I have been waiting to come out of the forebearance for 6 months . I have sent USBANK numerous documents they requested. I have been told about certain loan modification options and one most recently . The agent said they were sending out UPS contract but I never received.

My credit as been harmed because Im still on forebearance. I am tryibg to be patient but I tjink I am being discriminated against

Issues with the new bill pay format that leave our relationship with US Bank at a dead end. The old-original bill pay format worked quite well in all regards. With the new format there are several issues; no subtotal for bills about to be paid, format only includes last four account numbers, US Bank decides when and which vendors are electronic or paper pay and

alters this process whenever they get a whim, US Bank changes the pay dates at their discretion-NOT what is written. To understand the new format has taken a few months, to gain access to this bill pay and accomplish the bill pay actions, what took 30 minutes weekly to do, previously now takes 3 to 4 hours weekly !!

I have cashed my real estate commission checks at U S Bank mainly in Oak Park for over 13years as my brokerage company is located in Oak Park and has an account there and the checks are written from that account. I do not have an account there and have paid the $7 fee for non customers to cash a check written from their bank for over 13 years.

Today (10/8/21) I went to cash a $6,500 commission check at U S Bank located 6729 W. North Ave, Oak Park. I have cashed checks there numerous times.

However today I was advised by the teller they could not cash my check because of the amount, she stated they can only cash up to $1,000 for non customers. I asked for a manager, the teller went over to a guy working the drive up window, came back and advised me he would with me in a moment.

I manage six commercial office buildings and 12 residences and have been banking with U.S. Bank for over 20 years. I have to say that I look forward to going there with my rent deposits with abject horror. It is an agonizing experience. The bank in Woodbridge hasn't had an actual teller in weeks --- apparently the one teller they employ is on vacation --- in spite of having six teller windows. It is only slightly better at the main branch off MacArthur Blvd. and Newport, where they have one teller regularly, but you have to park in a parking building, which is very aggravating, and deal with one of those ticket machines.

I tried for 2 weeks to work with Sheila M. Jackson on a cash out refi on my us bank mortgage. I attempted to call and leave messages as well as email specific questions and concerns. I never received a call back and most of the emails she sent were canned responses that had nothing to do with my questions.

I did receive one email response that was curt and a little rude. Consequently, we are moving our mortgage for a better rate and dealing with real people. Your automated phone lines are also quite insufficient in questions and responses and does everything in the world to avoid dealing directly with people.

Your service in general sucks.

I understood long lines at drive thru during the height of the pandemic. But I just waited in line for 25 min. with just one car ahead of me and one car being helped in the next line. Once again the teller is trying to service the drive thu and the counter. I don't blame her but the corporate office. on top of that the banking hours tuesday - thursday are now 11-5!!! This is not customer service.

If you need to cut expenses try cutting all the corporate sponsorship for NFL, Nascar, etc.

This is not first time this situation has occurred.

Please don't tell me to do online banking. I've been hacked once already and will not go down that road again.

If customer service is not a priority for you then you are going to lose a lot of customers

Between 2004 and 2010 I co signed a loan for 10 thousand dollars,and another one for 60 thousand dollars with my husband Barry Buckles. I found out after his death that he forged my name on another loan for 100,000 dollars.I never met with a banker, and why would the banker meet with him without me being present, this happened without my knowledge or my concent. This is a felony ,the bankers name was John he was an older man at Us Bank Wardparkway.

I am the physical owner of an airplane (N2123W; SN M-1496; 1973 Beechcraft C23 Sundowner). I purchased the airplane in 2019 and found that there are TWO "Security Agreements" that have NOT been cleared. The banks loaning funds in 1983 and 1984 (American Bank of Richmond, MO & People's Mercantile Bank of Liberty, MO) had failed to complete the forms necessary to clear these "security agreements".

I had called US Bank in Liberty in the summer of 2019 and was assured that these "security agreements" would be cleared, and only upon using this aircraft as collateral for a hangar purchase was informed that they STILL remain.

Opened my account along with my business online banking was a complete joke. I filed a complaint about money's removeded about 17k got no help from any onefrom us bank. Filled the proper forms to hear nothing and they had no paper trail this mishap slowed the adoption of my son and caused problems with my wife and I .

The money wasn't approved to to taken out and your lack luster team in smokypoint WA did nothing to help. Not only did covid kill my business but US bank helped. Thank God I had paid everything and everyone but myself.

I keep one account open but do very little banking with you. I'll be considering a lawsuit and contacting the media very soon.

I have been on the phone from 5:15 am until 4 pm. I spoke to 6 supervisors. They coudnt see my 399K rewards in central billing. The each placed me on hold and contacted the bank and were each told that I j=had 399,980 points. But since they couldnt "see" they wouodnt book my flight.

I have a son with disabilities. He missed his friends b day party. I am emotionally exhausted. SHame on you.

Today's date is September 15, 2021. My husband and I discovered fraud on our US Bank card and registered a complaint with US Bank customer service on May 12, 2021, with the request at that time for the card to be blocked so that no further transactions could occur.

Subsequently, we received written confirmation that our account was closed and the fraud confirmed. After this, we received a statement claiming that one of the two fraudulent transactions was no longer considered fraudulent. We were charged interest for the entire time of the investigation.

The final customer service person I spoke to was so rude, I was taken aback, and I told her so. Her disrespect of me shows how little regard US Bank has for its customers. S. Bank roughly double for the 2nd transaction plus interest.

The first time went to branch to purchased money order, Renee Poryakou helped me but when asked questions, she will just look and using her shoulder gesture to answer. The second time went to the branch, she helped me and I told her I would like to withdraw $20, she just look at my hand without directing me what to do. She needs customer service.

You Hebron Ky location's ATM is never working. I am so over it and disappointed in this service. Or should I say no service. I live in an area where all of the ATM 's and locations have been closed and now the only one even remotely close to my job is never available .

I have a lot of accounts, and I do a lot of business with USBank, personal and business. switch banks. I spoke to clerks at this location in regaurds to this issue and they seem to be as aggrivated about this issue as well as I am.

I have spent more money in ATM fees and gasoline to other locations that I choose to continue. Please at least get this fixed for the service of your customers. Cause I am very aware that there are other banks that are more convenient, for me as well as others

Sold a car in June 2021. Request a lien release from us bank. The name on the lien release was different than on the title. DMV will not accept it. Called US bank again requesting the a lien release or statement that US bank has no interest in this car.

I was transferred to home mortgage, then to debt recovery, then to auto loans again and they assured me they will modify the lien release to match the title and have it notarized. They promised to expedite it so I will have it in a few days.

Three weeks later I received an exact copy of my first release. US Bank filled out info with title when we bought the car. Now they claim they can not give me paperwork of no interest in vehicle and with the name on the title.

So the DMV can not title it without that paperwork.

My father passed 90 days ago and my brother and I have requested and provided all documentation requested from us to be added to this account. Elizabeth, has been extremely slow in her responses if at all, and she knew the urgency of our request so that we can manage our mothers finances via the checking account. I have been directed to several different phone numbers and representatives, yet NO ONE wants to get involve but only pass me to a different division. This is absolutely sad.

I close my checking account on 9/12/2020. 89. I never received it. I have spoken to many people in customer service and various departments all have done nothing and they have not communicated with me once by phone, email, or mail.

I recently went to a local branch and the same thing no one helps. I have a tremendous amount of time trying to speak with anyone that will resolve the problem. You wait on hold for 30 minutes to find out they can't help but push you along to someone else.

So frustrated I could scream. The incompetence is unbelievable.

I bought a house that has a US Bank Branch close by in Santa Rosa, CA. Us bank closed that branch. I now go to a dinky US bank in Montgomery shopping Center. The ATM is always out. You stand in line for a teller - normally 1 teller. Today after trying the ATM I had to go inside. Initially one teller. Two woman sitting up there but no one to help the line of customers. They are a nice group but I’m thinking of leaving USBank. I know the USBank in Benicia has a nice line of tellers. Why is this place so slow?

Daven singh was so rude i have business account came to deposit money and he wasn't helpful at all. He told me he cant count money for me and yhen manager came to help him he was telling me im $400 shot and when i counted in front of him he didn't even apologize and he was rude and telling me not come back to him. I was just rudely hung up on by one of your representatives. I called to see if it was possible to track my new card for MI unemployment. I explained to the agent that my boyfriend had passed three weeks ago and really needed to know where the card is.

She was extremely rude and kept talking over me. Not friendly personality at all. Then as I'm in the middle of talking I'm hung up on. Not a very good first impression of your bank. Very disappointed

I tried to do a bill pay from one bank to US Bank. The mailing took 3 weeks. It sat at the US Post Office for 2 weeks. But my BIGGEST complaint is not being able to TALK to my own branch.

The drive through's are painfully SLOW. You can not go in the lobby and you can't even call your personal branch. The 800 number would not have the information I needed. When I finally was able to go through the drive through the teller told me to stop payment on check.

In mean time the auto pay went through and was returned because of no money in account. I had to stop payment online. When I did I saw the check finally arrived but now I have stopped payment. My money will have been tied up for a month.

I applied for loan modification and they said since I am current on my payment I am not approved after a few days they send me a letter to reapply again mentioning there is some other option for me then I applied again spent money both times to fax my documents.

while I keep calling to check my status every time I call I am getting different answer from the loss mitigations dept. It is unacceptable that for the same loan same property giving different information one said you got approved the other said waiting for under writer review the other told me to start loan modification payment and stop regular payment the other one said not approved so.....

On Monday, August 16, I deposited a two-party bank check from Wells Fargo (at which I’m currently closing my accounts) addressed to me and my late husband, Robert Donnelly, into a USBank ATM. For obvious reasons, I was the sole endorser.

On Friday, August 20, I received the check back from Wells Fargo with a letter stating they could not cash it because “the original deposited check has one or more payees on the check that are not on your account” (namely, my deceased husband). S. Bank representative (1-800-872-2625) who harassed and harangued me about my lease payment on my Jeep. When I explained that I had mailed my payment prior to the due date, the lady chided me why I don't make my payments online.

I attempted to explained that mailing my payment was my choice and not hers. She continue to hound and chaste me to the point I finally hung up. Her behavior in my opinion was very unprofessional. S. Bank called multiple times to my cell phone today and did not leave a message.

I have been in good standing in making my payments from my 1st Jeep Lease and with my 2nd Jeep Lease. S Bank employees of their customers will only lead to further trouble for the bank and employee(s) doing the harassing.

Monticello branch employee was very unhelpful when I asked for a little of there time to open a business account. The teller said I would have to make a future appointment just to talk to someone or that I could apply online.

Rude and condescending is how it felt. When I asked to branch manager she said she could get me an appointment tomorrow at a location that was way out of my way. I felt that this bank as a whole was not interested in my bringing my business there way as all the branch manager stated after was that they were short staffed.

We recently moved to Texas from Idaho and tried to change our account phone number. The bank locked us out of our account because it keeps trying to send the six digit authorization code to our old phone number that is no longer in service.

Each time I try to update to the new number. It keeps trying to send the code to a disconnected number. Its like a Dog Chasing his tail. I can get nowhere. When I finally got through all the recordings and spoke with a representative in tech support.

My wife recieved a letter in her name for a bonus if open checking account. we opened a joint account since mortgage through US bank and did all the tasks. 60 days went by no bonus so called, "it will be there" we were told.

" Called again same answer. Then went to branch and filed an official investigation. Today, I received call from Jasmine who stated since letter not in my name it is not transferable. Um wait a minute account is in wifes and my name.

On August 2nd my bank account was overdrawn, on August 3rd I made deposits to correct the overdraft, yet was charged to fees of $36 and feel that that money is mine and needs to be refunded to my account as I corrected the error the following day as soon as I was able.

When I contacted customer service I was given a flippant response and felt extremely dismissed and felt my complaint and concerns fell on deaf ears due to the fact that I am poor. 95 fee every month if somebody does not get a certain amount of deposits proves that poor people are taken advantage of by large corporations.

I was advised that I needed to refinance a home equity line of credit last May. I worked with Chase Larson. The online application had links that did not work. I proceeded to provide all my financial information and delivered paper copies and emailed documents over a long period of time with many duplicate requests.

At the beginning of July I advised Chase that I was have extensive back surgery on July 8th and I wanted to have it completed. Now I find that the 90 days are up and I have start all over again.

I am very disappointed in this service. I would like to complete the refinance as soon as possible. The bank has everything they need.

Bank refused to close our escrow account (after we've paid over 80% of the mortgage that did not originate with them) without charging us a % fee to do so. After over 15 inquiries they've sent 6+ copies of our mortgage (which I've read several times) which does not identify such a fee. I've tried to contact someone at every level but only receive blank letters from "consumer advocacy."

Consumers are of no concern at this bank. We just took out a mortgage for a 2nd home and made sure to do so with a credit union that intends to keep our mortgage. No escrows again either.

Applied for refinance April 14, 2021. Seems to me there has been a lot foot-draggin' on this deal. The agents, Christian Morris/Erica Lusher, first asked for a BMV Affidavit of Transfer, which cost me $15 plus the registered postage - twice!. Then, the appraiser could not find the HUD data plate on the home, which I cannot understand because there are two of them. Meantime, Lusher says I need to spend another $50 for IBTS label, which is only issued when the HUD plate is missing - which it is not. I refuse to pay for something I don't need. I have had an account for over 20 years, and have never been asked at the Teller window to provide them with where I worked in order to deposit or withdraw money! I was trying to deposit a mere 600 dollars today, and immediately the Teller says "Do You Work" Where Do You Work" as if that would prevent or be needed to deposit money!

He says when questioned about it that "We ask Every 2 Years" However I have banked with them for over 20, and have NEVER Ever been asked to provide a place of employment in order to conduct business! I spoke with a customer service agent after telling my husband, and she was able to get me transferred to a person inside who I believe may have been the very teller that I spoke with today!

Take my last $60 out of the cash envelope and take it to the bank that I trust that I've had for 7 years. Use the ATM because it has a deposit cash button I've never had a problem there before.

But this time it takes my money it doesn't credit my account and it gives a receipt that I take inside and Lisa on Farmington and Hall refuses to help me and tells me to call the 1-800 number so I do this and they tell me it's going to be 10 days to get my credit did I do something wrong? Is this my fault? How can this happen.
