Hello, I would like to file a complaint and speak with a manager. I had filed a "claim" regaurding a duplicate charge on my account and was told on May 7th when I had originally called it would take 10 business days to receive my money.
After those 10 days, I had called and was told the approval date was a few days after the call date and to wait until the 20th. I waited until today, May 27th, before I called again and I had been transferred three separate times, then I am told my claim was denied because there is no duplicate charge seen which is outright ridiculous when every banker I have spoken to can verify the duplicate charge, including the customer service rep I was speaking to at the time.
One charge is on the 5th and one is on the 7th for the SAME amount by the SAME COMPANY. I am…
