I have been treated very harsh and have not been provided any detail. My very first time opening a account, it was closed abruptly and have not been notified or given a explanation why, which makes it feel very much like discrimination. Poor service by Lauren at the US Bank on JFK in NLR, Arkansas. Put two checks with my drivers license in the drive up lane. Rep asked me if i wanted the cheks cashed or deposited. I said that i wanted them cashed.

I then took a call on my cell phone. A recept and my license was sent back to me. I told her that i didn't want them deposited but that i wanted them cashed. She told me that i said to deposit them.

I told that i didn't say that. Proceded with my call with my son who asked me what was going on and i told him i was tired of this s---. She thought that i called her a little s--- which i did not.

Good morning, In the past year ya'll closed our Buffalo, MO branch and several other branches in the the area, so we've been forced to use the US Bank in Bolivar, MO, it's the closest to us, we go to the bank and they say we need an appointment to talk to any bank officer, then we try to call to make an appointment and we get put on hold for an hour, we've been told that they only have a few employees on hand since the COVID crisis started.

I am sorry but it doesn't make any sense to me to close all these branches then not increase the amount of employees at the Bolivar branch, for most areas around here all the folks are going to Bolivar. We have busy lives and these holdups are really putting on damper on things.

I have numerous accounts with US Bank. My personal checking account allowed Ally Bank to withdraw $10,000 for a new account they had closed. Ally Bank for the most 6 weeks has lied about the procedure for retrieving my money and US Bank is also making it impossible for me to get it back.

I am really disappointed in US Bank. I have banked with you since the 1970s and had been pleased with their services until now. Your branches are being closed left and right. It used to be that I knew the branch manager and the tellers every time I went in to do my banking, both my business and personal accounts were with US.

Today, I needed assistance with a joint account I hold with my mother, trying to find a branch lobby open I could go into to talk with a teller proved harder than it should, The branch near me which I had used for years was closed within the last year, now only a kiosk in a grocery exists on my side of town. My bank account was hacked and $1200 stolen from me. Notified the bank the same day and the told me they opened claims for me. Called for an update a week later and was told the first person made a mistake and filed the claims as Disputes rather than Fraud. They then opened Fraud claims and told me I would have to wait an additional 10 business days for their investigation. They were unwilling to speed up the process because of their mistake.

I called on the 9th business day and was told there was no information available and the investigation was ongoing. Told I would have to wait until the 12th business day to get any information. I waited and called again on the 12th business day only to be told that the investigation was closed and my claims were denied.

I walked into the Latonia bank this Monday morning for my disabled brother. One employee was working both the drive through tubes and the inside line and I thought I would be standing there for an hour. Mr. Alex Wolfe went back and forth keeping who was next in mind.

My wait was closer to 10 minutes. Mr. Wolfe was, needless to say, efficient, and more so, he was not flustered and quite polite. I commented that I hoped he was being paid extra for working alone. He replied no that he was the branch manager [like this is all in a day's work].

At about 1:00 pm I went to the US Bank main branch in Lincoln, NE, to get access to a safe deposit box that I have had at that location for decades. I called from the Safe Deposit Box desk for assistance and was told to wait for 5 minutes.

I am very furious that this bank would not allow, or make an exception, to allow me to get a very important document from my safe deposit box I need today. Lizette, who is supposedly, the 2nd person in command to the Branch Manager, was very insensitive to my urgent request.

I cannot believe she made no attempt to accommodate my urgent request due to my situation throughout my conversation and desperate cry for documention. I would give a zero if I could. I have been with this bank for almost two years and cashed two checks from my grandma for $2500 dollars on Friday July 2. I did not get the money in the account which is understandable it was a holiday and a weekend.

When the money did not show up in my account on Tuesday the 6 I was confused because when I called the day prior I was told that it would be in my account on Tuesday. I called again Wednesday and was told that the checks were put on a hold and the funds would not be released until Friday July 16.

I have paid my vehicle off in 2016 and have been trying to get a payoff letter and release of lien holder so I can sell my car. I am complaining about the 26 business day turnaround time to received a fax or letter reflecting I have paid the vehicle off.

I'm not understanding with technology why it is taking a month to provide me with a payoff letter. Without the payoff documentation I'm unable to perform any transaction to trade or sell my vehicle.

This is for the branch in 3550 Geary, San Francisco. The longest line ever with 1 staff and no manager on site. Most frustrating experience ever. Moving my business to First Republic bank now. The covid-19 pandemic has effect everyone.

Now more than ever they should hire staff to improve business. I went to the branch there to wire money since your online banking had a glitch. The staff did not know the fees for the wire. How is that possible?

Last week my banking (debit) card was cancelled. This was not because of overdraft or suspicious activity, no it was because a security compromise in which some customer data had been leaked. My debit information being among this resulted in card cancellation, which I discovered while trying to pay for gas.

Retroactively I discovered a voicemail had announced this fact, though no hint was given why. When I finally contacted support and learned the reason why my account was no longer accessible, I was told I would receive a replacement in the next few days.

On 6/21/21I went to the bank to have a broken debit card replaced. I first spoke with Kerri Scott who I asked abou the card. She told me that she would replace it and as I was handing the card to her I asked why the door was locked that I normaly come in.

This is the second time I have called and reported my card stolen. I was told my card was inactivated and that a new card had been ordered. I called back to check on everything and was told that there was no record of me calling at all.

Was told this happens because I gave my information to a tier 1 agent? 00 taken from my account yesterday because my card was not inactivated. This is incredible. Aweful customer service.

I file a stop pmt on AT&T in Feb with usbank. We are in arbitration as of 6/9. ATT charging me with 3# that’s not even my responsibility. I ask to close my account for fraud and they said no. 86 on April.

The other claim were put back in my account. They honored my stop pmt then. But because of ?? I was denied . Made an appointment with branch and he said they went around another way also he was told I check a box that said I never done business with them.

Tempe marketplace us bank was so completely out of line and rude today. I have bank account at different bank out of town i have daughter who has account and have signed over paper check to her a couple times for my stimulus checks.

I have recently been dealing with us bank on my reliacard, they keep telling me that they keep sending me a card but I keep waiting and waiting.... its been over a month now, and I can't even get them to give permission to have UPS hold my card.

I closed my checking, savings, and credit card account with US Bank in 2018 after getting married. I went in and made sure that I had paid the full balance on my credit card before it was closed. I then cut up my cards because I was told that my accounts had all been closed. Fast forward to 2021.

I received a credit report that listed my credit card account as being delinquent. My closed account. I called US Bank and asked to dispute due to the fact that the account had been closed by me in 2018 and I had not had access to my card since then.

They informed me that my card had not in fact been cancelled (after I specifically asked that it was) and that it remained open until 2019. There was only one charge but it had wracked up late fees for months.

If I could give it ZERO TO NEGATIVE SCORE I WOULD! Poor communication and definitely don’t care about customers. I opened my acct online. Made a transfer deposit and used card for small purchases 3-4 times (food). I decided to start to move away from BOA due to my needs.

I decided to utilize my acct with US Bank. I went INSIDE my branch made a deposit of 2400. Got a money bag as I deal with a lot of cash as a self employed stylist and server. I paid 2 rents over $1000 each.

I have made a deposit at the US Bank, Bay Fair branch in San Leandro, CA, for my client Mrs. Karen L. Silva. I went inside to the teller and gave her the debit card with Mrs. Silva name on it, told her the last four digits of the account number and the checks I wanted to deposit.

I did 3 deposits outside at the ATM, but there was a line and it went very slow. The teller, a women in her late 40, told me she doesn't need the card just the account number. Kenneth Steven Cameranesi of Bancorp Investment has been involved in the handling of a claim to return money due back to me following a binary options scam, some 5-6 years ago. Unfortunately he is is a rude, cenceited, obstinate, arrogant and condescending man, whose power trip as CEO prevents him from actually being able to do his job.

He frequently just hangs up the phone, mid-conversation, if he cannot get his own way. He constantly demands more and more fees to be paid, despite the fact I have been dealing with one broker for 6 years on this claim, who has told him repeatedly that I have covered these fees already.

As a future state farm agent I'm appalled by the horrible and incompetent service I have received from us bank. More specifically Aaron Glenn.

Aaron reached out to me to sign me up as a new tica agent with a credit card. The credit card was suppose to be a state farm card. When I received it, it was a dental association card

This is a reoccurring problem. Today at 11am I go to the branch on Louisiana in Albuquerque. This branch is located across the street from the largest retail shopping complex in the state by a factor of 10. You had 1 person working there.

The local branch in Augusta Kentucky is only open for in person service Monday through Friday in the morning. The drive thru is open till 4:00 pm. Mind you there is no branch within 20 miles from Augusta.

When a person has a job they can not come to the bank in the morning.

My husband was in the drive thru today before 4:00 pm. There was a long line. At 4:00 pm the workers closed and he was SOL. He did not get waited on. That stinks.

I cashed in rewards in the amount of $100 from my credit card rewards ( card # 4147768576024440 ) on December 10, 2020. The amount did not show up in my account. I contacted ENT Credit union and was told I had to contact ELAN because it was out of their hands.

I contacted ELAN and was told that they filed a trace on it. I received letters showing the deposit at ENT. I contacted ENT and gave them the information. I could not get help ther but was told to get back with ELAN to get a tracer number.

I was given the #25059787. I got back with ENT. The number is not correct, I needed a 15 digit trace number. Numerous calls to ELAN got me no number. I kept trying until one person checked with numerous computers and departments until he got me the number 042000012274256.

Refinance Process Started out stellar. My loan officer received data from me to verify income and other data. Then I was sent a survey inquiring about the experience, I gave high marks on ease of process. WISH I COULD TAKE SURVEY AGAIN now that I have reached the Loan Processor.

Got pre-approved for a car loan of $44,000. Settled a purchase with the car for $23,000. Went to the back to finalize loan, said it had to reset everything because of different amount, stayed in the “under review” status for five full days, owner of the car found a different buyer during that time.

It is completely and utterly laughable that I was prequalified for a certain amount, only asked for a little over half of it, only for US Bank to “review” it for 5 days and then give me the money, and like I said by that time it was too late.

I will never, EVER, do any business with US Bank ever again, and my advice to those who considering using US Bank for a loan, consider using a shady PayDay loan service, preferably one next to a barred up pawn shop, at least there you would get your money…

I was approved for UC benefits by state of PA and money was issued to me on a US Bank ReliaCard. I never received a card and when I called them, they promised to expedite me a replacement card. They did and I received it but was not able to activate it.

I spoke to about 50 more representatives from US Bank in the last few weeks and was told I would never gain access to my funds because the account has been flagged as a fraud attempt and that "no one" can contact or be contacted by the department that flagged it because of "security reasons" so I'm "out of luck". Avoid this branch at all cost. Horrible service. Branch manager lies and gets very offended very easily when in fact he was the rude one. I would avoid this branch if possible. They were going to help me with my account but since I spoke up about my issues they took offense and are closing my account and giving me no assistance.

I have already reached out to my local Representative Grace Napolitano for constituent assistance in this matter.
