Continuously put on long holds when called. NOTE: I have neither a cell phone nor a computer and have to go & use a computer in my local public library. Any and every time I call my nearest U.S.Bank (or any of its branches) I have to go through a time-consuming IA answering machine which then puts me on usually a 15 min. hold.
What I need is a bank directory of numbers that I can call that will connect me with a real live human being without run arounds and holds.
It will be a cold day in Hell before I recommend U.S.Bank to anyone. I wouldn't want them to go through the same runarounds, IA's, and long holds that I routinely experience when dealing with U.S. Bank.
