Hello, I would like to file a complaint and speak with a manager. I had filed a "claim" regaurding a duplicate charge on my account and was told on May 7th when I had originally called it would take 10 business days to receive my money.

After those 10 days, I had called and was told the approval date was a few days after the call date and to wait until the 20th. I waited until today, May 27th, before I called again and I had been transferred three separate times, then I am told my claim was denied because there is no duplicate charge seen which is outright ridiculous when every banker I have spoken to can verify the duplicate charge, including the customer service rep I was speaking to at the time.

One charge is on the 5th and one is on the 7th for the SAME amount by the SAME COMPANY. I am…

As a black owned business it is already difficult to just manage and survive in the business world. All odds are against you based on the color of your skin. You are automatically suspicious in everything you do. But my experience with US Bank as a black business owner has been one of the most terrible encounters I've been through.

Although I did eventually get a PPP loan in 2020 as a customer I was never even offered or even knew that they were participating in the program . I had applied to other outside entity's and was continually told my own bank would be the best method for applying because you have an relationship with them already.

1. A deposit of $1,381, 002.00 was made into account ending xx-5276 on May the 18th at the Willmar branch, drawing on funds from another local bank...Heritage, in WIllmar MN. The funds are still not available as of today, eight days later.

My complaint I like many Americans needed relief for my Mortagage so I asked to be put on the covid suspension program in March 2020. In October of 2020 I called and reported that I was ready and able to start making payment again. I was told to start in December 2020 and I did resume my payment and received the terms in the mail. I have been with your company for over 3 years now. Haven't had any issues till now, I had mistakenly made two payments to company and I even received an email asking was this something i meant to do. After disputing that charge i get a letter advising i would have to sign and fax back within 10 business days from the date of my original dispute.

Well guess what I got the letter on the 10th business day. I went to the bank to banker faxed the form for me and was advised I should get my funds back the next day. I have spoken with several over the phone reps and whom all have given several different answers as to my money.

I filed 4 claims on 4/23/20 on transactions after my online savings account was fraudulently accessed online and four Zelle transactions were were fraudulently sent from my account to someone named Geno Garozzo. On 4/28/20 those claims were denied stating the transactions posted as requested.

I submitted a second claim on 5/14/20 after receiving this information. I did my own research and went to US Bank to obtain any information that they could give me on the Zelle transactions that were sent from my account.

I originated a wire from McGregor Bank on 5-06-2021. After not recieving the wire to my US Bank Account within 24 hours I found out US Bank did not process the wire and set back questions to the originating bank.

The originating back then responded through the wire line about the customer (Me Bank Vice President) and we expected the wire to be processed the next day. After it was not processed I called the wire department explained who I was.

I had the originatining bank re answer the questions and submit second request!! Everyday I call the wire department nothing gets done. Set up a payment to my mortgage company through on line banking as I have done for a very long time. Usually, it is sent via ACH but your third party that does this decided to send a paper check and it went out 5/7/21.

It has yet to be received by my mortgage company, in Texas which means I will be charged a late fee. In trying to find out why the mortgage company had not received, I called customer service. Explained the situation and was told I needed to talk to a on line specialist.

My US Bank Savings account was hacked online on 4/23/20. There were transactions that were made that I did not authorize. Some of the charges were reversed with the exception of 4 Zelle transactions in which they denied my claim stating they were authorized by fingerprint authentification.

I have called several times to speak with a manager and I pretty much have been getting the run around because I have yet to speak with one. The crazy thing is 5 days prior to my account being hacked, I received an alert on my phone stating information changed on my account, and if I did not make the change to call the bank.

When I called the bank nothing was never verified and she told me it was probably a delayed alert.

I made an ATM deposit of a check on a Sunday evening. Naturally, the check was cleared by Tuesday. I went into the bank on Wednesday to make a withdrawal. At that point the check was clear,, and my account indicated that the funds were available.

The bank manager said that I needed to make an appointment for a withdrawal of $10,000, of which I was unaware. The teller said that I could withdraw $5,000. The bank manager again said no. She went into the system and put a ten-day hold on my account, and she denied me any funds.

I checked my account again after I returned to my car, and it indicated by then that only $6,000 was available. I was not allowed to access those funds by the bank manager at all. I had a contractor in the midst of repairs, which I now have to cancel for 10 days until…

I applied for your PPP and was contacted by a Scott Miller in California (Phone #949-241-1645) who told me he was working on my loan and needed to verify my tax ID number. This was approx.. 6 weeks ago so I assumed he was working on my loan for me. I’ve been trying to reach him for weeks now and when I went to leave yet another message his mailbox is now full and I cannot leave a message. I called US Bank direct today and was told the program is closed and there are no more funds available.

I am so mad at this point because Scott Miller really dropped the ball on this for me. I want you to know how wrong this is and I am the one that is without the funds to bring my employees back.

Hurricane Sally hit my home hard. 00 damage. 00. I have NEVER EVER MISSED OR BEEN LATE FOR ANY MORTGAGE PAYMENT FOR OVER 11 years. 00 plus my interest on the money for nearly 8 months!! They have EVERY RECEIPT PROVING THE WORK WAS DONE!!

The branch manager at the Point Loma location on the corner of Emerson and Scott streets (91206) is both lazy and inept. On multiple occasions I have complained that in order to simply walk in and deposit my money (this is my preferred method) I need to set aside at least a half hour to 45 minutes as the lines are absurdly long. Today, I attempted to purchase some equipment from Sweetwater Sound. They had my debit card number on file from a previous purchase. The sales rep from Sweetwater reminded me that my card is expiring at the end of May, 2021. S.

This branch on Snow Rd. in Parma has terrible service. Never enough tellers, especially on Friday. While one teller took 25minutes opening and then going over a account for a customer, the other teller was more worried about the drive thru then the people inside.

At one point, there were 7 people waiting to be helped and this teller would only say she would be with us in a minute ( which turned into a half hour ) and this is a constant way things go on. This branch was made into a beautiful bank, but the lack of help won't help it long if they don't get more help.

I had better service at the branch that was in the ACME store till it was closed. If service does not improve, I will be closing my accounts and so will my family members.

The branch manager ( Bill Bateman) in your Garden Grove branch is extremely rude and incompetent! I was in the branch on Wednesday, April 28th I attempted to deposit settlement drafts paid to my clients,into my attorney client trust account.

If I could give a zero I would. After 4 tries of having to call to update my last name and address just so I could get a new card (My current card is expired), I still can’t seem to get what I need.

The first time I called they took my info and said to call back in 5 business days to request a new card. the gal tells me that they updated my mailing address, but not my physical address, so therefor I get to wait another 5 business days.

The employees at US bank on Monaco have jeopardized my security. Your bank twice now has “closed” down my debit card, can’t tell me why, funds were there. Almost causing life & death injury to my son. They have lost my replacement card, inside your bank! 49 on 2/15/2021 with the first payment due on April1,2021. I waited for the paperwork and called numerous and constantly told the paperwork would be on the way. I have dates and names of the 20 representatives I spoke with and their responses.

375% rate with no explanation why the 3% was no longer available to me. 375% that needed to be signed by 4/27/21. I was also told my case was open and under review but it could take up to a month.

Utilizing my reliacard through my own personal bank (Regions) to withdraw funds of a thousands a day and my card was placed on restriction. Multiple endeavors were made to validate my identity, through and by the fax, verify.usbank.com/id, and I conveyed my 2019, 2020 W-2's along with SSN, photo id and still my account remains frozen. A few weeks ago, I applied for a secured credit card with US bank online. I didn't receive a confirmation email, a phone call, or any type of communication. I kept calling their status line to check the status because of how long it took.

Every time- still under review. Today the status was declined however, still no communication with me. I waited on hold for half an hour to underwriting. I was told it was declined because the account was invalid. As someone that works for a financial institution, I know for a fact that I triple checked the account and routing number.

My bank card was stolen out of my mailbox in March. After calling three times, first to report a possible theft of my expiring card number and then reporting that I found out the new card was stolen out of my mailbox.

Joshua in fraud first declined the report and made the charge stand. Then I called fraud again and then they told me to call again the next day. I gave my correct phone number. They called my old labs line the next day.

While making a vehicle loan payment the website double charged me essentially making two monthly payments. When attempting to get a reversal for one payment I was told a check must be mailed to me. A month later still no check.

I am just starting my small business. I opened my account online and was excited about being an entrepreneur. I submitted all my business documents online and then deposited $6000 in cash in the account. I went into the US Bank on Manchester inside Von’s to make my deposit.

i have called 13 times in the past month to have them take care of my property taxes for the year 2018 which they did not pay, they are my escrow company for my manufactured home. i have received no call back, i have been told on 3 occasions that a manager will call me on a certain day which never happens.

My account was closed at us bank for cashing a friends stimulus check through Mobil deposit which I had done previously and nothing was said about it this time a tried to cash it and it stayed in pending status so I went to the my branch at us bank and asked them why they told me they did not cash 3rd party stimulus checks so

I am very disappointed at the customer service I received from US bank.

First off, I wake up on April, 12th to the almost $3,000 that I worked hard for being gone and my account being shut down.

When I go to the local branch near me they tell me by account was shut down because of potential fraud ON MY END.

They accused ME OF FRAUD because I was making money through Grubhub even said it could be a form of money laundering like HOW!? It says Grubhub payments right on my bank statements!!!!

This was the reason I got as to why the money I worked hard for was taken from me .. a husband, with three kids that I work very hard to take care of.

Tried refinancing with US Bank over six months ago. Beginning of my process I was assigned Jeffrey Frazier as my account manager. Now I started this process October 2020 it is now April 2021 and I’m basically in the same position as I was from the start.

From the beginning Jeffrey had the worst customer service I have ever seen! Took over a week to even return a call or respond to an email! At first I was patient I figured with the pandemic things where different and it may take some time to get to customers I get that.

But what set me over the edge is after I submitted all the paperwork that was asked of me and paid the application fee! (Which is another story of how they called me 11:00pm! To collect the application fee. ) The very next morning I get an email asking to rate Jeffrey out…

On Thursday April 8th I received a deposit. I went to the Downey, CA location to make a withdrawal. I went up the the teller and gave her my information. I told her what I wanted to withdrawal and when she opened my account she made a comment about my large deposit and stated she will have to verify my electronic deposit and proceeded to ask me a million and one questions.

I was completely confused and I felt myself growing more and more angry because I didn’t feel like it was none of her business to ask where this deposit came from. I felt like I was being made to be criminal and felt like the interrogation was out of line so i decided to cancel my transaction due to me being completely uncomfortable.

I guess they felt that was red flag so they place my account on a hold. I am not able…

My auto loan was paid off on February 12, 2021 and the lien has still NOT been release from the title. I get a different story every time I call customer service. On March 26th, I was told that the title was in the mail which was a complete LIE.

One service rep even told me that because I paid loan off thru the US Bank online banking website that those weren't funds weren't guaranteed and that it takes 60 days for the funds to be verified even though the money was taken out of my account and posted to the US Bank auto loan account and the account has been closed. THIS IS COMPLETE INCOMPETENCE.

Now I'm being told that a lien release as been requested and is pending and won't be executed until April 20, 2021. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. I've have sold the car and I can't get paid…

After 2 years of no late payments and a $12,500.00 balance payoff, U.S. Bank has seen fit to reduce my credit from $12,500 to $500.00.

I called to discuss the reasons for this, and was told I would receive something in the mail, and that there was no one else K could speak with and that “I could apply gir an increase but there was no guarantee I would get it”.

I have $6,000 in monthly deposits with my checking abs savings. I have about ten k in other debt. I did see you use a Vantage credit score rather than. Fico and it says I have 53k in other available credit, which I do not.

I understand risk management, but this is a really appealing way to treat a good customer who just this month paid off $12,500 in debt.

On March 2, 2021, I spoke with US Bank Mortgage personnel, Catherine Pan, regarding refinance the mortgage with our second home for the current mortgage interest rate is desirable. In our conversation she mentioned that she should not waste her time in starting the process if we do not fit the criteria of the bank. She seemed knowledgeable and told me that we can start the refi from there. By the request of the underwriter, hundreds of pages of documents were required and we followed the lead of Catherine and the underwriter.
