocery store branch, and

no other CUSTOMERS at the time, and they were too lazy to help us out. Tried to tell me they could setup a link i can use on my phone a d create an account online in 5 minutes. As a military account holder, i wanted to make sure my son was setup properly, i did t want to make an account online—thats why we went to an in person branch.

The USBank branch is our city is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The manager is rude, condescending and arrogant. The staff itself is unfriendly. They refuse to answer their phone. As a business owner, there are times I need to speak to someone in my local branch and they do not answer the phones.

Since the Covid 19 shut down of 2020, they have continued to stay in shut down mode, as if to work as little as possible, using Covid as an excuse. We have tried to set up new accounts, they have made mistakes at every turn. Completely frustrating.

My client had approx. $6,000 of unauthorized charges. She notified U.S. Bank ReliaCard as soon as she was aware of the charges. The person who made those unauthorized charges was convicted of the crime. U.S. Bank has never reimbursed my Client. She sent to U.S. Bank Reliacard people everything they requested 3 different times since July 2020 still She has not been reimbursed a dime!

I had my investments with Us Bank Wealth Management. When I first met where is Bobby Shaw the wealth management advisor I asked him if he was a fiduciary and he answered me yes now come to find out he is not a fiduciary.

Drive thru around 12:30 April 7,2022 on a windy day. Approached window with extended draw. A young girl was working when I put my driver license in extended draw, and after the draw was pulled back to girl she then gave me a customer authorization ticket.

I filled out slip and put in draw then the girl said I need you ID and I told her I already gave it to her. She continued to say I didn't and I said yes I put it in the draw.

So after looking for my ID for a few minutes I got out the car and continued looking for my ID. After a few many found ID underneath a car behind me . In the process of looking for my ID a US bank employee that was helping me was laughing like this was a joke.

To start off I wanted to let you know that your branch manager Gloria at US Bank 32 E. Walker Orland ca. 95963 I very racist Spanish manager. Walker at least 17 years. I have had no problems with any managers until Gloria.

I've trying to contact my branch to prevent closing my account, there was an issue of a check I deposited but I fixed it right away as soon as I cound out. I was trying to email and call the branch manager Roya Tebby in Brentwood, whom the Miss Andrea Popozzo refered to and suggested me to contact with.

I explained my situation in the email with details and trying to keep my account.

However, After more than 4 weeks I haven't received any response. So I called the 24 hr costomer service and they connected to that branch and informed me that they had decdided to close my account and the check with $1000 left in my account would be mailed to me.

I was told by 2 separate customer service representatives that when I paid off my home mortgage after a certain date (2 years after refinancing) that I would NOT have to pay a $500 early payoff fee. Now they are saying it is 3 years after signing and I am now expected to pay a $500 early payoff fee. They will not support that 2 customer service reps told me incorrectly and will not waive the fee.

Good day, I was in the drive through window today 3/18/22, approximately 11 am at the Auburn, WA branch off of 15th street. A teller by the name of Lolly was extremely rude. I gave her three transactions. Two deposits with slips, and $2000 cash with ID.

" I've never been treated that way by an employee of US Bank. It took me by surprise. I too have worked in customer service and I truly believe that everyone should be spoken to with respect. She certainly chose not to do so.

Yes I filed a dispute and have gotten the run around. Back in January I spoke to one of the people in the dispute team and upon looking at my account that one of the transactions from second was ruled in my favor but it was never put back on my card.

Asked for documents from the dispute investigation be sent to me and instead of that they sent me bank statements along with someone else's bank statement and dispute.

Also, I received an email stating that they would love to hear my feed back from a call I made on March 1, 2022. called to let them know and us bank stayed I called in asking about dispute but I didn't.

I had just opened a US Bank Visa Credit Card. I have had nothing be trouble getting payments through when I use my card to pay bills that only accept credit card. I have an over due payment to U-Haul that didn't get paid because the credit card failed to except the payment.

I have been having problems charging things on line because the card was rejecting to pay. I can't have this. I have an excellent credit rating & I don't want it spoiled because of US Bank Services are not paying my bills or my payment for merchandise.

I called to today & they said it was fixed. Who knows when this could happen again. Please address my issues. If I don't get satisfaction I will be forced to find another bank who can handle my accounts. This is serious.

About the Lewiston Idaho Orchards Branch, a teller by the name of Stephanie, and her dog trainer/ manager probably by the name of Karen. This chick put a second hold on a check I deposited in my account two weeks prior even after it cleared and the funds were available in my account.

All because I went in there to withdrawal 5000 dollars to purchase a vehicle. " None of her business but I obliged and gave her a response. After which she sat me down, and started calling the originating bank. Again, the funds have cleared and were available in my account.

I sat for 15 minutes while she dug her nose around trying to determine that I stole the money. I asked for my ID back and left figuring I'd just go to another branch where there was a decent, non prejudice teller to help me.

When your bank says the drive thru closes at 4, then they need to close at 4, not 3:30. This seems to happen more than it should and with limited hours and lobby’s being closed, this should definetly not be happening in my opinion.

I had been written several checks that had turned out to be fraudulent. I don’t understand how the bank expects me to know if someone is writing me a bad check? I asked the teller if we could verify funds and she should have advised me to take them to the branch they were issued from and they could have been verified or not with out all this headache.

I am being treated like a criminal! If I thought this would happen I would not have chanced it on my business account! I am so unhappy with the way I’m being treated!!! This is the worst bank I’ve ever used!!!

On 1 Feb 2022 I emailed the tax dept. my total tax exempt status for my veterans total & permanent exemption received 27 Jan 2022. Made a followup call on 1 Feb 22 for verification of receipt. I asked the lady when would my exemption come into effect as I knew that once the payment was later then the 15th I would be late and late charges would take effect.

She said that it takes 10 business days but she assured me that my payment would reflect the lower payment before the 15th day grace period and that I should just check the website for the change in payment status. I continuously checked with no change in payment amount.
