My account was put on hold and is still on hold since the 15th of March with access to no money at all nothing to live on or pay bills with US bank has destroyed me credit I was trying to repair just for cashing a 3rd party check through Mobil deposit which I had done many times before without an issue o would for any to try and live 21 days without 1 penny to live on I am on disability and this has nearly ended me Thsnk you Us Bank money still locked in my account with no access

I had fraud on my account so I put a hold on my account at with time a manger put a hold on my deposit and that was my social security monthly payment and I was many times your bank don't have the payment and we found out they did cash it on April 2 and I can't get any cash intel April 17 witch is theft and why did your manger's lie and put a hold on my deposit

I made a withdraw of nearly 500 at the ATM located at 30 and potter. And the cash dispense drawer never opened. The branch manager nor the teller manager knew what to do or whom to call. They said I had to leave or they would call the cops.

They never ordered a work order for the ATM. By the end of the day the ATM must have taken some many peoples money someone was pissed enough they had put a screw driver there the screen several times. Yet the manager said the atm files its own audits and it does its own work tickets when it notices something was wrong

I had $115,000 sent to my checking account for a closing on a property Monday April 5th. I called U S Bank Private Client col on April 6th, to see why the money was not posting to my account. s.

bank did not deposit that money all day on the 6th. The morning of April 7th it showed that it had deposited into my account, I went to the branch in Robbinsdale where I have banked for the last 3 years.

I have worked with Gus and the branch manager. He was preparing the cashier's check for me and because it was above his dollar amount he had to get approval from the manager. She would not approve the cashier's check, because she said, it has to be in the bank for 24 hours before they can release a check.

You only got a 1 because I can't give you a 0. 12 satisfaction rating. I wouldn't rate it that high. The CS personnel are unwilling to listen. The support e-mail address listed is not operational. The 800 number listed starts with 641, a toll number.

Not an 800 number as stated. Customer Service is useless. piss off the client and provide no help. Maybe they'll go away! I've never had an experience like this from any reputable bank. I plan to pay off my card and close the account.

It's a shame there is no effort to make a pleasant customer service experience.

I have been trying to get a problem resolved for over a month. I have called multiple times with NO success. This bank has ZERO customer service. I have talked to two supervisors which both lied to me. It is no surprise that US Bank has endless complaints filed against them.

Corporate Office is NO better. When I called them they refused to connect me with a live person. All they do is flip you back to a call center which is ZERO help. I have been told by a Supervisor I would be contacted by a tech person, that never happened.

I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. The next rainy day when I have a couple of hours to waste I will be calling Corporate Office again. US Bank is a POOR EXCUSE for a bank. If I could I would give a ZERO rating, one star is to good.

After getting several unemployment checks on this card an address change that I did not request was put in. So imagine my surprise when I called to find out why my replacement debit card hadn’t arrived Yet and was told that since an address change was requested, not by me,I had to fax a selfie,a copy of Identity and several other documents to prove my identity.

00 has been on my card all throughout the pandemic. They could have made it easier for me to verify my identity like a face time call with my documents present. To this day I still can’t get my $212 off that card and I’m sure they’re gonna keep it for themselves.

That’s my unemployment check which tells them how important it is to me but they still refuse to give me a new debit card and just let life move forward. I’ve been going…

My branch is located in Manteca, Ca 95337. This is the 3rd time in 4 weeks, that I have gone to my branch and the outside kiosk has been down. I've heard that they have WiFi issues, that they are out of cash or "something is wrong with the machine, again"..........

Maybe you could have the WiFi fixed? This is getting a bit rediculous, and seems to be getting worse. Today, again, the machine was down. I didn't even get out of the car, because I saw the big white note on the machine and the bank itself isn't open due to Good Friday. Now, I get to drive further, costing me gas money, just to deposit money into my account.

I do have a question, as well. Since, I've had to resort to going to the Tracy branch a few times, I've noticed that their outside kiosk gives me the option to get money…

US Bank has been working on 2 refinancing loans for me since early January and they still haven't closed and now I need the money urgently and I can't get anyone to either return a call or an email. Yes we’re still in the midst of a pandemic; however, lobbies are opened again but drive-thrus are horrifically slow. US Bank has enough money to hire more employees for the local branches. It’s ridiculous that I’m considering changing banks.

My Zelle account is still connected to my Wells Fargo account. I called US Bank 3 x and each time I got zero help. They Reps were no help they said I have to straighten it out with Well Fargo.

I told them the account is closed and they supposed to help me not put the burden on me. This is sad and unprofessional

I recently changed my phone number and iPhone leads to blocking the access of my US bank app. I know my username password and I do have access to my email account.

Regarding this matter I contacted customer care service almost 4 times and they changed the phone no from their end. They asked me to wait 20 min every time and login back again. We have been a customer with US Bank for over 10 to 15 years. Over the last two month it is getting harder and harder to do our banking needs with the US Bank in Louisville KY. The branch manger at the bank we do business with, said we couldn't write a check for a cash withdraw we would have to start using counter withdraw slips.

Two week later while at the same bank we were asking a different tell about this and she said we could write a check and the manger shouldn't have told us that because it not the bank policy. He also told us that their were different ways for us to make deposits we on the average deposit between 4 to 8 checks a week he said we could do it from the ATM or online.

My wife and I sold a Cockatiel to a pet store for $65. The store owner paid us with a check drawn on US Bank and told us that her bank was just a few blocks away. We stopped by to cash the check and my wife went into the bank as the check was written out to her, Donnica Hancock.

When she returned she told me that they charged her a $7 fee because she was not a member. I went back into the bank along with my wife and asked to speak to the manager and was told that the Branch manager was not in today.

I explained the situation to the teller and she said that it was a standard fee that the bank charged all non-members. I have never encountered a bank that charges to cash a check drawn on that same bank. Is this truly the policy of US Bank or was it just the Canon City CO branch?

Every time I change my password to get into my account online I get in.

However, I have done this at least 30 or more time. Once I go out I can't back in after changing the password. I have spoken to one of your representatives but sadly he didn't seem to know what he was doing.

Very frustrating since I thought he would be able to fix the problem. I can change it every time I try to get online but I shouldn't have to and it is very frustrating and time consuming. What is the problem and why can't I get someone who understands the program or what is going on.

I am not planning on getting much assistance with this complaint but I thought I would try before I close my accounts.

We've been with UA bank since moving from Hawaii 16 years ago. Once the pandemic hit this bank has been totally useless. No ATM available, no one answering phones, no bank service available. Computer access unsatisfactory. We finally decided enough bad customer service, we changed banks.

My complaint is about how long it is taking to get a my home loan refinanced. My loan is currently with US bank and I refinanced thru US bank. I feel like I have been asked to jump through hoops to get information for the underwriter.

There are concerns that I have a trailer which I still pay on and pay home owners insurance and I pay property taxes on that trailer. I have given the underwriter all that information. Then it was requested of me to get a statement from the land owners to prove that I don't make monthly payments for my trailer to sit on the property where it is located. I provided that statement.

Now, I am being ask to produce a receipt for the property taxes. I can not produce receipt I Don't own the land. It's not in my name.

On 9/22/2020 I filed a dispute and was told it would take 120 days I call frequently to check the status and was constantly given misinformation by customer service reps I’m am overly outraged at the professionalism of this business I was told March 12 that on Feb 16/2021 my case was closed and I was given credit to my account but the funds never came I filed several Escalation tickets with no luck I feel taken advantage of in a time of need these are rightfully my funds and

I went to withdraw funds from my account. 00. I was asked why I needed it and what was I going to do with the money and what was I using it for? I said I was using it for me.

DO NOT do banking with US Bank. I have been a customer for over 20 years. Their customer service is terrible and they have already shut down 2 branches in my area making it inconvenient to do my banking as I have to travel a little farther. Pretty questionable that this Bank will eventually shut down all of their branches.

I made a big deposit into my account and they have held my deposit for 10 days. I tried to call a couple different branch rep and I was given me the same response they can't do anything for me to lift my funds. When you have all of these big bank gain interest on my funds that they are holding and we do not benefit from that interest. IT IS A LOAD OF CRAP. This bank took my direct deposit from my employer for five years. My last direct deposit they took. Shut my account down and said it was fraud. I doubt my payroll check was fraud because i work for a huge corporation.

Its one of the biggest stores in the world. the last 5 years of checks were just fine and suddenly this is fraud. This bank lies and steels. I will be picketing outside their bank tomorrow and on my days off until i get my money I earned.

I used my Reliacard to make some purchases. I had to return to all purchases made. After the first return to Old Navy they locked card up. Let rep know that there would be other purchases returning. She said made note to account.

Aug 7 called supervisor said I'm only allowed 4 returns a day card will be locked. I need to call retailers and get a different way to return even though I told they have been processed and I want my cash back.

She wouldn't even note account. I get my unemployment on this card this is the only reason I have it. I explained that didn't care. POOR SERVICE, POOR CUSTOMER CARE

US Bank stole money from my account at AppleTree Credit Union with an unauthorized ACH. On Monday I checked my checking account and discovered an unauthorized ACH. Upon investigation, I traced the fraudulent ACH to US Bank. When I called US Bank they said that on July 28 I authorized the ACH to pay for a credit card for Michael Bond, that is a lie.

I demanded to hear the recording of the authorization, it could not be located. I demanded the return of the stolen money and was disconnected. I called back with Michael Bond who is a business associate, at that point, I was told that US Bank had called Mr.

My car loan is paid off; bank refuses to send me the title. I'm told it could be upwards of 3 weeks before they send it to me. It takes three weeks to stick a title in an envelope, address it, put a stamp on it and stick it into the "out mail"? Really?

I get ohio unemployment. I've been on hold with customer service for I'm not kidding 9+hr that's not speaking to people that's hold. To make a change of address. I do this and the lady says ok now you wait 5 days and call back to make that happen.

Why make a person who is on unemployment wait 5days and for a change of address before you can ship them a new card that takes an extra 7 to 10 days during a pandemic and it's the only income you have.

I have several thousand dollars in savings with US Bank and several thousand more waiting to be approved. They have frozen my account even the amount that shows being available when I login. 00 from the ATM. This is really hurting me and they just say they are suspicious and give no other reason.

I consider this unethical and I really need to access some of that money. They have threatened to lock my account for as much as 60 days. I consider this behavior unethical and discriminatory behavior. What can I do? My local branch is in Rockwood, TN.

My loan with US bank was paid off 5 years early by wire transfer and the bank that wired the funds had specified toRUSH/24 HOUR OVERNIGHT the LIEN SATISFACTION LETTER as it was needed prior to their customer getting a free title. US bank assured me I would have the letter by mail by FRIDAY, JULY 10Th and if I didn’t have it to call and they would overnight the letter.

I spoke to at least 5 employees and they all assured Me I would have the letter, Amanda, Glenda, Opal and I believe Jaime.

Also requested to speak to a manager, Tommy and Chance. I left a voice message with Chance and was told several times he would call that night or the next morning which did not happen and when I called Saturday all my previous contacts with your bank were deleted.

To whom, it may concern, I have over nine thousand dollars in my US bank account # 157505129146 that has been Locked from me by the bank for over three weeks now. I am being told to contact My branch Manager, who can not help me. I have been told that it is being held due to a possible fraud on a deposit. On May 16, 2020 received email notification of fraudulent transactions on 2 checking and one savings account via transfers and two Zelle transactions. I immediately contacted the fraud department. They took the report and told me that inasmuch as they were not debit/credit card transactions, I would have to talk to the banking department the next day.

However, they did block any further withdrawals from the accounts. I was further told that I would receive provisional credit within 10 days. Further, my online banking was blocked. On May 17th I contacting the banking department and again told the story of the fraud.

Very poor customer service. Been with them since 1990. Seldom ever called. Nvr a late payment once. High credit score. When I do call they are cold n mechanical in CS. Most times sound like they don't care about you or the company.

No desire to retain business. Only sales cares about obtaining new business. CS does not care if you are unhappy with a dispute and want to close your account. They are happy to do it for you. It's not part of their job description to retain your business, per multiple CS agents.

I needed to adjust an ACH TRANSMISSION. They forwarded an internal form to me to fill out as if I was supposed to know how to do it. I received NO HELP. They didn’t want to help Me so they gave no assistance

I have tried to access my account on line and the US bank system is down. I called the Customer Service number any the only tell you that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and cannot take your call and to call back at another time.

I called the Elk River Branch and spoke with Jim. " and I said, "yes, but your website is down and Customer Service is not accepting calls". He gave me my balance and I had a couple of more questions for him when he said, "Is this all you need, because I have customers waiting and can't talk to you" I was shocked.

I am a customer of this bank, but I can guarantee you that when this Covid-19 issue is behind us, I am MOVING ALL of my accounts AND making sure my family and friends do the same. You need to hire more people. This is unacceptable!!!

The bank and their service is super great. I have a complaint about US Bank Credit Card servicing which is typically pretty rude and hard to access. They keep you on hold for a very long time and then you get a robot type who reads off of a script-like demeanor; not one bit customer service related. I want to complain about a particular incident today 3/26/20 at 2:30 PM with the most condescending and rude rep, I have ever encountered in my life. In these modern day and times, it's almost as if I was talking to someone back in the 1950's , long before customer service was explained to them.

I went to my usbank branch in Long Beach CA, on Ocean Blvd I needed to cancel electronic transfer authorizations I made to stop payment ,I had already done one myself by sending a email to Loanme with whom I had a personal loan this cost me nothing to do. I asked the teller at my branch of she could do the 3 remaining ones for me and she said yes and began searching my checking account to find all the ETFS that I authorized she didn't inform me that a $35 dollars charge was the cost for each one the bank branch did for me.

So when I checked my balance a few days later my account was charged for $35 for each of the four the teller did plus my account was over drawn and

My complaint is not a reflection on US Bank at all, as they have been wonderful to me and my issue was resolved once it was known. My issue was with the teller at the Nellis branch. In both encounters with her - she was not happy in her position.

) I told her I would wait, however, she said no, to make an appt. The bank returned a legal copy of my sons check that I deposited. ($276) When I received the copy, I called my wonderful banker Angie Fisher (she was out).

Her assistant told me to take him in to have it signed over. If I had any trouble, to call them while at the branch.
