I deposited a paper check via the ATM Monday 2/7/2022. I have checked every day since then and the amount is still "pending" not in my available funds without an explanation, nor did they make the standard $200/$250 available. I called customer service today 2/11/2022 who was very nice and was transferred to their Fraud Department who told me it was "flagged" and they needed to verify the funds where available. The HOLD on my $ is until Thursday, 2/18, 11 days after my deposit. I explained to Patrick in Fraud that they had processed and given me access to the $ from the SAME company the prior month for over double the amount.
I have never overdrawn my bank accounts at US Bank (I have 2) or maxed out my credit cards (I have 2) or line of credit. I am waiting for the funds to clear so I can…
