I deposited a paper check via the ATM Monday 2/7/2022. I have checked every day since then and the amount is still "pending" not in my available funds without an explanation, nor did they make the standard $200/$250 available. I called customer service today 2/11/2022 who was very nice and was transferred to their Fraud Department who told me it was "flagged" and they needed to verify the funds where available. The HOLD on my $ is until Thursday, 2/18, 11 days after my deposit. I explained to Patrick in Fraud that they had processed and given me access to the $ from the SAME company the prior month for over double the amount.

I have never overdrawn my bank accounts at US Bank (I have 2) or maxed out my credit cards (I have 2) or line of credit. I am waiting for the funds to clear so I can…

I have been with the US Bank for the last 5 years. I have had the worst experience a consumer can ever have with one of the fraud department representatives of US Bank from Kansas location. On Wednesday, Feb 2nd at 2:11 pm CST, I received a call from a US Bank rep regarding fraudulent charge I had reported earlier.

This representative was extremely rude, used very derogatory tone and language and was shouting at me on the call. She started the call on a very bad note. When I wanted her to escalate the matter due to her behavior, she said that she was the manager and that I have no choice but to deal with her.

I reordered checks and paid extra for speedy delivery. Checks came very quickly, however, the delivery person just threw them on my front steps and left. They should have been placed in my mailbox for security purposes. Fortunately, I was home and retrieved them quickly.

This is not ok. Anyone could have taken them, as it is obvious they were checks.

To whom it may concern. I work with POP YACHTS. We send wire transfers to U.S bank all the time. Unfortunately your payoff dept. is not receiving our title release instructions and releasing liens to the sellers. I s/w your dealer service dept. they vrfd our wire was received yesterday along with the title release instructions; they could not tell my why the title was being released to the seller. Dealer Support confirmed they got my fax, but whomever in the payoff dept. released the lien without uploading or looking for lien release instructions. I s/w Kevin in the payoff dept. he was not help at all.

If faxes are being received from Dealers; the payoff dept. needs to be notified of these faxes and upload the instructions before releasing the lien/title to your customer.

I made 2 mobile deposits this morning into a savings account I have with US Bank. 60 between the two. When I checked my balance afterward, nothing added up. I realize when you make a mobile deposit or any deposit for that matter only a certain amount of cash is available until the next day. 00.

I was on the phone with US Bank travel department for 5hours and 40minutes. Two and a half hours was waiting for someone to connect with us. The rest of the time was spent with a woman named Gail who was incompetent at her job.

My dad booked flights for my husband and I to travel from our home in Australia to America and back. I became pregnant and we needed to change our flights to go back home sooner. The woman who "helped" us with our flights was very unprofessional and didn't try to expedite our process even though we'd been waiting so many hours.

She had to wait for her superior to help with part of the process but when we were getting no where with her we asked to speak with them and she said that she was the highest person we could speak to. After five and a half hours of waiting…

I was charged 54 dollars by Amazon so was given a provisional credit I got it on a Tuesday it was taken out of my account the next day and everything I had purchased was considered an overdraft because that money was taken out. That is not company policy.

I was charged 6 overdraft for it. Called my local bank was called a lier and that no one who works for your bank will ever give it back. He was extremely rude made a joke to his co-worker about how I didn’t understand much.

It was later found it was not my fault and I got all it back. I’m filing a company on Arron was the guy who worked there. Some of the conversation should be recorded.

Deposited a rent payment check in my local usbank ATM, it took my check and put out a note saying it malfunctioned, gave a phone number, which I have called numerous times since the incident on DECEMBER 10, 2021. I had 130K in my checking account in order to wire money to the title company on my closing day. I live in Missouri, the property is in Florida where I am. There are no US Banks in Florida. On the day of closing, I tried to wire 77K and was allowed to wire only 10K.

This resulted in delay of closing and severe angst. I was told by the local branch that my only recourse was to fly home and come into the local branch, which was impossible. This is unacceptable customer care and I intend to leave US Bank after being a good customer for many years.

the fraud department is screwed up. you cant get it taken care of via email or text confirmation. when this could have been done much faster and easier if their gosh darn system would work like you people at us bank set it up on your us bank network crap and it doesn't work. fix your system.

Amelia and Melany at the Us bank in Anderson Ca were absolutely terrible with customer service with me for a very basic transaction. They were rude and disrespectful and I will be changing banks immediately just on this encounter with the two of them.

I would love for the two of them to be handled appropriately and taught basic human skills on how to interact with the public. I would hate for anyone else to be treated like I was for absolutely no reason at all.

I called to stop payment to a faulty website while it was still pending. The charge still went through they said they can dispute it and do an investigation, turns out they canceled my card the day before Christmas Eve! ok?

There’s nothing we can do” bo sympathy didn’t offer over night shipping for the card or even the option to get a temp card and what locations were open on Christmas Eve nothing but “ok”. I asked to be transferred to another supervisor he transferred me to the regular menu.

Called to find out where my check is for a CD account that matured several weeks ago. Continually being placed on hold and then transferred call to what I am being told is the proper dept. to speak with. I have been given wrong information twice, while trying to get a signature guarantee forcan importantcfinancial document that must be acted on before year-end. My husband was told that it could be done today and I called this morning and was told that the woman I needed to see would be available at 12:30.

My partner called the same day, and he was told that it was a provided service and that the manager was not in but would be available to provide the service on Monday; I called the bank Monday morning and

My husband notified US Bank about fraud on our account. We ended up getting a whole new account. My husband works out of state and goes to use his card for his medications and it wouldn’t work. US Bank Closed all of our accounts.

I had to go to the bank i30 min away from where I live to get our money. Which I didn’t get all of my savings and they wouldn’t give it to me. I found out that they thought a check I’d written to a lady in Colorado for gifts was fraud and closed our accounts.

It’s almost Christmas time and to me this was uncalled for as they should of called me and asked if it was fraud or not. I’m extremely upset and want my $300 out of my savings. They only gave me $28.

I set up an appointment with the US Bank on Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters, MO for their Notary R. I received 2 emails and one text reminding me of the appointment. I got there at 1:15 and waited in line for the one person who was behind the counter.

I said I was there for my 1:15 appointment with the Notary. She said she left for lunch and would not be back for 1/2 hr and that I should wait! I told her I had an appointment and she smartly, not nicely, told me to calm down and that the person had just returned from vacation that day. That should not matter.

I have been with US Bank now for 4 yrs or so. I live in Boring, Or and Sandy, Or prior to that. Not one time being a US Bank customer have I ever had any issues with the customer service help inside the Sandy, Or branch, until today.

In November 2021 I posted online to sell an item for $2000. A buyer contacted me to buy my item. 68 which included fee for a mover to pickup the item. I deposited the check on 12/1 into my US Bank checking account via US Bank mobile banking online.

68 was funded into my account and became available. 68 to the mover. Being a trustworthy client, I sent the money via US Bank mobile banking app Zelle. 68 out of the account due to deposited check returned. I then realized I was the victim of a scam. 68.

I called two times today to resolve an issue with a PayPal transaction. Both times the calls were dropped or cut off. Reception was poor. I spoke to two separate banking agents, that told me two entirely different things. The first, offered to help and resolve the issue, put me on hold and then the call was dropped.

The second agent told me something entirely different, and refused to provide assistance. I wasted 45 min on the phone with no resolution. Problem: PayPal transferred $40 onto an old card: 4802 0981 5549 9607 in late September. I did not receive the funds, as the card is not active and am trying to get the funds transferred onto an active card.

PayPal instructed me to contact US bank, and the first agent told me she saw the transaction and was able to process this, but hung up…

US Bank was negligent in protecting my family member's account. They say they have 24/7 monitoring for unusual activity and suspicious spending. But said it didn't work all the time and oh well. 00 US Bank made money off of this transaction.

They didn't sit the account down the first day the fraud was reported. During US Bank's so called investigation gave my family member a provisional credit to the new account. When the claim was denied they took some of the money, approximately 4K out of the closed account resulting in an overdraft fee, which is illegal under 93(a) bad banking practices and US Bank lost a class action lawsuit recently for this exact thing.

I switched to Chase after being a loyal customer of US Bank for 35 years. I feel betrayed and terrible for recommending this…

This is regarding the US Bank branch located at 600 Nashville Pike, Gallatin. TN 37066. I recently relocated to Tennessee from Minnesota and have been banking with US Bank for almost 20 years and up until moving here loved them.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with the people that work at the branch in question. The first bad experience was due to a company that erroneously charged my bank account for a fee that was not authorized which in turn resulted in numerous overdraft fees on my account.

When I went to your bank to dispute these overdraft charges that were not my fault they would not do anything to help me or refund those overdraft fees. And that came from the branch manager. which is why I went back to this branch on November 18 to close my account.

I live in Bowling Green KY but I do most of my banking in Franklin KY. I deposited a large amount of money a few months ago and now regret returning to this bank. I have been waiting on a debit card that should have been sent months ago.

It got sent to another address when I made it clear to have it sent to my home. My temp card was cancelled on black Friday. I called customer service to have a card sent again and the lady said she set it up.

I couldn’t sign on to my online banking account so I called customer service and they mention that an investigation was going on with my account and I was to call the local bank manager. I called the bank manager and asked him what’s going on so he told me more than one person was signing my checks so I told him my wife Will sign checks as well.

US Bank Leasing mishandled the title to my Jeep Renegade when it changed from a lease to a loan. I cannot get the vehicle registered because the title is still in the US Bank Leasing company name and not the loan department.

In August I began calling every week to see what US bank could do to help me get the title updated. I spoke to someone different every time and got NO WHERE!

Finally I spoke to Michelle and her supervisor Miranda who talked to the lease side of US Bank and was advised to have me send a letter with all the appropriate information and a check for $37. I did exactly as I was told.

I'm finding it hard to want to keep banking with US Bank. I live in a small town but the US Bank branch seems to me the only one that has problems finding workers. Saturdays are usually limited to 1 or two employees and the "system" has been down on more than one occasion.

I've only had an account open for a few months which isn't a good sign. Working with customer service has been futile as well. I do however give praise to the personable and polite people I have talked to on the phone, even though they referred me to going back to the branch to do what was required.

Lastly I have yet to do business with a bank only limiting mobile phone deposits to a meesly $200. I frequently have check deposits well over $1000.

I have had the displeasure of having this bank as my mortgage lender for several years. Each time i have had to fill out a mortgage assistance application it either gets lost or somehow is incomplete. No CALLS OR LETTERS FROM US BANK letting you know what has happened- my so called relationship manager Miranda Pointer is horrible- she never calls, mails nothing.

Hello, I went to US Bank branch at: 5671 Kanan Rd, Agoura Hills, CA 91301. I went there to open up a joint account. This banker called Ricky told me if I bring my business account there he'll give me line of credit.

I told him that I haven't don't a lot of transaction with my business for the past two years but he said I guarantee we ca give you up to $50,000. He pulled my company credit and personal credit as well.

So I counted on his word and made a contract on equipment. Then after 10 days of trying to reach him, calling him everyday to find out about the status of line of credit, one of his coworkers called an said we can't approve you for business line of credit because of not enough income to the business.

I am very frustrated with US Bank as I believe they find ways to prevent account holders from seeing any pending transactions that may come through such as physical checks as I was told that they post at the end of business day between midnight and 6am so that they can either charge a returned item fee or overdraft fee of $36.

This has happened to me twice this week as well as debit card transactions that they claimed only get processed when the business processes them even though when they show up the next day and USbank has already charged an overdraft fee. They claim to have 5 star customer service but refuse to refund the $36 fees they charge multiple times as they say they are “valid” fees.

The customer service is terrible and no one ever seems to be on the same page. Last I checked…
